1 star for email communication & never getting back to me. We were emailing back and forth and all of a sudden I get ghosted by Tony. Won't be booking with this company or recommending them in the near future, unless their customer service magically gets better.

My experience with this company was amazing. I booked them for my birthday party and Tony very professional from start to finish. One of the best companies I have come across and definitely will be contacting them in the near future. The party bus was extremely clean and well kept. The audio sound was easy to connect and sounded amazing. The space was more than I expected. They went above and beyond to make my day a good one 👍🏾

I chose to curate my own box and the selection was incredible. I could mix and match with food, wine, body care, household items, etc. I felt the price was not inflated and matched the quality of gift received, especially for being able to curate my own box.

I also had a couple questions about delivery and they were very responsive over email. Box was delivered on time!

I received two boxes for my birthday, I love everything about them: high-quality products, elegant and well designed boxes (that can be re-used). So impressed with this service!! Sent this to friends as an engagement gift and had a fantastic experience. The basket was wrapped beautifully, the delivery was impeccable (delivered in 24 hours!!) and there are so many different products to choose from to customize your own basket. We were introduced to Charlie while I was a bridesmaid in another wedding. I remember watching Charlie working and saying to my now husband “we’re definitely using them when we get married”.

Great experience at Prima Lighting! Their showroom is absolutely massive, with an incredible variety of styles and options to choose from. It’s one of those places where you can easily spend hours exploring because there’s truly something for every taste and space.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, which made the whole process enjoyable. We ended up picking up a couple of beautiful lights that we’re so excited to have in our home. The quality and design are fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable for the selection offered.

If you’re looking for lighting that makes a statement, Prima Lighting is definitely worth a visit.

Doors open 30 min prior to performance. Have theatre ticket ready to scan when you walk in. Watched the Lion King - amazing performance with outstanding lights/sound/stage props!!

I loved it 30 years ago and I still love it today. The seats are nice, cushioned in comparison to others and I had enough leg room to cross my legs. I have long legs at 5ft8.
The productions are great and immerse you in the experience. Parking is on-site, underground and affordable. The staff are professional, knowledgeable hold themselves high. Makes you feel like you are somewhere fancy, adds to the experience. Drinks, snacks and clean washrooms!

I went to the theater for the lion king. The entry to the theater is below the orchestra level so you do have three rounds of steps to go up to dress circle. The theater is well laid out and attendents kind. I appreciated how they asked people to stop filming during the show (rare but needed). Very attentive. They even bought a booster seat for a child (who somehow ended up getting two seats :))

At first i was hesitant to watch this stage show but may 2 daughter insist they want to watch this show. Because i was thinking this is a kid show.... after i watched it i know i was wrong fantastic and impressive.
The Lion King is a must-watch if you are in Toronto. Ticket can be bought online or at site. Price is expensive but worth it.the show is really a Masterpiece of perfectly blend of art at music at the very start of the show breathtaking puppetry & costumes Giant elephants parade down the aisle, giraffes and the savanna comes alive with stunning artistry really impressive. Of course the music and the soundtrack make every scene more realistic every performer are great and act professionally even the lighting and shadow props are places perfectly that make every scene a breathtaking impression. GREAT SHOW 👍

I had the pleasure of enjoying Provisions Food Agency’s catering at a friend’s wedding, and it was outstanding. Every course was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the food was all night. Truly an amazing dining experience that elevated the celebration!

We hired the Provisions team to take care of our catering for our Toronto Island Wedding. Getting married on the island was a daunting endeavour and we couldn't have done it without their experience and expertise. Provisions absolutely knocked it out of the park with not only the food and service, but with continuous support along the way. From the beginning of the planning, all the way up until the big day, they took such great care of us. Jade was absolutely outstanding - she worked extremely hard to find ways to help us achieve our vision while staying within budget. Cynthia helped us with the day-of coordination, including setup and teardown, and her team also did an amazing job. Our guests are STILL raving about how amazing the food was - our band said it was the best wedding catering they've ever tasted and they've been to a LOT of weddings! The late-night pizzas are going down in history books according to some attendees. I would highly recommend Provisions to anyone getting married in the Toronto area!

