Iluce boutique it’s a one-stop shop for all lighting needs for all my design projects! Best lighting design expertise, always aware of the newest industry trends and technology.

We work closely together to develop a lighting design which will complement the interior design concept. Inga and Jean-Michel always come up with great out of the box solutions and ideas. Iluce carries a broad range of product lines which allows them to deal with different budgets, styles, and tasks.

My clients and I love the experience of private shopping with Iluce and the great relaxed atmosphere in their boutique, but more than that the result of their service it’s always an incredible, beautiful and well-lit spaces!

Inga and her team from iluce concepts did an outstanding job from initial consultation, to making suggestions, to helping me through the selection process, all the way to final installation. Six months later, I am still very happy with my new lighting fixtures. Highly recommended!

Inga and her team did such a wonderful job when I bought my home in 2019 that I called on her for help with my last remaining room : my office. Inga brought forward suggestions I’d have never chosen and was quick to help me when I couldn’t decide. Clearly explaining the pros/cons of each suggestion versus my space. Everything was done virtually and, in a matter of hours, my choice was made, the fixture was sent over and an installation appointment was even set up with one of her electricians!! Very efficient and convenient service!! I recommend Iluce every chance I get and cannot wait for my next project with them🤩

We are changing the lighting in our home so I searched the Montreal directory for lighting suppliers. Iluce concepts stood out as a professional consultant with a broad range of products. We wanted more light in the house but we also wanted pieces that were attractive and artistic. The team at Iluce concepts listened to my wife and I and proposed products that were functional and beautiful.

The shop is amazing! There are a lot of different k-pop albums, magazines, accessories and lightsticks! The staff is really friendly and help you if you need:) the shop itself is clean and spacious enough. Visited location in the evening. Nice little spot for some Kpop CD shopping. Selection is plenty, prices are a tad on the high side but expected due to import costs. Very clean organised displays with new products. Only gripe was all the kpop fans hanging around by the door inside blocking people from entering or having the space to maneuver around them.

Finally! A new KPop store in Montreal!
They have everything from KPop albums, K-Drama OSTs, DVDs, magazines, lightsticks, Season's Greetings. various collectibles, etc. The price is very reasonable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can clearly tell that they are passionate about their work. Would definitely come back for my fav's upcoming releases.

Amazing place!! The shop is so organized and the vibe was insanely good! There was Kpop music playing and there's even a mirror to take pictures! We got my friend's birthday present over there, at a very good price! (She was sooo happy!!) Everything there is so well organized and arranged, you can find your favorite groups and many of their albums there. There's some Sanrio items but they have a big variety of glow sticks too!! Really amazing experience with friendly staff, thank you!!

He even went out on the dance floor teaching everyone to line dance and interacting with the audience. The kids got to pick all of their favorite songs and it all made them feel very special. We got married at Waterfront Park in Calgary on July 5th, and the entire experience was truly amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous — the peaceful views of the water added a special touch to our ceremony and photos, creating a perfect atmosphere for our big day.

We just had our wedding catered by Simply Elegant on August 16th. The company is amazing to work with. Right from the beginning, communication was quick and efficient. The chef was accommodating of our, slightly odd, request. We had a christmas themed wedding, and Simply Elegant recreated their Holiday menu for us for it! We did a tasting prior to signing, and it was as amazing as the food was on the day of the wedding! We had so many left overs too so the quantities were great! We had so many compliments from our friends and family about the food! Could not have asked for a better wedding day meal! Will highly recommend in the future!

We ordered catering from this company and everything was amazing! The food was fresh and very delicious, all our guests were satisfied. We use Simply Elegant catering for our breakfast board meetings and they never disappoint! The food is always tasty and they show up on time and come back to pick up the equipment afterwards. They are our GO TO catering company and we highly recommend them.

We got married here in July 2025 and could not be happier with our experience. Our experience at the Brownstone was fantastic! They were so accommodating from start to finish, making us feel welcomed and excited in every step throughout the process. Bretton and the team made sure they were in constant communication with us throughout the planning and we really felt looked after.

