Heidi and her team were amazing to work with. She was very transparent about costs and was supportive with providing options/alternatives, as well as her professional opinion. We ordered all of our wedding invites and reception stationery (including our seating chart) through Paperland and it turned out amazing! Since our order was quite large, if there was ever a miscount or error, they corrected it immediately, no questions asked. Their turnaround time was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Paperland for all your stationery needs!

This is the place to get your printing and paper. The team here is competent, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Very easy to work with. They ask the right questions to work out the best solution to your needs, and they get the job done. I have been coming to Paperland for years now to print menus and signage for my restaurant, and everytime, I am satisfied with the results.

As long as you’re specific to your request, they will be able to adhere to it. Just know that you’ll be responsible for your own cutting and scoring if you’re printing one or two pages with their services (honestly, not a big deal especially if you want to save money which I was opting for). I also went for a same-day last minute request and they were able to fulfill it. Will come back for other inquiries in the future!

Eva and Florence were great to work with. We brought our own design to them to print wedding invitations. They were very patient and helpful and guided us on what minor changes were needed to help bring out the best quality of the prints. Highly recommend. Great price and options.

And now - another showstopper for my friend's destination wedding. Arlys is always amazing with styling tips and honest advice. This time I left with a stunning black dress for a fashion gala, and I already know it'll turn heads. If you want something that stands out and makes you feel fabulous, Papilio is the place.

I found the most gorgeous emerald cocktail dress at Papilio for my anniversary party. The staff helped tailor the look to my body and made sure everything fit just right. The dress was so flattering, and made me feel amazing all night. You can also tell the quality of it just by touching the fabric. This place has such a special eye for pieces that are both timeless and show-stopping!

We had our wedding at Paradise and it was so wonderful from start to finish. Gabriella and her team was amazing and so accommodating, we did our wedding, stag, and rehearsal dinner there. I highly recommend hosting any event there. I’ve also attended many other weddings previous to mine and had a great time every time so I knew I wanted to have my wedding there. The food is so good and your guests will not leave hungry! They are also very transparent with their pricing which is unlike other venues where you are required to go through a consultation and negotiation. Thank you to Paradise for the amazing experience!

Went to a wedding to the Classic Hall last Friday night May 30th, 2025. The venue is spacious and impressive. However, the chairs were stained:( The food was below expectation. Appetizers were Costco quality. The dinner included a squash soup, pasta, chicken breast with mashed potatoes and couple veggies as a main as well as a cup of gelato with a very hard biscotti for desert. However, the service was excellent - very attentive and almost invisible at the same time. Thanks to all the staff for your help!

We recently attended a wedding at Paradise Banquet Hall, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The buffet was an Italian food lover’s dream – from start to finish, every dish was exceptional. The main course was especially wonderful, with perfectly cooked pasta, rich sauces, and tender, flavorful meats. The selection was extensive, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. What made the evening even more memorable was the team at Paradise Banquet Hall. They were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that guests had everything they needed. It was a pleasure to meet Tony, the owner, who made us feel so welcome. He clearly takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences. We’re so happy to have had the opportunity to celebrate such a special occasion at Paradise Banquet Hall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing venue with top-notch Italian cuisine!

I attended a wedding done outdoors by the columns. Cocktails in the foyer ...dinner in the beautiful ballroom. Very nice.

Love this restaurant. The food is top notch and so is the service. The portions are so plentiful. If you are ever in the area, I totally recommend stopping by to try some of these incredible tasty dishes and the non alcoholic drinks.

5 stars – A Must Try Gem in Toronto!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parallel in Toronto, and I genuinely can’t stop thinking about the experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Yes, there was a slight delay with our food, but the staff handled it with such grace and professionalism going above and beyond to make it right that it only added to the overall positive impression.

Now let’s talk about the food: absolutely phenomenal. The salad was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly dressed simple yet full of flavor. But the real showstopper was the mushroom pita with arugula. Earthy, savory, and balanced, it was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Every bite felt thoughtfully composed.

