We had such a wonderful experience with Toronto Wedding Flower Gallery! 💐 A huge thank you to Alex, who was so dedicated from start to finish — countless calls, thoughtful advice, and creative designs to make sure the flowers matched our venue perfectly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, with clear photos and PPT presentations to show us how everything would look, and delivery was right on time.
The flowers were absolutely stunning and super fresh — even a week later, my bouquet and our head table arrangement are still looking beautiful at home! 🌸✨ This is truly a professional and high-standard wedding florist. We’re so grateful for their amazing work and highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding.

I had a great experience! I asked for a bouquet with my budget and color theme and they made one right away - took around 10-20 minutes. He asked multiple times if I liked the arrangement and asked if I wanted to change any flowers. I also asked him to remove some that were not looking the best and he quickly replaced them with different fresh flowers. The wrapping is great and the result speaks for itself! Definitely go in, don’t hesitate to ask for swaps or certain flowers and enjoy your beautiful bouquet! Also he honored my budget which was amazing. I will definitely be going back whenever I need flowers

I don’t recommend this place to get bridal bouquets. I was disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered to my place (pic 1) It didn’t look fresh or as good as the picture shown on their website; some petals even looked old. Luckily I had ordered them the day before my ceremony, so my friends were able to create a beautiful bouquet for my ceremony as shown in pic 2.

I ordered my bridal bouquet from Toronto Flower Gallery and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The bouquet was absolutely stunning; fresh, beautifully arranged, and exactly like the photo I had provided.
What stood out even more was their exceptional customer service. I needed to reschedule the delivery, and they were so accommodating and supportive throughout. The bouquet arrived right on time and stayed fresh for several days after. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care. Highly recommended for any special occasion :)

Do not buy from here if you're looking for a bulk order.
I ordered 3 weeks in advance on May 10th for a May 30th delivery. They replied on May 17th and told me the cutoff for payment for that delivery date was May 21st. I called and emailed numerous times between May 17th and 21st, and finally got the invoice after calling (and being assured I'd be receiving the invoice) multiple times on May 21st.
They originally quoted me $18.99 for delivery to Mississauga, but I was told that this was an error on the staff's part and the delivery would actually be $50, which I paid despite being told originally it would be cheaper. Their "solution" was to send me less flowers to stay within my budget.
I ordered the flowers and gave clear instructions about what I wanted. I received an email the day prior that they did not have ONE of the items I wanted, so they replaced it with something else, which I agreed to.
I received the order and was shocked. I ordered yellow and white daisies and asked that they are cohesive. I received 3 different shades of yellow, white, and a green one. I also asked for dark pink and light pink carnations, and instead was given a mix of novelty carnations, including light pink, white with pink, pink with yellow, and dusty rose carnations. None of these items were cohesive, and they were aware this was for an event. They told me I wasn't specific enough and they assumed I would want "a variety" for my event (they never communicated with me about providing "a variety" and I never approved this).
I was told they would go to the market to exchange the daisies and carnations, and was additionally told I would be contacted with what they were bringing me. This, however, is only after they blamed me for "not being specific enough" with my order. I sent them photos of the daisies I wanted. I was told they got the white and yellow daisies that morning, but the owner did not reply to my text asking for photos of what she was bringing me.The owner brought what she got from the market to my house, and left them in the bag on the floor, snatching the bucket from me and running to her car.
I called and told them that the items were not what I wanted, and the owner drove back to my house and banged hard on my glass door, to the point where I was worried she'd break it. After insisting that she would not give me a refund, she tried to snatch the flowers from my hands, which I told her not to do. She laughed in my face.
I was told they would only give me a refund if I gave them back the items, but they would not provide further replacement. I refused and exaplained it was because I needed flowers for the event the following day, and wanted to make sure first that I would have replacement flowers from another store before I gave them back the flowers, and asked if they could come back the following day. They said they would not because they "already paid for two deliveries" for me, and asked me to drive to their store to get a refund. I refused, because again... I paid $50 for delivery already. Not my fault they messed up my order.
The owner laughed and drove off, and I once again asked for a refund, which they refused. I ended up having to pay $60 to replace some of the items and had to communicate to my client that they were not getting the items they asked for, which affects my business.
The whole while, I was getting blamed, getting my door banged on, getting yelled at or given excuses, and still not being provided what I asked for. I guarantee the replies to this from the company will also being shifting blame or making excuses.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Don't deal with this place.

