I recently got married, and Danielle and her team went above and beyond in every way. From bouquets to both large and small statement pieces, they created floral designs that were breathtaking and perfectly suited to our venue. Danielle took the time to visit the venue beforehand, listen closely to my vision, and then brought it to life in the most stunning way imaginable. Every detail was thoughtful, elegant, and absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a more talented, dedicated team.

Calgary Local Florist is hands-down the best florist I’ve ever dealt with. I called from Ottawa after their same-day delivery cut-off, but Lonnie still took the order and worked her magic. She created a beautiful arrangement, sent me a photo within 15 minutes, and had it out for delivery within hours. Incredible service—fast, professional, and so thoughtful. Thank you, Lonnie!

It was my first time visiting this florist and I was blown away by the service. As I am someone who does not have a taste for creating flower arrangements, both Lonnie and Danielle were amazing.

Lonnie helped me pick out the flowers and foliage for the bouquet. I was shopping for an anniversary arrangement. She helped me coordinate colours and pick several different varietals of flowers that would compliment each other nicely.

Danielle helped arrange the flowers in such a way that they made each different part of the arrangement stand out and really “pop.” Finally, we picked a new vase for them which also complimented the flowers.

Besides bouquets and floral arrangements, they also appeared to have a selection of potted plants that would also make great gifts.

Short version: My sister and I both had issues with this florist at our weddings - two years apart. I paid a lot of money and did not get the flowers I wanted. Some issues in the delivery I received were later resolved, others were not and this was the cause of major stress on the morning of my wedding. No compensation was offered at all.

Long version: My sister was married a couple of years before me and used this florist. On her wedding day, the order she received was incorrect - it was missing a toss bouquet that she had paid for. If she hadn’t been the one to answer the door on her wedding morning, she wouldn’t have noticed until it was too late. However, since she answered the door while getting ready on the morning of her wedding, she caught the mistake, called and had a toss bouquet created and delivered. Since her issue was resolved and the flowers were pretty I wrote that off as just a one-off mistake and decided to use the florist for my wedding in 2023.

Unfortunately, when I received my flowers on my wedding day I was hugely disappointed. I made sure to answer the door like my sister had, just in case and thank goodness for that. I had requested a mix of white and pink flowers. In the weeks before the wedding, I had emphasized what kind and size of pink flowers I wanted for my wedding. I even had follow up emails with swatches of the bridesmaid dresses clarifying that I wanted it to be a darker pink than the typical bridal blush. The florist said that she was confident it would match. She offered for me to come in and see for myself, but in the chaos of wedding planning I decided to trust her since my sister's flowers were good. Then, the day of my wedding, the flowers I received had NO pink WHATSOEVER in them. They looked white and yellow/beige. My sister came to the door with me, waited for me to say it and then said she hadn’t wanted to stress me out but saw there was no pink and that this was not what I asked for. I called to get the arrangements fixed and was told that this is always what the florist makes for blush weddings (recall I had specifically clarified that it was a darker pink that I wanted) and that they never have large pink roses. A florist who never has large pink roses ? She also said that I had agreed to this. I was mid makeup on the morning of my wedding and trying my best not to cry as this florist blamed me for her mess-up of my bouquets. She said she could throw in some pink spray roses and did. This helped but I ended up with flowers different than what I had agreed on, and for over $1000 of flowers, I was hugely disappointed.

The boutonnières that were delivered also were incorrect, not matching the specifications I laid out which included which flowers to use to differentiate between the groom’s vs others’ boutonnières. This was resolved after I called about that error, but again added stress and interrupted my wedding morning.

Another issue is that I asked for two “tiny” flowers to be tucked in the back of my bouquet to commemorate loved ones who have passed away. Instead there were two large roses (somehow yellow and purple large roses exist but not pink ones) that were visible in most of my wedding photos, interrupting the colour scheme I was aiming for. Missing the focal ballet pink colour of my wedding was way too important to bother asking for that change too but that was another disappointment.

I was never offered any compensation, just blamed by the florist for her mistakes saying I agreed to the flowers when she had said she was confident they would match my colour scheme during the pre- wedding consultations.

On my wedding day and after, if guests asked if everything went off without a hitch on the big day, my answer was (and still is one and a half years later) everything was perfect, except the flowers.

My advice: use Loblaws instead. I used Loblaws the flowers in the church and got exactly what I wanted. A fraction of the price and accurate product delivered. Unless you are willing to pay a lot of money to be disappointed, do not use this florist.