10/10 would recommend the Wedding Coordinator service. Bretton took all of the details we wanted and made it a reality. She really took the weight off of figuring out vendors, pick-ups/drop-offs while still making sure the overall esthetic of the wedding was how we envisioned it. She stayed in touch days up to the wedding to really put us at ease.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Pioneer on 8th, and I can’t say enough about how impressive it is! The space is thoughtfully designed, offering three different levels that cater to a variety of needs and events. Whether you're looking for an intimate setting for a smaller gathering or a larger area to accommodate a crowd, this venue has it all.

The accessibility is top-notch, with an elevator making it easy for everyone to navigate the space comfortably. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it simple for guests to find and enjoy.

What truly stands out is the hospitality—the team goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of, leaving you feeling welcomed and valued. If you’re planning an event, I highly recommend checking out The Pioneer on 8th! It’s a perfect combination of style, functionality, and warm service."

We had our wedding ceremony at the Garret and a cocktail-style wedding reception at the Pioneer in February 2024 and everything was perfect. Great communication and support leading up to our big day and execution on the day of was flawless.

Both venues have such great vibes on their own that we really didn't need to do much from a decor perspective, and opted to just enhance the buildings' incredible features with lighting, florals and candles - though the possibilities are truly endless. We received feedback from our guests (many from out of town) that the location was great as it was easily accessible and it was fun to be right in the action on Stephen Avenue.

The service from the SugarWater team on the bar was excellent - though we had a crowd of big drinkers there was never a line at the bar and our guests loved not only the craft cocktails but the really thoughtful selection of wines and local beers and seltzers.

We would highly, highly recommend the Pioneer for a wedding or any other event, celebration or gathering. Thank you to the whole team!

On June 11 Epilepsy Association of Calgary hosted 130 guests, performers, artists and event volunteers and at its inaugural Purple Day by Night fundraising gala at The Pioneer. This was such a special night and the venue itself added to the magic of a bustling late spring evening on Stephen Avenue. Guests and event volunteers were pleased with all aspects of the event and we've booked the venue for 2023. Thank you Heather Coke and team for your patience and helpful guidance in making our night a success!

It was an absolute pleasure to provide technology for a private event for XERO here! Plenty of available circuits with good ampage, accommodating staff (particularly Wyatt), and reasonably good loading dock access (given it's downrown). Would be happy to work here again; thanks, folks! :)

Invited here for a live music event that turned out to be much more than we all thought it would be. We thought we were going to see four musicians play their sets, but instead for a musicians sat facing each other told a series of stories and then rift off each other for the entire evening in a delightful and experiential entertainment event. It's a beautiful space and I look forward to my next visit and Calgary to see what they might be hosting then.

If you have children, please take them here, the store is the true Christmas miracle especially them. Even if you walk in here in the middle of summer, it will still screams Christmas and the atmosphere will make your heart feel like you’re in the Christmas season. This is one of the most unique and European Christmas store that I’ve been to in Canada. The walking space is a bit tight, but in return, there are tons of good good stocks and everyone will be able to find themselves something unique. The store also has two parts, one with the vintage, classic style that was also really beautiful and coquette.

Without a doubt the most amazing, inspiring and breathtaking shop out there. I love Christmas and I’ve shopped in stores all over Europe. The Tinseltown Christmas emporium is right up there with quality and presence. I’m so impressed. I bought so many items I’ve not seen before.

This store... WOW! Such a beautiful experience! I got myself the most beautiful and unique Christmas ornaments, and I was so happy. The staff at the store are fantastic, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are not overwhelming at all to their customers and can read your minds if you would like help or not.
There are so many unique gifts and decorations. Great for stockings and home decor, I will definitely be going back.

The only somewhat negative thing I have to say about the store is that there isn't a lot of walking space. If you have a bag, it's better you leave it within your car before you get inside. You might bump into items and knock valuable items over. To give an idea... I had to side step through some aisles. I heard an older woman knocking items over, but regardless, the staff were not upset. They tended the older woman and made sure she was okay before checking to see if the items were broken (and nothing broke).

Besides that... please go! It's such a great store with so many goodies. Marie Antoinette is connected to this store, so you get a fun experience to see both stores.