Photos attached are what I received after ordering "light and dark pink carnations" and "yellow and white daisies". If I could attach the ring camera video of the owner banging down my door and trying to snatch things from my hands, I absolutely would as well.

Got this gorgeous bouquet for only 30 dollars ( I added some tulips that I already had), Very kind and helpful people and always has the best quality and price for flowers.

Went there to order wreaths for my grandma’s funeral and the gentleman there was quite helpful and accommodating.
I was worried that the wreaths would not come out as nice as expected but they were beautiful!
Service was great and pricing was fair…actually a lot more affordable than some other places I’ve checked out.

Woke up early this morning planing to take some sunrise photos around Montreal but the weather wasn't cooperating. Drove past this quaint little florist and stopped to buy a couple of roses for my sleeping wife and because I saw the owner outside cleaning the shop's awnings. Even though the store wasn't officially open for another hour, the owner said I could go inside and purchase something. Thanks, (Johnny?), for being so nice and accommodating. My wife enjoyed the surprise very much, too.

Venus flowers did all of the flower arrangements for my wedding and I can’t say enough how beautiful they turned out! Really smooth process from beginning to end. Thanks again John and Peggy!! Flowers were delivered on time and were so lovely, my mother-in-law loved the ford truck planter (nowhere else that I looked online had a cool planter like that!) and they were reasonably priced. User friendly website and payment was smooth and secure.

I recently attended a floral arrangement workshop here, and it was absolutely delightful! Monique was warm, engaging, and made the entire experience both fun and relaxing. She shared helpful tips throughout, and her passion for flowers really shone through. The final bouquet (pictured in the third photo) is hands-down the most beautiful one I’ve ever made—or received! I left feeling inspired and can’t wait to sign up for more workshops in the future. Highly recommend!

Thank you,. I received some flowers that weren't the freshest and they didn't make it after just a couple days. It was a very hot day (32c) and the delivery came with the cello bag was dried out so possibly too many deliveries that day. However, the customer service at umbrella is always so fantastic. They redelivered the flowers today and they look magnificent. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service and always making it right. I very much appreciate it.

I used Amborella for my wedding flowers and was so thrilled with the how everything turned out. The ordering process was so easy and they were responsive leading up to the wedding. The website ordering is supposed to be a bit less personal with no consultation but they included everything I asked for. The flowers looked great when they showed up and beautiful throughout the day. I’d recommend Amborella to any bride looking for great value and an easy process with florals! 🤍

Just attended the BYOV workshop last Friday. Although my friend and I had a good time and both left with beautiful bouquets majority of our flowers began to die 3 days later. I had roses and snapdragons that did not last. At $10 a bloom I would have expected to get more time out of them. Most of the flower selections were already in full bloom and some looked on their way out. Maybe these workshops help them get rid of old stock? I don't think what I got was worth the price I paid for only 3 days of life.

Absolutely amazing! They did a gorgeous job at my wedding last year and I have used them for 2 other family weddings since then. I also have friends that have worked with them for numerous events and had a great experience with them. Grace offers the most amazing arrangements and gives you exactly what you want. She considers your budget and your needs unlike other florists. She is also very generous with her work and really likes to make your event special. To top it off she was the nicest and most professional of eall the vendors used at these weddings. They were the most stress free people to work with during all our family events. I would recommend her to each and every person I know!

I ordered the Thanksgiving tray as a gift for the family hosting dinner. I called the store and spoke with a staff member, emphasizing that the tray should resemble the photo and requesting no unappetizing or stale fruit. She assured me that she made it and it was fresh and like the picture. While she assured me everything would be fine, upon receiving the tray, I found the grapes were not fresh, the oranges looked like they were squished while cutting and there were only a few blueberries, and overall, the presentation was unappealing. Given the price, this was a significant disappointment. I couldn't find an email for customer service, and when I called, the store was closed. I wanted to share my experience to help others avoid similar disappointments. Save your money and consider making your own tray instead.

