Great experience in this store! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Greg who took me up to their suits. I asked for advice on colour matching with my partner and he did a great job in guiding me toward a great suit! was able to get it tailored in about a week and it fits perfectly. He also said if there are any issues I can bring it in to be refit at no charge! Very excited to wear it out to a couple weddings this year.

This place is absolutely phenomenal, they have an amazing selection of suits and other clothing items. Their prices are high if you are used to shopping at a Moore's or something along those lines, but they are not similar in quality of both suits and service. ER Fisher has the best service of any clothing type store I have ever been to. I worked with Emmitt and he was extraordinary in service and knowledge of his profession. Emmitt was able to help guide me into wearing something that felt good and looked just as good for my wedding day! He was always professional and at least two steps ahead of where I thought he would have been (things were always done early, or he had taken the liberty to make sure things were done that I had forgot to mention that I wanted, as he is a pro and just knows the things you will want/ need). This is truly an outstanding establishment, and I would reccomend them to anyone who wants a suit that will help make the occasion memorable!

Wonderful B&B, highly recommend! We stayed one night in the "Arise and shine room" on Jan 31, 2018. The house is beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner Soraya is a gracious and accommodating host. Our room was large, with bright windows and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was delicious!

Great price for an amazing stay, the beds were super comfortable, the house was immaculate, the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The breakfast was just right. I stayed there for a wedding and the price was similar to what other people were paying for a tiny hotel room, the B&B was miles above what others were getting for a comparable price.

This B&B is a wonderful retreat zone! The hostess Soraya is gracious and welcoming. It was a great restorative weekend. Beautifully appointed and I will be plan to be there in the summer when the pool and gardens are in full splendor.

The home and (our) Ambassador Suite are cozy, spacious, memorable, and well-kept; Soraya Moreau, the host is even better. If you like the look of natural wood in furniture and trim, East of Eden Bed & Breakfast has lots of it. Soraya tops the charts for her hospitality and breakfast. She can count on us returning there many times for our annual visit.

Exceeded expectations! I customized a sign as a gift and it couldn’t have turned out better. The team is extremely communicative, kind, and eager to get make your vision come to life. I will definitely use them again!

We got 2 wedding signs made by Easy NeonSigns! They helped us customize a dual coloured sign and an RGB colour changing sign, sending us drafts of what they would like like and that really helped us design what we wanted! One sign came in a boxed damaged during shipping and the sign was cracked but their team and customer service was so amazing in getting us a new sign that was perfect! We can't wait to hang them up for our wedding and then on our walls!

the location is pretty solid, given that most attractions are at best a 10 min drive away. However, the rooms were not well maintained, I found small and medium sized roaches in the bathroom, particularly near the entrance and the bathtub. The floors were also not swept properly near the AC unit, I found glitter and dust very evidently on the floor. However, the staff were very nice, and the location again was very nice

We booked online and paid in full via a booking company. Upon entering the lobby was dark and When we tried to check in they refused to give us the room because we did not have a credit card. We offered to leave a cash deposit and were met with a less than helpful dismissive attitude.
Thankfully, the booking company had free cancelation and we were refunded immediately with no hassle.

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable and clean, could use some updating . AC unit smelled of mold when turned on. location is interesting...had a man playing a drum outside the hotel lobby till late in the evening. (Not far from room).

Very bad staff, bad service, and rude. They treated us as if we were staying for free. We were a large family and we took more than three rooms for three nights. The rooms were not clean and had cockroaches. I found a cockroach on the bed and this is shown in the pictures. I do not advise anyone to waste their money on this bad hotel.

It has turned into a living space rather than a travel hotel. Not that this is bad, but it is not the experience I am looking for even for a 1 night stay. The hallway lights are on 24/7 - the space under the door allows bright light in, as do the curtains that do not reach to the bottom of the sill. The AC unit is very loud. I had an awful sleep.

I was really disappointed with my Mother’s Day platter. It was left outside, the chocolate-covered fruit was sweating and the grapes looked old and unappetizing. For a company that charges premium prices and is so widely known, I expected much better quality and service.

I called today from the US to have an arrangement sent to my Canadian friend for her birthday tomorrow. Once I provided my phone number, they pulled up my info from my previous purchases, and it was just like chatting with an old friend. The service has always been excellent and I am writing this review before my purchase is even delivered because I trust that they will deliver a wonderful gift once again. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered a large arrangement for a 60th birthday. The fruit was flavourless and dry and I was charged for delivery which was supposed to be free as my order was over 115$. I have contacted the store several times to be reimbursed for the delivery fee but the manager never gets back to me and the delivery fee has not been refunded

The staff are very professional and great to work with. I have ordered numerous times from this store and every time they have delivered on time and customized my order to my satisfaction. I have recommended friends and family and have gotten positive feedback on my referrals as well.

