Absolutely phenomenal experience with London Bespoke. Kunal, the owner, helped put together my wedding suit with an incredible level of care and attention to detail—right down to personally walking me over to The Bay to pick out the perfect socks. That kind of thoughtfulness and service truly sets them apart.

I also got bespoke shoes for my wedding, and together with the suit, it all came together perfectly. To this day, my wedding suit is my favourite in the collection.

Got a suit for my wedding here and working with Ian and Kunal was absolutely fantastic. I shopped all around downtown and nobody even came close to the quality of service offered by the team here. Everyone is kind patient, and the quality of the fabrics and tailoring is second to none. It was my first time ever getting a custom suit and they made the process fun and smooth.

We decided to work with Kunal after meeting with several bespoke to create my wedding suit. Our overall experience were amazing!

The entire process from the initial conversation to picking up the finished suit was pleasant and professional.

Kunal was very patient during each design stage, as I have limited technical knowledge on suit, but have an idea on what I want to achieve. He helped me narrow down the color and price of the fabric amidst lots of options. He was also very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions.

We really appreciate the price transparency as each fabric booklet shows the price table, so you can easily make your own budget choice.

There were minor delays in completing the suit but we began the process early and anticipated it. In the end, we got the complete suit on time.

We are happy with both the consultation and final product!

Rushed into the place to buy a shirt before a sudden interview after finding nothing that fit properly at the stores nearby. The man there grabbed a shirt that fit almost perfectly first try and then did a couple adjustments to make it fit nicer.

I felt compelled to write a review for Sunny and the entire positive experience! If you are a bride on a budget with champagne taste (or looking for a grad gown) I highly recommend checking out the dresses and working with Sunny to customize an option. She had magical suggestions and abilities to transform off the rack dresses as a lovely base to then be something unique and custom based on my vision. There is flexibility in pricing particularly when including alterations in the mix. I absolutely recommend 10/10 experience!! I was beyond happy with my daughters custom made grad dress as It was PERFECT and brought me to tears. It was our first stop and I was expecting a long day of finding the perfect dress for my daughter. I didn’t even get the beautiful lady’s name but she was so kind and helpful. She told my daughter to find any dress she wanted and she would custom make it to her size and color. My daughter wanted a specific pink and the lady reassured me she would have it made in that color. Sure, you can go to any mall and pick up a mass-market suit that fits awkwardly, hangs oddly, and is made from questionable, non-breathable fabrics… or you can go to Club Uomo. There, you’ll find a proper suit that fits well and is tailored to perfection. Marco Albanese was a true professional—he made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and effortless. I was browsing online for a wedding dress for my son’s wedding and I came across DK Style. What a fantastic store. They have a huge selection of dresses in every size.
The colour palette for my son’s wedding is very particular and it hadn’t been easy finding a nice Mother of the Groom dress in an olive or sage green. I immediately found one at the store and Sylvia was so helpful. I normally can’t stand shopping of any sort but Sylvia (and the owner) made the whole experience very comfortable and easy.
They offer an alteration service as well as a decent selection of jewelry and purses.
I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a wedding guest or evening dress.

There is not enough good things I could say about this boutique. After going to 2 different stores, trying on over 20 dresses, and still not finding that "this is it" feeling, I was getting pretty discouraged. My maid of honour bought her dress from Dominique last year and suggested we call. She called and they were able to squeeze us in within a couple hours. We showed up and I described to Dominique exactly what I wanted and was looking for. The FIRST dress she brought me to try on was it. Before I even got it pulled up passed my hips, I knew I loved the feeling of it. The material, quality, shape, build, support ... Everything was perfect. I walked out and my bridesmaids and mom began to cry. I lost my best friend 4 years ago, and when I tell you that I stood on the pedestal and looked at myself, I felt her with me more than I have in so long. It was a perfect day. My daughter was too impatient to wait for me to go prom dress shopping. She went to a different dress shop and left crying ad the experience was stressful and she had no one to help her. Caitlin accommodated my schedule, took my measurements and helped me choose the perfect fabric and lining. The initial delivery was swift, and adjustments were minimal. The result is, by a mile, the best looking and well-fitted suit I own, with accompanying dress shirt, vest and tie. At the wedding, it was all anyone could talk about.

Wonderful experience with tux rental for a wedding. Normally i struggle with suit fits and need much adjusting but this tux was great out the gate based on the initial measurements taken. Mehdi was wonderful before and during the rental period, great customer service. I got many compliments on the quality and fit of the tux. I will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, a very very unfriendly attitude and does not apologize when making mistakes. I often left his store feeling frustrated majority of the time (either him complaining about my alteration asks or giving me hard time for needing my dry cleaning back sooner than a full week). After the final not-so-good interaction, I've decided to take my business elsewhere which is unfortunate as the location was very convenient. I hope this feedback helps for future customers.

