Easily the best menswear store in Calgary. They offer great quality products, not just overpriced designer brands, but true quality. And the staff is excellent - always very helpful and willing the spend the time to make you look your best. Special shout out to Peter who always knows my style and my size and is quick to offer great advice. I highly recommend Ed Williams.

Incredible customer service.

I scoured the internet looking for a specific candle and remembered I had bought it at this shop years ago. To my luck they showed they had one left online.
Ermanno called me the next day to inform me that unfortunately they did not have it. I understood and I appreciated the call to let me know what was happening. it could have just been an email cancelling the order, but I appreciated the personal touch.
Much to my surprise Ermanno called me a few days later to inform me that my favourite candle had been discontinued last year, and I was ready to switch to another scent/brand. The angel was calling to also tell me that he called the candle's head office and managed to find the last one and will be shipping it directly.

There is good customer service, there is above and beyond, and then there is Ermannos's!

As a man with over a dozen suits, I found this company very unprofessional. I stopped by to grab some last-minute clothes for an event I wasn't prepared for. The woman didn't listen to what I had to say - she argued with me about my preferences. I've honestly never had that before. If I don't think it looks good, why would you debate that with me?

She was very dismissive of my feedback and told me as I was leaving that I'll be back once I read the reviews on the business... I won't. I live nearby and I'm not the first to have this issue.

They're there to sell you clothes for a markup and to tell you you're wrong about your preferred fashion. Not worth the money.

Unfortunately, my experience at this store was disappointing. While the selection of products was adequate, the owner's attitude left a lot to be desired. I found them to be dismissive and unnecessarily rude, which made the overall interaction uncomfortable. There was a clear lack of customer service, and the egotistical behavior made it difficult to feel respected or valued as a customer. I hope they consider improving how they treat people in the future.

They have the best collection of mens wear and are very knowledgeable.

I visited Fabio Menswear today looking for some nice clothes for a business party. Until this point, I have never bought anything outside of retail stores nor have I ever needed nicer clothes (only been to a wedding once and lucked out on slightly ill-fitting suit). To be completely honest, I was anxious not knowing what I want or what I need.

Marco and Nicole greeted me with enthusiasm and was absolutely patient with me as I try to articulate what I was looking for. At first, it was all trial and error. I tried on whatever caught my attention, but Marco kept asking the right questions to narrow down options. His passion and expertise were apparent. He walked me through different options and provided feedback on how to properly tailor the items I picked out. Nicole helped me get the right length for the blazer/jacket and pants I picked out. All in all, Marco and Nicole made me feel welcomed and important the moment I stepped in their store.

I would recommend this store anybody looking to feel great and look amazing. Their customer service skills are impeccable. I'm so glad I got to spend my afternoon with them. And as long as they are in business, they I will continue to support them.

Since attending Fan Expo for many years and visiting/spending hours at the local artist section, I have grown to love and appreciate the amazing skills individuals have out there in society and locally. They're very talented and produce many interesting merchandises that I've grown to love. Upon discovering this business, and the owner Keira, through a random tweet on Twitter one day and I decided to browse her website. Was so amazed by the products she makes. They're so professional, just like as if you'd buy at a big box store but only BETTER! Had a custom mask made by her, and the customer service provided was top notch. Would definitely recommend her to others and anyone if they're looking for something that suits their everyday wear. Thanks for all you do!

Spent a good part of my early career working in banks and insurance companies in the vicinity. Starting buying quality suits at harry rosen and brooks brothers and they did indeed last- but as I got older my waistline changed and I had to get new suits made. I decided to try Indochino and it was a great experience. Custom suits at about the $800 price point. The options and fabric selection is vast and the reps you work with are very knowledgeable. I can’t speak for other locations but this location is very conveniently located and the staff really know how to get you a look that works for your physique and use case. My rep here is Clarence and he is phenomenal, I kinda don’t want the world to know about him and keep the secret to myself. Warning: once they have your measurements it can get addictive.

Edit - It’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order for my suits to be delivered and they still have not arrived. I needed the suits for the weddings I’m attending this summer and figured since my first wedding was a month away (placed my order on May 26) that 3 weeks is within time.

Turns out I was wrong. I understand that the company outsources their delivery to DHL which went on strike however that does not excuse Indochino from their abysmal customer service.

Once the 3 week deadline passed I called and found out about the strike. I saw the packages were in the Toronto Service Area so I called the store front. They essentially told me they have nothing to do with delivery and directed me to DHL.

I called DHL and their service was down entirely, looping me through automated responses.

I tried calling Indochino again and they said to contact their customer service email which I did. Didn’t receive a reply and instead their customer service team essentially forwarded me to the store where I made my purchase. Again no call, no email response from anyone.

