The best decision we made for our wedding day was hiring Jessilynn as our photographer. The best experience ever! I found Jewels of Toronto on Instagram and my now fiancé and I made an appointment and booked our consultation with him. Robert was so helpful. Not pushy at all. Gave us so many options and so much information. We decided after the appointment we wanted to make our ring with him. My fiancé and him set up following appointments I had a second appointment to try on all the diamonds as I wasn’t sure on size. Robert really came through. Even my brother purchased his wife’s upgraded ring with him after we told him what a great experience we had with him. Just got engaged this weekend and I’m over the moon my ring is even better than I ever expected. He did an absolutely amazing job! Will be purchasing our wedding bands with him as well. Chef Sean catered a baby shower event for about 70 people. Chef was professional, accommodating, and the food was delicious! His fried chicken and waffles was a big hit. Chef Sean always made sure that what we wanted he was able to deliver and also offered suggestions. Great experience!!! Would highly recommend for any event big or small. Would use his services again without a doubt.

I hired Sean to cater a friend’s bachelor party (16 guys). His Jerk Chicken was the best any of us ever had and the Ribeyes were cooked to absolute perfection.
I recommend Sean for any event so you can just focus on visiting with friends or family.

Tonight’s experience was absolutely super fulfilling. Our waitress Joline recommended delicious dishes to us when we weren’t sure what to order. She was super attentive and sweet! Our Spicy Crab Dip was phenomenal, loved the sour dough bread! The dip was creamy and delicious. My steak was really nicely done to medium rare, which is exactly how I like it. The Ravioli with the steak topped the meal off, my godmother ended up stealing Ravioli from me straight off my plate because it was so good. Definitely recommend!

Sarah was excellent as a server. She made sure we got our food in short order as we were going to a show. Very personable. Food was as delicious. Atmosphere was hopping. Totally enjoyed ourselves.

Everyone treated my date and I so nicely, especially our server Brooke. She was very helpful answering all of our questions and even giving us recommendations such as the incredible espresso martini that she raved about. She constantly acknowledged us and kept making sure we were satisfied and even making sure our water never ran out. She was very sweet and make our date night incredible. She got us a delicious dessert that was on the house. It was so thoughtful! I don’t think we’ve ever been to a place with such care for its customers and even our server going out of her way to make it a special night. 11/10 We will absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!

I haven’t eaten at a chain or franchise in maybe 5 years. Toronto has so much food to offer, I’ll rather explore those dishes.

But my wife said she wanted the Bellini from Joey’s so we went.

Extremely shocked by how yummy the food was. Impressed!! The donut soft with the perfect amount of sweetness, the wings was easily the best wings I’ve ever had.

HOWEVER, it took 30 mins for truffle and Parmesan cheese fries and the donut to come out and 50 mins for chicken wings to come out.
The only reason it should take that long is if the chicken was running loose in the kitchen and they were picking the potatoes from the farm.

The server was very pleasant actually, the only issue was how long it took.

I had a decent experience at this restaurant. The food was good, except the fries were way too salty. I tried their poke bowl and tuna bowl both had way more rice than protein. The vibe of the place is amazing, and there are plenty of seating options to choose from. I chose the booth-patio by the window, which wasn’t the most comfortable spot. It’s not a bad place at all- I just had higher expectations based on the reviews I’d read and the vibe I was expecting!

We had such an incredible dining experience at Joey Restaurant in Toronto! From the very beginning, the service stood out. A special thank you to Evy, who made everything seamless — from arriving she provided us with super attentive, friendly service throughout the evening.

The grilled wild cod with almonds and basil rice was perfectly balanced in flavor, light yet satisfying. The chicken cutlets salad with mango was fresh, vibrant, and full of texture, while the beef sirloin steak was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor.

Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and the quality was second to none. Combined with the warm and professional service, it made for an unforgettable dinner.

I came here with my colleagues to celebrate a birthday. We were seated on time and the service was really great! Inside was freezing so we asked if we could move to the patio and they found us a nice table outside.

The food was great! I got the Chicken Parmesan and I enjoyed it a lot. My colleagues also enjoyed their meals. We also enjoyed our drinks (classic and spicy strawberry margaritas).

I had a good time here. Lovely service, ambience, and food.

Service was great and the food was also delicious. We had chicken satay skewers, fresh guacamole, truffle fries, chicken wings, sushi, tuna club and chicken lettuce wraps.

A Caesar with no ice meant that they only filled the already-small glass half way.
The strawberry shaved ice had a flavour that all who tried it didn’t like.

We just spent the last four days in Toronto for the Teamsters Women’s Conference, and last night, we had an incredible dinner at Joey’s Restaurant with a group of friends from Local 213. What a fantastic evening! Our waitress was an absolute star—super attentive, friendly, and took great care of our large party. The food was phenomenal, especially the blackened chicken meal and crab dip, which were standouts among so many delicious dishes. The lively atmosphere was perfect for our get-together, making it a night to remember. Highly recommend Joey’s for anyone visiting Toronto!

