EDIT: Jonathan called me right away today and fixed my return issue. Although customer service was not very helpful, Jonathan went out of his way to help and I really appreciate that. Giving it 5 stars because the light is really stunning and my issue was resolved in the end.

The customer service is atrocious. No one answers emails nor phone calls. You only have 15 days to complete a return but I still haven’t received the return slip. I follow up daily and do not get an answer. Seems like they want to pass the 15 days so you have to keep your item. The pendant I purchased is very nice I just purchased the wrong one and want to do an exchange but this literally seems impossible. Do not shop here.

I have been working with Montreal Lighting for a couple of years and find the selection of products to be excellent and the customer support received to be outstanding. Recently I had an issue and worked with Ariel to address my situation. I received prompt responses to my queries and Ariel was able to help me resolve the situation quickly. I highly recommend Montreal Lighting!

discovered this place through social media and decided to visit the showroom. It is spacious and has an impressive selection. The first time I came in, I met Julia Albuquerque, who took the time to sit down with me and walk through several options. I was really impressed by how helpful and patient she was. A year later, I came back and was amazed that she even remembered my name! Once again, she guided me through different choices and offered thoughtful advice, which I truly appreciated. I ended up ordering two lights, and Julia followed up personally to make sure everything went smoothly all the way through delivery. I’ll be ordering more lights and I plan to go through with Julia again. Highly recommend!

This firm is simply fantastic. I have, twice now ordered, a not inexpensive table lamp. And was having a longer than, I felt, wait time for delivery. They heartily agreed with me and upgraded my purchase to more expensive model at the same price I paid for the original model. Which they had in stock.

I've had an absolutely fantastic experience with Montreal Lighting! I ordered multiple light fixtures from them, and everything—from start to finish—was seamless. The quality of the fixtures is outstanding, and they look even better in person than I had hoped.

What truly set this experience apart, though, was the customer service. Ann was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, answering all my questions with patience and care. It's rare these days to find a company that combines great products with genuinely exceptional service, but this team does it effortlessly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family. A true delight to deal with!

I would avoid this store at all costs. The sales person was great, we ordered all lighting for our house through them, however the customer service after the fact was basically non existent. One of the bathroom vanity lights came broken. It’s been months with no communication unless it’s initiated by me and still no resolution. I spent close to $500 on the matching vanity lights at at this point have 0 confidence in their ability to make it right either by getting me a replacement or refunding them both. When I do communicate I’m unable to get clear or accurate answers on the status. I would never ever order from here again!

I had a great customer service experience at this store. The staff member was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about the product. And I was taken by surprise at the quality of the lamps especially some of the cool artistic designs. I thought the prices were a little on the high side but I guess as they say, you get what you pay for. There were some good quality lamps here. I will definitely return if I’m in need of more illumination 😎

We came here in June 2024 looking for light fixtures as we were renovating our kitchen. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and we enjoyed browsing around the store. Customer service was below par and almost insulting, but we did ultimately purchase three light fixtures (2 pendants and 1 ceiling lamp). For context, it was raining the day we visited, so we had a small umbrella with us. Upon entering the store, the older woman working there - without even a polite greeting - told us we needed to leave our umbrella by the front door (however there was no umbrella bin to place it in). The next couple who walked in also had an umbrella, but they were not asked to toss it by the front door for some reason. I wonder if Multi-Luminaire would be liable for replacing our umbrella if it had been stolen. Although we did give them our $$$, we certainly will not be back again.

I ordered 3 pendant lights from this shop two weeks ago and was told I would receive them within 2–3 weeks. After waiting patiently, I followed up myself after two weeks, only to be informed that none of the lights are in stock and that I won’t receive them until July!

I’m frustrated that I wasn’t informed earlier — I had to call them myself to find out the delay. After waiting for two weeks, I expected better communication and service. If the items were out of stock, that should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Very disappointed with the experience and lack of transparency. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I purchased a ceiling fan from Multi Luminaire about four years ago, and recently it stopped working. I reached out to the store, hoping for some guidance on a possible fix or replacement options. To my surprise and delight, they offered me a full credit toward a new fan—even after all this time!

This kind of customer service is rare these days. They stood by their product years after the purchase, with no hassle, no runaround—just genuine care for their customers. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process seamless.

Multi Luminaire has truly earned my loyalty. If you’re looking for quality lighting products and a company that actually supports what they sell, look no further. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

They canceled my order 4 days before the event I was organizing, I had to go with a competitor at the last minute. Lack of professionalism, very poor service. I do not recommend them.