Today I stopped by Tinseltown. If you love Christmas or anything to do with Christmas, you have to shop here. They have everything! They are colour-coded there by fashion type. I guess. they have vintage. It’s amazing ornaments stuffy’s. They have drink mixes. They have anything you can imagine. Check out the pictures I post they have an online store. It’s incredible. The staff is awesome. Just go go for the day and look around that you can’t walk out with buying something. It’s great.

Beautiful Christmas decorations! It’s amazing how they use every single space in the store while maintaining a structured sectioning by colour and type of decoration. The halls are tiny, but giving four stars would be unfair.

We got married at Twist at the end of August 2025. We immediately loved the venue when we first visited, but we also really appreciated the approach of Nadia and her team. They are so organized, practical, and kind. We worked mostly with Nimna, Nadia, and Marisa leading up to the day and Kevin coordinating during the event. Twist provides really helpful planning document and a floor plan that made me look like the most organized bride. The venue was beautiful and everything turned out even better than we had envisioned! We received so many compliments on the bartenders, staff, the venue, and the food from our guests. Our wedding was so smooth and felt effortless to us. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We recently had our wedding at Twist Gallery, and it was an unforgettable experience! The venue is stunning—warm, elegant, full of charm, and has a unique artistic vibe that made our day feel truly special.

Nimna, Marisa, and Kevin were fantastic to work with. They were organized, responsive, and ensured everything ran smoothly, both during planning and on the big day. Day of, their professionalism allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment.

The bar and wait staff were both friendly and attentive. We received many compliments on the food, which was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared to accommodate various dietary needs.

Our band, Elfrida, had no issues setting up all their band equipment for both the ceremony and reception—everything worked seamlessly in the space and they sounded awesome!

We can’t recommend Twist Gallery enough for weddings or special events, and we’re excited to return to enjoy the rotating art exhibitions.

We got married at twist in July 2025. We had an unusual wedding - no dancing and no alcoholic. We were going to play music. Nadia and Nimna were fantastic at understanding our vision, giving suggestions, and helping make our day PERFECT.

Meeting and Planning: Throughout the meeting and event planning, we really appreciated how much they let us do our own thing on our own time, while still helping us keep organized. Their documents were perfectly outlined to help. When we had trouble figuring out table settings since we didn’t want to do flowers, they sent us many photo ideas. They helped us figure out logistics of floor plan and more.

Day Of - Atmosphere: They let us come in the day before to drop off boxes. Nimna and I went through them all to make sure she knew where things were. On the day of, when my husband and I arrived to set up our music, they were already there setting up for the wedding. They perfectly arranged everything. The space looked beautiful, everything was organized, and they did outstanding at making sure the space was perfect. The gallery was stunning. They were also incredibly fast at moving the chairs from the ceremony to the reception. The staff also had everything boxed up for us for a couple days later to pick up.

Day of - Kevin. Kevin did an amazing job with allergies and intolerances. He also helped with two of our families who used the chairlift. They were both treated with immense dignity and respect in a vulnerable situation.

Day of - Catering Team and Bartenders: having a non-alcoholic drinks bar was definitely outside of the norm but the staff were amazing. They always gave me extra cherries in my drink because they knew i liked them. We also had a family member with dementia who they helped so kindly and graciously. The catering team was efficient, attentive, and fantastic. I’ve never seen a wedding where food was out so quickly. They did a fantastic job with a last minute seating change that they handled without me or my husband knowing. They also were alway serving water, which for me was a huge plus. The food was fantastic. Multiple people commented that it was the best catering they’ve ever seen.

Day of - Security: The security was fantastic. Since it is above a bar, they had security included in the venue. He was dressed in a lovely professional suit and was so kind to our guests. He helped some of our older people up and down the stairs and went above and beyond.

Overall, we truly had the best day. And not to brag, I think the best wedding i’ve ever been to (not just because it was mine).

I would really encourage anyone and everyone to consider twist as the space for their wedding. Not just because it’s a beautiful space, you can make many spaces beautiful. It’s the staff and team there that make it truly a wedding venue of your dreams. Truly we couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect day. I’ve never been to a wedding where it felt like nothing went wrong, until I worked with Twist.