We had the pleasure of having Capital Florists provide the flowers for our wedding day, and they were absolutely lovely to work with! From our first conversations they took into account our preferences for style and florals, and when they presented some initial plans they were subsequently great about tweaking and suggesting alternatives to get everything within our budget. On the day of the wedding they were on time and on the ball about setup and our florals, including table settings and a stunning arch, were all absolutely perfect. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets were even more stunning than we originally envisioned. Just spent the most beautiful evening with friends and family putting together our April Easter Center pieces at the Creative edge workshop! It was so much fun and I landed a lot! I love making my home a home- and flowers are one of my favourite additions in doing that.

I have come to Euclid Farms for around two years since moving into the neighbourhood.

I love their arrangements (especially how you can bring in any vase and they create beautiful pieces from that), the bouquets, and the overall team. They are friendly and genuinely want you to leave happy with your purchase.

They have unique stems and I find they last longer compared to other spots- as long as you fill it with water and nurture the stems.

Below is my latest arrangement from them for my bedroom stand and I love it! Everyday I wake up and see the most beautiful pastel dreamy flowers.

Euclid has been our favourite flower shop in the city since we moved into the neighbourhood. So we were thrilled when they were able to do the florals for our wedding. We knew from all the arrangements we've gotten from them over the years that the florals would be stunning, but they far surpassed our expectations!

The team was incredible to work with - no matter how many adjustments and changes we made, Shannon was there to guide us along the way. When we walked into our venue, we were absolutely blown away by the colours, textures, beautiful blooms and attention to detail they brought to the day.

Euclid Farms is by far one of the cutes and nicest flower shop you will find in Toronto.

Not only do they sell the pretties flowers they also sell a lot of other cute Knick knacks to brighten up that favorite spot in your home.

Nestled in the heart of trendy Queen Street West where all the hip people hang out, this shop will have something for all your spice up your life endeavors.

Also, excellent customer service. Very helpful and a lot of great suggestions for putting together the perfect floral arrangements!

I walked in with no plan three days before I needed 10 bud vases for my small wedding. The staff was so helpful and efficient in asking questions about budget, style, colour palette, look, height etc and provided options at different budgets. I dropped off my bud vases Friday morning and they had them well-packed and ready to pick up later that afternoon. They were beautiful, full, elegant, fit within my budget and it was overall just a pleasure to work with Euclid Farms. I'll be back for sure 😊

Vicky and the team are absolute GEMS. I walked into Atropa looking for bouquets for my wedding just a couple of weeks in advance and the process was so easy. I filled out an intake form and Vicky scheduled a 1 on 1 call with me to chat through my responses. She was attentive, detailed, and caringly walked me through her process. She even helped me coordinate wrapping my grandmother’s ring into the silk of my bouquet— it was such a thoughtful integration. She delivered the flowers directly to me on the wedding day and they were so fragrant and fresh. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon atropa. I highly recommend their services for your floral needs!!

I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion and what I received was completely different from what was advertised. The florist told me that “each item is open for substitutions” — and then proceeded to substitute literally everything.

None of the flowers matched. Not the type, not the color, not the size, not even the style. The bouquet looked like something quickly thrown together from Costco, not the elegant arrangement shown online.

To make things worse, they included large white chrysanthemums, which in my culture are used exclusively for funerals — highly inappropriate and even offensive.

I requested a refund, but they refused. Instead, they insisted the bouquet still followed the “color palette” (it didn’t) and offered to redo it after the occasion had already passed.

If this isn’t false advertising, I don’t know what is. The similarity is 0%. Beware.

I work nearby so I try to go here at least once a month to get flowers for my amazing wife. I’m often served by Jonathan, who always crafts the bouquets so beautifully! It was unfortunate to hear it is his last day tomorrow but every time I come here, whether it was being served by him or someone else, the bouquets are always stunning.

Our wedding day was picture perfect thanks to the detail and artistry of fleuriste centre ville. We gave them a few inspiration photos of how our arrangements should look and they took that and delivered the beautiful wedding of our dreams. I loved my bridal bouquet so much that we are getting it pressed in a frame to keep it forever. Guests kept telling us how beautiful the flowers looked on our tables. They were so easy to keep in touch with throughout the planning process, an absolute dream to work with!