BEST customer service EVER. Amazing quality chocolate covered strawberries, the younger lady with the glasses was SO helpful and kind, I will for sure come back and order from here, they are so amazing here, such warm and bubbly personalities!!

If possible, I would give this store a zero star. Extremely poor customer service. I called to place an order today. Their online ordering system was not allowing me to complete the order so I called the store to get the item placed. One of the workers was trying to help place the order when another worker grabbed the phone and said we are busy. Call back next week. If they were busy, they could’ve politely taken a number and called me back when they had time

Just visited today to buy a birthday cake, and I left feeling disappointed. I was treated with cold indifference and spoken to rudely, as if I didn’t belong. Whether intentional or not, the energy felt off—and frankly, discriminatory. I won’t be coming back.

I had made my wedding bouquet at Carmine and I couldn't be more happier!! They did it exactly the way I wanted to and it was GORGEOUS!! The prices are fantastic and the service #1!

Update: 3rd time using them: I went to this wonderful florist for my grandmas funeral. First of all the owner spoke to me with empathy, he was patient and he really took all I said and made that vision come true at a reasonable price. I thank Manny because at that time you are fragile and you count on good people to perform a service as you hope and he exceeded my expectations!!!..

Ok well first of all I have now ordered2x from this establishment and both times have been satisfied. Satisfied with the customer service and final product. The 2nd time I ordered I spoke to Manny. He was so helpful and just down to earth, gave me the facts and did not sky rocket prices. The bouquet arrived quickly and was lovely. With this kind of service they will have me as a repeat customer. I appreciate honesty in business and felt like I got that here.

My sister has just given birth and her husband asked me to buy her a Bouquet on his behalf. Google maps lead me to Fleuriste Carmine.
They made me a VERY gorgeous bouquet on the spot (I didn’t wait much at all) and at a very competitive price. The picture does not do it justice.
Their overall service is exceptional and they are clearly very passionate about what they do.

We just found this place walking out of the cinema. We loved the pink flowery decor. Went in for a drink. Had to wait for a bit as quite a few people decided to walk-in and o my one person working. My friends pink hot chocolate was barely warm. I had the crimson cocktail which I enjoyed and another friend had the Chai Latte Tea which she enjoyed. Next time we will try the sweet treats

We came here as a group of 11 people, we preordered a few days before. We came of the aesthetics and vibes, but I was really disappointed. The waiter was right behind me serving coffee for some and I was trying to tell her my order but she kept ignoring me until she put everyone's coffee on the table, I thought it was rude, she could have just asked me to wait. The sandwiches came cold, although they tasted good but were cold, unfortunately. The choclate brownie was so dry could not eat it, the matcha strawberry cake was also not good, no one finished their dessert. I asked for a sweetner for my coffee, which you would expect they would have as a coffee shop, but they only had regular sugar. Very disappointing.

The owner, Michelle was so amazing and accommodating. Two friends and I came in with a request and she did everything possible to make it special for us. Everything we had was incredible, service was warm and kind, and the ambiance / design of the space was gorgeous. We were visiting from out of town and are so glad we were able to experience it!

We did the Pink Tower Experience for Mothers Day. The ambiance and decor in the cafe was lovely. I truly loved that everything including food and drinks was pink. The flower bouquet we got with our booking was an amazing value for the money. It was absolutely beautiful ! Our only complaints were with the service, it was not overly busy and the service was very slow and the servers were not very pleasant. We were also supposed to get scones included with our tower and they had none left. You would think they would have planned ahead to ensure they had enough for all reservations ?? All aside I’d like to return to try their cocktails

A charming little café — totally Instagrammable! I had the chai latte and the luxe breakfast, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to customize everything to our preferences. While the space is on the smaller side, my friends and I had no trouble finding seats for Sunday brunch. It’s a cozy spot to relax, conveniently located in the heart of downtown with plenty of sights within walking distance.

