We’ve been loyal customers for years, but I’m not sure I’ll be going back. First order post move to new location was a bucket of tulips for Mother’s Day… all died within 3 days even before opening up and full blossoming. It’s a shame to see such a loved establishment degrade on quality. Not worth the price and very disappointed.

After the team reached out to me and offered a beautiful replacement bouquet, I am updating my review. The team was prompt, courteous, and highly motivated to resolve my issue... which I am convinced is an isolated incident... Being a loyal customer for many years, I can confirm this has not happened before.

Michelle put together the flowers for my daughters wedding this past week. The bouquets were beautiful, the boutonnieres were also just as nice. I recommend upgrading to the magnet backings, they stuck perfect. Pick up was smooth, and the flowers lasted the whole day in the hot hot sun!!! Would use this florist again for our flower needs! As a mother living approximately 3,500 kilometers away from my daughter, who recently underwent kidney surgery, I felt utterly helpless during her recovery at home. Compounded by a fractured arm, she was understandably feeling down. Wanting to uplift her spirits, I decided to send flowers. However, I encountered numerous obstacles while trying to place an order. After calling over a dozen florists and searching online, I found that the earliest delivery date available was five days away due to the high volume of Mother's Day orders.

Then, I had the privilege of speaking with Michelle, the owner of a local florist. I explained my situation, and she immediately reassured me that I had come to the right place. Despite the imminent closing time, she listened attentively and genuinely cared about my desire to cheer up my daughter. To my delight, Michelle went above and beyond to arrange for a stunning bouquet in my daughter's favorite colors, which was delivered within an hour.

I cannot thank Michelle enough for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and exceptional service. I am thoroughly impressed with her professionalism. The flowers brought a much-needed smile to my daughter's face, making her recovery journey a bit brighter. I ordered a corsage and boutonnière from Michelle, she got it done and designed to my girlfriend’s dress in only one day. It was perfect and the flowers were greater than I could imagine. I could tell she puts genuine time and effort into her craft and my experience couldn’t have been better.

Millennium Blossoms made amazing arrangements for my wedding decor and my bouquet!! Not only were the flowers beautiful but they were extremely fresh and vibrant! They were so friendly and patient throughout my wedding planning, I would recommend 100%!

I ordered a bouquet from out of town over the phone, and the owner was so helpful and helped me decide on the right arrangement. She worked with me to get the flowers delivered to the hotel the same day. The arrangement was beautiful, which made my husband feel special as he was on travel on his birthday. And that made me feel good as well.

Rouida from millennium blossoms made our bouquets and my husband’s boutonnière for my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful, probably the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. She took inspiration photos that I sent her and created arrangements that I loved even more than the inspiration photos! She also created a “pocket square” boutonnière for my husband which worked so perfectly and lasted all night. She blew away my (already high) expectations. I’m so happy that I chose millennium blossoms!

Sophia and Colin did our wedding florals in August 2025 and we were so thrilled with how things turned out! Communication was so smooth from the start — Sophia quickly provided me with an estimate and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She even warned me that the event candles I picked were less than ideal and recommend an alternate option that was much prettier.

On the day of, I was wowed by how beautiful the flowers were and we felt we received substantial value for what we paid. We received so many compliments on our event florals and our guests were thrilled to be able to bring arrangements home at the end of the night. I couldn’t recommend Riverside enough!

I live in Little Italy and I’ve been going to Riverside for years and they are always so nice, accommodating and not to mention talented! I finally remembered to take pictures of the beautiful bouquet they made for my friend’s birthday. Also: the prices are super reasonable and they’re willing to work with any budget and it always turns out lovely. This particular bunch was $85 with a glass vase and you can request certain flowers/colour palate/flowers you don’t want. 10/10 as always ✨

We have been Riverside Flowers customers for many years and, whether I purchase flowers to arrange myself or send them to friends, I've been consistently happy with the selection and quality of the flowers.

And now Sophia has raised the bar even further. I was in charge of ordering the flowers for my father-in-law's funeral service. Sophia was so helpful walking me through what would be suitable, under the circumstances, that also fit in with the requests from other family members. We settled on white flowers with hints of purple, pink and blue.

It would not be overstating it to say that the arrangements from Riverside Flowers were breathtaking. The church looked welcoming and comforting for the mourners, something that many people commented on. There were family members watching from BC, Ireland and California. They all commented on how the flowers made them feel like they were present at the service.

We were able to make a last minute plan with Sophia to have the flowers picked up from the church and delivered to the reception which very much added to the atmosphere there too.

Family members took the flowers home and, six days later, despite the intense heat in the church on the day, we are all still finding comfort from some of the blooms. Thank you, Sophia and Colin, for creating comfort and beauty in an otherwise difficult day!