I started going to John Steinberg when they were at King and Portland - a ten minute walk for me. When they moved to Dundas West, I considered staying closer to home, but the team is so good that I now "commute" to 906 Dundas West. It is a very unusual salon: excellent service, very professional and highly skilled, but also laid back and comfortable. They sometimes bring their dogs to work - what more do you need to know? You can expect to pay a bit more - but you will never be disappointed.

Came for a blowout with Jazzy! Turned out amazing and lasted the whole day! The products she used was also not too over powering in smell and did an excellent job to keep the shape of the blowout. 10/10 recommend and I will come back whenever I need to look my best for an event!

Bought my bridal bouquet and boutonniere for my husband and absolutely loved them. The staff helped me create it from scratch, such a quick, easy and fully custom process. I showed an inspiration photo and we just walked around to pick suitable flowers since I wanted a different colour scheme. They were able to make and deliver to my home within the week! Couldnt be happier with how they turned out and the price was so reasonable and a fraction of what others would charge.

I came here recently to purchase some flowers for two bouquets for my friends. My boyfriend had recommended this store ever since he discovered it, and I was very impressed! There's a significant amount of competition in the area as well, as the store's located adjacent to other flower shops. The selection of flowers and plants was great, and the prices were very affordable as well! The two mini bouquets that I ended up creating came out to ~$22, which is an amazing deal. I just had one critique, which concerns the wrapping of the bouquets. The cashier beside mine asked her customers how long they would be keeping the bouquet out, how long it took to get home, etc. and gave them tips on keeping the flowers fresh. My cashier, however, did not ask me anything. She also wrapped the flowers in a way that restricted access to the ends of the stems, which I wanted to stick in some water when I got back since the bouquets had a long trip ahead of them. I also think she could have wrapped them with more care, since one of the gerbera daisies had half of its petals folded into the bouquet. Consequently, I unwrapped both bouquets when I got home and re-wrapped them when I was going to leave.

I come here quite often for all my floral needs. However today I came to get my wedding flowers and I didn’t even preorder and they were AMAZING!!! I also got my bouquet for my civil ceremony here and once again it was amazing! Super happy with them always!

I usually come here for casual flower arrangements for my home and have always been happy with the quality and freshness. But last week, I bought a peony bouquet for my graduation, which was a very special occasion for me, and unfortunately, it didn’t even last a full day. I followed all the care instructions provided by the cashier, so I was really disappointed. The bouquet cost $61 after tax, which made the experience even more frustrating. Considering how important the day was, I expected better. It was a letdown compared to my previous positive visits.

I could not recommend Joseph Head Hair Color enough. From the moment you contact them for the appointment until you leave, the service is exceptional. Lena on the phone was super friendly and made me excited for my appointment. At the salon, my hair needed a major color fix and Joseph managed to pull it off exceptionally. Jen did an amazing blowdry and Liz was very welcoming as I had entered the salon. They explain the process along the way which made me feel safe and comforted unlike other salons that just do what they like. The prices are extremely reasonable too for amazing quality service and products. Would totally recommend and support this local salon.

When me and my husband were looking for an officiant to our wedding we didn't expect to be able to afford anything as special as we got with Rev. Smaller and her team. We had just moved away from our home country, which prevented our family from attending in person. Nonetheless, we were delivered the most lovely ceremony that completely exceeded our expectations. Everything from the very first step in the preparation to the fast handling of the paperwork was perfect. And we even managed to send a livestream of the ceremony to our parents (in a pre-pandemic world, I must add).

We're planning to have a renewal of our vows eventually, with our family present, and will most definitely do everything with this same team again. I can't recommend them enough. ❤️

We had an amazing experience hiring JP Fine Foods for our backyard wedding reception's appetizers and dinner service.

All the staff working at our event were extremely friendly, polite, and so professional. Their presence ensured we could relax and enjoy the party to its fullest.

Most importantly, all the food was super delicious, and beautiful looking as well! The team accommodated our special request to serve traditional Chilean empanadas, making our entire event feel extra special.

Jonathan and his team went above and beyond with the food and service for our wedding in September. He completely understood the vision we had for the food as we were set on having yummy and satisfying food for our day. Everything was incredible and we were so happy with every dish.
The chefs, bartender and wait staff were amazing. As the bride, I was worried about being too busy to eat, but they always were making sure I was well fed and I appreciated that!

Everything was absolutely fantastic. Our guests were so impressed with the food and quality of the service for our cocktail wedding reception. They exceeded our expectations and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Gavin! The bartenders and servers were all so friendly, and helped us set up the decor and get everything looking fabulous before the event. We found Judy from WeddingWire.com. While we were browsing for vendors, her work immediately caught our eye. Judy seemed to be able to capture the best moments both posed and candid so we reached out. Judy was quickly responsive and set up a meeting with us online.

In our meeting, Judy was relatable, funny, down to earth and professional. Even though we were interviewing multiple photographers, she stood out far amongst the rest, not only for her amazing work, but for her personality. I wanted someone who would match my energy for my wedding as it is such an important, and stressful, day, and Judy fit the bill! All her communications with us following us booking her were quick and organized. She answered all our questions and was very patient with us.