We were heartbroken to have our wedding catering cancelled by Provisions after months of planning, including a custom menu, multiple meetings, and a signed contract. The food and experience at our tasting were outstanding, and we were genuinely excited to work with them - which made the cancellation, months out from our wedding, all the more devastating.

Despite providing our signed contract and payment details in good faith, communication became inconsistent, and we were ultimately informed they had overbooked and would no longer be able to cater our wedding. With a unique venue and limited vendor options, this has placed us in an extremely stressful and costly situation.

While we understand that mistakes can happen, this level of unreliability during such an important event is disappointing. We hope our experience encourages better internal coordination in the future, so other couples aren't left scrambling the way we were.

I had a great experience working with Akil from Provisions. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and accommodating throughout the process. Although the venue came with some spatial challenges, his team handled them thoughtfully and ensured everything came together well.

Provisions is a wonderful caterer that did not disappoint. We had an amazing time working with Jade who helped provide us with custom menus for our wedding. We did a tasting expecting to make changes and everything was perfect the first try. Jade was great at walking us through all the details to make sure that everything was captured in advance and the day of the event everything was perfect. The food was amazing, servers were on top of things, and one of the bartenders even placed a special order for chocolate milkshakes for the kids at the wedding that were looking for something special to drink. We could not have asked for a better experience with working with a vendor and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food. Thank you Jade and the team at Provisions for the perfect night - can't wait til we have the next occasion to work together!

My bridal party and I participated in the pub crawl this past weekend and had so much fun! It was one of my favorite things we did in Toronto. Our pub crawl group had people from at least five different countries which I thought was so cool. The leader of our pub crawl was also so sweet and fun. I would 100% do this again if I come back to Toronto!

Lucas attended our event as the MC, along with a DJ and 2 interactive dancers. They were incredible and had everyone, from toddlers to seniors up and dancing! Purple Tree Photography was the first vendor I booked when planning my wedding. I knew that their style was what i wanted my photos to look like, but what I didn't know was just how instrumental our photogrpaher, Maya would be during the planning process. Maya went above and beyond to make visions come to life. We were asked in the very beginning if we prefer to be directed/guided during photos, or a more candid/handsoff approach. My husabnd and I are the awkward-pose type and we definitely needed heavy-handed direction. Maya was superb, guided us through photos that felt natural, and made us feel like models. She also gave us a very realistic timeline for the day, lead our family & giant bridal party with ease, and made us feel so comfortable. My husband (who has never liked taking photos) aboslutely loved working with Maya, and we are so so grateful to have had her with us on wedding day. She is a total rockstar.

We were also lucky to have added Lisa to our wedding just a few weeks shy of the big day - and boy are we glad we did! Having a second shooter was absolutely woorth it, and Lisa's shots were amazing. We ended up with such a better timeframe by having her as a second shooter, and she was so professional and easy to work with despite having been added during the most chatoic phase of wedding planning lol! Both Lisa and Maya are class acts.

Lelania is a true delight and so talented — we feel so lucky to have had her as our wedding photographer! From our first engagement shoot, we instantly felt at ease with her. I must’ve walked past Putti Fine Furnishings plenty of times, on my way to work or while running errands in the neighbourhood, without giving it much thought. That changed when my daughter brought me there in April to pick out a wreath for our front door. And what a lovely surprise it turned out to be! ✨😊

The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a soft, welcoming scent that instantly made the place feel warm and inviting. The atmosphere was cozy and thoughtful, and the layout was beautifully done. The wreaths caught my eye right away. You could tell they were made with care. Also, the shop was full of home accents and treasures. There were stylish furnishings, charming accessories, fragrant home scents, and plenty of gift ideas. 🌸 🎀

We enjoyed our first visit so much that we went back, this time to find a housewarming gift for my nephew and his wife, who had just moved into their new home. What made it even more special was the familiar, amazing service we received again from Vi, who had helped us before. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find something meaningful 💖 His thoughtful approach made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. To echo the other reviews: does Putti offer the best, gentlest customer service there is? No. It is, at best, a little abrupt at times … but it’s fine, and certainly not enough to deter me from returning. I visited for the first time this Christmas based on a friends recommendation and was absolutely ASTONISHED by their selection. Without a doubt the best collection of holiday decor I have ever seen, with a wide array of aesthetics. Left with the most unique ornaments I have ever seen, and can’t wait to continue my collection. The owner, Linda, is very sweet and clearly enjoys what she does.