I call the mainline at Indochino hoping maybe someone could help me. A gentlemen said they will track down the package so I could pick it up. I asked if they could email me once that’s completed and they said they will and it will be done ASAP. Again no email, no call.

I call the store front the next day in hopes that someone would be able to help me seeing as the customer service email forwarded my message to them. They gave me the same run down as before and told me to contact DHL even though they literally are not answering their phones or emails.

Now I have no suit for my first wedding and no idea when they will be arriving or if I’ll have them for the next wedding.

The actions of the company clearly exemplify that we are just a number to them and they do not care about their customers. Never had such an abysmal experience with a company over simply assisting in tracking a late package.

I have bought the majority of my dress shirts, pants and suits from Indochino. I’ve even recommend friends to use them. Can strongly say I will never shop here again and will strongly recommend against using them to my colleagues and friends.

Indochino Downtown on King Street is the ultimate destination for anyone serious about made-to-measure suits. The experience was exceptional—from start to finish. For the first time, I didn’t need multiple alterations to achieve the perfect fit. Their craftsmanship and service are truly extraordinary. I highly recommend them.

This is a negative review not about this particular store, because the lead manger Clarence does a great job! I’ve been a loyal Indochino client
for a while, but I have to say I’m really disappointed this time with the way how the company runs business. I reordered the same raincoat I bought nine months ago for certain amount, and now it cost me plus 200$ more. I understand prices may go up, and I was told it’s + 20%. But on top of that, they’ve added a new shipping and processing fee that never existed before. That feels excessive, especially since I was just reordering the exact same item with no new measurements or adjustments. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like the level of value and service I’ve come to expect from Indochino. Nothing can ruin the client’s loyalty more than hidden commissions!

As someone that traditionally has years pass between suit purchases, I was very pleased with my experience a couple months ago. Maryam readily put me at ease, provided guidance unprompted, elaborated on options upon request and allowed some time to address a couple questions unrelated to my immediate purchase. The suit itself was received within the quoted shipping time and met all expectations. Hope to find myself a patron again before too long.

We rented our groomsmen tuxes from Manzotti for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Great selection for good prices. Highly recommend!

Really nice tuxedos, suits, clothes and shoes. Very reasonable prices. Adjustments are made in the store so that the suits look perfect. Big selection of nice modern clothing. Very helpful and friendly service. This is ideal for young growing men. Why waste money buying clothes that won’t fit. Renting means the clothes are always a perfect fit.

I recommend Manzotti to any future groom! They provide excellent tuxedo styles for the occasion at a fair price. Service is exceptional and the tailoring reliable.

I would give 6 stars if I could. No better place to get a tuxedo or suit in Montreal. Eric is amazing and it’s clear he’s passionate and has been doing this for a long time. Reasonable prices and they really care about their customers. Would recommend to anyone and definitely coming back.

He wanted us to have good quality suits at a fair price. He even helped with coordinating the shoes, and accessories that we had purchased online. The fitting was a great atmosphere and had fun with my groomsmen. Highly recommend Mario and his team if you want someone who's professional and at a fair price.

Mario helped me find suits for my groomsmen last May, His service was extremely professional and he offered a wide selection of high quality suits at a fantastic price. Mario made the experience memorable by booking us into his store for a private fitting for myself and the groomsmen. Not many stores offer this sort of customer care for men. He even arranged for all of the tailoring to be completed, truly making him a one stop shop. I will be a customer of his for life.

I needed a dress belt in a pinch. I stopped in and they were able to take care of me in short order. Within minutes, they had sized up my waist and cut a custom length belt to suit me. The price was good value for what I received. Staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely consider them in the future if I have a larger order in mind.

We went to Morris Formal Wear to find my Fiancé a suit for our wedding. We initially walked in and they were happy to fit us in for a consultation. They quickly found us the suit we were looking for at a very reasonable price. They ordered it in for us and it came quickly, and the tailor is amazing! Sam and his family have taken care of all of me and family’s formal wear needs for decades now. He provided me with my suit way back for my high school prom and now recently with my tuxedo for my wedding day in Ottawa.

They are a family business that’s been open since 1927, now 4 generations strong. I came to Bridal Dressez (also known as Showcase Boutique at 636 Jean-Talon) with my friend, who wears a hijab, to help her shop for her wedding.

We were completely ignored, even after asking for help multiple times. Indian and Pakistani customers — including some who came in after us — were greeted and served right away. The Pakistani women weren’t wearing hijab.

When we asked again, we were told “someone else will help you,” but no one ever did. It felt intentional, and we left feeling humiliated.

I don’t know why, but we were clearly not treated the same as everyone else.

My dad went to get his suit customized at signor terry for my wedding and he was extremely happy with his suit and impressed with the service at the store. He looked handsome on my wedding day and we want to thank you for helping him out on finding his suit!