I saw comments about the sound from the bar below, yes you could hear it, and that might impact weddings with dancing, but for us, we barely noticed it.

We had a destination wedding a few months before so we were able to compare planning for both and I cannot emphasize enough how much easier it was to plan our celebration at Twist!!! The staff were incredibly organized and made planning super easy and stress free! They were so accommodating with all of our requests and went above and beyond trying to make our day as special as possible. All pricing was super transparent and costs were incredibly reasonable. Twist Gallery was the perfect winter wedding venue! If you want to simplify your wedding planning without compromising a on a beautiful venue with top quality food and service I'd highly recommend. The stunning loft-style space with skylights, wooden beams, twinkly lights, and artwork create a beautiful ambiance. We hired a florist but had no other decor brought in and the place was stunning. Gusto’s catering was exceptional; our guests are still raving about the delicious food and top-notch service. Nadia and Nimna were fantastic to work with, always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend Twist Gallery for anyone looking for a unique and elegant event space!

Wall is the best. One of their techs picked up a piece of gear I left at a gig and they babysat it for me for months till I was able to come get it. THEN they sold me a piece for my mic stand for what was beyond a reasonable price. Total pros!

Great staff. They're always friendly and helpful. This is an "event store". It's similar to a music or video/camera store (mics, cables, lights and gaffer tape) but they'll have items that are harder to find or more heavy-duty. Think large-scale or outdoor stage events. However, they'll hook you up with whatever you need for your small-scale event as well. They don't carry cameras, instruments or instrument amps but you can get just about anything else for your event there. My last purchase was a heavy duty piece for a speaker stand (used for a camera crane).

Wow! What a great experience! I came in for repairs to my microphone because they were recommended by the manufacturer. Now I know who to buy from when I want excellent service over the product's life.

This is a place for the expert and newbie. They have the knowledge and experience, and are willing to share it to ensure you get what you need. If you need sound equipment, new or rental, I found them a great place to go.

Awesome! I had an amazing experience at this Middle Eastern restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself is spacious, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

Another great thing is the location—it’s almost in the city center, making it easy to find. Plus, there’s plenty of parking nearby, so there are no issues with parking at all.

Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great Arabic food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Had our wedding reception at White Diamond. The best thing was the food, 10/10. Adam the owner is very kind and has an amazing culinary background.
Issues we encountered - All service and business integrity related.
-We had roughly 200 guests and there were only 1-2 servers on the floor, our contract said there would be minimum 8 servers. No one to serve us any drinks either (bride and groom), had to get our own family members to bring us drinks
-Bar line ups were very long, 3 bartenders but looked like they were in training and very inefficient
-Tables were not cleared after dinner, 200 dirty plates were left on tables all night
-They tried blaming us for their old, malfunctioned elevator that none of our guests could use from the start during the entire event. They did not give our security deposit back for over a month overdue as the contract stated security deposit to be returned 2 weeks after event. After we questioned them and put out our witnesses/facts then we finally got our deposit back from one of the other employees who was very helpful. (We were sending emails and texts for over a month while getting ignored on this topic)

This is the constructive feedback I have for White Diamond. It is important to keep communication and integrity with a client to keep a business relationship on a high note.
Our wedding was very successful because of the heart and months of planning we put into it but the service could have been better.

Held my wedding here. My husband, family, and guests were all blown away by how cool this venue was. The staff were extraordinarily professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Candle Night experience: it was great.. but a bit pricy! The place, the Jazz band, the set up with all the candles: such a lovely and romantic ambiance! Loved it!! But I would say that it was a bit pricy for exactly a 60min set (and the singer talked a lot between songs to tell us story which was great though). I wish they extend a bit the duration...that's it. But other than that, I highly recommend to live the experience!