Ive bought a bouquet for my friend's bday the florists were super nice and accomodating. I had a tight budget, but they found me stunning flowers, and greenery

Bought these beautiful Tulips for mother's day. They had a great selection of flowers and even if they were busy the service was fast. I was out of there in 5 mins ! I paid 16$ tax included for these tulips so I have to say the prices are more than affordable for the quality of flowers you are getting!

I have purchased flowers from Flower Chix before and heard good things regarding events so booked a meeting regarding a wedding and had a inspiration board prepared, had the meeting, was told I would receive the quote which due to a few requests had to change a few things back and forth. Was told a month before the date would have a 2nd meeting to confirm selections and booking and pickup details- no communications at all got a call few days after a month out asking for payment.
When we called back regarding payment they had no idea how much was remaining.

I had a feeling that the flowers would come not as I requested, so asked for them to confirm and or send pictures- I was told they don’t really do that and assured me that they would be beautiful.

As soon as the flowers were picked up by a family member and delivered to me they were exactly as I expected- wrong not the way I asked.

I wanted primarily wax flowers with one of the approved white flowers with some greens that I approved- light- with wax flowers being my favourite flower therefore the main.

Were the flowers lovely yes, was it what I asked for no, the bouquet was very heavy.

We were having a very small ceremony. This was not a big event.

Very disappointed. When I complained the response was- we will talk to the designer. And that was the last communication we received.

For weddings you expect more than a regular event. And it didn’t happen at all.

Phone call took less than 2 minutes, which I am now thankful I didn’t waste my time. Told me they would send me a quote and never heard back. I was in a total panic trying to figure out what kind of bouquet to get for my sister’s engagement party. I didn’t even know where to start with all the options, so I walked into the shop feeling pretty overwhelmed. But the moment I stepped in, they immediately made me feel at ease.

They told me to take a seat and just let them do their thing. And trust I did! I could tell they had a real understanding of what I needed, and before I knew it, they had whisked away my vague ideas and started crafting a bouquet that was beyond anything I could have imagined.

They brought out this stunning bouquet with flowers I’d never even seen before, and the color palette was absolute perfection. It was like they had read my mind, even though I couldn’t really explain what I wanted at all. They even wrapped it up in this gorgeous, thick calendar paper that I’d mentioned I wanted to incorporate somehow. It was definitely a hassle for them since the paper I brought was so thick and large and I wanted a specific part in the front. But they killed it with the personal touch! And my sister BAWLED when she saw them.

I was so impressed, I ended up signing up for their terrarium workshop. After a long day at work, it was honestly the most therapeutic thing I could have done. The whole process felt easy and fun. I got clear instructions on how to care for the plants and why certain soils were used, which gave me a better understanding on how to keep them alive. And honestly, for someone who usually kills every plant I touch, I am amazed that my terrarium is still thriving.

I’ve even taken it to work to put on my desk, and it’s become the talk of the office! Everyone keeps asking where I got it, and I proudly tell them I made it myself at Lou-Lou’s!

Bo and Aram are so much fun to be around! Their dynamic is hilarious, and I genuinely look forward to stopping by their shop every time. It’s such a warm, welcoming place that I feel like I’m visiting friends rather than just shopping. Highly recommend this shop for absolutely any floral or plant needs!

10/10 - called with fairly a short notice about a bouquet for a friend’s birthday and the owner wiped up this stunning bouquet. Fantastic local florist, very excited to come back!

Early in the pandemic, I started treating myself to curbside pickup of "Duk's Choice Surprise" bouquets. (I like to support businesses that are local and family-run, and I like cut flowers so I can re-use my own vases.) I have always been delighted! I have also been lucky to receive beautiful gift arrangements from kind family and friends :-) Here are some faves. My last 4 photos show flowers from the one Flox bouquet on days 1, 6, 8, and 18 (!!) I change the water every day, downsize vases after removing withered blooms, and enjoy for weeks :-) I really appreciate Dukhee's high standards and her family's hard work.

I have been a loyal customer of Flox for years. I have been to other flower shops in Toronto but once I found Flox and experienced their wonderful service and beautiful flower arrangements and saw how friendly the owners were I just kept coming back. Now with covid and the shop only doing online and phone orders they have kept their service exceptional. I ordered flowers online and they were delivered as asked the next day. It was easy to order online and the flowers they delivered were gorgeous. I was blown away by their selection, some flowers we had never even seen before! They work wonders at Flox, there is no other flower shop for me in Toronto.

