Elizabeth and her team made my sister’s bridal bouquet and it was absolutely stunning. Following the guidance of her team, the flowers lasted for about a week after the wedding! There flowers are ethically sourced ensuring those harvesting in Ecuador and packaging them receive a fair wage. I also can’t get over the size of the roses Elizabeth sells. They are like 3 times the size of a grocery store rose. Worth every penny! 1000/10 my favourite flower shop and we will be returning for years to come!

December 22, 2024- I recently received a bouquet for my birthday. While I did enjoy their beauty for a few days, by the time I went to trim them on day three, the flowers were already dying, and I was left with foliage. If you notice in the first photo on day one, the flowers were already open and not very fresh. In an effort to maintain some enjoyment from them, I have decided to keep the foliage however admittedly this is quite disappointing for $110. The first two photos are from day one and two. The last two photos were from days 5 and 7.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wonderful store and the quality of arrangement design is second to none. I am fortunate to have a bouquet made for me each month. The staff is open to my suggestion and create beautiful works of art.

Healthy and delicious food, perfect for our professional training event. Logistics were extra easy working with FoodWorks at the Bayview Yards venue where they also operate a pop-up coffee shop. They provided separately packaged halal options for us. There were some inefficiencies communicating with the staff initially to get the contract set up, but it was worth the wait to support a great local org!

I highly recommend FoodWorks Catering. They offer a nice variety of excellent food and they were very helpful & pleasant to deal with at all times. More important, they are a business with a soul, helping youth at risk; what more could you ask for!

We were very happy with the food and service from Foodworks! We had a selection of canapés, the dip trio and cheese/charcuterie board. Everything was delicious. The board presentation was beautiful. Would recommend, and I will use Foodworks again for any future events we have.

Very fast service and lower price than the other shops I went to. Got in and out in 5mins or so. Had the battery of my watch be replaced. I'd recommend this shop for any concerns on your watch.

Excellent service! I brought my late grandmother's ring in for repair, it needed new claws and the stone replaced, and the overall cost was a little out of budget for me. The owner, a kind man, was very understanding and made it work for me and I am so excited to pick up my ring later this week, as it means a lot to me. True act of kindness.

Very small jewelry store, but it pacts a punch. The staff his very knowledgeable and can usually fix stuff on the spot. Very reasonable price as well.

If you’re still shopping at bigbox furniture stores, I can’t help you. FORM actually has taste. Salma helped me out, straight to the point, knew her stuff, no fake sales energy. Left with pieces that don’t look like everyone else’s place. Save yourself the pain and just start here.

I’m absolutely in love with my new custom-made dining set, mirror, and decorative tree that I recently purchased from Form Furniture in Ottawa. The interior designer, Salma, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout multiple visits, guiding us through our back-and-forth decisions. The store offers a great variety of furniture on display, plus many more options available online. The dining set is high-quality and custom-made in Canada, which makes it even more special to me, knowing it’s crafted with Canadian-made quality! :)

Stopped in to try the happy hour on their patio on May 14. The deal was pretty good and the atmosphere enjoying Elgin St. was very good.
My wife ordered a glass of ice on the side for her drink. We discovered after she removed some ice that the glass was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. We identified this to the bartender and they apologized but nothing else. Unfortunately we had already paid. This made an otherwise great stop into less then enjoyable. Too bad.

We had bfast there, I had smoke salmon Benedict and coffee. Good food and service.

My mom and I are visiting Ottawa for a few days, and staying in the Lord Elgin for the first time.

She has severe allergies so when she sees somewhere she feels is safe - we go. She saw a special Thanksgiving menu at this restaurant so we decided to go.

Well from the first minute, we knew it would be an amazing experience. The restaurant was full so we got to sit in the private dining room with only one other table. Then Owe met our waitress Daphnee who was absolutely amazing - so friendly and offered amazing suggestions. She even asked our names and used them - making it a very personal experience!

The kitchen paid close attention for no cross contamination with allergens for mom.

The entire meal and experience was a 10/10!

My girlfriends' and I discovered a little gem yesterday. The restaurant Forty One, inside the Lord Elgin Hotel. Very well located, in walking distance from the NAC. Google average rate is at 3.9. I give it a 5. Menu for all taste and all price. The food was excellent, the best salmon I had ever had. The service was great (very patient waiter). I can see myself going back for date night.