I met the Eventure Group in 2023 at the Upper Deck CDD conference they produced in Los Angeles, CA. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to produce an industry event for my hobby shop in Montreal. They executed flawlessly! I just came back from the 2024 Upper Deck CDD conference in Orlando, FL and, once again, all expectations were exceeded. Definitely consider Eventure for any of your event production needs. If you're looking for a company that will help plan the destination wedding of your dreams, DON'T count on Mahla and her team to help you!  I had the misfortune of witnessing how unprofessional and rude Mahla can be towards her clients. Friends of mine who were recently married had hired Eventur to help guide them and plan their destination wedding as they liked what the company had posted on their IG account. They had beautiful images of beautiful brides and grooms at their destination wedding. These two friends of mine are not the planning time, hence the reason for wanting to hire a wedding planner. They hired Mahal a year before their scheduled wedding, which gave Mahla plenty of time to coordinate meetings with my friends. Three months before the wedding, the bride was getting worried as nothing had been done other than the wedding website, invitations and finding a destination for the wedding. Out of the 38 guests, only a select few actually booked through Mahla as it was cheaper for everyone to purchase their packages via Expedia or Sunwing.
I eventually went through the wedding planning with my friends, which I thought were basic things every wedding planner goes through with clients.
If you want someone to give you a full vision of your dream wedding and will guide you throughout the whole experience than DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
I suggest meeting with any company offering wedding services in person, see their portfolio and get testimonials from other couples and visit their social media accounts to ask others about their past experiences. It never hurts to ask questions as this is your wedding the most exciting time of your life! Think of questions and write them down and always document any interaction with business in regards to your wedding planning so that you have proof in case anything goes wrong. Go through contracts and read every detail! You don't want to get screwed.

There is truly no venue in Toronto like Fantasy Farm. Nestled across from Todmorden Mills, this fairytale-like banquet hall is surrounded by lush forest and natural beauty — it felt like we were getting married in the heart of the Canadian North, yet we were conveniently minutes from the Danforth with plenty of parking for guests.

From the very beginning, the staff made our planning process feel easy and stress-free. Gus and Marc guided us with their deep experience and approachable, down-to-earth nature, helping us visualize our day and make thoughtful decisions. The food tasting was not only helpful but really helped us “feel” the wedding coming together — and the food itself was amazing.

On the day of, Jeremy was calm, warm, and completely on top of every detail. He helped lead our families through the ceremony and reception with grace and understanding, allowing us to truly relax and be present. The team was incredibly accommodating during setup, and the rollout of the food and events throughout the evening was absolutely seamless.

Our day couldn’t have been more perfect. The natural, homey atmosphere suited our artistic vibe beautifully. Many guests commented that it felt like a getaway to a cottage — but better. We feel so lucky to have chosen Fantasy Farm. If you're looking for a unique, serene, and well-run venue in the city, this is it. Best choice we made for our big day.

I recently shot a wedding at Fantasy Farm and absolutely loved it. The greenery, rustic charm, and quiet location make it perfect for romantic, natural photos. The indoor space has great lighting and a warm vibe. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful venue right in Toronto!

We had our wedding at Fantasy Farm 2 days ago. Everything was simply amazing. Everyone who attended was very happy with the service, the food, and how good the staff was about being timely but never getting in the way! Gus and Jeremy were extremely helpful throughout the process and they are very transparent. After being in many venues and talking to the service industry people for so long, we truly appreciated a fresh proper human interaction with them. They are very accommodating and helped us pretty much with anything we needed. Hopefully I don't have to ever get married again, but if I would I would do it there any day.

My husband and I were married at Fantasy Farm back on October 14th... of 2022. Haha, I feel awful for not doing a review earlier, but hey! We're finally getting around to it.

The phrase "Hidden Gem" perfectly describes Fantasy Farm. In the middle of Toronto this is a beautiful lush event space that is extremely well run. We had our wedding here in the larger room and had an amazing experience. Firstly the garden ceremony was gorgeous with the flowers all in bloom and the greenery all around. The ballroom was also beautiful. Gus worked with us to set up our details and Jeremy and Mark executed everything on the day of. The way everyone at FF worked with us before and during the wedding was professional and really help us feel at ease. From the ceremony to the BBQ dinner, everything ran on time and the whole staff worked hard to make sure all the guests were comfortable. Many of my friends and family have dietary restrictions and allergies and this was one of the only event venues I have ever been to where they took such personal care for all of them, making sure not only the menu was set up to accommodate them, but also on the day of they went around to each person to make sure they had the right meal and to answer any questions they had. Days after we kept having friends and family rave about how beautiful the whole evening was.