I've had an amazing experience at Garrison Bespoke, especially thanks to George. He’s been incredibly attentive and thoughtful in helping me build out my new work wardrobe. I cannot say enough good things about Garrison. My wife and I were on an expedited timeline as a result of me being diagnosed with cancer, and my brothers and I needed suits we could be proud of for our special day. After trying a few mid-level suit shops who couldn’t work with our timeline, I walked into Garrison, knowing they were very well regarded. Justin greeted me at the door, and after explaining our situation, he committed to making things work and ensured we would get our fully tailored suits on time. Their fitting and measurement process was seamless, and they moved things around when needed to make sure we could make all of our appointments, even with people coming out of province. They were so accommodating and empathetic, and even stayed late on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect. The suits were all fantastic (middle three guys in the photo) and comfortable, and held up despite some rigorous dancing. If you’re looking for a great suit, and an even greater experience, go with Garrison.

Garrison consistently delivers impeccable styling and great fitting suits. Over the years I've been very happy with the service, flexibility and advice.

We didn’t feel comfortable nor welcome here. Our consultant barely showed us any fabrics before pressuring us to make a decision. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the fabrics and couldn’t even answer where the wool was sourced from. She didn’t ask any questions about what my fiancé was looking for and didn’t make any recommendations. During the middle of the consultation, she left us and started helping other customers, leaving us clueless looking at the fabrics, which was very unprofessional.

We didn’t have a hard set budget but she acted as if we couldn’t afford anything else and was very reluctant to show us anything more, even when my fiancé asked.

Speaking as an absolute amateur in the world of bespoke fashion, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in getting a custom wedding suit.

I worked directly with Justin, who did a masterful job of interpreting my vision and using his experience and style to bring my ideas to life - which was no small feat as I wanted to combine looks of Old Money, Peaky Blinders and Yellowstone, all while ensuring my look complimented that of my wonderful bride.

The entire Garrison team helped me feel comfortable, appreciated and respected through the entire process. Their communication (specifically Justin's) was always timely, professional and vibey. They delivered on time, and their work made me look leaner, meaner and more polished than I could have ever hoped to look!

I and my mom went here (April 23, 2023, around 4:00PM MST) to shop for big-sized socks for my uncle. The lady who greeted us was patient and helpful and gave us honest opinions about the different socks that they sell. We ended up buying the right socks for my uncle based on the comparison of different socks that she showcased to us. Unfortunately, we were not able to ask her name (which we should have to give her the acknowledgment for her great customer service). But you know who you are! Your customer service was much appreciated. Additionally, the cashier (who was a different lady) was mild-mannered, professional, and very courteous. We will definitely shop here again.

I'm not usually fond of clothes shopping given the accompanying size frustrations, but this was by far the best experience I've had to date. Katie was incredibly kind, helpful, and forthright about costs and alternative suggestions. I look forward to making future purchases at this location. :)

Henry Singer is not a store, it's an exquisite luxurious experience. I wish I could buy everything in there. You are treated like family and their tailors will make sure everything fits perfect. Hats off to Robbie Karmeldaine (sp ?) and Tony, one of the tailors, who always gives me impecable advice. One tip is the hold various events over the year, for example I bought 2 tailor made suits, 20% off or so at their annual Coppley sale; and, I just kicked up 4 tailor made Eton Shirts at their annual Eton & McLaren event. The Etons were the price of off-the-rack Etons, over $100 savings per shirt -and- they threw in a tie and pocket-square , about a $300 gift. I'll be back in October for their next event with great savings on suits.

Fab at Rideau was super helpful, fun and honest in his guidance while getting me into a new made-to-measure suit. I had been eager to buy a nice new suit that would stand out from the rest of my wardrobe now for a while so my expectations were high, but still exceeded! He is a great communicator, and well attuned to what's fashionable or well suited to his clients' style. Thanks again!

What an amazing place. Employees know exactly what they are doing. If you need a new suit, not only do they have amazing prices, they are also professional, courteous, and friendly making your shopping a unique experience. My fiance ended up using their amazing two suit deal and purchased his groom suit as well as a fun blue suit for other occasions.

Their suits are made-to-measure, using high quality fabric, and every customization you can possibly think of. Simple yet complicated questions asked by staff are used to create your unique suit to your taste and standards.

We had a lovely experience working with Indochino at the Rideau Centre. They were kind, and so helpful. We had suits made for the groom, father and brother of the bride, and the groomsmen.

The staff at Indochino were awesome to work with, particularly with my brother who has a disability and required some extra accommodations. Fab at Indochino worked with my brother and I was very touched by the patience and respect offered to my brother, they made him feel very special and I'm still hearing him talk about this experience months later.