Honestly, with this level of food and service, it’s shocking that Parallel doesn’t have a Michelin star. It hits all the marks: creative dishes, locally inspired flavors, and a team that clearly cares deeply about the guest experience.

Toronto is lucky to have this place. I’ll be back and bringing friends

The food here is consistently very good. I've been several times now over the last few years. The menu does seem to change occasionally which is nice.

The falafels are nice and crunchy, with a nice seasoning on the inside. The bread and hummus are great.

The mains (don't have pictures of every time I've gone) have always been very tasty. I have not been disappointed yet. Definitely enjoyed the Arais, and the Parallel salad.

They also have some takeout options available, as well as packages goods like spices, halva, crackers and more.

Definitely will continue to return. The place is a bit loud, but it is busy and has a nice patio. The decor is very nice. The staff are generally friendly.

Parallel is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Middle Eastern flavors. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm, cozy atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The menu is filled with delicious, well-seasoned dishes, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor.

We have recently moved to the neighborhood and found this place walking by.
We were amazingly surprise with the variety of healthy food. Absolutely loved the place and the atmosphere. The food was delicious.
They also had a special list which included a “Coconut Mango Pavovla” - simply the best desert EVER!!!! Not joking. We loved it.
FYI, Beers come in cans. Nice variety as well. Wanna try the mixed drinks next time.

I purchased the Fairview Dress in off-white, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed the dress was damaged before I even unfolded it completely. It was clear that this dress had been purchased and returned by someone else.
Upon unfolding the dress further, I found a small black spot and noticed that the overall quality was very poor. The stitching was not done well, and the dress did not reflect the price I paid—$325. For the cost, I expected much higher quality and care.
To make matters worse, P&F customer service only offered me a 15% discount leaving the final total for damaged goods to be $264. I find this unacceptable given the condition in which the dress arrived.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this dress or the customer service based on my experience.

I was searching for a formal dress for a black-tie wedding and found the perfect one online. Since it was a higher price point, I wanted to see it in person before committing. I reached out via email to see if the boutique had it in store, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive right from the start, and was able to reserve the dress for me.

When I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. They not only had my reserved dress ready but also pulled additional sizes and other beautiful options for me to try. Their attentiveness and genuine care made the experience so enjoyable.

I ended up purchasing the dress I originally had my eye on, and the whole experience just cemented my decision. I didn’t even feel the need to shop anywhere else. The combination of stellar service, gorgeous selection, and a friendly, personal touch makes this boutique an absolute gem. If you’re looking for the perfect dress, this is the place to go!

I was looking for a simple and timeless white dress. Luckily, Park & Fifth was the perfect place for it. I happily walked out with two beautiful dresses off the shelf.

I booked an appointment to have better access to their collection, and it did not disappoint. My group had a semi-private lounge space with a large mirror, and the dresses were displayed right beside us.

Our stylist was attentive and sweet. She was always available whenever I needed help or had a question. What I appreciated most was that we were also given enough space and time to discuss the dresses and make decisions. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process.

As for the dresses, most of them seemed to be made from soft, flowy fabrics. They don’t force your body into a specific shape, but rather highlight your natural silhouette. Some of the dresses I tried had light boning for added structure, but they were soft and didn’t cause any noticeable discomfort.

I highly recommend this wonderful Canadian-owned business!

I purchased the Rosalie Dress (true sage) in April then discovered I was pregnant in late May. This dress obviously isn’t going to fit for a September wedding so I had to go back to get another dress/size. I tried to exchange the dress with tags on it, never worn and they will not let me know. I even asked if I could just do a size change but they wouldn’t let me do that either. Poor customer service as I committed customer who has bought three bridesmaids dresses this year from them

Hotel didn’t seem up to date. Seems as if it was apart of the government refugee program. Some odd smells in the corridors.

In the room, wallpaper peeling. Was given 1 rag for 2 adults. Tv wasn’t working.

It’s been 8 business days, 10 regular days. I haven’t received my deposit as yet. They claim to have released it but I know the hotel industry and they didn’t manually release it as they are supposed to they just let it sit and cancel out on its own.

