Amazing service. The owner was super friendly, flexible, and responsive via WhatsApp. Purchased a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a friend's birthday and they were very fresh and fragrant. Great pricing and he gave us a walk through of the different prepared bouquets they had. Highly recommend!

I ordered flowers for my mother last Saturday, expecting a beautiful arrangement, but I was deeply disappointed. The delivery time was unclear, leaving me waiting all day without updates. When I called, I learned the flowers were not yet delivered (late afternoon) and some weren’t bloomed. The shop offered to add yellow roses and other flowers, which I agreed to if the arrangement looked nice. However, the delivered flowers were tightly packed, didn’t match the style I chose, and started wilting quickly. The sunflowers were facing downwards. This was meant to be special for my mom, but the experience was upsetting. No response to my follow-up privately 🥲

Bought flowers at Million Rose Flowers—service was outstanding. They patiently wrapped my bouquet and helped me through an unfair platform issue. Truly the best service! The babypink rose was amazing!!!

Yesterday I had a very disappointing experience with this flower shop. Despite arriving in the appropriate pickup time, the order was not ready, and I ended up waiting for 50 minutes. The staff on site couldn't release the order without the manager's approval, who was not present, causing unnecessary delays. This level of disorganization and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again🫤.

Recently I was looking to pick up a bouquet on the way to a friend's birthday. Google showed me this sweet shop, just down the street from my house!

Decided to pop in & check it out, unaware that ready-to-go arrangements are not typical. (Oops!!) The owner & other staff were so amazing and quick to assure me they could make something.

I was asked 3 questions & in no time at all, this beautiful bouquet was created! My friend loves it, AND in a wild development, she told me this is the floral shop that she got her wedding flowers from 🤯🥰 and her Mom has been going to for years!!!

Avoid at all costs — especially for special occasions.

I placed an order ahead of Mother’s Day with a clearly agreed-upon time. When I arrived, they completely denied the agreed time and tried to gaslight me — until I showed them the text message confirming it.

Instead of apologizing, they started making the bouquets after I arrived. One of them looked like a sad bundle of greenery — not a single main flower bloomed— and they insisted it was “appropriate” for $35. It wasn’t. It looked rushed, cheap, and completely unworthy of the occasion. But at that point, I had no other option.

If you’re planning something special or want to avoid stress and disrespect, do not go here.

Buyer beware - this shop is under new management and nowhere near the quality it used to be. I paid $100 for a sad, poorly arranged bouquet with flowers that were not fresh. By the next day, half of them were drooping - for some reason I can't seem to upload the photos, but it was embarrassing to give these as a gift.

During Valentines day I made a call to request a flower arrangement. We agreed on an arrangement and price, and I was told that I would receive a text message regarding where to send the deposit, which I never ended up receiving. I followed up by both phone calls and text several times over more than a week to get the deposit instructions so that I could send in the deposit and get the flower order started. I managed to get a hold of her again, to which she once again said she would sent a text message to me with the deposit instructions, however, once again I did not receive anything. The whole ordeal lasted more than a week and I still never heard back ended up getting the flowers. I Ended up having to scramble last-minute to get flowers elsewhere.

Amazing new spot in the neighbourhood! I planned a last min (1.5 weeks notice!) city hall wedding for the legal bit and popped into the shop on the day off and asked if I could pick some flowers for a little bridal bouquet. They were so accommodating and kind - let me pick out the flowers I liked and then helped choose great filler flowers and greenery to make the most perfect little bouquet. They were also at the time preparing a ton of wedding centerpieces that were STUNNING! The person who helped me was also so incredibly kind and helpful. Such a hidden gem (literally in the basement) and a fantastic addition to K-town. It’s as simple as picking your flowers by hand and they’re whipped into something magical by the experienced staff (they went to school for it) and you take home a lovely bouquet that looks next-level complete with all of its trimmings!

My boyfriend has been sending my flowers from this florists, I totally love their arrangements, their vases and the combination of different flowers I always get.

Delivery has always been smooth, most of them made by a very nice man by the name of Don.

I have passed by the shop multiple times and it seems they always have huge inventory on flowers, vases and seasonal arrangements such as for Christmas, Easter, etc.

i told them i want everything wild and less roses not much pink. They gave this. Not roses she said but all looked exactly like roses and nothing wild about it. I paid 84 with tax for this. They were not even willing to change it. Guess i wasnt Canadian enough for them to deserve the service.

