Beyond disappointed in this company and the quality of their product and costumer service. They may advertise reasonable prices but what you get is not even close to what they advertise. Their customer service is slow and poor. My take away is they are happy to get your business but take no responsibility for their products. Pay a little more for better service and quality elsewhere or go to a grocery store and buy fresher and better quality flowers. These pictures are what I ordered vs what I got.

I first heard of Bloomex when my manager sent me flowers through them for my grandfather’s passing. The flowers were nice, although the delivery was late. Based on that, I decided to give them a try myself.

I placed an order online with express delivery for the morning. When the flowers hadn’t arrived, I called at 12:05 and spoke with someone who was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told that my location was “a bit far” from their warehouse, which I understand—but that’s not my issue. I paid for express delivery, and it’s Bloomex’s responsibility to manage that service. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. Had they told me upfront that delivery would be late, I would have been more understanding.

When the flowers finally arrived, they did not look fresh. They were already wilting and seemed like they wouldn’t last long. Between the poor customer service, lack of reliability, and low-quality flowers, I will not be ordering from Bloomex again.

I truly wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company. I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement for a friend whose mother had just passed away. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. I even paid extra to ensure the arrangement would be in full bloom, but what arrived was sparse and disappointing, easily the most underwhelming arrangement I’ve ever seen.

Not only was it a waste of money, but it also failed to properly convey the sympathy and care I intended to express. This experience was incredibly frustrating during an already emotional time. I believe a full refund is more than warranted.

I rarely ever complain or leave negative reviews but I'm beyond disappointed, frustrated and angry about my recent order. The experience was nothing short of appalling and fell far below the expectations the advertising set.

I paid nearly $60 for the flowers for my mother's 60th birthday and instead of adding joy to her day, the delivery completely ruined it! The greenery arrived dead with brown spots, the bouquet contained barely any roses and the arrangement looked nothing like the photo advertised.

Further, the flowers look like they are going to die. Mind you, I've already put theme in a vase in an attempt to bring them back to life. To make matters worse, the balloon was delivered flat and deflated, and the "card" was nothing more than a thin advertising flyer with the message on the back. My mother didn't even notice the birthday message because it wasn't attached to the arrangement.

Even my mother remarked that she would have preferred flowers from Walmart, Superstore, etc. over what Bloomex delivered as even grocery store flowers are better quality than those sad excuse of flowers given by Bloomex.

I emailed Bloomex the same day, still no response. I'm deeply upset and still would like a full refund given their failure to deliver the service and quality promised. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Bloomex, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered the Enchanted Cottage for the price of $49.99 (tax and delivery not included). However, when I received it, I was very dismayed and disappointed by how it looked. It is very far from the picture posted on your website. I understand that I ordered the regular size, but for that amount, I expected more. The bouquet I received looks like it is only worth about $20.

I reached out to them and asked for at least a partial refund as I wasn’t satisfied with my order. After a few email exchanges with them, they told me that that flowers on their website and what I received are the same. Yes, I get that they are the same. But the price for the bouquet I paid doesn’t seem like the one I received. Take note, their flowers are not even the freshest one I’ve seen.

I felt sad for my friend, so I bought more flowers just to make it look nicer.

Dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful, responsive and courteous throughout the entire process seeing I was sending fruit basket to NS. Would definately use again.

Update. What I requested was NOT what was recieved.
I requested and paid for a supersize fruit basket but somewhere it was decided to substitute the order without contacting me. What was recieved was flowers and 5 boxes of pretzels and NO CARD which was also purchased.

Today is Sept 24th and I am still calling them to rectify their mistake.

IF your going to substitute something YOU need to contact the purchaser. Ever think there could be diet restrictions? Allergies???

I am totally disappointed. I was promised sept 23rd delivery, now Sept 24th 2025.

Had a great experience up until I received the flowers which were for my wife's birthday. It was completely different from what was advertised.