I’ve gone to 4 star hotels like the Sheraton and One King West and the deposit was returned within 3 business days or less. The amounts were higher $200 or $250.

For a 2 star hotel do better. Your service should be exceptional considering the fact that you’re not a top hotel. Cheaper isn’t always better.

Stayed there for 6 nights. We went to check in an hour or two earlier than 3 pm which was the mentioned time for check in and they refused for early check in as the room was not ready and they also didn't keep our suitcases, so we literally had to kill 2 hours of our time just roaming around in the roads. When we came back again at 3, the room was still not ready and the receptionist asked us to wait more. I think this was the biggest turn off for any guest. The room had a cheap quality coffee maker, fridge and a microwave. Although the room size is pretty good, their cleanliness is terrible. Washroom was just cleaned on the surface but the deep cleaning of the toilet was not done at all so the commode was extremely dirty on the sides. The bathroom would even get tiny flying bugs from time to time. The carpet in the room was very dirty and stained, couldn't imagine walking bare feet on it. The sofa was dirty with stains on it. The bed sheets and linen was not washed well and had stains, hence its pretty unhygienic. The location is also pretty far off from most places and the HWY. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is by nature a clean person, and is also looking for convenience.

Not a place I would recommend. The bathroom doesn’t have body soap to shower with. They only give these tiny pocket size shampoo bottles. They don’t even put water bottles in your room, you have to pay for water. And last but not least i had to request for my room to be cleaned and even when i asked no one came. I did not receive new towels or any toiletries. This hotel needs to go through auditing to learn how REAL hotels provide customer service. The whole point of staying in a hotel is to have a clean room at all times. If i wanted to clean my room i would have stayed in an air bnb. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE.

The service at the desk is very lovely. Unfortunately when we checked in, our ac unit was not working and they worked with us to get the unit working asap. Ken was a very kind and accommodating representative. The location and pricing of this hotel are pretty good too.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. My reservation was cancelled on the day of arrival with no proper explanation or warning — completely unacceptable and stressful, especially after traveling.

I had also requested a crib in advance since I was traveling with a baby, and was told one would be available. When we arrived, not only was there no crib, but staff showed no concern or effort to help — they were incredibly rude and dismissive.

To make matters worse, the hotel itself was dirty. The lobby, hallways, and what we saw of the rooms were not clean or well-kept. Honestly, the whole experience felt like a complete lack of care for guests.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not to families or anyone expecting even basic customer service. A terrible, terrible experience.

Go else where

Parkside Drive was incredible! Amazing vocals, great energy, multiple instruments and the perfect vibe all day/night long. They read the crowd well and had everyone dancing, our guests were raving about the band and music, got so many comments on it. So glad we had them as our wedding band!

Hiring Parkside Drive for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our first phone call, Parkside Drive was so great to work with - professional, reliable, and fun! One of our biggest goals for our wedding was an amazing dance party and we definitely got that. The dance floor was packed the entire time and we have had so many comments from guests about how amazing our band was. They played all the songs we requested and their talent and expertise really made our wedding dance floor dreams come true. We will never ever forget jumping up and down with our all our guests to "shut up and dance with me", being hoisted on our friends shoulders during "fat bottomed girls", and dancing in the middle of a circle of all our friends and family to "drops of jupiter". We are so grateful for these memories and so happy we had Parkside Drive at our wedding.

My husband and I booked Parkside Drive for our July 2024 wedding and couldn't be happier. RUN AND BOOK THEM for your wedding! They are insanely talented and made our night unforgettable. They were fantastic to work with before the wedding, offering a great selection of songs and even learning some of our special requests. The lead singer was a hit, interacting and dancing with everyone on the dance floor. People are still raving about how much fun they had, and a huge part of that credit goes to this amazing band.

Can't recommend Parkside Drive enough. Besides being extremely talented and playing from an awesome music selection, they are super easy to work with and went above and beyond in accommodating all of our special requests. All of our guests were incredibly complimentary.