We booked Jannat for our wedding sangeet and reception and we couldn’t have been happier! Harpaul and his team kept the dancefloor alive till 3:30am and we still wanted more!! We had a guestlist of 1400 people and he accommodated and managed the sound, lighting and everything perfectly without any issues. Highly recommend for all your events if you want the night to go smooth!

We hired Jannat for my sister wedding in August 2025. Jannat was exceptional with their service. The music was right and all my crowd was vibing during the event. The sound was perfect not to low or not to high that is uncomfortable for some guests. DJ Harpaul was there to help us finding the right sound/AV system and what will make an outstanding reception party. He was always there to answer all question during our planning time. DJ Padda was awesome in the dance floor. He's music is one of a kind and everyone from kid to old people were dancing. He such a sweet guy and down to earth. Our guests danced until 3:00 AM on a Sunday night all credit goest to Jannat and DJ Padda.
We guys rocked!

Had the Jannat team for my reception. From the very first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about making our celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend !

I ask you to play one song of our choice if you don't want to play you can simply say you are playing only your list why did you find that song on your phone that way you insulted me and you have so much ego secondly in the beginning I told you to play any light hindi or Punjabi song because every guest got headache from your dum dum you said you are playing after 20 minutes why we have to wait i don't understand i have another DJ on our 4th function and he was very polite and gentle

Working with Jannat was an excellent experience. We organized a large corporate event together, which featured multiple breakout rooms, a general session room for 500 attendees, and a black-tie awards gala. They were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The sound and lighting setup was flawless, and everything ran seamlessly. The service they provide is incredible. I had made an order of Led lights for my daughter's wedding and they where delivered on the day requested. On top of this I had made a mistake with the color so I ended up sending them an email on a late Sunday afternoon. To my greatest surprise the order was corrected and an email was sent to confirm this change. All of this on Sunday afternoon. The lights are of an excellent quality. They are battery operated and they even came with batteries.....!!!! Incredible service, I highly recommend this company. Could not be more satisfied.

Great Service! I called 2.5 yrs after I purchased 25 mtrs of led strips as the light weren't performing properly and I wanted to better understand the issue so I can fix it accordingly.

To my surprise they shipped replacement led strips at no cost to me, they even paid for the shipping.

Looking to do a kitchen and bedroom project soon, definitely will be buying again from here.

The venue is great in terms of occupancy and ambience. The food was alright but could have been better, the entrées with cheese and Samosas were good but steak with mayo was a really bad combination for some reason steak was really rubbery.

For Drinks, we ordered gin + tonic and some Guinness they were perfect as usual!!

After a bit of a venue search for a union sub-group AGM for 44 people, I randomly called a few pubs and MCHall seemed like the best in terms of our needs and price, and it didn't disappoint. The room itself was a nice intimate atmosphere, with suitable presentation facilities. The food and service was excellent. They accommodated a 5-piece band that we brought along no problem. Setup for the band and presentations was easy and the sound was excellent. A great evening all round and we'll be going back next year.