Bought one recently for a friend going theft a really tough time with her family. Got a medium size and looked nothing like the picture and was super small. I’ve ordered plenty of edible arrangements in the past and often this specific bouquet but this was absolutely sub par quality. It was very important that I sent a proper condolence to this family and this arrangement missed the mark.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that other brides don't go through the same stress before their wedding.

I brought my wedding dress to Ele Bridal over a month ago for alterations and left with a dress that is still unfinished, too small, and completely unwearable — just days before my wedding.

The experience was filled with poor communication, multiple rescheduled and disorganised appointments, and work that was either rushed or not done at all. I had five fittings, and at each one, I was promised the dress would be nearly finished — but key alterations like the hem, bustle and sleeves were repeatedly ignored or done poorly.

At the final fitting, I waited over 2.5 hours in a hallway while the seamstress frantically rushed to finish last-minute work. In the end, the dress was still not done, and I had no choice but to take it home unfinished. As my unfinished dress was carried out the door, the seamstress suggested that my friend who makes costumes could finish the dress... A second professional seamstress has since confirmed the poor quality of the alterations, and I'm now faced with having to find a new dress days before my wedding.

This was an incredibly emotional and disappointing experience. I trusted this business with one of the most important elements of my wedding and was let down at every step.

I have asked for a refund and waiting to hear back. I will update accordingly.

I do not recommend Ele Bridal to any bride or client seeking reliable, professional, or timely service.

I had such an amazing experience with Ele Bridal and Charifa! I went to the Gatineau location where Charifa was absolutely nothing but warm and welcoming. She made sure all my needs were met along the way, ensuring my vision became a reality with my dress. Communication was crystal clear, and Charifa was even so kind to drop my dress off to me after my last fitting. 10-10 experience!!

Writing on behalf of my Fiancee: If you are assigned to Charifa at the Gatineau location as your seamstress; RUN.

She has on 3 separate occasions told my Fiancee that her alterations were done only for my Fiancee to drive across the city from the west end and then show up to witness that ZERO alteration work has been done between appointments. From my understanding she has butchered one type of alteration, cancelled multiple appointments with little to no notice, and has rescheduled said appointments for various reasons while assuring that the alterations were already done; lying to my Fiancee's face directly. We are exactly a week away from when we have to travel for our wedding and the Dress is still incomplete and my Fiancee is currently scrambling to find someone to do the work last minute as a rush job.

Having worked in the Male side of the wedding industry I understand how important it is to stick to timelines and I also understand that under no normal circumstances (bar decision changes) should alteration appointments ever number even close to 6. I know dresses are different than suits in their requirements and I also know certain alterations may need to be completed before other alterations occur; but the timeline I described above is absolutely inexcusable. This goes double for not even being done on the 6th appointment.

I've currently sent an email to the business to sort things out and I will update my review accordingly. I expect a full refund for this series of blunders.

My Fiancee came home today after her final appointment (where she practically had to beg Charifa to let her take the dress home, despite it being in an unfinished state) and told me to my face that she now sees the dress differently and it no longer brings her joy. This deeply saddens me given that when she originally found the dress she told me that she had a "moment" and knew it was the one for her.

This business needs to reconsider Charifa, and develop a system to keep track of what their employees are doing. I genuinely believe this person wasn't doing any work at all between appointments. Initially we tried really hard to be empathetic to the situation but the lack of communication as well as the lack of actual work being completed has fractured our trust completely and we felt it best as a last ditch effort to try our hand somewhere else.

We booked Elite Limousine for our wedding and were blown away by their outstanding service. From the start, their team was professional, friendly, and paid close attention to every detail, making the planning process simple and stress free.

On our wedding day, the limousine arrived ahead of time, spotless, and beautifully set up. Our chauffeur was well dressed, courteous, and ensured everything went smoothly, keeping us relaxed and on schedule.

Recently used this limo service for my wedding. They were incredibly prompt. Early to each destination. The limo was nice & clean & had everyone feeling like royalty. We had 2 different drivers and both were nice and polite. The only thing I would note is it is quite hard to figure out the sound so we weren’t able to play music much throughout to really enjoy the experience. The inclusion of water and a just married sign for weddings would be an a nice touch to consider as well. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and I would recommend Elite Limo to anyone.