Parkside Drive made our wedding incredible. From the moment we heard their sound, we were hooked and had to have them play at our wedding. The entire band (especially the vocals) were top notch and Dave was awesome to work with. He was very organized and responsive to our requests. We had so many compliments from guests about the music which was one of the things I worried about most. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a wedding band and don't know where to start. We will be going back to enjoy Parkside Drive if they play in Toronto again.

We had an amazing experience at Parkview Manor today! The setup was beautiful, and all the staff were incredibly helpful and responsible. Even though we were short on time, they worked hard and made sure everything was ready before our guests arrived. All the tables were perfectly set up before 12pm, which really helped us stay on schedule. The team was supportive and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly loved this place and would definitely recommend it. Looking forward to having more events here and creating more wonderful memories!

Highly recommend Parkview Manor to anyone planning on getting married. I had my whole wedding ceremony and reception there yesterday. The venue is gorgeous and spacious. The food my wife and I selected was excellent (filet mignon was tender, chicken supreme was moist and not dry). Catering and bar service were top notch. John Kioussis was very professional and supportive from the start when we planned this wedding just 8 months ago. He made the day run so smoothly and stress free as if he was our wedding coordinator/planner. He answered all our questions promptly and was very attentive to every single detail. He was also able to accommodate some last minute logistic changes. Our day felt perfect thanks to him and the team at Parkview Manor.

from the moment we initially stepped foot into parkview, I knew this would be where we would host our wedding. John Q was amazing to deal with from beginning to end. He was attentive to our needs, and explained everything so thoroughly. We had our stag, bridal shower and wedding at Parkview and every event was beyond amazing! Food, Service, Drinks all 10/10. Guests have not stopped talking about our wedding and the food. Food was served so hot, plated very nice and so so tasty! Overall, Parkview was such a dream venue to host such memorable events at, in fact it was so good, we have already promised future events to John!

Great store to deal with! My daughter purchased a sofa bed from them and since she was within the free delivery/assembly area. Rob was so easy to deal with and so accommodating regarding delivery. His deliverers showed up early and assembled the sofa very quickly and were very pleasant. I would definitely shop there again! Thanks again Rob!

I love the team at Parliament Furniture! Rob, Hilton, everyone here is amazing. They are the kindest almost thoughtful folks. We use Parliament Furniture at my work as a non-for profit organization to provide vulnerable women furniture when they move into their homes. I swear the staff themselves are trained social workers, they are so mindful to our clients. Their furniture is also modern and reasonably priced. They do delivery and build the furniture for you. What more can you ask for. :)

LET ME TELL YOU... By far am I rich by far do I have a lot of money but the quality the service the deals the specials the markdowns and the way that Rowan and staff took care of me I tell you I have never felt so appreciated and recognized and cared about let me tell you that now I don't blow hot air that's not who I am I believe that good service should always get recognized unfortunately here in Ontario people don't like to push positivity in my opinion they allowed negativity to overcome everything. Buying furniture is huge is what we use to fulfill. Avoid is what we use to make our house still at home and moving into my first condo and having furniture that is exceptionally beautiful, great quality and a fantastic price. I couldn't shop anywhere else but here I do know this company. He's been in business for years and I now understand why so regardless of what your income is, whether you think you are the bottom of the bottom which is not true. But if you can afford to shop somewhere make this your first place and I was honest with Rowan. I told him what my budget was and he was blunt. He was direct but kind and he always had an option for me. So genuinely don't go anywhere else and they have prompt delivery. They're very accommodating and what I can say. Both as always they give a damn. I wanted to cry because they moved by furniture so quickly and I'm proud of my home but it was still empty. I have a few more items that I need to get from them but I'm very happy and their staff or awesome. Especially the owner she's a doll. #parlimentfurniturerocks

So I would give this 11 out of 10 and my experience, was priceless.

