The staff are extremely kind. I cannot STAND THE IDIOTIC VENDING MACHINES THAT TOOK MY MONEY ONCE AND THE SECOND TIME IT JUST WOULD’NT WORK every time they just ooh you can call the number on it what the flip is that going to do? Send me the
drink? Other than that it’s good.

New facility in Strathmore near Hwy 1, this is the home of the Falcons with 2 volleyball courts, indoor soccer and open gym. Day passes are dirt cheap,definitely come back here again when we come for hockey tournament.

The staff there are nice. Seems like it would be a fun facility to do activities at (pickleball, badminton, basketball, etc)

I absolutely love the ability to use an indoor track. I do wish it had the same schedule flexibility a 24/hour gym would have but I'm enjoying it 😊

Went in spent money for a group of people to go in they had told us one court was booked til 6:30 but right after we got in they kicked us off the court saying all of them were booked for the entire night entire waste of time and money and gas and they didn’t even offer a refund disappointed that the staff lied to us we’re only in for 5 minutes before we left

This is a private members only facility, but if you are looking to become a member we are enjoying it! So far we have only participated with a younger age group, so my review may be different that older kids and adults.

Physically the track and space is well-maintained. Everyone takes care of the spaces around the park, and the track area is kept clean and in good condition. Recently replaced, and forward thinking in things like water mitigation and maintenance. There are bleachers for spectators and a covered area with picnic tables. Lots of garbage cans to contain waste and recyclables (but please take your trash when you leave).
Rules and regulations are very clearly laid out, between Canadian policies applied here as well as additional club-specific rules, everything is available online. We haven't participated in race events but see emails communicating detailed event-specific rules as required too. Safety is taken seriously.
Security is also maintained, protecting everyone's investment. Communication about how to access, who is allowed where, and when there are issues how they’re being handled.

From a specifically kid kart perspective, we are so impressed with how that is being managed. The parents running it make efforts to keep everything fair and transparent, but also have a great eye on the kids themselves to sort them for skill, safety, and even when & how to get remedial help when needed. Gathering for a group dinner is really nice to keep kids social and energy in check.

So much fun. Club is really well organized, instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. Bring a family member.

Today was one of the best days for my grandson, the staff are exceptional and wonderful with kids!! What an experience for my grandson and we will be back in 2 weeks on his birthday!!! He cannot wait to go back....thank-you to all the staff for such an amazing day....see you soon!!

We went here to do the try a kart for our 7 and 10 yr old.

Fantastic experience all around. The facility and staff are top notch and everyone there loves what they do.

My kids had never done anything like this before but there was no pressure and the team were very encouraging.

I would encourage anyone to give this a try for a great intro to Karting. Everyone goes above and beyond and we hope to be back again.

The Try A Kart program they have for kids as young as 5 is awesome. My son had a great time, the volunteers are wonderful.

Always super clean and organized, and the staff is never far to lend a helping hand, I've never come across a negative staff member and their willingness to support their patrons goes above and beyond. Such a fantastic environment and their newly renovated space is superb too! Truly a gem of strathmore.

Great selection of collectables, antique, cowboys and Indians, games, movies, and music. So much to see. Staff were excellent.

This shop has it all, cool treasures, antiques, gadgets, entertainment items, jewelry and more. I love poking around. Staff is great, always very knowledgeable. Appreciate this gem in town.

The manager is incompetent in understanding or resolving obvious shipping label issues and charges customers for tax on packages that were never sent by the sender or intended for recipient and refuse to refund or resolve anything and should not be working in customer service or with the public at all. Thanks for ripping me off!!! What an absolutely miserable "manager", disgusting behavior

Absolutely horrendous experience here. This is the second important package the carrier has lost and the service rep at the post office was rude, demeaning, and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked for the customer service number to create a ticket for our lost package and she rudely told me she had already given it to my husband. I asked if she could have the respect and decency to give it to me also, and she accused me of being disrespectful and indecent with her, rolled her eyes, and walked away without helping me. I asked her coworker if I had been indecent or disrespectful and the coworker just gave me a sad apologetic look and the customer service number I had asked for. If you see a short woman with straight reddish brown hair, ask to be helped by anyone else because she's miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too. How she's employed still is beyond me.

Absolutely terrible. Thanks to this place being no help and somehow “misplacing” my grad photos, then changing their minds and saying they apparently gave it to someone else, I will now never receive them. They also don’t answer the damn phone and most of the staff is just outright nasty and condescending.

The people here are great. Office staff are kind and the carriers are helpful when I need to know something.

Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer.