This is our third or fourth time ordering custom flowers from Chantal. I cannot recommend her enough. Her arrangements are absolutely stunning. We ordered some flowers for our moms very small wedding this past weekend - and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. We asked for two small table arrangements, a garland for the center of the table and a small bouquet for her to hold. The amount of care and detail Chantal puts into her flowers is second to none. She also snuck in a small boutonniere for the groom with an extra bloom she had. I love my wedding bouquet from Shu Flora! 🥹 As a DIY bride, I was looking for shops that could do individual items, and I’m so happy I found them. Their website made ordering so easy, unlike other florists where I had to answer a million questions and wait for emails. The bouquet turned out gorgeous, so fresh that even little bugs kept following it during my photoshoot! I received so many compliments, and I’m even getting it framed. I can’t wait to see the result. Have gotten two bouquets from Yara Flowers about a year and a half apart, both around $30 and absolutely beautiful. I just called ahead and said I have a budget of $30, the second time I paid over the phone and ran in as parking is impossible downtown after 3:00! Store owner is very sweet and accommodating.

First time ordered flowers 2 years ago and everything was good. Last year they were closed and I ordered flowers from Ukrainian girl in Instagram much cheaper.
This years I ordered delivery and flowers delivered without card and food for flowers.
Next year will order from Ukrainian girl.

Very misleading the photos and what you actually get. For $80 I would expect a way nicer arrangement. The bouquet is probably half the size shown in photos. Missing half the flowers shown (roses, baby’s breath, whatever the lilac colored flowers are, the lime green flowers...). What a scam. Avoid this place.

We had our wedding this weekend and ordered orchids for our centrepieces from Broadview Flower Market and they were breathtaking. Livia was so easy to work with, sourced us beautiful gold pots and the best two stem orchids. Even better, 2 days before our wedding our florist for the ceremony canceled. Within 40 minutes Livia helped get us all the flowers for our ceremony and I could not be more grateful! This is a wonderful local business - please buy your flowers here!

The ladies at Broadview flower market always outdo themselves. This is my go to spot for flowers in the city, and I have picked out floral arrangements for so many special occasions from here. There is such a large selection of flowers at this store for a decent price, with so many finishing options for paper and ribbon. Located right near Broadview station, it is ttc accessible and on the Danforth as well. I have literally never left this place without a beautiful bouquet, and I always get compliments from strangers in public when having an arrangement from this place!

My go to flower shop! They have a variety of fresh flowers and are super efficient. I love creating my own bouquets! They often have a line though since so many people come here but moves quick!

I can’t recommend Broadview Flowers enough! They handled our wedding flowers (a wreath, arrangements, bouquet, as well as bulk cut flowers) and we were very happy with them. The owners were great about helping us choose local Ontario flowers and making sure we got the look we wanted. Everything was delivered on time and looked beautiful and the price was very reasonable.

I buy flowers every year, in secret for my dad, for my parents anniversary. This has been going on for almost a decade. It stays a surprise for my mom this way.
This year he wanted something nicer than the previous years, and I found Canada Flowers.
I ordered at 8am, and they were delivered by 2:30pm, same day. Zero hassle, zero stress.
Mom was surprised, and loved the arrangement! As did the women at her workplace when she showed them the photos.

Flowers were for our cousin who's father passed away.
She appreciated the flowers and the picture she sent looked well done.
Also appreciated the heads up that they would be slightly different than ordered (vase was different color) ... Which was fine, but best to be asked than have them assume.

I took a chance with a company I didn't know and I have not been disappointed at all. The flowers were for my mother on her birthday so I wanted them to be perfect AND THEY WERE PERFECT! Delivered with care and wonderfully fresh and arranged so nicely! Hands down i would order flowers Canada Flowers again. Terrible First Experience – Extremely Disappointing and a waste of money.

This was my first time ordering from Canada Flowers and it was by far one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed my order on May 8, 2025, for delivery on May 10, 2025. At checkout, I was given the option to select May 10 as the delivery date, and the site mentioned a 3-day delivery window between May 9–11. In the delivery notes, I clearly stated that I needed the flowers by Saturday before noon as I had to go to the hospital at 1 PM. I also noted that if this couldn’t be done, the order should be cancelled.

The next morning, I didn’t hear back from anybody so I followed up with an email again and called their toll-free number to see if I could just pick the flowers up myself.

The representative told me they couldn’t help directly and could only send an email to the florist. (And said that they would get back to me) They wouldn’t even provide me with the florist’s address, saying they “can’t disclose that information.” I waited and waited and waited. Still, nobody has contacted me.