What Bloomex sent was exclusively budding flowers (see photo) which did not start blooming until 3-4 days after the delivery date. I complained to Bloomex and attached a photo.

I got a brush off saying that they send "budding, not fully bloomed flowers, so your recipient can enjoy them longer." This annoyed me because I have purchased flowers before and I know it is not the norm for only budding flowers to be sent. I had to send the photo again and ask them how they would feel if their spouse had received something like this for a birthday or other occasion. I was never offered a refund, only store credit, which might have to be used on something other than flowers to avoid another situation like this.

The 1 star is for the atrocious customer service.

Edit: Yes they were late. Asked to be morning delivered and they came around 2h30. I guess it was because more people had ordered for the same funeral celebration and they got delivered all at the same time. They were not as beautiful as the pictures but still nice.

I placed an order last week for a bouquet made of 100 roses. On the phone, Sally was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding — she truly deserves 5 stars for her service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

However, what I received was extremely disappointing. Instead of a professionally arranged bouquet, I got two completely different bundles of flowers simply thrown together and wrapped in plastic. There was zero effort in presentation — not even the stem lengths were matched. It honestly looked like two random bunches from the store were just pushed together and handed to me.

This is not acceptable for a paid floral arrangement, especially one that was supposed to be special. A complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience. Definitely not what I ordered, and absolutely not worth the price.

Amazing customer service!! I can only hope my order is as amazing when its delivered!!! I was close to an hour back and forth on chat with a guy named Mike. He patiently understood what I was looking for and assisted in giving me suggestions and also offered a 15% promo code. I recommend using chat to place orders so you know what your getting. A few months ago I ordered one of their gourmet gifts baskets and it was incredible as well. I will order from this company and continue to recommend 👌. Cheers!☺️

Went to buy a bouquet for mother’s day and found the place to be a bit under maintained but that was not an issue for me. However, I asked to buy some extra packaging on the side because I always like the rearrange my flowers on my own, and they up charged me like crazy, which I’m guessing is because they priced it on a whim, and the owner was generally annoyed and did not try to hide it (which can be understandable given that it was a busy day). But holy. 3$ PER TISSUE PAPER (usually you need 4-5 to make it look fluffed up and beautiful)!!! The prices of individual flowers are not cheap either. You can find much better quality flowers at a cleaner shop for the same price, if not less.

I own a cake business and I always think of Caprice Floral for the flowers on my creations. They have such a beautiful selection of flowers and high quality ones too. Whenever my boyfriend surprises me with a bouquet of flowers, it’s always from Caprice Floral and I get so many compliments on them. Maria is very sweet and accommodating. Can’t wait for my next order!

Helpful staff. A Bit overpriced. They know there plants. Plenty of parking tough to get to since its signage is hidden and its in a area not visible from the street.

Placed an order for a funeral and the person who took the order showed me pictures of certain work and we agreed on a certain arrangement and specifically told her that i didn’t want stargaze flower and that the arrangement had to be at the funeral home at a certain time and sadly to say nothing of that sort happened first the flowers arrived late and the arrangement was poorly made with the stargaze flower in it was very embarrassing and poorly made
And when i confronted her with it she just put the blame bad timing

Alice did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. Really great value and she spent so much time making sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it. She gave detailed instructions on how to make them last from the afternoon into the evening. I would use Alice for all other future events! Thank you for helping us with our special day.

I came into Panda Flowers on very short notice and was seriously impressed. I was in a rush to pick up my wife from the airport and needed something beautiful fast—and they delivered! She was so accommodating, worked within my budget, and even added extra flowers to make the arrangement look full and absolutely stunning. The bouquet looked amazing and my wife loved it. Definitely going to be my go-to spot for flowers from now on. Highly recommend!

They make nice bouquets. However, I was waiting for someone to come and take my order (I was the only customer) for quite a few minutes before one of the 4-5 people I preparing Mother’s Day flowers for delivery came to see me.