I went to this store based on the rating on Google and when I arrived I was surprised that they had booked an appointment before arriving and at the reception they asked me to scan the barcode, register and wait. I waited for half an hour and no one came to me. The best thing was not to allow me to enter when they were busy.

A disappointing first—and last—in-store experience.
We’ve been loyal Suitsupply customers online for years, investing in both suits and ready-to-wear pieces. Visiting Montreal from Vancouver, we were genuinely excited to try items in person for the first time.

Instead, we were told we couldn’t try anything without an appointment—which we respected. The sales associate (a Caucasian male with a beard) assured us we could in 30 minutes, so we agreed and waited. Hours passed with no update. Five hours later, we returned to check, only to be met with a dismissive “sorry” and no attempt to resolve the situation.

For a brand we’ve supported so much, this lack of follow-through and basic courtesy was disappointing. We’ll take our business to brands that value their customers’ time and loyalty.

I came in looking for my wedding suit, and from the moment he stepped in to help (without me even having an appointment with him), he treated me with the kind of attention and care you’d expect from a luxury private fitting.

I went to this store based on the rating on Google and when I arrived I was surprised that they had booked an appointment before arriving and at the reception they asked me to scan the barcode, register and wait. I waited for half an hour and no one came to me. The best thing was not to allow me to enter when they were busy.

A disappointing first—and last—in-store experience.
We’ve been loyal Suitsupply customers online for years, investing in both suits and ready-to-wear pieces. Visiting Montreal from Vancouver, we were genuinely excited to try items in person for the first time.

Instead, we were told we couldn’t try anything without an appointment—which we respected. The sales associate (a Caucasian male with a beard) assured us we could in 30 minutes, so we agreed and waited. Hours passed with no update. Five hours later, we returned to check, only to be met with a dismissive “sorry” and no attempt to resolve the situation.

For a brand we’ve supported so much, this lack of follow-through and basic courtesy was disappointing. We’ll take our business to brands that value their customers’ time and loyalty.

My experience at Suitsupply was outstanding and that’s entirely thanks to Jean-Simon. I came in looking for my wedding suit, and from the moment he stepped in to help (without me even having an appointment with him), he treated me with the kind of attention and care you’d expect from a luxury private fitting.

He immediately understood the exact vibe I was going for and found the perfect suit. Not only did he get the style spot on, he took the time to show me how to wear it in multiple ways: dressed up with a tie, more casual with an open collar, or even styled down with just the shirt and pants for a relaxed dinner. That was very thoughtful of him.

Jean-Simon was patient, warm, confident in his work, and clearly a professional. His advice was thoughtful, his taste impeccable, and he made what could have been a stressful decision feel exciting and fun. I just picked up my altered suit and it fits like it was custom-made for me.

The store itself is beautiful and their selection is next level. But honestly, it’s Jean-Simon who made me want to keep coming back. I wouldn’t want to buy a suit from anywhere else.

Also, when I came back to pick up the suit and try it on one last time, Alexandre was the one who helped me. Even though he was juggling several clients at once, he offered incredible service and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Truly a great team.

I stopped by the shop looking for a shirt and a couple of ties, and Jean-Simon made the experience surprisingly smooth and enjoyable. Even though I wasn’t buying a full suit, he gave the same attention and care you’d expect for a bigger purchase. His taste is sharp—he helped me pick pieces that actually fit my style instead of just pushing what was trendy. The quality was clear, and I appreciated the no-pressure, knowledgeable service. Definitely someone who knows his craft and treats customers right.

My experience with Benny was flawless. He was professional, yet friendly. He advised based on my tastes/personality, worked out all my concerns, and lead me to the perfect custom suit for my wedding. I received many compliments at my wedding regarding my suit. I felt that it wasn’t formal compliments, but clearly the guys were impressed as they asked “where did you get the suit?” “Is it a custom suit?” :D Thanks Benny! Looking forward to working with you again!

Had never had a suit made to measure, so was not to familiar with the whole process. As soon as I walked into the store Johnny and Richard were there to greet me. Made me feel very comfortable and we’re very patient with me. Between Johnny’s experience in the industry and Richard’s eye I was blown away by the amazing service I got. Johnny was not afraid to tell me no on some ideas that I had, and for that I’m very grateful. I put 100% of my trust in these two and they did not disappoint. 10/10 service, conversations and most of all a great suit for my special day. Thanks again to Johnny, Richard and the whole stuff definitely recommend and will be returning there for sure!

Had my wedding suit made by SurMesur and i was not disappointed.
Within an hour, we had a rough idea of what it would look like, an estimate of the cost and all the details figured out.
Daphné and Johnny took great care of me and my bestman from day 1 to the delivery date. Everything was spot on from the design to the fitting, was very happy with the final product.