We had our wedding here and it was everything we dreamed of and more. We feel incredibly lucky and honoured to have celebrated our wedding this past Saturday at the beautiful Palais Royale. We booked our date nearly two years in advance, after touring the venue with Christine. We left that appointment feeling something truly special and knew that this was where we wanted to get married.

Throughout the two years of planning, Christine was an absolute dream to work with. She responded quickly to any questions we had, offered suggestions and advice, and consistently kept both of us excited about the entire experience. We never second guessed our decision. Each time we visited the venue for a meeting, tasting, or walkthrough, our excitement only grew.

On the wedding day, the service from the entire team was exceptional. We were genuinely blown away by every single staff member. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended, thanks to the five star food and outstanding service. Even now, we still feel like we’re floating on a cloud.

It’s rare to find a venue that is not only breathtaking but also full of heart. A place that offers incredible service, manages a wedding of over 200 guests with ease, and serves delicious meals to everyone.

We had our wedding in summer 2025 and we could not be happier with our decision with Palais Royale as our venue. From the beginning of the planning process to the end of the wedding day celebration, the service provided by Palais Royale was incredible. Their team, led by our in-house coordinator April Chu, worked with us to bring our vision to life. For example, we wanted an Asian-fusion menu for dinner that wasn't part of their standard offering and the head chef personally sat with us to work through a variety of meal options without any upcharges.

Throughout the process, April was in consistent communication with us. She made sure we were informed of key decisions and deadlines in a timely manner. She offered input and advice based on her experience that proved to be very valuable. On the day of the wedding, the entire Palais Team made us feel confident that everything was going to be executed flawlessly.

The Palais Royale is truly a stunning venue, and we chose to do everything on our wedding day there - getting ready, wedding party photos, ceremony, and reception. We decided on this as there were so many picturesque spots at not just the venue, but the surrounding area as well.

We are so happy with how everything turned out. Our guests had so many compliments on the service they received from the staff, as well as how beautiful venue was. The Palais Royale team are true professionals and really take great care in the way they treat their clients.

From the moment we toured Palais Royale, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The courtyard patio, with its breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline and Mimico area, created the most serene and romantic atmosphere. The twinkling bistro lights were especially magical and made the space feel enchanting.

We began the wedding planning process with April Chu, who has absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and organized, guiding us through each stage of the planning process and keeping us on track with important deadlines. Because of her support, everything came together seamlessly and our wedding day went perfectly without a single issue. The AV team was also amazing and worked flawlessly with our live band.

Our guests were amazed, many saying it felt like a destination wedding with the water views and reflections of the city skyline. It was truly the happiest day of our lives, and Palais Royale made it unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly!

I attended a party at Rajveer Banquet Hall this past weekend and had such a great time! The hall was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. My husband and I had our reception at Rajveer Hall last week and it was amazing. It was a great pleasure working with the hall, management really did everything they could to bring our reception vision to life. We received so many compliments with how the hall was set up - many guests saying it was the best they had ever seen. The food at Rajveer Hall is the best out of any banquet hall venue in Calgary hands down. We had the best time at our reception here!

The venue has a beautiful & clean washrooms with warmed toilet seats (and it’s automatic).

I purchased several exquisite light fixtures for my condominium over a two month period. Thank you to the fantastic and knowledgeable Ebony. She was exceptional. When the time came to install one of the light fixtures, the instruction sheet was not very clear. My contractor called the store and one of the sales/service associates, Nigel, called him back on Wattsapp and spent an hour with him and walked him through every step of the installation. Amazing cocktail reception with sushi, lamb chops, Mexican taco bar, salmon burgers, duck, shrimp! Signature cocktails! Service was over the top and the old world setting with modern touches was beautiful.

I had the pleasure of attending the 40th Anniversary Gala of the 2025 Miss Chinese Montreal Pageant at Le Windsor Ballrooms, and the entire evening felt like a fairytale.
From the moment I walked through the Peacock Alley, I was teleported into a world of elegance. The towering ceilings, rows of glittering crystal chandeliers, and the historic fireplace made the space feel grand and luxurious. It’s the kind of place that immediately impresses you and sets the tone for a memorable night.

The event was held in the Salon Windsor, and I was blown away by the room’s beauty. The tall gilded ceilings, mirrored French doors, and ornate chandeliers gave the entire evening a regal touch. It felt like I was at a royal ball!!

One of the highlights of the night was meeting Cathy Leung-Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 1987, and her daughter Tyra Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 2021. They were both so friendly and charming. It was my first time meeting pageants in person, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to such a glamorous world. The experience of attending this event and seeing these incredible women was amazing.