Ordered a bouquet of red roses for my Valentine, but received pink roses instead. Also, the delivery was a complete mess - the delivery person lost the bouquet and ruined my surprise.
Pros: Sophie is responsive and the initial delivery was on time.

The person is very sympathetic and the flowers make a beautiful bouquet. I felt nervous because I was making a bouquet for the first time but she was nice, helpful and patient. Definitely recommend.

We use Sophie Dorval faithfully for our Mom for special occasions, just recently her birthday a couple weeks ago. We are in the US (Florida) and always order online, they always send her the most beautiful bouquets to my specifications, delivery is always on time and the drivers so polite, and the flowers always so beautiful. Our Mother now looks forward to them arriving. She is always so happy to receive them and calls right away to tell me how beautiful they are. She sends me pictures, too. Thank you so much for making it a little easier to send some love and brightness to our Mom from afar. You make the process so easy and make her so happy, which makes us happy.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday and was shocked at what she received. The flowers did not look anything like the bouquet I chose on their website. The delivery driver made no attempt to contact her to schedule a delivery and just left them on her doorstep. She arrived home 48 hours later and some flowers had already died. I have contacted bloomex but they have not responded back to my concerns after phoning and emailing the company. Pictured are the flowers I ordered and what she received. It was a $75 beautiful “supersized” bouquet and there is nothing beautiful or supersized about it. Bloomex= bad business x poor customer service

I've used Bloomex multiple times before, but after this experience, I will never be taking my business there again.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the weekend before Mother's Day. The flowers that were received looked nothing like the ones on the website I ordered. When I called to inquire about this they asked me to send an email to their customer service with the pictures. Two weeks passed and still no email back so I called directly. They said they sent an email explaining the flowers were different because the original one's were not in season/out of stock, so they replaced it with flowers of equal or greater value. First of all, I never received any email about this prior to the flowers being sent. I only received this email AFTER speaking to the agent over the phone. Secondly, I ordered a super sized bouquet and paid extra for it, and the flowers received definitely did not give the same impression. While the final bouquet was still nice, the complete difference in what I ordered and lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Additionally, they also failed to include the note I requested with the flowers.

To resolve this issue, they offered a $30 store credit, but since I don't plan on using them again, this store credit is completely useless to me. I asked the agent if I could do a refund, and they said they'd put that request in. 3 weeks later, still no refund, no responses to any emails I have sent, and takes forever to get connected to an agent on the phone.

While previous experiences have been positive, I'll no longer be using them because if you have any issues/problems with your order, their customer service is useless.

Absolutely do not use the Calgary based Bloomex. What I got vs what I ordered$110.00. Customer service brushed me off when I called. Told me they could resend but I would need to pay for a new order. They would waive the deliver fee??

Do NOT order from this company! They are an absolute scam. The flowers that arrive are NOTHING like the pictures on their website. I'm not talking just in size and quality (although that is absolutely pathetic and completely embarrassing), but they will just change the bouquet completely!! Their customer service is garbage and they will not allow you to speak to a manager. They tell you to email and then don't respond. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering two bouquets for Mother's Day but believe me, the negative reviews are true! Although I ordered the same bouquet for both orders, they came differently from each other and the photo on their website. Save yourself some money and a headache and go to your local grocery store because you will definitely find better quality there! Also the note comes on the back of a paper coupon - absolutely embarrassing!!

First thing OVER PRICED. Terrible fruit bouquet. Plastic container with lettuce and not all strawberries were covered with chocolate, they don’t even take there time to make it look presentable, overall awful. definitely not worth coming here.
Look on facebook marketplace they have better quality and better pricing!!

I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and was so impressed with how easy and convenient the process was. I placed a same-day order, and was ready for pick-up quickly without any issues — perfect for last-minute surprises! The presentation was absolutely stunning — everything looked fresh, colorful, and carefully arranged. It truly felt like a special gift. The fruit was sweet and delicious, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll absolutely be ordering again for future occasions!