Pleasant seating comfortable restaurant. The food was just ok. We went for lunch and were originally planning to go for dinner but the food was disappointing and the choices on the menu are very limited. Mostly a burger place but the burgers were very ordinary. Not really recommended.

We stayed at the hotel at the August 2025 long weekend. We advised hotel staff a number of times that the toilet was broken and close to overflowing. The hotel said they had no plumber the first night and offered a room with one bed for three of us instead of two double beds, which was what we had. The plumber came a day and a half later and supposedly fixed the toilet but it was broken again on the second flush. In between we had to take the elevator down several floors a number of times to use the main floor bathrooms. On the morning of our departure, the toilet finally did overflow. The toilet was never fixed during the entire stay and when I checked out I told the front desk staff this and they said they would take the parking cost off our invoice and offer a 10% discount. I followed up with a call to Marriott customer service which forced a response from the hotel manager. The manager wrote back to say that 'after a complete' review, he confirmed that the hotel had done everything they could have i.e., we had access to the hotel's washroom facilities (the main floor) (too bad the toilet in the room didn't work) and the option of the king size bed! Terrible hotel management.

This is a 1 star hotel dressed as a 3 star hotel.
Besides the shower water pressure and the location/ view, this hotel is terrible.
The staff is not trained properly whatsoever, absolutely abysmal service from start to finish.
Front desk has no urgency and move at a snails pace, housekeeping is incompetent and missed even the smallest things.
The Marriott brand needs to review this hotel immediately. I have never encountered a hotel where 100% of the staff were so useless.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 beds the night of the riverside music festival and we were given 2 rooms with one bed, got charged for( 2 bed) bedrooms, we requested a late check out and was harassed by staff to leave at 11:30 when we needed the room till the evening, got double charged for parking and the front desk manager Annabelle tried to steal money from us and was the most rude and incompetent and inconsiderate manager for the hotel and ruined what could have been a good stay after paying over 1000 dollars for our booking.

We asked for a cot to be placed in one of our rooms before we got back late from the show and we needed to ask them again.

Overall not very enjoyable experience and don’t waste your money here

The room was clean, quiet and had no signs of anything off-putting, whether inside or out. There is underground parking available with elevator access. There is also an attached conference building that is accessible by an enclosed walkway. There is a restaurant and bar, if you're wanting a bite to eat, from breakfast to supper. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are no complaints I have about my stay, only compliments!

The room service here is genuinely the worst I've ever encountered at a 3-star hotel.
The cleaning staff didn't give me a new toothbrush cup after they recycled my old one. I then called the front desk to ask about a refill, but they told me I needed to come down to the lobby and get it myself. Is it my responsibility?
Secondly, the tissue paper in the bathroom is empty and no one refills it. I'm genuinely wondering if this is what I'm paying for – a bed only?

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is terrible.

Fourth Stage is inside National Art Centre, located on the ground floor with quick access from Elgin entrance.
It’s one of the best cozy and lay back music hall in the NAC. A full bar is available at events for consumption.
Interior decor is chic and lined with velvet. Back seats are love seats and couches and chairs. Very comfortable and cozy for any one attending a concert, formal or informal.

The layout centres around the stage but you are never more than 4 seats away from the stage. It is shallow and 180 degree viewing and listening experience.
The back row is elevated furnished with bar counter stools. Yet, still close to stage and not missing out on the visual or sound experience.

Really nice and intimate setting. I didn't expect there to be a seated concert but it was honestly more enjoyable that way. The sound from the concert was really well engineered.

It's a nice room, with the bar and the bathroom inside the hall. The only downside is the p.a. doesn't have much low end. I saw a hip-hop act and it sounded decent but was lacking some fat bass in the mix. But, at least you rarely need ear plugs in this venue.

Love this venue. The sounds was good. Very good view from any sitting.

Ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, paid for early delivery and it did not arrive. Got a refund for the extra I paid for early delivery but they would not give me a refund for the whole thing, only store credit. Not going to be ordering from here again, so don’t want store credit. Actually insane that they couldn’t delivery on Valentine’s Day? Do not order from here! Order local, might be more expensive but at least you can count on receiving your order on the right day

The bloomex vending machine at billings bridge was terrible. I thought this would be a store with individual stems to build a bouquet as shown in the pictures. However, I was disappointed to find a vending machine with a half dozen dried up dead Easter arrangements.

Ordered 12 dozen roses for my wife on Valentine's Day. I recieved 11 roses that were about to die instead. Very unhappy with the quality of roses. I contacted customer support and they did nothing for me. Very disappointed.

It shouldn’t be taken for granted how events of such care, detail, and scale, can be pulled off so smoothly. Tasha did the wedding hair for several of us including myself and the bride. We all looked beautiful when she finished. Some of us had particular requests while others let her run with it. We were all thrilled with the outcomes. Thank you Tasha for a wonderful experience and with hairstyles that lasted the night. I'd definitely recommend Tasha for updo's and wedding hairstyles.

Shannon has given me the confidence boost I needed all in one haircut. She listened exactly to what I wanted and delivered above and beyond my expectations. Has great tips for styling but still keeping things low maintenance.

I've come here for a cut & colour for myself (with Tasha) and a kids cut for my 5 year old (with Brittany). Tasha is amaaazing at what she does, and is so kind! I asked for low maintenance highlights/colour, it's grown out really well and I'm very happy with the results.

They have a great vibe with all the plants and products for purchase displayed throughout, it's really warm and inviting.

For my kiddo's cut, Brittany was super patient when my kiddo was nervous, and gave him a great cut that is also low maintenance and more even than what he has gotten from one of those kid themed places. It was not that much more expensive than one of the gimmicky kids places, and they had books and toys for kids to look at to feel comfortable as well.

And last but not least, they do workshops here, I did an embroidery one recently led by Happyhobby that was really fun, again with the vibe of the location it was calming and fun to take part in a class like that in the setting.

All that to say, they have many highlights (no pun intended lol) and I would recommend them for all your hair, plant, and event needs 🙂

Very fun arcade place that our young kids loved. It is a bit on the pricier side I'd say, but we did plan to spend a few hours there so we went in prepared to pay a good amount of money.

Basically you buy credits to spend how you want. Entries vary between 8 to 35 credits depending on each arcade game device. It was 55$ for 240 credits when we visited (you get a small discount when buying a bigger amount of credits). We ended up buying around 900 credits for our whole stay, about 4-5 hours, for 5 adults and 2 children.

You get "tickets" when playing arcade games that are stored on your provided card. You can then exchange them for prizes but be advised that we got 450 tickets in total and were only able to exchange them for stickers and very small toys. You won't be getting anything interesting unless you go back a bunch of times (and even then).

Laser tag was very fun! The staff members were also very accommodating, having my young son quickly visit the laser tag arena (he was anxious not knowing what it was like). He liked it so much we went in a second time. Each laser tag game/round lasts 12 mins and costs 35 credits per person.

Overall a very pleasant experience for the whole family!

The FunHaven experience lived up to the name, very fun, however we did have a few complaints. I highly recommend it for the kids and even for adults looking for a fun night out. They have several virtual reality attractions, including a really cool 4 player shooting game (image below) that honestly blew my mind! They have a variety of arcade games and attractions for the kids that we all enjoyed (ages ranged from 2-25) from VR to bumper cars, and the Ben Ottawas ONLY ROLLER COASTER! The staff however was rude on one certain instance. We scanned two kids into the play area (which the kids loved!) and the employee accused us of only scanning once. We had to go up and get physical evidence at the front desk and make our kids (who are 2 and 3 years old…very impatient as you can imagine) wait. While I do understand the reasoning it would’ve been nice to just let the kids play while we went and got our evidence, so I do believe this is a good improvement the leadership could advise employees on. Other than forcing our kids to wait to play while we got our evidence of payment the entire attraction was fun and well worth the CA$115 we spent for several hours of fun!

The Ultimate place to go for a fun time. Spend as much time and money as you want. Has an indoor roller coaster & laser tag. Many many other games. Great for all ages.

Fun arcade spot to take the little ones. Refreshing to see a spot where you don't need to pay for adults to come in. Rollercoaster was good for the small space, arcade games were pricey and the prizes were very cheap but kept my little man busy. Would go back.