I saw a negative review from someone complaining that the shop was closed. It is an unfair review. The owners of this shop have been nothing but friendly and professional for all the years I have been going there. With covid in Ontario I understand people wanting to protect themselves especially if they own a business and perhaps want to protect not only themselves but any seniors at home. If the owners of Flox choose to only allow online and phone orders for now, then trust me they have a good reason to do that. They are a wonderful small business on the Danforth and whether online or open doors they have me as a loyal customer due to the wonderful service and flowers they provide. Absolutely phenomenal service from Ital Florist. I ordered a standing spray for my grandmother's funeral service and they ensured the arrangement arrived in the morning before we started the service. The spray itself was stunning, you can tell they put a lot of care into every order they put together and utilize high quality flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using Ital Florist again and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for phenomenal flowers and customer service. Thank you so much!

After much research with florists in both Durham and Peel regions, I decided to go ahead with Italflorist to purchase flowers for my father’s memorial service.
The ladies I spoke with on the phone and in store were so compassionate and understanding my need for the freshest and perfect flower arrangements were needed for the best dad in the world.
I chose the Morning Stars Premium arrangement that was placed in front of the podium and Sapphire Skies Deluxe arrangement for the main refreshments table. The flowers were gorgeous! Perfect! They were fresh and some blooming while I’m transit.
The patience and care of the ladies when picking them up and gently and carefully placing in my car, was most appreciated and will always be remembered.

This is what I thought i was getting. This is what I got. (See pictures) I ordered there so called "PREMIUM" bouquet for a family funeral and this is what they sent. I was so embarrassed to say the least when I seen the bouquet they had sent. When I ordered the best option offered and thats what I got it was very disappointing. It was small you can compare to the lamp and picture frame beside it. I thought I would be getting a large beautiful arrangement sent not this little vase. Also trying to figure out where the white roses are? Do not order online from this company you will be sadly disappointed. Not worth the money spent.

Ens and his team are absolutely amazing. The flower arrangements exceeded expectations and they were able to perfectly craft together our orange and blue colour scheme. It was one of our most complimented details of our special day. The flowers are incredibly high quality, lasted well over 2 weeks and required minimal steps to preserve as well.

I just received the most stunning arrangement I’ve ever seen in my 57 years on this planet. Not a cookie cutter shape of arrangement, not typical flowers and greenery. Very special. Thank you so much to the person who created this, and of course, the sender.

Working with Ens at Itinerante Flowers for my wedding flowers was such a good decision. He was so understanding of my budget and most importantly my vision. The staff at Itinerante Flowers are so knowledgeable and helpful. I went inside to get some Orchids, as they have so many beautiful ones in their display. They were so helpful. They even asked me if I would like a free stampede boutonnière for my hat.

I just received a stunning bouquet of roses and lilies and I couldn’t be happier. :)) The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. The roses are full and lush and the lilies are impressively big and vibrant. The moment I walked into the room their fragrance filled the entire space in the most beautiful way.

Even more impressive was the delivery. It was raining when they arrived, but the delivery person handled them with so much care. You could tell they really took their time to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition and I truly appreciate that extra effort. Very pleased with the bridal bouquet and boutonnière I ordered for my friends’ wedding. The quality of the flowers, the thoughtfulness that went into the arrangement, and the level of communication with the florists exceeded my expectations. Although it was a splurge, it was well worth the money to see my friends so happy and surprised by real flowers on their wedding day. Kensington Florist has far exceeded expectations on more than one occasion. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and always receive confirmation via text, a picture of the flowers that will be sent, and a confirmation of delivery. I recently placed an order and needed to change the delivery date after everything was confirmed. They were able to accommodate the date change and remake the arrangement. Their customer service is exemplary. Companies should learn from them. I will always use them when sending flowers in Calgary and I live in the US.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and some chocolate truffles from here to be sent to my girlfriend at work as a little surprise and a congratulations for some work related accomplishments. They were very helpful and professional, and delivered everything with no problems. They even reached out to communicate with me some substitutions regarding the color of the flowers, which I considered very thoughtful. Extremely professional and an all around great service!

I ordered from a pic online from Ontario for a delivery to Calgary. The florist sent me a pic of the arrangement the day before arranged delivery. It didn’t look like what I had ordered! I called, and they listened, and we’re very open to correcting it. Posted is the beautiful end result. I will order here again.