Don’t even waste your money ordering from here. These were the fresh flowers I got delivered an hour ago for my sisters birthday. What a home. Contacted the store and they told me they asked the employee not to use these . Ordered through uber eats and no one is taking responsibility or given me a resolution. What a joke, I would be embarrassed to send these to anyone. They are now happy in my recycle bin.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to our son and daughter-in-law after the birth of their first baby. After not hearing from them after a few days I contacted them to see whether the “surprise” flowers had arrived. They hadn’t. I emailed the company and had no response. I emailed them again, still no response. So the next day I rang the company (from New Zealand) to see what had happened. The woman who answered the phone told me the delivery person said there was nobody home. There was, and they also had my daughter-in-law’s phone number to ring, but hadn’t. She said they would have a fresh bunch delivered that day. My son and daughter-in-law later received a voicemail message to say the delivery person couldn’t find their address. The flowers were subsequently delivered the next day. If I hadn’t phoned the company, my order was obviously not going to be delivered at all. There was no communication at all, it was completely forgotten about. They found the address on the first delivery but never used the supplied phone number and on the next delivery they strangely couldn’t find the address but managed to use the phone number. We also opted to have a small teddy bear included with the flowers. I understood from their website that the toy depended upon what was available at the time but the bear looks vastly different and the quality is visibly far inferior than the one pictured on their website. It shouldn’t take two unanswered emails and a phone call to jog their memories about an undelivered order. Very disappointing experience and I would never order through them again.

Very impressed with the service I received at this flower shop!! I told the manager about how bad my luck was with flowers but wanted something for my desk... she recommended different plants for my office space. She was considerate of my space, the lighting, and the care I was willing to provide before spending my money... she was fantastic!!

Bit of a shame as I normally would've given a better rating. This used to be where I went for flowers. I now live further out but still decided to come here to get roses for an occasion. Their information online isn't very clear as they have another Google maps location for their pickup service. However, the name doesn't mention that so it looks like just their regular store. It says they open at 9 so I went to get flowers and they were closed (says on the door they open at 10). An employee saw me and I tried to explain to her that online it said they were open and that I'd driven a far way to get there in the hopes she can perhaps sell me flowers 30 minutes early so my trip wouldn't be a complete waste of time. She didn't really listen, just stared at me blankly and just said "we're open at 10," then closed the door..

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I have ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. PLEASE NOTE: I have placed an order a few days in advance, just to make sure they arrive on Mother's Day. It's Mothers Day and the flowers are not there.... I have waited until 5 pm and their customer service rep Emily has lied that the flowers will be there by 8 pm. MOTHERS DAY IS OVER BY THEN. It's 8 pm and my Mother still did not receive her flowers. I couldn't get in touch with someone at this point. Next morning, their representative has advised us that they had to cancel the deliveries at 10 pm as they thought "IT WAS TOO LATE". Don't you think you should've let us know at least??? MY MOTHERS DAY was ruined because of YOU!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! Next day...flowers are nowhere to be found.....it's disgusting!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

We called to have a presentation bouquet delivered to a friend for their graduation. They sent the wrong style (round bouquet) and delivered the bouquet dry without any water source. Seriously?

The owner of the store when we called with comments said that it was up to the recipient to recut the flowers after 5 hours and put them into a vase. This is after we explained again that the person was using the flowers to pose for photos after a long day and that there was no water source available.

The roses flopped after a while (maybe due to the lack of water?) and the bouquet was generally falling apart. Not impressed. The recipient was not happy with that.

I would recommend using another florist in the area that other hotels use. I heard Mood Moss Flowers in Ottawa is good. There's also Scrims florist in the area.

Friendly and warm service. Price is a bit high but with some exceptional oriental options. Not so much choices left for me on Sunday but the owner of the shop tried to assist me to find right ones and decorated them properly. Generally I am satisfied with my shopping experience here.