I love the flowers they sell. Very cute!! They sell peonies which are hard to find. Its a little bit expensive but its worth the quality pf the flowers

This is the worst florist I have ever seen. I prepared a graduation bouquet for my friend, but the shop where I bought the flowers did not offer packaging services. Since I needed the bouquet the next day and had to work, I was worried about not having enough time, so I called several shops. One shop, Misty Morning Florals, said they could provide packaging services for $6, but unfortunately, they were closing in half an hour and I couldn’t make it in time. Then I called this shop, which was farther away but open until 8 PM. Over the phone, they asked about the size of my bouquet. I said medium to large size, but I wasn’t sure. They quoted $15 and I asked if I could see it first when I arrived. They agreed but emphasized that I had to come that day because they would be busy the next day.

I took an Uber to get there, and when I arrived, they asked if I was the one who called. I said yes, and they started wrapping the bouquet. Initially, the two female employees asked if I wanted to add more flowers. I asked them to wrap it first to see how it looked. The final result was very disappointing. It was raining heavily outside, and they used cardboard paper and staples, which I found unattractive. The water pouch at the bottom was exposed. I asked if they could rewrap it, explaining that it was a graduation bouquet for a good friend and I wanted it to look nice. They said this was the best they could do and that they were being nice to help me since I didn’t buy the flowers there. I thanked them for their efforts but expressed concern that the packaging wouldn’t hold up in the rain and would be ruined. They suggested using the clear plastic wrap I brought for protection. I asked if there were any other options, and when they said no, I asked if I could pay $10 (since the packaging fee in Toronto is generally $10). I was really unhappy with the packaging and mentioned I might have to go to another shop the next day to rewrap it. Suddenly, they became very angry and told me to either pay $15 or they would unpackage the flowers and let me leave with a messy bouquet. Their aggressive attitude made me panic, and I didn’t understand why I was being treated this way. I was just trying to negotiate because I felt the packaging was not worth $15. It looked very ordinary, like something from a grocery store.

I then asked if I could take a picture to discuss with another friend, as we had bought the bouquet together. They firmly refused, saying I couldn’t take a picture without paying and insisted I decide immediately because they were closing. Seeing my hesitation, they started to unpackage the flowers. Feeling extremely upset, I cried and paid the money. After I paid, they told me not to cry and to cry elsewhere if I wanted to because they were leaving.

I can’t imagine my first trip to Montreal being like this. I’ve been in Canada for 10 years and have never encountered such terrible service. I thought people who ran flower shops loved life and beautiful things, but meeting these employees ruined my impression of Montreal. It was awful. I hope to receive a reasonable and sincere explanation. Attached are photos of the $6 packaging from another shop and the receipt. The first two photos are from this shop, the third is the Misty Morning Floral packaging, and the fourth and fifth are receipts from both shops.

Bought a Bouquet for mother's day. Love the colors and my mother was truly happy. I just learned while reading the reviews that it's possible to make my own Bouquet. I will try that next time.

I stumbled upon this gem while downtown and I am glad I did! I am not sure if the lady who helped me was the owner, but she was exceptionally patient! I was on the hunt for a new plant to add to my home; while I already have a snake plant she helped me in choosing another variation that will go nicely with my other plants. I also purchased to lovely bouquets of dried flowers that I absolutely love. The bouquets were already designed but she didn’t hesitate to make alterations. Thank you for the great experience, I highly recommend the trip if you are looking for quality and great prices!

1month earlier,I went in person to ask for a quote for a wedding bouquet, boutonnière, and flowers so I can do my bridesmaid’s corsages. The girl even calculated the final amount with tax for me.
I paid in full, the amount of the written quote/recwipt over the phone the week of my wedding.

They only got the flowers late, Friday, the day before my wedding when I’m to pick them up.
I arrive that evening, and the girl can’t find my bouquet, then can’t find the other flowers, and can’t reach anyone she is trying to call for help.
She tells me I have to pay $30 or I can’t have my bridesmaid flowers.
I showed the quote and payment proof, and she says the quote is only for the 1st half. What?
A month ago I asked for a quote for everything, got it in writing, and was still forced to pay extra. I was getting married first thing in the morning, I needed the flowers that night to do the corsages.
A quick pickup turned into an hour.