I recently visited Funhaven, and it was an amazing experience! This family-friendly entertainment center has something for everyone, from exciting arcade games to thrilling laser tag and immersive escape rooms. The atmosphere was lively, filled with laughter and excitement, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had a fantastic time. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our visit. I highly recommend Funhaven for a fun day out with family or friends, it's a place where you can create lasting memories and enjoy a variety of activities!

Rajat created the most incredible private dinner for my boyfriend and me right in our home. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious — it felt like fine dining without leaving the house. He’s professional, talented, and made the whole experience unforgettable. Limited hours which is understandable. But I came exactly at three today there was also 6 other people waiting and they had all
Left before the store even opened, as it didn't open until closer to 3:30.

Another customer who was waiting said this is a common occurance. I understand if you're the only people working but you should understand people are coming out of their way to use your business and you should try to be more respectful of other peoples time, and energy.

After reading some of your other negative reviews I can only assume you'll have a comeback to this comment. I only hope you can take this as a word of an advice and at least put a sign out letting people know that times may not be accurate.

Purchased an engagement ring from Jean about 10 years ago. He told me if we ever lost one of the tiny diamonds he would replace them for free….10 years later one of the small diamonds fell out, contacted Jean and without any hesitation he took the ring back, replaced the diamond, polished and cleaned the ring and got it back to me within a few days, true to his world of no cost. Highly recommend.

Love eating here. We did a combo birthday and they were really accommodating. Food was delicious. They even put up woth my uncle 🤪 They were out of several wines but made substitutions that worked out great. Recommend.

Great food, view, and service! Highly recommend asking for their "Daily Doubles Menu" if you're going with a friend/date and want to try the same thing (do wish they had a vegetarian option though for this menu). My partner and I tried their smoked bourbon BBQ ribs and Wednesday wings special, and it was super yummy! Also loved the Crafty Elk mango-honey vodka drink.

We love the place, except the sign, about Trudeau😉. The waitress was friendly, the food is good, a bit pricey, I did not enjoy the food I had, but I did enjoy the food that my friends had. Overall, it's a good place to dine in.

We had been before. We decided to go there to celebrate, I was looking forward to a good steak. I order the steak rare, 35 minutes later and nothing left to drink, our food arrived. I cut into my steak and it was medium, there was no red in the meat it was pink (no not even dark pink), I let the waitress know, and at first she looked at me like deer in the headlight look. She brought it back and proceeded to tell me that the “chef” said it was rare, he had put it in the oven for the right amount of time??? I told her, that was not rare, and she asked me what I would like to do. I order another rare steak, and she came back and informed me the chef said it was rare, I told her I could discuss this with the chef. They bring out my steak and the “manager” tells me the chef says this is very rare…. Sigh. The shrimp they serve with it, was now dry and unappealing, the vegetables were greasy, and the “baked “ potatoe had a piece of butter slapped in the middle of it.
We will not be going back.

This was a good dining experience, we were a fairly large group and service was very good. Good menu variety and fairly priced. I little warm in the restaurant but still bearable.

Review of George Richards Big & Tall in Ottawa

Today, I visited George Richards Big & Tall in Ottawa for the first time. Although I’m not in the big and tall category myself, I decided to drop in out of curiosity to check out the selection and get a feel for the store.

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s attitude. Two sales associates approached me and politely asked if they could help. It was nice to interact with such attentive and friendly people. The overall atmosphere in the store was comfortable and welcoming, showing that customers are valued here.

At the register, I was greeted by a gentleman who said hello. While his greeting was a bit reserved, it still left a positive impression.

Regarding the selection, I noticed that there were significant discounts on some items, which one of the sales associates kindly pointed out. The products looked high-quality, and the store itself made a good impression.

For a first visit, I can confidently say this is a great store with excellent staff. Although I didn’t make a purchase, the experience was enjoyable. Thank you for the warm welcome—perhaps I’ll return in the future to shop!

Great staff and great products.. I went there to look for stuff with my husband and the girl there Surbhi I think is her name is wonderful. She was very kind and helpful throughout the experience and made our shopping very easy. She was very thorough in showing us the whole store and even explained the features of some clothes which was very nice of her. Would definitely go back and shop more. If you're looking for great customer service and friendly staff. Go to Trainyards location.