Incredible shop, flowers and owner! I have been coming to this flower shop for any occasion for 3 years almost. They never fail me! Flowers are always fresh, and they actually take time with you to design your special bouquet according to your demands! And overall, the reason why I keep coming back is the design of course! Their bouquets are definitely the prettiest in Montreal. 10/10 recommended

Terrible experience. My husband stopped by to buy a bouquet for my mother and ended up paying $110 for a small, plain-looking bouquet, completely overpriced for what it was.

What makes it worse is that I had already bought a beautiful, large bouquet for only $40 (tax included) from another shop earlier that day, and I had even texted my husband not to get flowers, but he didn’t see the message in time.

When I heard about that he bought a flower which is $110 for a regular bouquet that didn’t even look special, I told to return it. It’s just not acceptable to charge that kind of price for such a basic arrangement. We were buying flowers out of love for our mother, but this experience left a bad feeling. (Unfortunately when he went back to return it after 1 hour employees was calling their owner twice, but shop owner wasn’t accepting to take it back, my husband said to return it at least for half price which is 55 dollars but they didn’t took it back. Ps: flower was already wrapped when he went to shop,and of course when we took it back it was completely same as we bought it)

Definitely won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it unless you want to be overcharged for something mediocre.

Deeply disappointed by my visit to Flowers on Bay. I called ahead to ask if they sold individual roses and if they had yellow roses. From the call, I had great expectations as the woman on the other end sounded pleasant. Upon arriving to the store, however, I was met with an uninterested and rude woman who, cut me off mid-sentence to tell me to “wait” so she could close the door. Mind you, I had arrived at 10:20 AM, nearly an hour and a half after the store would have opened, so I’m not sure as to why she was not ready for customers. One flower was $15 plus tax, but “7% off if you pay with cash”. I paid in cash and my total was $15.76. The lady tried to wrap the rose in pink ribbon that had already been cut and was hanging on the wall but of course it didn’t match the YELLOW rose and YELLOW wrapping paper, so I kindly asked if she could change it to yellow and she kissed her teeth and proceeded to be incredibly rough with the rose, causing at least 20 petals to fall (see photos). She tried to hide this by tucking the petals back into the paper, but I caught it as soon as I got to take a closer look outside. For 15 dollars I would hope that at the very least the rose would not be halfway to its death by the time I get it. I made the mistake of coming here when I should have gone elsewhere for a full bouquet that would have been the same price!

We needed a quick bouquet of flowers, and didn’t want to spend too much on it. Found this place on Google maps. When we got there the staff were helpful and friendly. The only reason we gave it four stars is that it is a bit pricey, but then we’re not Canadian and may have gotten this wrong. Great flowers and good service.

I ordered the Charlotte Bouquet for my friend’s graduation. They were able to customize the bouquet to a different colour to match her dress. I was also able to come into the store to look at a mock up of the bouquet and look at the wrapping as well. The florist was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. In the end it was absolutely beautiful.

The price point and over quality was definitely worth it especially compared to other florists.

I would definitely come back and would recommend it to any looking for flowers for any occasion!

This past Saturday, on the day of our youth empowerment gala, we were scrambling to find last-minute floral arrangements. I walked into La Grâce des Fleurs in Laval during the Mother’s Day rush, and Elie, the owner, went above and beyond. He generously lent us two stunning arrangements—worth over $500—without even taking my name, just trusting we’d return them. His kindness and community spirit left a lasting impression. Incredible service from a truly generous soul.

We chose la Grace des Fleurs for our wedding, and we would definitely choose them over and over again! Elie and Andrew offered us a complete and professional service from start to end. They were available, understanding and they delivered an end product way beyond our expectations! They made to process and preparations so easy and flawless, which we were grateful for. We highly recommend la Grace des Fleurs for any event or occasion, they are masters of their art.

