I had such a wonderful experience at the Mill Street Florist! I needed a bouquet of roses urgently and Jessica was incredibly friendly and amazing! She assured me the bouquet would be done in 15 minutes and ready by the time I got there and what a stunning and fresh bouquet it was. It was clearly put together with love and attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommend for anyone looking for quality flowers and exceptional customer care!

So impressed with Mill Street Florist! I ordered flowers for my son’s teachers and can’t believe how beautiful the arrangements turned out. They were willing to work with my budget and their work is truly stunning. I will absolutely be back next time I need floral arrangements! (Or when I want my husband to buy me flowers 😏😉)

This is my absolute favourite florist! I first received a dozen white roses from them on my wedding anniversary this year and let me just say wow! Their flowers are exquisite, fragrant and in pristine condition. Jessica and Fabiano’s arrangements are such a treat! I will be coming back for many years to come. The customer service is excellent and the flowers are phenomenal.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I got married last week and my friend ordered this bouquet for my wedding. I pick it up on Friday 21st. When I called the number at the door, the owner opened the door, she told me what number was it, I grab it and I left. As soon as I got in my car I noticed the roses weren’t fresh (look at the pictures) and I didn’t like the quality at all!
I told my friend about it and she asked me to send her photos so she can contact the owner. As soon as she contacted the owner, she refused to give us another bouquet and ask my friend to return the bouquet to get a refund then. I came back then to return it, and when I got there, I called the same number many times and she never picked up the phone! My friend called her too and nothing! I have not choice but to leave the bouquet hanging at the door. Imagine the frustration and pain for not having a bouquet for my wedding next day! This is beyond disgusting and unacceptable!
My friend got a refund but it wasn’t about the money! It was about the poor quality and the bad service customer experience I had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Ordered flowers from this place for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. Specifically asked for a large arranged in a vase with mostly roses (8-10) and a few tropical flowers. What I got was a very very small arrangement with 3 roses and a bunch of tulips... IN FEBRUARY... My girlfriend was in shock. Called the owner she said she had no time to make another since it was v day and to simply to find someone else and that she would refund me by the end of the day. Fast forward to today, didn't get a refund and called back and she changed her tone and told me to screw off.... Ended up scrambling to find someone to deliver it the same day. Below you can see the difference between miyas flowers which is a 200$ arrangement and another company's dozen roses (all they had available last minute). Look at the size and the quality. Stay away from this place. A bunch of scammers. Oh and to make matters worse, they spelt my girlfriends name wrong... after spelling it out to them 2 times.

We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful floral arrangements by Mood Moss Flowers for our wedding! Eric and team were incredibly professional, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. They absolutely nailed the vision we had — soft, multicolour pastel tones in natural, garden-style bouquets down to the specific flowers and accent colours — and even went above and beyond by accommodating last-minute requests with ease, we loved the matching petals for the toss that were added short notice!

Their communication was always clear and timely, and the quality of the flowers was outstanding — fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged. Delivery and setup and transfers were on time and went without a hitch. Our guests gave so many compliments and truly loved the flowers, and also ecstatic to be able to take some of the bouquets home. Had a great experience with Mood Moss Flowers! I wanted to send a Sympathy Bouquet to support a dear friend of mine. I called and spoke with Amira who was friendly, ​attentive and made great suggestions within my budget. The custom-made floral arrangement that Eric and his team created was beautiful and much appreciated by the recipient. You can pick up the flowers or have them delivered (opted for the latter and everything arrived on time at the Funeral Home). This will definitely be my go-to place when I want to send flowers to a loved one.

We recently sent flowers to our friend using Mood Moss delivery service and we are so impressed with the bouquet they put together. We thought the price was more than fair, and the lilies are blooming 4+ days after delivery still.

We used Mood Moss once before, and the florist there was incredibly helpful and put together a beautiful arrangement for our friend who had recently lost her father. Both friends raved about the arrangements days after receiving them.

It was my first visit at a florist and I loved it! I bought some flowers for Mother’s Day and there was a big variety of choice! The employee made me choose what I wanted based on my budget and they did ask me if I wanted "greens". When it was done, they did ask me if I liked it before paying. Also, it wasn’t an extra to as "greens".

Fast and friendly. Preorder works just fine.

My mom and husband spoil me with flowers from My Florist and they are spectacular every time. My mom lives in Ontario, so not sure how she pulls this off - but the communication must be great because they are delivered to my door with a smile and in greay condition. My husband always remarks how he is able to easily describe my flower style and his bouquets are all freshly made.

This is the best flower shop in Calgary and area. Both ladies are professional, detail oriented and always go above and beyond to make sure that every arrangement is done perfectly and with at most care. I love their work every time.