The first time I went to this location, the service was fantastic. Today I went there to buy a suit, and I received the worst customer service. I ended up walking out without buying anything and I will NEVER go back to this location again.

I went to a competitor of theirs, in the Trainyard location, and not only bought a suit at that store but also received the BEST customer service I've had in years! George Richards Big & Tall, you lost a customer today.

I'm not sure if ownership or management changed, but the staff here are normally 10/10. The two girls working today, which I've never seen here before, get a 0/10.

Speaking of zero, absolutely no help on the salesfloor and sometimes there were zero other customers in the store. Other times there was 1 other customer. Hate to see when a Christmas comes...

I went to the change room with three items to try on. Didn't like any of them. As I was walking out of the change room a staff member showed up to supervise me. I had left all three items behind, and with no prior conversation with the staff member things were kind of awkward so I just said "is it ok to leave the things I'm not taking there (and pointed to the hook in the change room)". She said "where are the items you're taking?" I said I didn't like any of them, I'm not taking anything and went back to the salesfloor.

I went back to the change room with 4 more items. 2 of which weren't really the size I wanted but no one was helping on the salesfloor. There's no mirror in the change room stall so you need to walk out with each item. The girl sat herself on a chair in the change room and played on her phone as I walked in and out of the stall. Absolutely zero dialogue. Just supervising me. Pretty awkward.

I get that theft is a concern but holy moly. Don't make it so obvious to think I'm a crook without even saying a word to me lol.

If you want good service, don't go here. If you want a mini experience of what it feels like to be supervised in prison, this is a good place to get that.

By the way, the store is filthy, especially the change rooms. I'm pretty sure someone urinated in the stall and it was left to dry. The smell is strong. You could make your own clothes with the amount of dust on the floor and even walls. When vertical surfaces are dirty, you know you're in a filthy place.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a decade, but today I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Of the two staff members present, one was on the sales floor talking on her personal phone for over 20 minutes, clearly not work-related. The other was idly using her phone as well. The store itself was unkempt—dirty floors, and the fitting rooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I left very disappointed.

We have had 3 anniversary dinners at Gezellig and have been impressed each time. You can tell they have high standards for service and the food is always perfect, expertly prepared and plated. Highly recommend it if you want a “sure thing” for a special occasion or to impress someone :) The bill was surprisingly fair for such amazing food! Thank you :)

Amazing branch place in the heart of Westboro! The service was outstanding, the the food was excellent and the ambiance was just exactly what you would want in a restaurant. I really appreciate the concept that we can try two different things from the menu. Definitely one of the places I would recommend to anyone!

Located on the Western side of the heart of Ottawa, the restaurant offers a seasonal menu to renew its offerings and a rich choice of drink. I had the duck breast and the iconic butterfinger. A bit pricey, however the food was excellent.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and overall had a lovely evening. The staff was warm and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming.

We started with the ciabatta bread, which came with a note that part of the proceeds go to the Ottawa Network for Education—such a thoughtful initiative! It would be even better if they shared how much is donated per order to give guests a clearer sense of the impact.

For appetizers, we had the mussels and fries. The mussels were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned.

For our mains, we tried the duck breast and the grilled striploin. The duck breast was incredible—the portion size was just right, and the combination of tender duck, orange marmalade, and white bean purée was a standout. Every bite was delicious. The striploin was good and well-cooked, but didn’t quite leave a lasting impression.

To finish, we shared the lemon cream brûlée with a coffee. It was unique and refreshing—a perfect way to end the meal.

We also had two non-alcoholic drinks, which were well-crafted and really enjoyable.

The atmosphere was calm, but maybe a little too quiet—some background music at a higher volume could really enhance the vibe.

Since it was our anniversary and my partner mentioned it in the reservation, we did appreciate the candle and the “happy anniversary” greeting, but a small on-the-house gesture (like a dessert or drink) would’ve made it feel more special and memorable.

All in all, a great dinner with a few small areas that could make the experience feel even more elevated. Would recommend!