Absolutely worst service. The owner is so rude and arrogant, not shy of rolling his eyes or even yelling at you. During COVID, I make an extra effort to encourage small businesses although he's very overpriced, I try to give everyone a fair shot but not his case, I honestly wish his store doesn't survive the crisis. That's how unpleasant my experience was and I wish no one ever experiences that. DO NOT GO THERE!!

We had a great experience working with Ottawa Flowers for our wedding! The price was very reasonable and the bouquet I recieved on my wedding day matched my vision perfectly. Pavel always seemed a tad rushed, but there was clearly no need to worry about that because everything was exactly what we wanted. The delivery people were also very kind and polite. Thank you for bringing a splash of colour to our wedding day!

I purchased flowers to be sent to my mom for her birthday because I wasn't in town, but I wouldn't suggest it. To make the bouquet unique for my mom, I ordered flowers and then upgraded them. They weren't premium flowers and didn't look like the ones I had originally bought when they arrived. The store told me to send an email when I called, so I did, and it took them a few days to reply. After my mom's birthday had already past and she had the flowers for a few days, they informed me that they would send a new bouquet. Importantly, though, they stated that the flowers would be delivered, but I would have to give the old ones back to the person who would deliver them. (Please take notice that I wasn't in Ottawa.) How can they expect someone who received flowers to be at home to return the flowers I purchased, which I wanted to be perfect the first time? When I refused this request because it had been a few days, they stopped responding. I would phone, and they would promise to call me back. I called again after two weeks had passed, someone said they were busy and asked me to call back in three days because it was a holiday weekend. The matter could have been resolved two weeks ago. Following all of this, they informed me that they could only issue a partial refund because it was their policy to alter a specific percentage of the bouquet. The bouquet didn't look like what was bought, but it didn't match the enhanced sizing and the flowers were dying. If you want to be scammed, Here's where you should go.

Order flowers for my anniversary for June 5. Was told certain flowers in the arrangement wasn't available but they would be available the next day. They said they could make something similar so I agreed. Many hours went by and they messaged me at 6pm saying they were awaiting a driver to ensure my delivery today.

I contacted them at 735pm to see the status and got no answer. Contacted them by phone and got no answer.

I proceeded to email them and say if it's not going to be delivered today, then I want the original arrangement seeing as they said those flowers would be available. NO ANSWER.

Flowers that I didn't want were delivered for my 4 year anniversary, on the NEXT day. Also delivered when no one was home during the middle of the day (I have footage on my ring camera).

They didn't honor giving me what I originally ordered and they were a day late after saying they were ensuring my order was delivered today.

I'm never ordering from this business again and I will persuade everyone I know to never order with them. Highly unprofessional.

Pavel and his team have looked after me so well for nearly 20 years at this point.

I come here every single Mother’s Day, and any occasion in between where cut flowers are the right touch. The houseplants available also stretch my self control to the limits every time I’m there lol.

They also took care of all the arrangements for my best friend’s wedding, and a few connections beyond them as well as a result.

I always look forward to checking out the arrangements when I walk through the door!

The service and communication with the flowercompany.ca was impressive. I had made a change after ordering online and emailed them right away. They replied quickly and made the change. The potted Azalea was delivered as scheduled. The Azaleas was stunning and beautiful presented.

Terrible experience. I ordered mixed O'Hara banquet, on the website it's white and pink color. When it arrives it's white and orange, and the white roses are already withering. Besides they have moved out of this location, and they don't pick up calls, nor answering WhatsApp messages. Do not buy from them

This bouquet was delivered to me on Feb
24th 2024 as a celebration of my birthday. Those pictures were taken three days after receiving them. The flowers were old (not fresh at all), and they were also delivered to the wrong address (the person who delivered did not even check the name/last name to match what was written on the address.)

I contacted this company as they said that if we were not satisfied with the flowers received, they would replace or refund us.

This is a lie! After exchanging emails with Esteban every other day and waiting for his reply, nothing has happened. In my last email, he asked if I could send the order number. (REALLY?! Should I also ask my friend how much she paid for the flowers?) That is so rude after I sent them all the pictures I am posting here and the card my friend sent me with my address, the day, and the time it was delivered. Can't they track with all the information I sent? Very disorganized!