Putti Fine Furnishings is definitely one of a kind, it's fabulous. It's a lovely place to shop and a charming young man, Vi, was most helpful. There's so much to chose from, and making a decision on what would be best for the gift I was giving was difficult. Vi took the time to help me decide the best way to go. The store itself is a real find and so is Vi. Putti will definitely be on my must go to whenever I'm in Toronto.

Qing Lee was the photographer for our wedding November 2021. She was incredible from the moment we discussed about vision til the last few pictures she took of the night. As you can see, she has a talent with natural light, attention to detail, candid photos throughout the day to make every feel comfortable and at ease. We loved how the pictures came out and excited to share with our friends and family!

Queen Wedding Decor was my one-stop shop for wedding furniture, tableware, and decor. I got cross-back wooden chairs for my guests for the reception, goblet cups, napkins, frame and decor for the seating chart, wedding arch, wedding cake table, and so much more. If I were to have ordered all these items from another place, it would've cost me a fortune. Not only was the price affordable, but all the items looked stunning, and Queena's service was top notch. Queena did my wedding decor and she did a fantastic job! She was very accommodating to my needs and even allowed me to use my own trumpet stands, which she packed and set aside for us. She sent us a video when decor was complete on the day of, which was very reassuring. Her prices are very fair and reasonable as well. I purchased flowers and rented tablecloths from Queena for my wedding this year. Her pricing is more than reasonable as I found places like Michaels to be very expensive and Amazon to be of low quality. Queena was always friendly and willing to help with our needs. I showed her the flowers I wanted to purchase for our arch and she recommended that I use less flowers than I was going to purchase. I felt that she genuinely cared about her customers over making a profit. She carries a variety of supplies that you can rent as well and the process is very easy. I highly recommend her services especially if you plan on hosting an intimate wedding because her store is a one-stop shop!

I adore the team at Quince. We used them for our wedding and they were lovely to work with. The photos attached are from our fall wedding, along with one bouquet to give you a sense of what they offer routinely. We continue to buy bouquets there occasionally for ourselves and for others, and they are always beautiful

Beautiful arrangements! Angela was extremely accommodating when I had to change the day we needed the flowers for and happily switched it multiple times. 10/10 will order from this team again. Photo doesn’t do it justice but this was the Citrus colour combo. They also offer to get it in a vase if you need it.

I absolutely LOVED my bridal bouquets and table scales by quince flowers. I worked with Nina on my vision, and we started with a phone call. I really appreciated this point of connection vs getting a quote by email only. Nina was so helpful, kind and flexible as I changed my mind on colours. We met again in person closer to the date so that I could see exactly what my flower options were. The bouquets turned out absolutely stunning, and they photographed so well. My table scapes were so elegant. I could not be happier with the process and the final result!!

We worked with R5 for our wedding this weekend and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Everything was done perfectly and everyone we worked with was extremely professional. Jimmy Du, the person who was in charge of dealing with my liability insurance application doesn’t reply to your emails or phone messages even though they know it was urgent. And whenever I call the person, he’s either not in office or it goes to his voicemail….he’s constantly ‘stepped away from his desk or on another call’ and permanently unavailable. Poor service.

SCAM!
I was told by Paolo I was insured, I drove over the States thinking that I had my insurance active after signing the application. I went to Service Ontario on Friday (after a week I’ve signed my application) they typed all my information into the system and guess what?I didn’t have any active car insurance.

I was lucky I wasn’t stop by the police or involved in any accident.
I finally got a reply from Paolo after a week I’ve been trying to reach him out, and now that I’m asking him to kindly cancel my application, he sent to my email a temporary slip!

I DO NOT recommend these people at all, full of bs

Terrible service I tried to update my info for my renewal the agent didn’t replay for 4 months and when I call the office they response was very rude.