Lindsay and staff are top notch who pride themselves on providing the BEST customer service. My flowers are always so beautiful and made our events look spectacular.

Excellent service — welcoming and knowledgeable florists with a “can do” attitude. Less than a week before my daughter’s wedding, we had to scramble to find a florist to help with a large arrangement and a six foot garland. Scrims was more than willing to help. The arrangements were stunning. A week later, many of the flowers were still beautiful.

I stopped by today to pick out a couple of plants for my office space. I have a North-facing window, so the lovely sales associate (whose name I *should* have requested but forgot to) helped me with some lower light options. I am thrilled with the beautiful pothos she helped me pick out, as well as the hardy little snake plant. On top of the incredible quality of their product, they offer fair prices. The BEST place to purchases plants from locally! I walk by Scrim’s everyday and the plants in their window are always so full and beautiful. I decided to take the plunge and purchase 3 new plants and two pots for my jungle. The plants were so FULL and even had a bunch of new baby leaves getting ready. I was very surprised for the price of the plants how full they were. I will definitely be back soon to purchase more plants!!

My favourite florist in the city! I've gotten lots of my amazing plants from them and I love how they are always super helpful with questions and if you need any help with your plant care after your purchase they are always there for you. Amazing selection and great quality.

Great selection of plants and pots. Occasionally has some very unique plants that are difficult to find in Ottawa. Also has some unique planters. I find the prices slightly high for plants/pots, but given it is spacious and in the core, I totally understand.

I ordered a bridal bouquet and boutonnière package super last minute through the website, so I wasn’t expecting much customization — but I was blown away by how much care and attention Elli gave to the process. Highly recommend! I was getting married and didn't even know what I wanted for a bouquet, but the owners were so helpful. All I knew was that I liked red roses and eucalyptus. We were so amazed when we picked up the bouquet and boutonniere - since I didn't have a vision in mind, I didn't have any expectations and they came out absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing! I will be coming back for any floral needs, they also have beautiful plants.

St Clair flowers is hands down the most wonderful place to buy flowers in the east end. The curation of flowers is always so fun, and filled with unique, and thoughtful varieties. The prices are EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT!!!

In spring, it is the first place that you can buy vibrant and happy blooms and planters that are so well priced. In summer, the back is filled with strong and again, beautiful and unique varieties. Always check back because they are constantly bringing new things in. The shop is always full of locals, but it’s worth a drive.

I even bought all the wedding flowers for my table centrepieces here, and saved a fortune.

Outside of garden season, this is still my go to shop, as the cut flower bouquets and indoor potted plants are the best deal in town and full of unique and colourful blooms.

Finally, the couple that owns the shop is so kind, gracious, and knowledgeable. The lady is always so sweet and goes out of her way to help.

The flower arrangements for our father’s celebration of life were absolutely beautiful. Between the two arrangements, there were three orchid plants—one for each of us three sisters. We were touched by the thoughtful offer to have them potted afterward, and they went above and beyond in making that happen.

She gave the original arrangement a much-needed lift after several days and many kilometres of travel, and the orchid potted especially for me was done with such care and attention to detail. I am so grateful for the kindness and the extra effort. Thank you so much!

Lynette did an absolutely incredible job as our florist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and did an amazing job at letting us know what flowers were and weren't realistic for our hot August wedding date.
She helped us choose flowers that were meaningful to us (Scottish greenery for my heritage) and was also able to artfully include two sentimental handkerchiefs that belonged to my late grandmother. She made them look like flowers and it meant so much to my Mum, myself, and my grandfather to have that with me on my big day.
The bouquets were also GORGEOUS. I had a sort of white and blue colour theme and she nailed it. The flowers were clearly excellent quality and they lasted the whole day out of water. Lots of our guests complimented them throughout the day and I was so happy with the way they looked with my dress.
I can't recommend her enough!

We chose Lynette and her team at Stoneblossom for our wedding florals, and she absolutely nailed my vision (with very little guidance!), and we could not have been happier. She hit the “boho chic” vibe out of the park, and all of the bridesmaids were so happy to keep their bouquets afterwards because they were so beautiful.

Being a covid bride, I ended up having two very different conversations about my vision for the florals, since so much time had passed in between and what I liked had changed. At the first meeting, Lynette kept it real and let me know her recommendations of what would look nice, and the realities of some of the inspo pics I had brought in (I.e. blue roses- apparently will very easily stain your white wedding dress.. VERY good to know!). I appreciated her working with me and offering suggestions to guide me, as I can be quite indecisive.

The next time we planned out what actually ended up being our wedding florals, again she was helpful and easygoing. With all of the wedding postponements happening, we planned everything out but she set a date closer to when she would be ordering the florals as the confirmation date that we were for sure moving forward with everything, which was helpful for both of us to not have another deposit tied up with a vendor in case we had to push the wedding a third time.