We found Elm through a google search. After a short facetime meeting we were pretty sure Josh was an ideal fit for us. A couple of weeks before the event we shared another video call where we talked specifics of our event and Josh asked us to make a list of posed photos we wished taken so no one was missed on the special day. Josh arrived early and worked steadily to capture the special moments. He took a lovely mix of posed photos and captured impromptu moments. He made the experience fun and easy. Josh has a wonderful approach that puts people at ease. Many of our family and friends commented and a couple of them took his business card for their own photography needs. We didn't meet Bex who works on photo editing but WOW! What a team!! We couldn't be happier with the photos. Most photos came in both colour and black and white. All photos are stunningly crisp. I have been wanting to work with Josh and Becky for years now but I never had the confidence to do it. Well I finally got to a place where I was ready capture the love I have for my body and I am so happy I did. They made me feel so safe and comfortable. The studio was beautiful. I felt so sexy and confident, the pictures came out absolutely STUNNING! I can't wait to do it again, it was such a dream to work with them. Great dinner tonight at Ember. The IPA recommended by our server, Shane, was local and perfectly balanced. My Poblano and Passionfruit cocktail was a wee bit smoky and just sweet enough. A satisfying choice, though a little heat would not be amiss in such a drink. We shared a burger and fries. The burger was a double patty, double bacon delight. The rosemary fries were crispy and chewy and salty. Just what they should have been. Because we shared the main, we had room for basque cheesecake for dessert. Ember makes a really good example of this variety of cheesecake; it was creamy and well flavoured. It was also dressed up with a pretty toasted meringue top, a raspberry compote, and cookie crumbles that hubby thought all fit the bill, but I thought detracted from the pure cheesecake experience. To each their own! Shout out to Shane who was a knowledgeable and engaging server. He knew his wines and his cheesecake! Thanks for a great night. Highly recommend Ember and Shane.

Lovely restaurant! The ambiance was light and welcoming, the food amazing, the drinks strong, but best of all was Reggie’s service. He was so attentive and considerate when bringing out dishes and making sure everything was good with our table. Thank you Reggie for making the experience all the more pleasant!

Overall food was great and so was the service. We first didn't like our drinks then they offered to get us knew ones. Everyone liked what they ordered. We sat by the widow which opens so felt like you were on a patio.

Really enjoyed our experience. We ordered a few dishes to share and a main each. Everything is full of flavour, and the presentation is really nice as well. I enjoyed appetizers more than my steak. It was a little dry. Drinks are good as well.

Easy to find. Was seated right away. Very prompt service and attentive throughout. Possibly too quick to wrap up our visit. Our waitress and her support staff were really on the ball. We were hoping for a bit more of a relaxed approach so that we could visit and talk, however, when we asked for boxes to take our leftovers home, our plates were cleared, bills were presented and payment machines were brought out. We would have liked coffee and dessert, but we felt pressure to leave. We asked for recommendations for a coffee and dessert place and we were given several "date" appropriate places. My employer and I had a chuckle about that.
The food was delish. Zero complaints. Will be back to try more dishes. My employer had the beef cheek pizza which looked amazing and she really enjoyed it. I had the crispy tuna appetizer and chorizo rigatoni which was so good, really good. My G&T was wonderfully fresh!
The seating was comfortable on the patio. Vibrant location. Never went inside, so unable to comment.
Only minor mishap was ending our visit earlier than we would have liked, but the next visit I will say something.

I LOVE ENAS AND HER WORK. To start, she is an absolutely beautiful person inside and out. She is very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We first used her services for our engagement photos, prior to meeting she sent us a document underlining what to expect at the photoshoot and some tips and tricks to have the best experience and best outcome. It was raining and we hadn't thought of umbrellas and she had her own beautiful ones that she gave us for part of our session and the photos came out beautifully. We then used her services for our wedding day, had her for 10 hours and SHE DID AMAZING. again. She sent us another document with tips and tricks for our wedding day (that she created on her own) to prepare us for our big day and consulted us prior via teams to ensure we brought any additional props for the get ready stage. I wasnt wearing a veil for my wedding and she even suggested i bring one for photos. And man WAS SHE RIGHT. She is quick, efficient, professional, and so sweet. I am so glad we hired her and had the opportunity to meet her. Our pictures are INCREDIBLE I couldn't be happier. You pay for a quality person, a quality photoshoot, and quality edits. We will be using her for every important moment in our life forever. 20/10 recommend her to all my friends family and strangers. If you're reading this: HIRE HER NOW.