I worked with Rai broker Paolo who turned out to be the worst insurance broker imaginable. Here are the issues:

As a broker:
1) he doesn't bother find out the clients personal situation and preferences
2) he never ever picks up his phone
3) he typically calls back on messages left between 8 and 9 PM, sometimes the same day often the next day
4) emails are typically answered within 2-4 days.
5) He doesn't seem to understand the difference between the insurance companies he works with. To him Aviva, a global insurance company with exceptional service, is equivalent to the Saskatchewan General Insurance (SGI) which was unable to even supply the insurance agreement a week into the contract because they misquoted the original quote and hence voided the already signed contract.

I know there is a lot of bad insurance companies, but it's the job of the broker to understand and explain that. To Paolo it's completely incomprehensible that is is his job.

Broker Gian does not respond and when you text or email him he lets you know that he doesn’t work for you and doesn’t need to reply till he wants to. It’s been 3 days and he tells me to go contact another brokerage. Unreal customer service by him. Wouldn’t recommend Gian as your agent.

Rainbow and her team are phenomenal. I did not stress once during the day. She allowed me to be a guest and enjoy my own wedding. The day flowed seamlessly. I had a wedding with a very large bridal party (17!) and Rainbow was so organized - we were even ahead of schedule which never happens! She is always one step ahead and anticipates my every move. I could not recommend Rainbow enough. If you are starting to look into your wedding, this is your sign that you must book her!

We want to thank Rainbow and her team for helping with the month-of coordination of our wedding at Langdon Hall this past weekend. We also hired Rainbow to be our MC since many of our guests spoke Cantonese, and Rainbow could run the event in both English and Chinese.

From the beginning of hire, Rainbow was overall responsive in answering all the questions that we had. I am a pretty organized person myself and did not need much help picking out my own vendors, so the month-of coordination package was perfect for us. I appreciated how Rainbow helped answer my questions throughout the process, came up with a detailed scheduled (and revised it multiple times to match my changes and needs) and connected all our vendors in the last two weeks before the wedding. Rainbow's attention to detail is impeccable.

The day of the wedding, Rainbow and her assistant Amy, were key players in helping everything run smoothly. She kept us on schedule (and sometimes even ahead) and directed us clearly in where we needed to be. Overall, it was stress-free, and having a day-of coordinator really helped us to enjoy the day! Rainbow was an excellent MC and played such fun games during our reception. The flow of the reception was so amazing thanks to her! Thank you Rainbow and team :)

We are very grateful to have had the team at Rainbow Chan Weddings be part of our wedding day. Even though my partner and I are organized people, we still wanted the support of a wedding planner for peace of mind. We hired Rainbow’s team for month-of coordination, and it was one of the best decisions we made.

My husband and I moved to LA a year ago and were struggling to plan our wedding in Toronto. We met with and then hired Rainbow to take over our wedding design and planning.

Our wedding was this past Sunday and it was amazing!! The design was exactly what we had discussed and Rainbow made sure to include all the elements I wanted. The day of, Rainbow handled the entire schedule and made sure everything went smoothly and on time. Throughout the day she continued to check on us and always made sure we were doing okay.

Nice storefront, fresh flowers, a lot of selection. All the flowers kept in an air conditioned room to keep it fresh longer. The bouquet is perfectly done, the color selection and wrapping style is very good, the bouquet presentation is beautiful. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I happened to pass by the street and noticed a new flower shop had just opened. Out of curiosity, I went downstairs to check it out — and I’m glad I did! The flower arrangements were beautiful — fresh, well-crafted, and perfect for a variety of occasions, whether for gifting or decorating your own space. You can really see the care and creativity that goes into each bouquet. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, happy to answer questions and help with suggestions. It’s always nice to support a small local business, especially one that brings beauty and warmth into the community. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for quality and affordable floral arrangements!

Amazing new spot in the neighbourhood! I planned a last min (1.5 weeks notice!) city hall wedding for the legal bit and popped into the shop on the day off and asked if I could pick some flowers for a little bridal bouquet. They were so accommodating and kind - let me pick out the flowers I liked and then helped choose great filler flowers and greenery to make the most perfect little bouquet. They were also at the time preparing a ton of wedding centerpieces that were STUNNING! The person who helped me was also so incredibly kind and helpful. Such a hidden gem (literally in the basement) and a fantastic addition to K-town. It’s as simple as picking your flowers by hand and they’re whipped into something magical by the experienced staff (they went to school for it) and you take home a lovely bouquet that looks next-level complete with all of its trimmings!