All in all, a great experience and I was emailing Lynette up until the night before the wedding asking to add on extra corsages and boutonnières and she made it all come together perfectly. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of work provided, and she was cognizant of budget as we worked through the planning and was willing to make suggestions based on what we were wanting to spend, which was amazing.

10/10 would recommend, and will be choosing here again for our next events :)

I had such a wonderful experience here! The desserts are absolutely amazing—each one is beautifully presented and full of flavor. My favorite was the strawberry cake and ginger bread spicy because it was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee. Such a cute cafe with great dessert options! The seating area inside is limited but there is a patio for when the weather is good. The strawberry cake cup was amazing and the cakes were not overly sweet which is great! The drinks were also great! It is also nice to see the store and the flowers they sell. Highly recommended!!

I recently purchased a bouquet from this flower shop for my daughter’s university graduation ceremony in Montreal. Since I was traveling from Ottawa the day before, I explained to the owner that I needed the flowers to stay fresh overnight. The bouquet was thoughtfully prepared, carefully wrapped, and included water at the base to keep the flowers hydrated during the trip.

When I first picked it up, the arrangement looked neat and well-prepared, though not particularly eye-catching. But by the next day—wow! The flowers had fully bloomed, and the bouquet looked absolutely stunning. What truly made it special were the two gorgeous peonies nestled in the arrangement. Once they opened, they immediately stood out and completely transformed the bouquet, making it unique and outstanding.

I’ve been going to Helen for years! She’s an amazing florist who always answers my emails, stays within the budget I give her and makes changes whenever I ask! I ordered bulk florals from Tonic Blooms for my June 2025 wedding. Ruth and Corrie were my contacts. They were helpful and professional, providing timely communication and recommendations for colour palette adjustments. One of the flower colours i had asked to add on was unavailable in time so an alternative was provided and extra stems thrown in.

The flowers arrived on time and in good condition. Flowers were in buckets so I didn’t need to find my own and the chrysanthemums had protective netting while the ranunculus were in brown paper for protection. Flowers were in great condition, with a small number of imperfections (though I had extra stems as mentioned).

Pricing was reasonable: flowers are expensive and these were neither the cheapest nor most expensive. I would say the quality was there for the price.

I also ordered some curated bouquets for the head table and my bouquet and those were also great quality. Pictured bouquet: Champagne on Ice

TLDR: the curated bouquets are excellent quality and value if you don’t need them to look exactly like the online photo (will be close!). Bulk florals were also great quality. Highly recommend

My husband has been ordering flowers for me from Tonic Blooms for years and will continue to do so. Delivery to the Durham Region (& surrounding GTA) has never been an issue. Floral arrangement, vase quality and aesthetics surpass other floral shops bar none. Customer service is impeccable. Staff are kind, considerate and go above and beyond what is expected. I’ve been offered replacement stems when poor weather conditions have caused slightly inferior florals, which alone is a kind and unnecessary gesture as I am just giving requested feedback, but have been surprised with their generosity.

I highly recommend Tonic Blooms. I would not hesitate to order from them for all my needs - smaller occasions or large-scale corporate and personal events.

Forever grateful that I called Michel from W Flowers Ottawa when it came to a floral arrangement for my dad’s funeral. I only ordered a day before the service and the flowers were delivered before I even got to the funeral home myself. Online it was shown with only red flowers but Michel customized it to our liking and helped me decide on the ribbon. The bridal bouquet was exactly what I asked for. A dreamy pink soft pastel bouquet with some blue and I loved it. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because the bout wasn't a good match for the bouquet (completely white) and it died before the ceremony even began despite being kept in the fridge.

Stunning. Incredible. If you are looking for the BEST flower at any cost, GO HERE. That being said, they aren't cheap. But you get what you pay for, and if your special person is worth a bouquet of flowers, then go for the best.

These flowers last a really long time. Totally worth the money. I've ordered multiple times from this place, and I won't go anywhere else.

The bouquet was much smaller than expected for the price and the variety of flowers were disappointing for the price as well. I could have went to the grocery store and picked a better bouquet. The flowers were pink and white with no other colors. Looked like it was for a baby shower not a funeral.

Awesome service! Great experience! I was in a super rush, running late, but wanted flowers that really expressed how special we felt about my gals Mom on her birthday. They had a perfect arrangement ready for me when I pulled up, and such a great deal on roses that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to remind my gal how special she is to me too. The girls had the second bouquet whipped up in record time (great teamwork ladies) and me on my way feeling really good about the time benefit proposition I took. Cost, quality and speed, perfect score in all three categories! Take a bow ladies, you rock! (Threw a couple of pics I took at your shop in as well)

Love this flower store! I’ve been coming here for years! As a Minister, I need flowers often and they always do a beautiful job. My only complaint is I wish their hours were longer. I’ve often pulled in at 5:30 after a tough day and need something pretty and they are closed. I’m sitting here now (9:02) and waiting the hour for them to open at 10, but I’m sure the flowers will be worth the wait!!! Love, light & many Blessings all!