My family ordered the Easter ham dinner, first time purchasing food from here. The dinner was scalloped potatoes, mixture of vegetables, and ham. We also added on the Chocolate Ganache Cake.

Here is the good, not so good, and the really good. The scalloped potatoes were very tasty, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. They were a mixture of carrots, parsnip, asparagus and snow peas. We all thought both dishes were great. The ham, however, was not that good. It was basically a processed ham cut up in slices, nothing special. Some of the pieces had gristle, very unpleasant to eat. Now the really good was the cake. Absolutely amazing!! The cake was fresh and the chocolate ganache was decedent. Wouldn’t order the ham dinner again, but might go back for the cake.

Working next door to this place has its benefits! Always great options, fresh and the quality is there. Meals are all ready to go and they also have amazing desserts! I come here at least once a week and it never disappoints.

The food was perfectly prepared, flavourful and entirely indulgent. Portions are generous and plentyful. All our guests could not resist going for seconds!

My family ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Epicuria 2022. This year, we went to grab individual meals. Their stuffed turkey is one of my favourites! Their carrot ginger soup is delicious as well. I have not been disappointed by anything we have purchased here. Very tasty!

Cute cafe hidden in the corner, beside The Works. Great place to quickly pop in and out after yoga or for lunch. Although, I don't recall a seating area.

I grabbed a few macarons and an Asian pork sandwich. Quality ingredients and great combination of flavours. They had a good variety available - salads, sandwiches, baked goods. I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick meal or snack.

Placed my order in April and still waiting nearly 3 months later. I’ve had to constantly follow up myself; no responses to emails unless I call, and even then, the information is inconsistent. I’m sure the store will respond here saying I “have an active case with customer care,” but for clarity: customer care simply forwarded my email back to the store without resolving anything. There’s been zero ownership or real effort to fix the issue. Very disappointing experience with the Ottawa location.

I had a positive experience purchasing two couches from EQ3, but that was over three months ago. The estimated delivery window has long passed—by three to ten weeks—and when I followed up, I was told there are "production delays" with no clear completion date. Had I known the delay would be this extensive, I would have chosen a different Canadian retailer.

Oof! For such an expensive store, you would think the customer service would be top notch!

Our EQ3 couch and ottoman was made to order, and somehow, we received an ottoman that had a huge warp in the actual furniture piece itself. How did that make it past the quality assurance check???

After making a customer care complaint, their resolution was that they were going to stick some pieces of wood under the legs to balance out the wobble. In my opinion, this is a bandaid solution. Even though the piece will no longer wobble, we still received a warped piece of furniture! If I wanted warped furniture, I would go to Ikea, since at least then I could return it (custom furniture is final sale at EQ3). To add to all this, they are sending a technician to do this work, but it has been months since we received the furniture, and this has still not been resolved.

The couch we received is nice, but honestly, go somewhere else with your money! There are quality assurance issues with EQ3 furniture, and it doesn't seem like the company tries very hard to make things right.

We have ordered a few pieces from them, each time the order took longer than expected. Had to call customer service as they forgot to give us one of the frames (we ordered two). Pretty interesting experience that I do not think we will try again.

Ermilla did an outstanding job with my hair. I came in for a balayge colour and trim, and wow, I'm beyond happy with the result! I also brought my daughter for a curly haircut and style, and the outcome was amazing. Ermilla was kind, attentive, and explained each step of the process. I highly recommend her!

Ermilla is an amazing stylist. Her knowledge of hair types and how to handle them, how to care for them is impeccable. She shows you what to do and how to take care of your hair in the best way for you and your hair. Her space is a no judgment space - open, warm and inviting. I am a disabled individual who cannot sit for long periods of time and every care was taken to ensure that I was comfortable during my appointment. Plus my hair looks absolutely cute as hecc. I got the wash, cut and twist and left looking cute and feeling renewed. I never knew that my hair could look great even when short and it has helped me to embrace this hair journey anew. Ermie has been cutting and styling my wife's hair for over a decade! (She was her hair stylist for our wedding) Her professionalism and care for the craft is unparalleled! She pushes herself to get better with courses abroad (not to mention she teaches courses too) and learns the latest trends.

Her facility is clean, inviting and has a positive atmosphere! She always answers in a reasonable timeframe and is understanding. She will try her best to match hair color or create the style you are looking for!