She finally reaches her manager who says she’ll call me on Monday about the refund , and I have the girl write about the problem on the back of my receipt/quote.
We’re re now Friday, and no call or voicemail.

Planning a wedding is stressful enough as it is without having your already paid for flowers held hostage the night before your big day.

Response:
Only once there is a review after days of waiting for the manager’s call do I get contacted; and not to talk but to shame in private.
Interesting how your public online response is much more polite than the one sent to me in private which insulted my character, intelligence, and my taste.
I gave an honest review of my experience with you, so I will not remove it as you said I should if I were “wise”.

Funny how a florist says wedding corsages are stupid…and that you were thinking of just sending me away empty handed the eve of my wedding.

Purchased a single flower on my trip this past weekend. It's nice to come home with a memory of my stay with something that should last a long time. The larger decor can certainly be a centerpiece that lasts a long time while looking real and classy. Service was great and I look forward to returning in the coming months to purchase a larger arrangement.

Now, imagine trying to explain this to a florist?!?? I just happened to have worked with Rachelle, arguably one of the vendors in my wedding planning process that actively listened to our vision. Having a micro wedding to us meant low, simple centre pieces (we did bud vases with one or two flowers) for lots of face-to-face time, lots of green but soft accents of white (on Rachelle’s recommendation) but that didn’t have strong fragrance (my requirement).

And the piece de resistance? She recreated my mom’s bouquet. My heart is still so full thinking about it. I’m drying it as we speak as a keepsake!

She NEVER pushed me into spending more money or getting arrangements or accents I didn’t like. She truly brought my vision to life, even when I didn’t think I had one to begin with. She is like a flower therapist! Thank you so much.

I'm very happy with the beauty of the flowers and the prompt delivery. This was an online order from across Canada and the store had to contact us to correct a problem with the order but the flowers were still delivered on time. I will not hesitate to use this flower shop again.

Bought a bouquet of 8 red flowers, it costs 55$.
Very poor decorating with no work put on to make it look representative. Usually a bouquet of 8 flowers should look a lot better than this.

The owner (& florist) is an awe-inspiring artist. I came in randomly and just told her I wanted a pretty bouquet for my house. She made this in a couple minutes! My photo does not even do it justice. The price is reasonable and it was worth every dollars.

Very disappointed with this flower shop. They overcharged for faded flowers. This is the second time, that I've ordered according to their website and the flowers received are not even close to the pictures on their website. Save your time, energy and money and stay away from this place.

I am extremely disappointed with the so-called birthday gift I received today from your flower shop for my 35th birthday. What I got was nothing but a bunch of cheap, thoughtless items thrown together at the last minute. There was no care, no creativity—just pure disappointment.

One of the sets was a chocolate basket with no production date, no brand, no information at all—something even Dollarama could do better than this garbage.

My husband was so excited for me to receive this gift. He actually chose three different sets, and when I opened it, I could hardly bring myself to tell him that I wasn’t smiling at all. My heart sank even more when I found out this pile of junk cost nearly $200.

This is absolutely unacceptable. You completely treated your customer like a fool. If I could, I would absolutely demand a refund! I would never recommend your store to anyone. You ruined my 35th birthday.

Do not order from this company they are complete scam artists.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Bloomex. I paid 122.00 for a flower arrangement for my best friends mothers funeral that was not only overpriced but also incomplete. Upon delivery, it was immediately clear that half of the flowers listed in the original order were missing.

I have contacted Bloomex multiple times regarding this issue and was either ignored or misled with false promises that someone would get back to me. As of today, I have yet to receive a legitimate response, resolution, or refund.

It is unacceptable for a company to take payment for a product and then fail to deliver what was promised—both in quality and in service. The fact that my follow-up concerns were disregarded makes this experience even more disappointing. Businesses that operate this way damage consumer trust and should not be in business if they cannot uphold basic standards of honesty and reliability.

Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and money. This business should not be operating — they do not honor their promises and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Bloomex is deceptive. They do not uphold what they have said and agreed to. They said "yes" but yet they will not follow through.