So, I decided to check their reviews here on Google, and to my surprise, I saw that many people were unhappy with their service and product.
Lousy customer service; they promised a replacement at the beginning of this week, but nothing has happened. I wouldn't like to expose my friend's present and dissatisfaction with the service this company provided. Still, after reading the reviews, I will contact my friend and explain that. Unfortunately, she wasted her money with this company.
I do not recommend them as the quality of the flowers is terrible and customer service is poor and careless.

They left our flowers out in the cold overnight to freeze, then they refused to answer the phone. Good luck trying to reach them on the phone. All they do is hang up on you when you have a complaint.

Since I first left a review, I did receive a replacement bouquet which was much nicer than the first one and they did actually pay us back for 50% of the First order. However, we will still never choose this company again… Thanks for trying to make it right though! 👍💖

416 flowers was able to create two wreaths for a funeral that was the next morning for me. The customer service was excellent and they suggested me to request same day delivery since funeral was early morning. The wreath arrived within a few hours after the placed the order. I called since it was a time sensitive order. I was satisfied with their service and how quickly it was deliver. Family of the deceased said that they were beautiful too. The wreath was in excellent condition but the flowers on the standing spray look a little wither, but I understand it may not look as good since it was delivered a day before the funeral. Prices were better than some of the competitors. I like that they are local in toronto and was able to deliver last minute. Note need to order before 2pm local time.

We ordered 3 flower arrangements for our dear friend's funeral visitation.
They were so beautifully arranged and the flowers were very fresh.
A lot of care went into putting them together and 416-Flowers followed my request and ensured the flowers were at the funeral home on time.

I received my flowers that I paid $239.51 for my daughter's university graduation ceremony. I was so disappointed as I expected a beautiful bouquet for a graduation, but instead I got a punch of flowers tied up in a plastic bag with an elastic band and some greenery that I paid extra $9.99 for. I asked Nina who took my order to ensure that the flowers would be in a bouquet wrapped with tissue paper. There is 1 loose sheet of tissue paper and not even a ribbon was used to tie the flowers. I also indicated many times that my daughter only wanted white peonies and if there was not enough white peony, then to replace them with another white flower instead. Now, I see that there are some pink peonies and most of the flowers are not even blooming yet at this point. I am really unhappy with this as I paid $20 more for the customization and it was not what I thought it would be. I wrote to the company on the same day, Thursday, June 12 when I got the flowers, 1 day before the graduation ceremony to express my unhappiness. But I did not receive a response back till Monday, June 16 and got just an apology that the presentation of the flowers fell short, but it was not even close to a bouquet. Also, the response I got was that the flowers were in a punch, because I did not purchase a vase. How many times do I need to say that the flowers were to be used for a graduation ceremony. I had to make it into a presentable bouquet for the graduation. I would not buy from this company ever again as it will be a waste of money and disappointment.

I ordered my mom flower's for Mothers Day and they arrived brown, wilted and nearly dead (see the photos). These flower's were $89.00 as I paid for the premium delivery fee to ensure they were delivered on Mother's Day. When I asked for a refund, they ignored my emails and sent another arrangement almost a week later. Not only was this not what I asked for, but the second arrangement was STILL incomplete as they didn't add in the babies breath i paid an extra $10 for. . Their response was that they believed they did their due diligence and refused a refund. Totally a money hungry business, who does not care about their clients or the integrity of the service they provide. Huge disappointment. I wouldn't trust this service with anything mildly important to you.

Poor experience! I arranged birthday flowers to my friend. She likes purple colour and I chose the flower selection from purple section. I understand flowers can be changed but I don't expect the flowers arrangement and color tone would be changed too. They didn't contact you for the change and just sent it over directly.

If it is just a blind box, then why do we need to choose the flowers from pictures with different prices? You can see from the photos, they are 2 different things.