Fun family experience for the rodeo and general grounds admission. Plenty of food vendors, washrooms,music, shopping, and more.
Price of admission to the rodeo was $33 each. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how much the rodeo cost on the website which to me was super confusing.
We did not visit the concert stage but would plan to go back to do that next time.
Parking was in an open field, well monitored, and there was plenty of parking for everyone. This made it a good 5 to 7 minute walk to the grounds which wouldn't be ideal for seniors but is fine for general public. Just bring your walking shoes.
The grounds seemed safe and security was on site.

First time visitor and loved it!
...except for the fact that it wasn't showing anywhere when seats were booked. We didn't even know it was possible until people kept bumping us from where we sat...😕
Otherwise very nice! Tons of parking but be careful if you just have a car as you'll be parking on bumpy grassland.
Good live music, kids entertainment and shopping booths with very nice handmade items. Sadly I wasn't rich enough for one of the amazing leather bags...but one day I'll buy one haha

We were there with my family for the Medieval Festival. It was amazing!

We had our anniversary dinner here and really an all around solid experience. Started with pulled pork potato skins. I had the Italian pita chicken wrap with provolone and pesto. Wifey had the mamas meatloaf with veggies and ceasar salad. I'd say nothing was a let down at all. No one dish was like blow you away spectacular. But top to bottom everything came out pretty good. Thanks guys

Absolutely stunning experience. The food was amazing. The tempura was the best I have ever had, and my Montreal smoked meat sandwich was likewise amazing. I cannot say enough. The service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere very much. We were there for lunch and I honestly will not need dinner. Highly recommended!

We stopped in for lunch while in town for a hockey tournament. First off, the facility is HUGE, it goes on forever in many levels, and is just so neat.
The way it was laid out it appeared they were well prepared for the crowds who could descend.
The service was prompt and professional. We had a small party, and were seated in a section with a whole team, and both tables saw good service.
The menu has a huge variety, truly something for everyone, and all of it looked good. We had mostly standard lunch fare: soup & sandwiches. All were great.
The one frustration was that there is no floor level seating. Upon entering you must go up or down stairs, one among our party is not very mobile. The bathroom is located by the entrance, so we had to rush lunch and have our food packed up so that this person could use the washroom on the way out, limiting the trips up and down the stairs.

I had lunch here with a colleague and was impressed by the great service and the good food. We both had salads and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Our server was friendly and on top of everything. The room was nicely, decorated and very clean. I’ll be sure to come back next time. I’m in Strathmore.

Attended the thrift sale and was very happy with the prices and volunteers that work extremely hard over the three days , I wish they would host them more than once a year as it's a great community resource

Only went to pick up fresh veggies in the parking lot, but that worked out fabulously! Got more than I went for and everything was fresh, priced right and I'll be back! Lots of parking, friendly sellers.

Has a second hand sale for everyone. Lots of items and out doors there are sports, books, luggage, and other nick nacks. The sale is held 2 a year, the spring and fall.

bi-annual garage sale, its ALWAYS the best! can't believe just how much we look forward to the sales!

My fav go to place. It’s very clean and family friendly park, great for kids. I love going there with my kids on a hot sunny day.

This place is great. It's inside a gated area so toddlers can't get out and dogs can't wander in. Its big enough but it doesn't have enough small water areas for toddlers. It's pretty harsh sprays but it's fun.

It is ok really fun but bathroom had pee on floor and a Karin saying my cousin spit on there child even though we were sourounded by water other than that it was really good

We absolutely love this park! It has such a beautiful setting and it’s perfect for kids of all ages. The ONLY issue is the water is absolutely freezing and the little ones can’t play very long. Would be nice if they could look at that. But we do love how it’s never crazy busy here and there are also picnic tables and washrooms available

Total Water Chaos! We were visiting family in Strathmore and decided to spend a bit of time at the splash park. Well, 2 hours later and we were still there! This is a great place to take your kids to cool them off while they're burning off energy ;) we'll be back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great evening for a short walk to see the Christmas lights. There’s a bon fire to keep you warm. Opens nightly until first Sunday in January.

I came to Canada and visited the multi-colored light display for the first time in December 2019. The weather that year was incredibly cold for me. The frozen snow on the trees, reflected in the lights, was beautiful.
But this year, 2023, I haven't been able to see it, so I don't know if it'll be as beautiful as last year!
Because this year, the weather wasn't too cold and there wasn't much snow.
There were many things to see at the event, and there were lots of families with children walking around, which was fun.

I live in BC. I needed to order flowers for my cousin. This process was simple and friendly. A local owned shop I would happily support again. They did up exactly as I asked! The price was great for what I ordered. The flowers were fresh and arranged beautiful. Thank you!! Highly recommend.

Have used Strathmore flowers for a few years now. They are always professional, and their bouquets are absolutely beautiful. They go out of their way to make everything right. I would highly recommend them.