Saturday came – still no updates, no call, and no flowers. By the afternoon, I was forced to call again around 4 PM, asking if the flowers were even in transit. I was told I’d get a call back. Ten minutes later, I finally heard from the florist, who said, “I never heard back from you and was waiting for you to come pick up the flowers.”

I was shocked – how was I supposed to pick them up when Canada Flowers refused to tell me the address or even confirm pickup was an option? The florist agreed it was strange, as they had already confirmed with Canada Flowers that I could do a pickup. The lack of communication caused the entire delay.

These flowers were meant for someone who had just undergone surgery – I needed them Saturday. Instead, they arrived Sunday afternoon, when they were no longer needed. To top it all off, the flowers I received looked nothing like the photo I ordered from. The roses were wilted and had brown edges. Just awful.

This entire experience was unprofessional and disorganized. For $100, I expected so much better. Never ordering from here again.

Placed a large order with Edible Arrangements on Boul Saint-Laurent of 3 different bouquets of balloons, a teddy bear, and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything arrived as prearranged and on time. They were big and beautiful, BUT ... the $71 Bobbi's Balloon Bouquet that had a plush teddy bear were deflated and on the floor within 9 hours of receiving them. Didn't even last the celebration.. very disappointed. Although I may recommend them, beware the latex balloons may not last the length of your event and will likely start falling during the celebration. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
UPDATE: Was contacted by the owner of this Edible Arrangements store. They said they felt my review was unfair and negative even though my review is complementary, states the balloon bouquets we big and beautiful, delivered on time and as requested. EVEN THOUGH I said I may recommend them but be aware, that the latex balloons MAY start to fall during your celebration which is fact.. The owner even tried to offer me 12 chocolate covered strawberries if I removed what they said was "a negative review". In the store owners response to my review, they even say the same thing I did about the balloons deflating but my review because it's not 5 stars .. is considered negative by the owners. The store owner messaged me numerous times asking me to remove my complimentary, fair and honest review.

I was so excited to receive my order for my wife’s birthday. I bought a set of 12 balloons and also a “Happy Birthday” platter, and I even paid extra for same-day delivery.

Unfortunately, within just 2 hours of receiving them, most of the balloons had already deflated and fallen to the ground. This was extremely disappointing, as I expected them to last at least through the celebration. The quality of the balloons was not at all what was advertised.

What’s more concerning is that I noticed another customer in the past had the exact same issue, which shows this problem hasn’t been properly addressed.

Overall, the experience was frustrating. Considering the poor quality and the fact that I paid extra for timely delivery, I feel it’s only fair to request a refund for this order. I truly hope the business can address this issue so that future customers don’t have the same experience.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Edible Arrangements! The fruit bouquet was not only stunning to look at but also unbelievably fresh, juicy, and delicious. Every single piece tasted perfect, and the chocolate-dipped fruit was a huge hit! Ordered a cupcake box with flowers to send to my friend for her birthday. The product was fine, the service not so much. Even though the website clearly stated it would be hand-delivered in a refrigerated van, the items were just left outside in the heat. My friend found the box after a day and the store said the cupcakes are still fine to be eaten even after being in the heat. I don’t think that is a very responsible piece of advice. I contacted support online again then the manager gave me a call. Not apologetic at all, just told me, he will have my friend come and pickup new cupcakes from him and asked me for 5 stars review. I was not happy but was going to let it go until my friend told me he called her and said my complaint was a lie, the spot the cupcakes were left was very obvious. Well that is beyond the point, you did not hand-delivered as promised, did not offer to send new ones until a second complaint was filed and decide to complain to my friend about me? How unprofessional, bad customer service, clearly does not know how to do business. Would not recommend.

I was not fully satisfied with the first bouquet they delivered (due to covid the inventory can be limited - understandable) but they offered to redeliver free of charge. Beautiful flowers and a excellent customer service. As I live in Toronto, I was happy to be able to go through the whole process online and send this beautiful arrangement to my family.

Ordered flowers on Bloomex for my father-in-law's funeral yesterday. Was supposed to have tracking the day before, which never happened so I had to keep calling the funeral home who were able to finally tell me that the bouquet was delivered by Hazeldean Florist.

The left is what I ordered, the right is what arrived. To say I was devastated and offended is an understatement. I realize I didn't actually go through Hazeldean for the order, but they *are* the florist who made this abomination. If they couldn't accommodate it, they should have just declined, not spray painted flowers for crying out loud.

So the night before my father-in-law's funeral, I had to rush to Loblaws to have them make me a last minute bouquet. Please go to my Loblaws review to see the wonderful bouquet they made for LESS money. I will never trust Bloomex or Hazeldean with another order.