Le Windsor Ballrooms exceeded all expectations. The venue, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe of the night were truly unforgettable. I had a wonderful time.☺️

If you are looking for a unique and fabulous experience for an event in Montreal, the Windsor Ballrooms is a perfect venue! We host our annual gala and all of our guests have had a magical experience: the beauty of the venue, the quality of the services and the food. Vistek Ottawa is one of the best camera stores in Ontario, offering a fantastic selection of photography and videography equipment. Whether you’re a professional or an enthusiast, this is a great place to find high-quality gear, from cameras and lenses to lighting and accessories.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to understand your needs and recommend the best options without pushing unnecessary upsells. Their expertise makes shopping here a great experience, especially for those looking for advice on new equipment.

One great feature is that they sell film, which is a plus for analog photography lovers. However, they don’t offer film development services, which would be a great addition.

The only downside I noticed is that the store is not always well-stocked. Some popular items can be out of stock, which can be frustrating if you need something urgently. It would be great to see them improve inventory management to keep more essential items available.

Overall, Vistek Ottawa remains one of the top camera stores in Ontario, but a better-stocked inventory would make it even better.

I picked out a backpack priced at $320—it’s a high-quality and convenient option. I hope to purchase it soon!

As a photographer and videographer, I’ve been a loyal customer of Vistek for some time. Last year, I purchased my Canon R6 Mark II camera here, along with the Canon RF 35mm f/1.8 lens, an Amaran 100x light, and a Zhiyun Crane 2S gimbal. Every single purchase has exceeded my expectations, and I’ve been more than satisfied with the quality and service provided.

2 weeks ago I had to make a significant purchase (as in thousands of dollars) in a new camera and accessories. Being a YouTuber I had specific needs and questions. Steeve (yes with two e’s) was excellent in his service. I was there for a long time asking many detailed questions and he did an excellent job helping me. AER rentals truly elevated our backyard wedding! The impressive variety of furniture and sizes allowed us to create a custom wedding layout that perfectly fit our space. Everything – from the bar and linens to the tables and cocktail cruisers – arrived in pristine condition and, best of all, ahead of schedule. The tent was beautiful! It was clear with lights. We received so many compliments. The installers and tear down workers were very professional and efficient.

Had a great experience working with AER Rentals. They were very flexible with last minute changes to our pickup and drop off times for the rentals. The workers were friendly and helpful! Items were great quality as well, no issues with durability/use. I used them for my wedding rentals and they were very generous and professional!

We had our wedding at allsaints a few weeks ago and it was a truly magical experience! We booked very far in advance and they were always responsive to our emails and in helping us plan. Tianna was absolutely amazing to work with - she checked in with us multiple times the day of and truly made us feel cared about. The food and drinks were also phenomenal with multiple family members taking fresh bread home. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

We had our wedding at allsaints in May of 2025. It was a fantastic experience. Tiana and the rest of the staff worked diligently and were very supportive to ensure the day went well. Everything was so easy with them. The guests loved the food and the comfortable space. Thank you!

Overall wedding experience was good at All Saints. It is a beautiful venue, that we were able to decorate ourselves the night before (downside was we only knew we could till a few days before the wedding).
However, there are many things that were negative. Communication with the staff was poor, due to having to wait almost a month for responses to emails. Also we were changed several times who our primary contact was.
On the day off my guests had complaints about coffee not being refilled, their drinks being taken away from the table and a very long wait in between the first and second course.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower in the Chapel last week and it was phenomenal!! From the food, to the aesthetic, to the service - everything was perfect. The planning process was very smooth and I was able to do everything from a distance (over the phone and via email). I would highly recommend booking your small, intimate events at allsaints events space!!!

As one reviewer wrote, “definitely a higher level of service and quality lighting products.” We were doing some major renos and wanted unique lighting. The kind you don’t find at Rona or Home Depot. This is our go-to store for lighting now. Super friendly staff and free parking!!! Highly recommend.

As a designer, I bring clients here and source most of the decorative fixtures for my projects from Arevco. The staff are very helpful, always making suggestions from a great selection of manufacturers and providing fair pricing. My orders come in when expected, and any time challenges come up, they're quickly and professionally resolved.
The girls are even creative when a project needs something a little special.

I can attest to Gayle’s comments by my own initial experience today. During my phone inquiry asking about two lamp repairs, I was politely warned they have many repair projects lined up with a 2-3 wk return time. I took my chances, arrived in the aft and was incredibly surprised that when Faye (the technician) was consulted at the front desk, she came out, assessed them quickly, went back, returned within 5min (I kid you not!) and warned me that the broken base of one is going to have some life yet, but to handle with extreme care etc. When she said ‘that’s it’ I was done. She explained it was faster for her to address the issue on the spot than to find room in her workspace to add these. Wow!The helpful assistant found two finials I needed, pointed me to another business where I could buy suitable lamp shades and I spent just under $30. Talk about service - and more than fair and reasonable fees & purchase. I lived with my broken lamps for 4-5yrs.