***Three days after receiving the bouquet, I opened it up to let the flowers breathe, and unfortunately, it completely fell apart. The roses were especially disappointing: extremely low quality, with petals that looked like they were being held together by sheer force. For context, you can get 20 fresh, vibrant roses from Costco for a fifth of the price. Given this unexpected drop in quality, we won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

Secret Garden Flower Shop has been one of my go-to spots for beautiful floral arrangements, and over the years I’ve purchased several bouquets from them. Most recently, I ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely gorgeous. Although on the pricier side, the quality and presentation always felt worth it.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was really disappointing. We ordered a bouquet this week and were shocked by how small it was, especially given the significantly higher price point. It was honestly the smallest bouquet we’ve ever received from them, and it felt completely out of step with the quality and value we had come to expect.

What makes this even more disheartening is that I’ve always loved this flower shop. It’s been such a gem in the North York area with consistently great service and thoughtfully arranged flowers. But after this experience, I’ll sadly be looking for a new local florist. It’s always disappointing to see a place you love start to lose its edge and consistency.

I really hope Secret Garden can return to the standard they were once known for, because I’d love to be tempted to come back one day. For now, I’d also caution others about online ordering, the photos and descriptions can be very different from what you end up receiving, which makes the experience feel a bit risky.

Located next to our family business, we’ve had the pleasure of watching Secret Garden grow and evolve into the iconic flower-shop it has become. I’ve sent and received so many arrangements from Secret Garden in the past few years and they’re always fresh, beautifully arranged and wrapped in their gorgeous signature style. They’re always worth the splurge.

Had a really lovely and helpful experience here. I selected separate bundles of flowers to be made into a bouquet and it was constructed, trimmed, and bundled beautifully. When I said the flowers were a gift she insisted I select more ranunculus free of cost since the ones I had selected had some bruised petals. My favourite florist in the city - really convenient if you live in the Yonge st Clair area, but even if you don't, they have such a great selection of flowers and can arrange them into a beautiful bouquet for you in minutes. I've never left this shop disappointed

I was really disappointed with my Mother’s Day platter. It was left outside, the chocolate-covered fruit was sweating and the grapes looked old and unappetizing. For a company that charges premium prices and is so widely known, I expected much better quality and service.

I called today from the US to have an arrangement sent to my Canadian friend for her birthday tomorrow. Once I provided my phone number, they pulled up my info from my previous purchases, and it was just like chatting with an old friend. The service has always been excellent and I am writing this review before my purchase is even delivered because I trust that they will deliver a wonderful gift once again. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered a large arrangement for a 60th birthday. The fruit was flavourless and dry and I was charged for delivery which was supposed to be free as my order was over 115$. I have contacted the store several times to be reimbursed for the delivery fee but the manager never gets back to me and the delivery fee has not been refunded

Bought one recently for a friend going theft a really tough time with her family. Got a medium size and looked nothing like the picture and was super small. I’ve ordered plenty of edible arrangements in the past and often this specific bouquet but this was absolutely sub par quality. It was very important that I sent a proper condolence to this family and this arrangement missed the mark.

About 22 years ago, I purchased flowers at this little shop in Calgary for the first time. Even though I’ve lived in BC for 10 years in the years since, if I’m giving flowers to others or myself in Calgary, my first call or visit will always be First Class Flowers Calgary!

It was their orchid and vibrantly coloured flowers that caught my attention then and has continued to this day!

Had an incredible experience with Fleuriste Capri for my wedding! I rented the arch in front of my house (photographed beautifully!) and bouquets. I can’t recommend them enough, it is exactly what I envisioned! Delivery and set up was seamless as well and great communication.

My mom specifically said while placing an order that there is a cat in the home and NO flowers that are toxic to cats. The arrangement that was delivered mostly contained flowers toxic to cats. If a florist gets a request like this and doesn't know, they have a responsibility to do a quick Google search before sending deadly plants. The arrangement went straight to the dumpster.

Entering the shop fills you with the sense of coming home, where a beautiful family will greet you with smiles and kindness. I loved how the florist got what I meant when I said I wanted a “WOW” bouquet. She designed it brilliantly with gorgeous colours that popped and it made the director of our play very happy. Would definitely recommend O’Fleurs and order from them again!

The website clearly states free delivery, but I was charged $15 for delivery and a mysterious $10 service fee.