Beautiful assortment of flowers. Got them for a friend for the anniversary of her grandfather's passing, and she appreciated the flowers and brought one of the roses to his grave. Rizzo took the time to help me select the right flowers for my wedding floral arrangements. She gave me great consultations in person, by phone and over email messages. She promptly replied to my questions and sent me quotes for several scenarios. Rizzo is highly responsible and reliable. She was always on time and every delivery was punctual and delivered in the right shape exactly as expected. Everyone loved our wedding flowers!

Le Rouge's flower arrangement and service is the best! Rizzo is very experienced, knows exactly how I visioned my wedding and taste to style. pay attention to details, from the first appointment to the delivery day. she was on top of her game, on time and on point. I loved how she packaged the flowers and labelled the flower for everyone. The flower was so fresh and lasted a long while. You definitely need her on this stressful and fun journey. Highly recommend!

Surely, like many other brides, my 2020 wedding got cancelled because of C19. After eloping outside of the province on Oct 22, 2020, my husband and I decided - nearly 3 years later - to finally have an intimate wedding reception with our loved ones on Oct 8, 2023.

So many things had changed (# of tables, no more bridal party, color theme, new budget, etc.) and Rizzo was great in supporting me figure out all the floral details for our celebration with all these new variables in mind.

Some lucky guests got to leave with the floral arrangements at the end of the night and I'm happy to know that they brought joy in 11 households after serving their main purpose! ❤️

Loveliest flower shop I’ve been to in a while. Workers are extremely friendly and helpful, my florist packaged the bouquet beautifully and gave me a free leaf too to add some volume to it :) Understandably I couldn’t customize my bouquet much as I came when most flowers were sold out (valentines day), but I got a lot of guidance from a florist and was able to make it to my taste. Very satisfied with my experience and their pricing is reasonable too. Highly recommend this shop. Attached are the photos of the bouquet as I got it and then a day after when flowers had the chance to open 💗

THIS IS SUCH A HIDDEN GEM!!🥰 I needed a simple boquet for my partner (a guy) and was on a budget. Went to their store cause it's the closest to my apartment and when I walked in, the prices and the arrangements are unbeatable!! I was able to get one with white and shade of blue boquets for $30 and girl im telling u it's full boquet. Others would sell them for $45 and up. There were options for small cute boquets for $10-25 and they were properly mixed and wrapped (unlike at Dragon Flower where the lady would just wrap and cut paper in all directions and you would have to either pay them extra to redo it or redo it urself lol if u know, u know). The flowers are also fresh!! This shop is a literal underrated, they deserve more recog🤩

This shop messed up my message card of the flower and gave my card to a different client, while my card was printed on a plain paper sticked to the real fancy card.
I also left a note to hide the price or don’t give the receipt as well as text the recipient, they did neither of them.
This is waaayyyyy below my expectations. If you want your V day ruined, go for this shop.

We used May Flower’s à la carte shop as an affordable option for our wedding flowers, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the beginning, Thanh and team were so lovely, reaching out to get inspiration photos and detailed colour schemes to work from. Our order arrived on time and in tact on our wedding day with fresh, beautiful arrangements that perfectly fit the aesthetic we were going for. We received endless compliments for the natural and unique arrangements, and I still can’t believe we were able to bring so much vibrancy to our wedding without breaking the bank. Thank you to May Flowers for accommodating our request for custom bud vase arrangements for our event. We wanted a spring theme with more pastels and the blooms looked so lovely on our tables. Every year on the first day of spring, my mom sends me irises in memory of my grandmother who was a gardener. She had cancer and waited until the first day of spring to pass away. It’s often difficult finding a florist in Toronto to custom order the irises and deliver without hassle. Now we will use May Flowers every year! They were accommodating and sent texts/calls before and upon arrival to ensure we received them. They are also a local business so it feels nice to support them instead of going with a wholesaler. Ordered a lovely local flowers bouquet online to be delivered to a friend in the city. Website was easy to use, delivery was seamless and the flowers were stunning. Would order from them again without hesitation.

The flowers were beautiful arranged. They have really great customer service. It’s easy to get a hold of them they added a part to my note that I initially didn’t add when I placed the order.

Some parts of the bouquet did look like it was dying, but this may be from the transit or the way it’s transported but overall my friend was happy with her birthday flowers! I would order from here again!

This is the cutest little shop with beautiful flowers! The lady who owns the shop is so sweet and personable. You can just tell her what price range and style you are looking for and she will put together something stunning. Happy to have found a great florist in the south.