I brought a floor lamp in for repair. It had been 'out of commission' for 12 years. Within hours, I was called for an update on the repair. Within a day everything was fixed and the lamp reassembled, all for a very reasonable cost. My beautiful lamp lights up my life again. Excellent customer service.

From start to finish, my experience with Cartwright has been top shelf. They offer a broad range of products that is sure to satisfy any budget. My sales representative Nicole kept me up to date and informed on the status of my order at all times, and arranged for installation was soon as everything was ready to ship.

Delivery and install was promptly arranged with Rebecca, and a short time later, Dean and Drew arrived and were excellent. They were efficient, yet thorough and made sure that everything was satisfactory before wrapping up their visit.

I highly recommend reaching out to Cartwright if you ever need a light fixture repaired or need any service on an older lamp. I wanted to add a light socket to a Tiffany glass shade that had no functional components and Olga was extremely helpful in explaining the process and making sure I was satisfied with every detail. The pricing was more than reasonable as well for such great service.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Cartwright Lighting — and especially from Alex — today. My 101-year-old mother has a beautiful Tiffany-style lamp that means the world to her, but it stopped working. I called around to multiple places and was repeatedly told “no, we don’t repair lamps.”

Then I found Cartwright Lighting, and from the first moment, Alex was warm, welcoming, and willing to help. I dropped the lamp off expecting it would take several days, but just three hours later I received a call — it was ready! Not only was the repair done perfectly and with great care, but they also kept the repair cost below what I was expecting.

We've used Crescent Heights Community Association multiple times for our events, and every experience has been wonderful! The communication is always clear and easy, and the space is perfect for our needs. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-organized community space!

I booked a viewing of the space for February 20 at 830am. It was confirmed in writing via email. I showed up at 8:15 and waited until 9am. No one showed up. I called three times, but it went straight to a voicemail. Sent multiple email messages as well to which I still have not received any response too (it’s now Friday morning). Zero communication as to what happened on top of me sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for Paul. Appears to be a beautiful venue, but the communication is horrible. Definitely would make me nervous to actually book my wedding here. What if I can’t get in touch with anyone to access the space ON my wedding day?! Currently, I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

The community hall is not big enough for a big event but good enough for a relatively small event. The washroom is also small and very compact. However, it's got an ample parking lot. Depending on the event and table arrangements, occupancy can be between 50 - 75 people.

Neat little place, probably the liveliest market I've been to. The whole space was buzzing with a great assortment of vendors - clothing, food, jewelry, art of many forms. I am never in this part of town but my visit here was delightful.

I think it's a fantastic community hall.
The president is very friendly and welcoming.

I recently had custom furniture made for my little girl's room, and I am beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. The quality is outstanding! And the best part is that it looks absolutely amazing in her space. From the start, an associate worked closely with us to create a room that was unique and tailored specifically to our needs, making sure it was a perfect fit for our daughter.

Any issues that came up during the process were addressed quickly and professionally, which really made the experience stress-free. It did take a while for delivery, but honestly, it was totally worth the wait. Now, our daughter has the most beautiful room, and we couldn't be happier. If you're considering custom furniture, Euro Style Design is the best!

We recently discovered Eurostyle design on the Trans -Canada . We were pleasantly surprised at the vast array of modern furniture and lighting that they carried. It was different than most of the places we had been to. We had been looking for a ceiling fixture for our family room for over a year and right away saw several options we liked . Julie was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. If you are looking for something different, modern, stylish and high quality I recommend you pay them a visit.

We walked in today to Euro Style Design store in Pointe Claire just to browse. There were many beautiful items. We were almost walking out when Julie gave us a a little more information about the items and our options to customize the items with colors and fabrics. We were very thankful for her professional input for helping us to choose a few item with some improvisation.

We ordered custom bedroom furniture for our daughter from Euro Style Design. The bedroom is very high quality. Sturdy and built strong. It looks great and we all enjoy it very much. Also, working with the sales person, Alexandra, was incredible. She designed a custom look and configuration specifically for our room. Amazing shopping experience at Euro Style Design! The showroom has everything you could think of, in so many different styles and colours! We were looked after by Julie who is both patient and attentive. I always knew she was close by to answer any questions but also doesn’t hover, which is so appreciated when making large purchases. She was of great assistance when it came time for me to select the fabric and colour of my new couch, providing many options but also structured the options in a way I did not feel overwhelmed! I left feeling thrilled with my couch purchase and can’t wait until arrives from Spain! I will definitely be a repeat customer due to such an amazing experience and such beautiful furniture!