This is not the first time with Bloomex. I will no longer order from Bloomex.

I ordered on May 12 as a belated Mother's Day flower delivery to Scarborough, ON.

The address was correctly stated and recorded.
Paid for 100 blooms of orchids.
Paid for $19.99 same day delivery.

Delivered to 2350 instead of 2330 -- wrong address.
Delivered 15 tulips instead of 100 blooms of orchids (claimed same value)
Not delivered properly and it was the resident of 2350 who finally returned it.

The bouquet was delivered to 2350 instead of 2330. Completely different building altogether. Same unit number but different building. It was recorded at the security desk that they went to the wrong building.

The agents did not want to rectify anything and kept trying to convince me that they delivered it and had a photo. I had to

That was Monday.

I kept trying to get in touch with them and it was only on Friday May 16 that I finally received $40 store credit.

Then to make up to my mother, I ordered another bouquet, adding money to create a bigger bouquet to ensure my mother is no longer upset at the 15 tulips that was sent on Monday.

Then today I have photos from my parents that it was again a mixed bouquet.

I ordered 100 Blooms of Alstroemeria
delivered was a mixed bouquet with 7 or so blooms of alstroemeria.

This is lying, deceptive, fraudulent, and dishonest. If I had wanted a bouquet of daisies, I would not have paid $69.99 for it, plus $19.99 for delivery.

I have now been waiting for someone to be in touch with me on chat and I have been ignored by 3 agents now.

I want to report them but don't know where would be most effective.

It is not about getting money back but they simply are not doing business honestly.

The flowers I received looked nothing like the ones I ordered — completely different in color, arrangement, and overall presentation. It was a disappointing surprise, especially since the product I selected was clearly advertised and paid for.

Despite my initial hesitation about ordering from this company, I received a phone call from their team encouraging me to complete my purchase. As an incentive, I was promised an “extra” — such as candies or chocolates — if I placed the order. Trusting their word, I went ahead.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The order arrived late, and the promised “extra” was missing. When I contacted customer service, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive response. The representative stated there was nothing they could do about the missing item and ended the conversation abruptly by asking if I had any other questions.

Eventually, I was offered a store credit, but this feels like an empty gesture — I have no desire to order from this company again after such a misleading and poorly handled experience.

This kind of service reflects a lack of accountability and care for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope management reconsiders how they handle situations like this and takes steps to make it right for future customers.

It turns out today I received a delivery from Bloomex for Mother's Day. I was in the middle of ordering from their site when I got my delivery! I absolutely love the bouquet of Calla lilies. They are so stunning! This was my first time ordering from this website, and I was a bit confused at first while navigating to checkout. It didn't take long to figure it out, though, and place my order, and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely use this site again in the future. I ordered the half dozen assorted roses in a mason jar deluxe.

Website was difficult to order from. Curbside pickup not allowed so couldn't submit my order. But finally figured it out. Calling is helpful, but they're busy. So when we picked up got a chocolate covered strawberry while waiting, and lady greeted us with a smile! This is downtown 7th Ave location. Parking is hard to find, but otherwise happy so far. Haven't gotten my order yet. But if there is anything wrong, I will edit my review.

Love the edible arrangements from here. My favourite go to gift idea that never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My last order was delicious & fresh as always, the watermelon balls were delightful.

I walked in to get some Chocolate covered strawberries and I also got a preserved red rose. I sat and waited only 5 minutes and they gave me a delicious chocolate strawberry sample while I waited. Great service and I left with a beautiful gift for my sister. Thank you!

Product & service is great. Website could be improved regarding pickup. There is no curbside as its right by the LRT tracks and what is "smoothie" option.

I placed a phone order today for a bouquet of flowers. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that the flower cuts I received were not fresh. It affected the overall quality of the arrangement. Great service, but I hope more attention is given to the freshness of the flowers in the future.

Popped into this flower shop unexpectedly and walked out with everything I needed for this surprise birthday gift. Their walk-in cooler offers a variety of bouquets for all occasions. I appreciated being able to just select and not have to wait. They have thought of everything!