To be frank, I had thought that I was dealing with Incredible Florist on Seton Blvd, as I had placed an order just the day before for an anniversary gift for my one daughter and her husband. However, somehow I was connected to Avenida Flowers on Lake Fraser Drive.

The woman who answered the phone was pleasant to speak with and handled all my inquiries. A bouquet was ordered for a second daughter, as a "Just Because..." gift.

All was well. Flowers were pretty. I only gave a four star instead of a five because I thought for the price I paid, it would have been nice to see a better vase than a 'mason jar' that I could purchase at the dollar store for $1.50. Surely the price for the flowers would have covered a bit of a nicer vase. The mason jar was made to look more attractive with the addition of ribbon, yet still, a nicer vase was expected.

Sometimes it is difficult to write reviews when the person you speak with is so pleasant. Again, the chocolates were attractive, with sparkles on a couple of them.

I was told that it would have been better if a small description of what was in the chocolates would have been good. Most of them tasted good apparently, but a few (about three out of nine) were not so well-liked. Part of the problem was not knowing what was in the chocolate. They are very attractive to look at though - nicely designed

The balloon is an option that one can add to their purchase. The "crowd of smiley faces" was much nicer than the single smiley. I liked that choice.

Satisfied to a degree, but not sure if I would go again. I liked Seton Blvd Incredible Florist. Their final product was 'amazing'. The vase is part of the package deal, and is important to me. The mason jar took away from the final effect, in my opinion. Not likely to reorder from this florist, despite the fact the woman is indeed very pleasant.

The 'card' was typed up on the same piece of paper that talks about flower care and other 'information'. A separate little 'gift card' would have been much more appealing than the folded up piece of paper that the "message" from sender that had all the other information on (flower care, address etc). That was a poor touch.

I use to live near this shop around a decade ago that’s how I first stumbled upon it, but I still always come to this flower shop when I want that wow factor.

Personally I just let the owner know some colours I’m thinking and my budget and she works her magic! She is beyond knowledgeable with her craft, and has an incredible eye for creating the most beautiful arrangements, clearly! as pictured in the bouquet I had the pleasure of gifting my mom for her birthday today which she absolutely adored :)

I ordered the Pink Mix Rose Bouquet for my mom to celebrate her retirement - I live in Vancouver and she lives in GTA. The ordering process was super easy and straightforward. There were some delivery delays (the flowers arrived at 7:30pm) but this was at no fault of BerryBlush. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they replied back immediately. They apologized for the delay and graciously refunded the delivery cost.

The roses looked beautiful and I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Berry Blush did a fantastic job! Flowers were delivered on time and the arrangement was fresh and beautiful. I ordered the Ohara (which comes in a vase, but not shown in picture) and was thoroughly happy. I would highly recommend them, great work!

- I told them what I was going for, what my budget was, and that I had to pick flowers that were safe for cats

What you see wrapped in brown is what I left the store with, and then I went home and enjoyed the process of arranging it myself. I feel confident that these flowers will last me a while, especially with the guidance and care-taking tips given by the florists

We were very particular with the style and details on our florals and colour scheme, but they totally understood our ideas and brought them to life without a problem! The arrangements were so beautiful and thoughtfully put together, we were speechless as we walked into our reception space. We definitely got plenty of compliments throughout the day on the florals.

Words can't fully express just how appreciative I am to Mikie and her staff at Bloom Plus, for making our wedding day so magical beyond our expectations and vision! From consultation to teardown, everyone was so helpful - I have very little knowledge around flowers, so all I had were inspiration photos and colour schemes, yet Bloom Plus brought my vision to life at full capacity.

This is the best flower shop! The staff was so great to deal with and they were very accommodating and made the order process go very smoothly. They have so many options for flowers that are perfect for the holidays! The arrangement I received was just the thing I needed to make my house feel like Christmas and it smells like it too! This flower shop does amazing bouquets and their flowers last a very long time. The first picture is the day we received them for my late brother's Celebration of Life. The second picture is taken 9 days later, so you can see how fresh they are, some of the flowers are gone, but there are still an amazing number of flowers that still look fresh and beautiful. I would always order from this flower shop, you won't be disappointed. :) Sorry the pictures aren't better quality.

We had a private event with Bonavista Flowers, it was a lot of fun. The ladies running the class were very helpful every step of the way and everyone’s wreaths turned out amazing even though we were all first timers!