Absolutely amazing staff, service and stunning flower arrangements. I live in another province and needed to send flowers to a dear friend in Montreal. Ruth contacted me from the florist after I had left a message. She was so patient with me, because I did not speak French. We figured out together which flowers I wanted to send my friend using their website. Within one hour and 15 minutes, I received the bill, she forwarded me a photo of the arrangement and delivered them to my friend. The arrangement was stunning and the service was absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend this place!

The florist working there was very welcoming and professional. She knew her job in and out and gave great opinions on what I should take for the event I needed the bouquet of flowers for.

The place doesn't have a large selection considering how small it is. However they had more than I genuinely thought they would. Would definitely recommend people go there.

As someone who regularly buys bouquets, I can confidently say Florina’s Flowershop is the best spot in Montreal for fresh, reasonably priced flowers. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly — they helped make this year’s Mother’s Day even more special with a beautiful bouquet.

I have never left a one-star review but I feel this situation justifies it. I had a bad experience at Florina some months ago but felt it might just have been an off day (I wanted only a few simple stems but was being railroaded into purchasing a large expensive bouquet I did not want or need - I left without making a purchase). However, this past Sunday, for Easter, my daughter's boyfriend arrived with a bouquet for me from Florina. The two roses were already fully opened and fragile looking and the other flowers did not look in good shape. Under questioning, the young man admitted the bouquet had been expensive. The snap dragons and another flower (see photo) were finished the very next day and yesterday (two days later), as I'd feared, the roses were finished and even the lilies were turning brown. Only one white gerbera remains. Florina charges significantly more for their flowers and bouquets. As another reviewer commented, that might be bearable if the flowers were of a high quality. They are not.

Based on my in store experience buying nursery plant pots. A nice little “all-in-one” plant store without having to drive all the way out to Laval to the big nurseries.
They have a little of everything from Mossify moss poles to horticultural soap, nursery pots to cache pots.

Most of their tropical plants are in good conditions, some seemed to be neglected.

One of the ladies was helpful in getting the proper pot size for my need.

Worth a visit.

I ordered several flower arrangements for a funeral and was extremely happy with how full and pretty the arrangements turned out to be. The flowers were also really fresh... so much so that it's been 5 days since the event and the flowers are still looking wonderful (a picture is attached). Thank you to Sonia and her team!

My partner had a flower delivery planned for our anniversary, he ended up having to ruin the surprise as the delivery was still not arrived and it was past the 4pm max delivery schedule. He called and was told that the delivery were late due to mother’s day but it would arrive today. It never did.
We woke up today and the flowers were left outside in front of our house, no one rang or knock. No idea when it arrived, probably very early in the morning? but the flowers are not in the greatest condition. Feel like they probably spent the night in the back of a truck. The note my partner had written that was meant to be added to the flowerd was missing. A lot of the flowers arrived very droppy or wrinkled, looking old.
I understand that mother ‘s day must be an intense day but this experience felt very disappointing.
We also thought that if there was so much delay or issue they would have let clients know?

I’ve been here before and got some beautiful flowers in the past but for some reason I wasn’t able to get any service today. I walked in with a printout of a few flowers I was interested in to make a bouquet. They only had 2 of them so I went over to where all the flowers are kept to look at the other options. I thought the shopkeeper would’ve been keen to assist in making choices for a bouquet as I’d had this kind of service in the past. There’s was no one else in the store but she just ignored me. I tried to get her attention but she just walked away and started tending to other plants. I guess she wasn’t in the mood to serve a customer :(. Off to somewhere else to spend my money

Elizabeth and her team made my sister’s bridal bouquet and it was absolutely stunning. Following the guidance of her team, the flowers lasted for about a week after the wedding! There flowers are ethically sourced ensuring those harvesting in Ecuador and packaging them receive a fair wage. I also can’t get over the size of the roses Elizabeth sells. They are like 3 times the size of a grocery store rose. Worth every penny! 1000/10 my favourite flower shop and we will be returning for years to come!

When that never happened was when I dropped the star rating further.

December 22, 2024- I recently received a bouquet for my birthday. While I did enjoy their beauty for a few days, by the time I went to trim them on day three, the flowers were already dying, and I was left with foliage. If you notice in the first photo on day one, the flowers were already open and not very fresh. In an effort to maintain some enjoyment from them, I have decided to keep the foliage however admittedly this is quite disappointing for $110. The first two photos are from day one and two. The last two photos were from days 5 and 7.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wonderful store and the quality of arrangement design is second to none. I am fortunate to have a bouquet made for me each month. The staff is open to my suggestion and create beautiful works of art.
Cannot recommend enough. Five stars.