There are not words to express our pleasure at the incredibly awesome flowers done by the ladies at Strathmore Florist . They fulfilled my granddaughter 's vision and then some. Very nice arrangements they have fresh flowers very good rate. I own a taxi company here and I deliver so many flowers for them. They are Every Time fresh and beautiful. The ladies work there they are awesome like flowers.

Steph is an absolute style wizard and an incredibly kind individual to boot. If you're on the fence about giving her services a try, I wholeheartedly recommend you do!

Our communication with Steph started six whole months before my wedding day. When it comes to make-up and hair, my mom is extremely sensitive to certain chemicals and we were a bit out of our depth as cosmetics are a novel concept for us, so we had a lot of questions. Steph not only answered all our questions but also hopped on a phone call to alleviate our concerns and walk us through the process!

Fast forward to the big day: Steph was prompt, professional, and exceptionally friendly. She absolutely nailed the updo that I requested on the first try but also did a great job accommodating additional requests from my mom, and our make-up was exactly the natural look we were hoping to see. All in all, we're so happy we had the chance to work with Steph on a very special day and enjoyed the experience so much. Thank you, Steph!

Steph and her coworkers are fun people to work with! My hair and makeup turned out amazing! One of my Bridesmaids however did find that her curls fell out within 30mins of having them done and her hair normally holds curl well. Steph was great and let her borrow the curling iron to touch it up herself as steph was busy finishing my hair and makeup as we were starting to be pressed for time at that point. My hair and makeup got rained on later that evening however and it still held up well even with the rain!

Steph was hired for my wedding through a wedding planner. She met me at my hotel room right on time and got straight to work. She started with my hair, I showed her the hair piece I had and she made a beautiful style with it. When we started on makeup I told her I had no idea what I wanted, just nothing too over the top and she delivered a beautiful look with neutral tones, it was perfect. The hair and makeup lasted throughout our entire photoshoot and still looked great for dinner later that night. Steph spent about 2 hours working with me and she was great to talk with during that time. I highly recommend hiring her for your event!

Steph did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and my hair for my wedding day. I felt like a boho queen! She was very adaptable when I accidentally sent the wrong list (don’t do that to her though haha). I would highly recommend her for any occasion. Thank you Steph!

Stephanie and her partner did the BEST job doing hair and makeup for my bridal party. I didn't have time to do a trial so I showed Steph a couple pictures of what I was hoping for and she absolutely nailed it.

Silly me, I decided to give this place another chance. At least I was able to get service in under 15 minutes this time. The employee that made my sandwich was pleasant and he did a good job putting it together. Unfortunately they must have forgotten to bake the Italian herb and cheese bread fresh today. I got a refrigerated piece of styrofoam with some herbs and cheese on the outside. It’s impossible to bite, it just rips in chunks with jagged edges. Lesson learned.

So. I need to say. I miss my subway in calgary. Everytime i go to this subway location i am disappointed. Once i got moldy green peppers and they knew it because when i called to complain they knew exactly what i was talking about. The staff other then 1 girl are not very pleasant. And no the shrinkflation here is ridiculous. They are trying to put the amount of meat used for 6 inch for a foot long. You ask for onion and they give you 2 peices i say more and she adds 2 more and i have to keep syaing more more please until there is a normal amount on the sub!. I get the inflation and rising costs but if i am paying 5 dollars more for a sub now and getting half the meat you can call me a x customer!! Ridiculous!

Always clean and staff are phenomenal. My food score does not reflect this location specifically ... I just feel that Subways quality is not what it used to be.

The place is dirty, unkept and terribly managed. The communication skills are less than.

They cut my sandwich on their dirty counter instead of the paper they always have used.

My wrapped sandwich only contained the subway wrapping paper and now the white piece they made my sandwich on after I asked.

They don't listen to requests and judge you when they are corrected on their mistake.

I recently used the Subway app to place an order, hoping to avoid waiting in line. However, when I arrived at the specified time, my order had yet to be processed. I stood to the side and waited patiently, but it was frustrating to see people in line being served while I continued to wait. It got to the point where, had I entered the line when I arrived, I would have been served sooner than waiting for my online order to be filled. I don't expect priority placement in the queue, but I do expect to be put in the queue. It was a busy time for the staff with many customers, so I waited until they finally decided to fill my order. The way online orders are placed in the queue needs to be reconsidered. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope Subway can improve their process for handling online orders.

I just purchased my wedding dress from The Bridal Boutique and it was perfect! Our stylist Taleesa was so attentive, she did an amazing job at helping me find the perfect dress. The dressing rooms are private and so cute and aesthetic and all of the gowns there were stunning.