Initially I had a good experience with this company. I had a sign made for the interior of my boutique to go behind my cash. It was very reasonably priced and was delivered in a timely manner. I loved it and still do!
2 years later I decided to order a sign for the exterior of my store. I called to make sure this was something that could be done and was assured that the sign would withstand our Canadian winters, it could be hard wire...yata yata. So I went ahead and placed my order. Shortly afterwards I was told they accidentally made a second one and that they would be happy to sell me a second sign at cost. I agreed to it.
Upon receiving both of my new signs the silicone used to adhere the lettering to the acrylic backing was VERY messily gooped around all the lettering, completely unlike my original I had purchased 2 years prior. Please see images attached. I emailed the company specifically about this and no response- 3 weeks to a month went by and still nothing. By this time I desperately needed to get my sign mounted to the exterior of my retail store. I went ahead to have it mounted in hopes that once up high and lit up you wouldn't see the goopy silicone, and still hopeful that I'd hear from the company for a replacement. The electrician (certified professional) was about to mount and then he had to refuse as the sign itself did not have ANY CE Electrical Certification stickers. ONLY the electrical box, that is a separate piece, had the CE certification. I emailed the company again, now about this, and nothing. Then I sent them a more firm direct message from their website and someone FINALLY emailed me back. From there a phone conversion was had.......'my partners grandmother died'.....yata yata. I explained about the sloppy silicone and the lack of response and NOW the lack of proper CE certification. They said they only had a hand full of CE cert problems and basically to hire another electrician?? (Which I can't as it's a commercial rental and my landlord uses his hired contractors, and now my landlord is aware and concerned about the safety of the situation). Neonific did email me a cert copy with the manufacturer name blurred out, however the paperwork made no correlation to my sign, so it was immediately deemed unhelpful to the electrician. I contacted neonific to let them know that the emailed papers wouldn't' suffice and heard nothing. After another message, I finally received a phone call from the other partner of Neonific. He told me they would contact the manufacturer where they are made (OVERSEAS- confirmed by Neonific, NOT LOCALLY MADE), to see if there was anything the manufacturer could do about the certification. But regardless, because of the terrible silicone job they'd be replacing both signs free of charge. I told them, although I appreciated that, I still can't use a sign that doesn't have the proper CE certification. I asked about a refund and he told me money back is not their policy. He assured me he'd contact me in a couple days. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS OR MORE TO DATE AND I STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYBODY. I EVEN MESSAGED THEM A FEW DAYS AGO LETTING THEM KNOW I'D BE WRITING A REVEIW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. NOTHING!

I currently have 2 botched signs that I cannot use as intended, and this company has made little to no effort to rectify the situation. Initially they will be very accommodating and good to communicate while making a sale, but forget any kind of customer service after the fact. They have their money now. I've had to cut my loses (which is a lot of money during covid). I will NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I attended my niece’s bridal shower at this venue on May 25th, 2025 and it was such a wonderful experience that I felt the need to write a review. I was so impressed with the beautiful renovations that were done to this iconic building that has been around for many years-it’s a must see. The staff were amazing-professional and so kind and helpful. The owners were also present at the event. They tended to our every need and were a major contributor to the success of the event! I was blown away with the artistic presentation of the food and it was just as tasty and delicious as it was presented 😋 The newly renovated spaces, the great quality of food and exceptional service is a hidden gem on Preston. I highly recommend this place-you will love it!

I've been to two conferences here, with no complaints. The food was quite good, the sound system was excellent, and very well laid out, with a breakout room.

We had our wedding here this month and I cannot say enough great things about the venue and the staff. They were extremely responsive, helped us every step of the way including accommodating our every request the night of. Abbas was extremely present throughout the evening, not only checking in on the bride and groom but every room in the venue ensuring guests were taken care of. They communicated with our vendors to make the day run smoother and allowed us access to the venue prior to the event to add our own finishing touches. The food was incredible, and Yousef was extremely accommodating by adding any items we wanted to the menu. The renovations they've done really make the whole space pop. I highly recommend contacting them for any event.

Attended a charity event at the Preston event center last week, the venue is splendid, food was exceptional, and the service was stellar. I haven’t heard about this place before but I was greatly surprised ! A great event center, near downtown with parking !! I will definitely reach out to them if I have any event coming up !

I had a terrible experience with Santo Cristo Banquet Hall. They are completely unresponsive—no one answers phone calls or replies to emails, making it impossible to get any information or book with confidence. On top of that, the location details are inaccurate and will not even get you to the right place. Overall, the service is unreliable and incredibly inconvenient. I strongly recommend avoiding this venue if you’re looking for professionalism and good customer service.

The hall was absolutely beautiful, clean and organized. Ed was polite, respectful, and well accommodating. He made the entire process smooth and easy. Looking forward to having more events here in the coming future.

Nice layout and vibe at this hall. The welcoming lobby space and adjacent main hall share sliding doors between the two bars. Nicely decorated, the coloured lights were pleasing and tables were spaced out well with lots of room for the dance floor. Clean washroom facilities. Staff was pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Just had a multicultural wedding at the banquet hall. The hall is big and fairly new. Has all the amenities that a function would need. From multi lighting options, great dancing floor, and optional 2 bars. Working with Edgar, was a pleasure.