Have gotten flowers from here multiple times over the years, always fresh and excellent quality and good prices. They can make a bouquet very quickly while you wait most of the time. Very convenient and quick service.

Our wedding flowers from Incredible Florists exceeded all our expectations. They were stunning and truly a showstopper. We received countless compliments on the arrangements, and they lasted well beyond the wedding after we transferred them from foam blocks to water. To top it all off, they smelled wonderful.

Sue was a delight to work with. She provided excellent advice on choosing flowers that would make our vision come to life and still do well in the heat. We made several changes to our order, and she was accommodating throughout. I highly recommend Incredible Florists to anyone getting married in the Calgary area.

The flowers provided for our wedding were absolutely beautiful. I received many compliments from guests about how beautiful they were and how well they had been arranged. The bud vases, bouquets and boutonnières were all very full. To me it seemed that we got way more flowers than what we paid for. Additionally, Sue is a very sweet woman to work with and genuinely wants to make sure your flowers are perfect. I cannot recommend this group enough.

We used Incredible Florist for our wedding florals and we could not have been happier!! The consultation process was so easy. They were able to show me all of the options and let us play around with colours until we found the right combinations for our styles. We were also able to rent a wedding arch from them which saved us a lot of time finding a different vendor! They were very well priced for the amount of flowers we received and we got so many compliments!! Sue, Sandra and the team were so kind, friendly and professional. All the flowers we delivered to the venue, even on a holiday weekend, and they were able to come and take the arch away after the ceremony too! We took a lot of the flowers home with us at the end of the night and they still look gorgeous a week later. I would highly recommend you contact them if you are looking for a vendor for your wedding flowers or for any other floral purchase. We cannot thank you enough!!

I live out of province and wanted to send flowers to a coworker, the customer service was fantastic and super helpful. Delivery was very timely and the flowers were beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Sunday was my first time placing a floral arrangement gift through this shop. I cannot say how amazing the service was and especially accommodating my needs on a Sunday with same day delivery.

Bought my bridal bouquet and boutonniere for my husband and absolutely loved them. The staff helped me create it from scratch, such a quick, easy and fully custom process. I showed an inspiration photo and we just walked around to pick suitable flowers since I wanted a different colour scheme. They were able to make and deliver to my home within the week! Couldnt be happier with how they turned out and the price was so reasonable and a fraction of what others would charge.

I came here recently to purchase some flowers for two bouquets for my friends. My boyfriend had recommended this store ever since he discovered it, and I was very impressed! There's a significant amount of competition in the area as well, as the store's located adjacent to other flower shops. The selection of flowers and plants was great, and the prices were very affordable as well! The two mini bouquets that I ended up creating came out to ~$22, which is an amazing deal. I just had one critique, which concerns the wrapping of the bouquets. The cashier beside mine asked her customers how long they would be keeping the bouquet out, how long it took to get home, etc. and gave them tips on keeping the flowers fresh. My cashier, however, did not ask me anything. She also wrapped the flowers in a way that restricted access to the ends of the stems, which I wanted to stick in some water when I got back since the bouquets had a long trip ahead of them. I also think she could have wrapped them with more care, since one of the gerbera daisies had half of its petals folded into the bouquet. Consequently, I unwrapped both bouquets when I got home and re-wrapped them when I was going to leave.

I come here quite often for all my floral needs. However today I came to get my wedding flowers and I didn’t even preorder and they were AMAZING!!! I also got my bouquet for my civil ceremony here and once again it was amazing! Super happy with them always!

I usually come here for casual flower arrangements for my home and have always been happy with the quality and freshness. But last week, I bought a peony bouquet for my graduation, which was a very special occasion for me, and unfortunately, it didn’t even last a full day. I followed all the care instructions provided by the cashier, so I was really disappointed. The bouquet cost $61 after tax, which made the experience even more frustrating. Considering how important the day was, I expected better. It was a letdown compared to my previous positive visits.

Only place that had a dozen yellow roses that I wanted, requested delivery basically a couple of hours after I ordered them in the afternoon, and they made it happened! This review was written on Sunday July 9th, and they where delivered on Monday July 3rd, so tomorrow a week and they still look good. Amazing, enough said.

I am so in love with Mille Fiore. My partner purchased a bouquet for my birthday in January with orchids and it had to have been one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen in my life. Then today, he had a large arrangement delivered foe our one year anniversary! I was so surprised, and the arrangement was equally as stunning and beautiful. I can't wait for the Lilies and Peonies to open up.

I also want to thank the man who delivered them. Had I known what it was for, I would have ran down to get the flowers, because they were so heavy.