Ash (amazing person) was our server but we were waited on by at least 4 people. Great food and service. Went for my daughter's birthday lunch.

Nick and Jen were truly the best photographers we could have imagined for our wedding. Aside from taking amazing photos, they are kind, generous, and made the entire process as unbelievably easy and comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend (and thank) them enough.

Nick and Jen were the absolute best to work with, I am a very picky artist and to find this amazing couple that were like ninjas (unseen) and so surprised with how many shots they took that we didn’t even know they were there for. We are absolutely blessed to have been able to book these two and suggest for everyone to book them for their wedding and engagement photo shoots.

Not only were they amazing to have as a part of our wedding their creative input made it even more special. Thank you both!!

Nick, Jen, and Val were so amazing to work with! From our very first convo with Nick, he made us feel so comfy and at ease. He and the team brought such a fun, relaxed energy to our wedding day. We genuinely had so much fun with them that it felt like hanging out with friends who also happened to be insanely talented at what they do! They guided us so naturally, gave great advice, and from the sneak peeks we've seen so far, their creative eye is next level! We’re so so grateful they were part of our wedding and couldn’t recommend them more.

Nick and Jen are simply amazing. Not only are they great photographers, but they are extremely kind. We had specific expectations for our wedding pictures and they by far exceeded them. It should be noted we got married during one of the biggest snowstorms Ottawa had experienced in a long time. Honestly. The best. Nick and Jen did our engagement photos and wedding photos and we can’t get enough of them! We were looking for something different when searching wedding photographers, and Nick and Jen delivered. We’ve received so many compliments that are our photos are unique and bold and absolutely stunning. They were so fun to work with on our wedding day – our wedding party and guests absolutely loved them! Best wedding investment, worth every penny. 100% recommend.

The owners of this flower shop are super sweet! I wanted a bouquet and asked for something specific and the sweet florist put the time and patience and changed the bouquet a few times for me to get what I exactly wanted!!!

I have been using Ginestra Flower Shop for a year or two and they have always been wonderful, kind and professional. They listen to what you need and always deliver arrangements beyond expectation. Recently I tried to explain my vision for my Mum's Celebration of Life and listened, took lots of notes and even took a photo of the urn we were purchasing. The two arrangements they did for us were OUTSTANDING!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hala goes above and beyond!! You can tell she loves her job and it comes out in her wonderful customer services and beautiful flower arrangements! She helped recreate my wedding flowers to get them preserved (white and blue flowers photo) She was able to get the flowers most other places couldn’t, in the timeline I needed!

I loved her work so much I sent my husband to her to get my show flowers, and she did a beautiful arrangement in my show colours in such short notice(the bouquet photo). This will be our go to flower shop! 😍

I discovered this lovely shop , as I needed to buy some flowers for my mom’s birthday. The roses purchased were the most beautiful I have ever seen, and I’ve purchased many!!! Wow, what a phenomenal meal! 10/10 food, 10/10 service and great atmosphere. This is a fancier restaurant that accommodates everyone (even if you’re just wearing a t-shirt and jeans). Best authentic home made Italian food 🙌🏽 I had the lasagna and my partner had the carbonera - portions were huge!

Giovanni’s was a go too for my husband and I. So we brought our son and his girlfriend there for her birthday.
We ordered drinks and then a bottle of wine.
We then wanted to order appetizers and were told we had to order our meals at the same time as they had a big group.
We waited about 40 minutes and finally are appetizers came.
Then waited another hour for our food and by this time the wine we ordered was gone as the server was very good at refilling our glasses.
When we complained about the long wait they gave us another bottle on the house.
Then are meals came.
My dish was very salty and after waiting so long I wasn’t hungry so I took it home.
Everyone else loved their meal and because we waited so long we needed to leave.
We were surprised that my son’s girlfriend didn’t get a desert as we have seen many times a desert with a candle for a birthday.
I was also not impressed with the woman waitress who was serving the table beside us and was pretty friendly to my husband to a point that she dropped a fork behind his back and my husband literally had to take his hand to grab it as it was lodged between the seat and his back…???
When we complained about not getting our meals they said they had a big group and they apologized.
We booked 2 weeks ago and we are also paying customers and should be treated with the same service .
Very disappointing night