This place is so beautiful, I’ve seen some reviews saying that they don’t get what they ordered and I wish I could tell these people to go into the store rather than ordering online. Nothing online ever looks like the picture. I went in, in a hurry right off is work looking for two bouquets for two different graduates. And she showed me two beautiful bouquets I bought immediately, I was told while paying that this place is completely locally owned. I will be going back to this place whenever I need flowers, and I’ve told my boyfriend that this is the florist to buy from.

The bouquet was delivered in the late afternoon when I was out so it was placed at my front door porch. I have no problem with that but would appreciate a follow-up text message or phone call to let me know about that. My garage is at the back of the house so I would not have seen the bouquet had my niece who ordered the bouquet not called me and checked. It would have been left outside overnight.
The bouquet though is beautiful.

Received flowers from here on February 13 as a gift from my husband (and grandsons) for Valentine’s Day and have to say I’m very disappointed. To start with the delivery driver was rude, she shoved the bouquet into my hands and turned away without making sure I had it, which I barely did. This bouquet was not what was ordered, my husband ordered the 99 designer choice substantial bouquet, what I got was smaller than what Walmart was offering for 49. The flowers were shedding and some were obviously dying and now we are 2 days later and it is already over half dead. My husband called and emailed the store (with pictures) and got no response. Have to say this was VERY DISAPPOINTING service. Would NOT recommend. No customer service!

I bought flowers online for my mom for her 70th birthday. I wanted them to be big and beautiful, so I paid extra for the deluxe bouquet. Over $100. This is what was delivered. I could have purchased a bouquet from Safeway for a quarter of the price and they would have been nicer. Tried to contact the shop, no response. I will never EVER again use grower direct. Scam artists!

I had a wonderful experience at the flower shop thanks to Haani. She was incredibly helpful and creative, she took the time to help me choose the perfect plant and planter combination, and even added some extra moss to complete the look. Her eye for detail and friendly approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered from them before but I was particularly impressed with them this time, on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t just how beautiful the flowers were—even adding some extra touches not shown in the image online—but also their customer service. They were kind and helpful and worked overtime to get us our flowers.

For more detail: I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement and a spa gift for my mom for Mother’s Day, but our area has a lot of theft of packages off of porches, and when we found some plastic packaging on our porch we were sure the flowers had been stolen. We were bummed. But when I called Langdon’s Flowers, the kind woman on the phone let me know they actually hadn’t gotten to our house yet. They track their deliveries very accurately. She let me know they deliver from 8 am to 8 pm so there were still a few hours.

8 pm came and went and we were worried they had delivered and it DID get stolen, but at 8:30 ish they arrived, and the delivery girl was SO sweet. She apologized for being late, we were second to last of the day, but she was working later than she should’ve been, just so could get all the flowers out for Mother’s Day and my mom was so thrilled to see her! It was honestly my fault that I forgot to select a time for delivery, and I’m just really impressed with their dedication to getting these flowers out. (Also I then got an email notifying me that the delivery was completed; so for anyone with a similar situation, just check your emails for confirmation!)

The flowers are gorgeous, and they added some extra touches I wasn’t even anticipating. And the spa set smells like heaven. Including a photo of one of the roses because it’s so perfect lol.)

The selection at this florists shop is out of this world. There are so many options of roses and other in season flowers. Their Orchid collection is also quite impressive. Any time I've been at this shop, it's always got a decent crowd of people browsing and purchasing, and the employees are attentive and work fast. Love visiting this store.

The florist was super nice and supportive. She helped me design my flowers and assisted me when I had questions. She even made sure I didn’t go over my budget which was really kind of her. After helping me pick out my flowers she wrapped them beautifully and answered my questions about how to make the flowers last as long as possible. For only 35$ I was able to get this beautiful arrangement!!

I visited this shop for the first time around Persian New Year while searching for fresh flowers. They had a great variety of beautiful blooms, and the lady working there was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I had picked a bunch I liked, but she noticed it wasn’t the freshest and immediately offered a fresher one I hadn’t seen. That level of care really stood out. The flowers are really fresh and affordable. They also have variety of flowers. You can finch whichever you want to have.