Lovely flowershop located in the Ground floor of Bayshore Mall. Variety of flowers are sold here are reasonable prices. The staff were very polite and helpful, providing useful information that helped with deciding on the best choice of flower to go with. In addition, there are other plant types, vases and colourful plant containers sold here. The flowers are fresh, in good shape and lasted long. They're available both online and in-store pick up

The worst experience ever! I paid for a same day delivery and the flowers arrive the next day, half of quantity from the picture, changed the flowers I selected and sent them without my consent and also they arrive in a very bad state. Do not waste your money, they won’t take any responsibility for the bad service. Unacceptable!

I have never been so disappointed with a floral arrangement and order. My order was delivered a day late, so a gift of complimentary chocolates were supposed to be added to the order. NO CHOCOLATES, broken vase, floral arrangement is nothing like pictured, and no card. WHAT DID I PAY YOU FOR? In the end customer service gave me a 15$ store credit. UNACCEPTABLE. horrible service

I ordered a bouquet based on the beautifully photographed arrangement on their website. What arrived was a complete joke—cheap, mismatched flowers that looked like they were thrown together as an afterthought. Absolutely nothing like what was advertised.

When I reached out to complain, I was met with a canned response citing their so-called “substitution policy” and how the pictures are just “illustrations.” Translation: they’ll charge you for something premium and deliver whatever leftover stems they feel like, then blame you for expecting the product you paid for.

Don’t waste your money here. There is zero accountability, zero customer care, and their advertising is blatantly misleading. Plenty of reputable florists out there—this company is not one of them.

Bloomex.ca has a very nice collections of bouquets to order from. Chris was very helpful with my order. The bouquet was as beautiful as I hoped for. Delivery was not, as promised, before noon, although Chris said it will be marked as "rush" (countryside delivery). I understand that delivery is out of his hand. At least it arrived that day. All considered, I'll use their services in the future, should I need a good florist.

Terrible service, product doesn’t match the pictures at all and way overpriced for the trash we received. Scam. Attached photos of what was purchased vs what was received. Completely different colours, no real arrangement and greenery was wilted.

Ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, paid for early delivery and it did not arrive. Got a refund for the extra I paid for early delivery but they would not give me a refund for the whole thing, only store credit. Not going to be ordering from here again, so don’t want store credit. Actually insane that they couldn’t delivery on Valentine’s Day? Do not order from here! Order local, might be more expensive but at least you can count on receiving your order on the right day

The bloomex vending machine at billings bridge was terrible. I thought this would be a store with individual stems to build a bouquet as shown in the pictures. However, I was disappointed to find a vending machine with a half dozen dried up dead Easter arrangements.

Ordered 12 dozen roses for my wife on Valentine's Day. I recieved 11 roses that were about to die instead. Very unhappy with the quality of roses. I contacted customer support and they did nothing for me. Very disappointed.

We order flowers and somehow they overcharge and credit card was scammed.

Wasted an hour picking out the perfect bouquet only to realize they lied about pickup location midway through checkout. Don't waste your time with them. "Satellite locations" for alternative pickup spots can't be selected on the website, only 2000 Thurston.

They are not located downtown. They are located at 2000 Thurston Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C9, far from downtown. The google maps location is wrong. When you order flowers from a store called “Ottawa downtown flowers” which is located at 50 Oconor, you expect to pickup your flowers at 50 Oconor!

They can apparently deliver to ‘satelite’ locations downtown, but you need to specify this request at the time of order. These flowers ended up costing me 30$ of extra Uber to pickup the flowers. This was a very poor experience.

Flowers are fine, but there are many just as nice located downtown and not misleading about their location.

Ordered flowers for a funeral with a short turn around. Loved how they tracked and advised me of the order. As it so happened the flowers arrived at the same time I arrived for visitation. The flowers were gorgeous. You are my new florist of choice! Prices are reasonable. Thank you.