I must mention that the initial customer service was very good. They sent me the payment link very quickly so I could buy the table, but after that... I think it's turning into a nightmare. Since the 19th, when I made the purchase, they haven't responded to my emails or chat messages. When I call the store, they say they'll get back to me with some information, but they don't. On Wednesday the 24th, I called twice and was told it would be shipped on Thursday. So far, no update.
I called the store today, Friday the 26th, and they have no information or tracking details. They say they will call me back, but they don't.
I don't know if it's disorganization or if I've fallen victim to a scam.

Went in one day looking for a headboard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only bought one item and it wasn't expensive, but delivery was still free and was handled so quickly and with good communication from the store. This will be a first stop the next time I'm looking for new furniture.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Party City Richmond Hill for years, and while my experiences have generally been positive, my recent visit truly stood out thanks to Mahrokh. She was incredibly helpful and kind while assisting me with balloon arrangements and other stuff. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the process so easy and enjoyable.

Although the store isn’t always perfectly stocked and can sometimes be a bit messy, the staff’s great service—keeps me coming back. Thank you for helping make our celebrations special!

We visited today to get some helium balloons. Since we were in a rush, we politely asked if our order could be prepared a bit sooner. Instead of a courteous response like, “Of course, my colleague will start on it shortly,” we were met with a surprisingly rude and irritated reply from the supervisor: “Sorry, but the previous person said the same thing!”
Thankfully, one of the staff members quickly stepped in and kindly took care of our order right away.

Worst location! I ordered online the night before to pick up at noon time the following day and guess what they can’t find my order. The employee said that they can’t find my order number in the system and that I should go to the different location to check. But ofcourse I insisted for him to check and even showed him that my default address is always been the Kennedy commons. It’s not my first time ordering in that location. I even suggested to him to check under my fully name and phone number or keep on trying my order number. The employee is not even apologetic or stress that he can’t find my order. I’m so annoyed at that point and finally he used his brain cells to check the back. He said that they might have it ready at the back but obviously they didn’t even start my order. I even saw him grabbing my orders on the shelves. The lady that was helping with my balloons popped one of the balloons and at that point I just gave up waiting. I don’t deserve all that stress !

I want to thank you for doing such an amazing job in setting up the party room for my daughter's wedding. The room looked beautiful. Was very happy with it. The pictures turned out beautiful against the decorated backdrop. The arch was definitely a great idea as well. The balloons placed strategically around the room was a nice touch. This party place was a great find. The people who helped us put together this event room were both helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

We often go to the store for various balloon arrangements for special occasions due to the convenience of the location for us. Pricing is reasonable, and the ladies who work there have always been helpful with finding the right arrangements and making suggestions. We now almost exclusively get balloons at this store as a result.

The store itself is a little dated, though there are lots of decor and party items available. The variety of options for decor and party ware might be a little smaller on that end, so if you're looking for a bigger selection or newer items (like specific themes for kids' birthdays or something like that), you're better off going somewhere like Party City. They can, however, preorder some items via catalogue if you do so in advance!

My wife and I went to this outlet to get custom made balloon for my friends daughter’s 7th Birthday, there are variety of options to pick and the designs are accurate with reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for all your decoration and party/event needs… Best customer service too…

We ent to this place after seeing comments and reviews and to be honesty i am satisfied with thr service I was given. They made our son's 5th year birthday awesome and beautiful.

We couldn't be happier with the floral decorations for our wedding! From the very beginning, the team at Peachwood was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The whole process was smooth, clear, and stress-free. We had our initial meeting early on, but Ivy was very helpful and provided us with a lot of visual samples at their store. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. Our personal flowers were silk florals from another florist, but Ivy and her team ensured that the decor would match those florals and they absolutely nailed it! Every arrangement, from the ceremony arch, aisle decors, to the table centerpieces, was stunning.

Setup, ceremony flip, and teardown were well-organized and they were extremely punctual. I had a wonderful experience and only needed two visits to know this was the place! They had a great selection and amazing inventory! I was overly anxious for 8 months while waiting for my dress. Everytime I checked in, they always made me feel at ease and comfortable. I also did my hemming here and felt totally taken care of! I would 10/10 recommend! I included photos of dresses I tried on and the dress I chose!