Order Fell Short of “Thank You” Intent

I recently placed a $50 “Thank You” bouquet order from this florist for delivery directly across the street . While I accepted the $8 “delivery” fee for such a short distance, the final bouquet was a disappointing mismatch for the occasion.
after speaking to different florists in the area . I can confirm there are better options of florists. This was an honest and authentic review explaining my experience. Usually the owner does somthing to remedy the bad experience, for return business.
ps. chat gpt is a free tool for people to use . if you aren't using AI in your business you will get left behind . Especially for reviews.

If you need any type of arrangement for whichever occasion you will not be disappointed. Sofia is wonderful to work with! The kindest, most patient and makes sure she understands exactly the look you want. I highly recommend!

Many moons ago, I worked in a flower shop where quality and low prices were a priority. So when it comes to flowers, I'm PICKY. The first time my boyfriend went there, I told him this is it, this is finally the place. The holy grail. The only spot he can go if he wants me to be truly happy with the flowers he gives me. The flowers in my
bouquets are always fresh, and the first time he brought me flowers from this place I guessed the price and I guessed right, meaning not only do their flowers lasts but they're also not overpriced. 10/10

Quite disappointed to be honest.
After spending 1100 dollars for 3 arrangements ( gift for a wedding) this is the quality of roses we got .
At that price the arrangement didn’t even look full. When there is so much competition out there you expect a wow factor. Then you are getting educated on roses over the phone by the owner as if you have never ordered flowers or arrangements before. She did offer to rework it a little but it was already too late (a day before the wedding ). I find its so easy nowadays for businesses to charge a premium but the quality and work doesn’t always follow the price . I am not one to leave reviews normally but this deserved one.

(Original review) I was looking for a good local Flower Shop for a while since my usual go to was sliding in their quality and service. Called Lelili Fleurs this morning and placed an order with the very nice person who answered the phone. My son picked up the bouquet a few hours later and brought it to his Mom (My Wife) She was really happy and loves the beautiful bouquet of flowers we gave her. I'll definitely be back on a regular basis. Love fresh flowers! Love my Wife and Son! And Love the great service and value we recieved from Lelili Fleurs! Thank you!

Wonderful bouquet place. Travelled from Ottawa to Montreal to welcome my newly married friends from the airport. Walked in to this place for a bouquet. Just tell the price range, type of flowers and colour they will make you a wonderful bouquet.Variety of flowers and just loved it. The small letter envelope is soo innovative. I am really happy with the service and quality. Luluthia doesn't disappoint. Conveniently located, with a great selection of flowers on site. Service was friendly and personable and my bouquet of hydrangeas lasted over 2 weeks.

Very disappointed! My boyfriend purchased an arrangement from Luluthia; he had them delivered on Valentine's Day at 10 am through their delivery service. He bought a bouquet of 24 roses and requested for all of them to be red but the bouquet arrived containing maybe 8 red roses (3 of which were closed), many pink roses and a few yellow/white roses. I thought "Fine the colour isn't that big of a deal they're still pretty". I took a closer look and noticed that the red roses were moldy, or messy and falling apart. The pink roses were turning brown which made the bouquet look old and sad. As previously mentioned, they were delivered at 10 am, thus, there is no reason for them to look so old and unpleasant. This is ridiculous! Additionally, the bouquet was delivered with the price written on the packaging. Again, unacceptable! If you'd like beautiful flowers, I recommend Le Bouquet in St-Laurent, it may be far but the distance is totally worth it! The flowers and bright, beautiful and well taken care of. Their arrangements are beautiful and long lasting! I would never purchase from Luluthia again!

This place steals your money and never sends the flowers. I made a review on my TikTok page and I received tons of responses from people with similar experiences. They ordered flowers and never received them. Nobody answers the requests. Don’t buy there

Good choices, depends on the occasion, but they have at least something suitable if not exactly what you have in mind.

Biggest issue is parking, it may or may not be readily available.l, and it's limited.

Be careful of traffic up and down the street.

Received a bouquet that was ordered via FTD.com
What I received certainly did not look like what was ordered, and absolutely was not worth the price paid (65$ for a bundle probably worth like 25$ in the shop). Maybe that's the cut taken by FTD that caused the disappointing surprise... but receiving an unoriginal mix of dried flowers and unbloomed lillies between yellowed roses and daisies doesn't cut it.