Avoid at all costs.

You’re better off buying from Alibaba express, DHgate, or any other made in China website, they’re made at one of those types of manufacturing facilities in China anyway. The quality of their suits is not even close to what they market. For a wedding party where matching suits were ordered they made one of the group members suits with the wrong lapels. Inexcusable. Taylor does not listen to instructions and suit came ill fitting. Seems are loose, loose threads everywhere. The suits are packaged in what some may call a pizza box and arrive filthy with factory debris.

Uodate on my review below. I ordered about 3 weeks ago. They told me it was taking longer these days for delivery. Exepct 5-6 weeks, was what I was told. Well under 4 weeks and today I received my order. The pants and vest fit perfectly. The suit jacket needs a minor adjustment, but the store had said they do itt there when required. Overall first impression is it looks good, fits great. I have added pics of how package arrived.

This review is for the booking, selection, and fitting for a new suit. Overall it was an easy process, although they could have explained it better. They ask you what type of collar you want and types of pockets. Take the time to show me, this is all new and I don't know what is what between collars or pocket styles. In my next review I will show off the results of my visit, with the new suit, once it is delivered.

Don't forget this store is a made to order suit store, and it does take 4 to 6 weeks before yiu get delivery, so plan ahead, or choose off the rack somewhere else if you are in a huŕry.

I came after reading the nice reviews. The salesperson was nice, however, the place lacked air conditioning. We went in June and it was really hot inside.

Also, there are no change rooms, you have to change in the corner or in the storage room where people might come in.

Lastly, the place offers exchane only and no returns. I hope they are able to fix these issues.

I came to this boutique to consign my bag, since my husband had bought me the same model in a different color. Unfortunately, the experience was not welcoming. I understand there was an event happening soon, but the atmosphere felt very unfriendly from the start.

When the owner checked my bag and receipt, she immediately commented, “I’ve never seen a paper receipt like this,” in a way that implied my bag might not be authentic. I found that quite offensive, especially since in the end she acknowledged the bag was authentic. I know what I buy and would never purchase a fake.

My advice to the owner: Please be more mindful in how you speak to and treat customers. Respect and professionalism go a long way, especially for a business that’s just starting out.

I brought a dress here very last minute for graduation and she got it done in under 3 days. I was beyond impressed with the result, I have never had a dress fit me this well. She even told me she hand stitched the entire hem to make sure it would be invisible. She is very kind and accommodating, the service was wonderful!

10/10! Blindly trusted Loan with Louis Vuitton jeans worth nearly $3,000. She did a phenomenal job and was so proud to show me her incredible precision when aligning the pattern with the hem to match how the garment is sold (and rightfully so, she nailed it.) She was so sweet and professional, and understands the value of luxury brands without having to say a word. I had requested my scrap material which she gladly provided, and the alterations were exactly what I had asked for. I hesitantly dripped off my jeans on a very busy Saturday afternoon, and they were ready to be picked up at lunchtime on Tuesday. Only a fraction of what I expected to pay for this attention to detail; I have paid more to get a name embroidered on an apron. Tina did a wonderful job of altering my wedding dress. I was worried because it was a tad too tight (pandemic weight), and she was friendly and understanding. She did the perfect alterations so it perfectly wrapped around my natural curves and also helped slim me out a bit. Brought me in 3 times just to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend and followed up timely with phone calls. Best of all, it was very reasonably priced for the quality and care she put into it.

Tina made a top and skirt for me for a wedding I recently attended. I was initially nervous as I had never had a outfit made, that entailed several fittings. I had a great shopping experience last weekend looking for a wedding guest dress. Very friendly staff throughout and Hanan (spelling? I’m sorry!) was extremely helpful. I feel like I tried on half the dresses in the place. I was happy that they had quite a number of styles in the shop in my size (XL), and also offered the option to order in if what I was looking for wasn’t available. I would definitely return for an occasion dress in the future!

we had such an amazing experience at Park and Fifth in Calgary! After a long day of wedding dress shopping, this was our final stop for the day! We were pleasantly surprised with the cute area to try on dresses, and having a small private area to try them on. Our bridal stylist, Hannah was so great, she made us all feel comfortable and was easy to talk too. She made our experience so much better!

I went into Park and Fifth looking for a (very) last minute wedding guest dress.

I was nervous because a lot of boutique stores don’t carry larger sizes (I’m an XL-XXL), and worse yet, have made me feel very uncomfortable for being a larger size in the past.

My experience with P&F couldn’t have been more opposite. While there were less larger sizes on the floor, there were still plenty to try on, and more available for order. The staff were all so incredibly kind and SO helpful. They all offered assistance with zippers/ties/suggestions and opinions (when I asked for them). It felt like they were all truly invested in me finding the right dress, but were not pushy about it either.