Recently, we had our engagement shoot with her. I was nervous for the session as I am very awkward in front of a camera (and in general). Judy sent over a questionnaire prior to our time together so she could learn about us more and help ease the awkwardness, which I found very thoughtful. She helped in choosing the best spot for us to shoot at and so we went to the Guild Inn Estate.

Our engagement session could not have gone better! Judy showed up early and we got started right away. She even brought a speaker so she could play all our favourite songs while we posed. Judy was fantastic at reassuring, guiding us and making sure we looked good. She was also confident and assertive to the other patrons of the park. Since it was one of the first nice days of the year, the park was a tad busy, but she was very good at communicating with others to ensure we had a clear background.

Following our shoot, Judy was SO quick in giving us a sneak peak at our photos. After we selected our favourites, Judy edited all of them and had them ready for us within a week!! I am IN LOVE with all the photos we received. I didn't know we could look that good! The website she uses is very user friendly and organized - the format as it makes it easy to favourite, download or print a photo.

Long story short, I am continuously impressed by the organization, professionalism and overall talent of Judy. She is not only an amazing photographer, but she is so fun to be around. I cannot wait for her to photograph our wedding!!

We took our newly adopted Pom to Jenny. His coat needed some serious attention and we weren’t sure how he would handle grooming. Jenny was so good with him, the haircut looked amazing, and our boy is so much happier and more confident. For the amount of work needed, the price was reasonable. I would recommend Jenny and the salon in general to anyone looking for an stress-free grooming experience for pet and owner alike!

It was the first time taking my large husky to a professional groomer. He can be reactive around other dogs so I’ve always been hesitant about the whole experience. The team at Juju Grooms really put my mind at ease and accomodated his needs. Becky was also incredible with King. Thank you so much!!!

Juju is phenomenal! I was initially skeptical because, in my country, I’ve always been present with my cats during grooming. This was a first for both me and my cats, as we wouldn’t see each other during the grooming process (ways of the West!). But my cats came back well-groomed, clean, refreshed, and without any signs of stress! I’m so glad to have found Juju for my cats’ grooming needs!

Groomer Kate really does the most amazing Bichon haircut. We loved both the longer winter haircut and the shorter spring cut she has done for our Bichon so far. Best groomer we have found for our dog! And he loves her!

I love Julienne’s Patisserie! I have been here over 10 times at this point and it’s a wonderful café! The treats are just delicious. My favourite is the Nutella croissant. I crave that croissant constantly haha. The plain and chocolate croissants are great too. Another favourite is the mixed berry scone. The cupcakes are really yummy. I am not a big buttercream lover, so I only ate half of the Oreo cupcake icing, but the icing is quite good. I had the pink berry icing once and that was really yummy, so I recommend a flavoured icing over a plain vanilla one. My 4 year old nephew is in love with the cupcakes though, icing and all haha!

The latté is wonderful. It is one of my favourites in the city. The americano is yummy too and my friends love the chai latté. The ladies who work here are lovely. They are always accommodating and very friendly. Lastly, the ambiance is buzzing on the weekends and more quiet during the week, but lovely regardless. I love the decor! Pink, flowers, sweets… what more could a girl want! This is the perfect café to meet friends at, celebrate a birthday at, or bring your kids to for an afternoon cupcake! Amazing job Julienne’s!

The BEST!!! I placed a custom cake order for my daughter’s 1st Birthday and not only was the customer service fast & very helpful, the cake design was spot on, and I have never tasted a more delicious cake!!! I ordered the vanilla w/ mango passionfruit buttercream and the flavour was perfect - I generally don’t like icing as most of it is too sweet, but this one kept making me come back for more! Julienne’s will forever now be my go-to bakery! Thanks so much for making my daughter’s 1st a sweet one💕

I booked a cake decorating class and it was the best experience! Jessica was a warm and amazing teacher, guiding us step by step on how to frost and decorate a cake. She also prepared us some tea (the Heavenly Cream and Jasmine tea were amazing) and had some of her pastries out (cheddar and chive scone was out of this world!). She was super accommodating, tending to all of our questions, helping us mix colors, and even getting us extra material for decorating. We ended up staying a little late as we were still finishing our cakes, and she was so friendly and approachable. We had the best time and I cannot wait to return! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Jump is one of my favourite Oliver & Bonacini restaurants and have been here countless of times. Every time I need to impress friends and families, this is the place to be.

Tried to come here again for their Summerlicious and everything is spot on - from the delicious food, attentive server, and modern and stylish restaurant decor.

The restaurant is beautiful, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.

Every dish here looks like a work of art, with its vibrant colours and artful arrangement.

The roast beef sandwich was deliciously juicy and tender. My friends raved about this sandwich and enjoyed it so much. The roasted Atlantic salmon with couscous was flakey and moist.

The coconut panna cotta is probably one of the best panna cotta we've ever tried. Everything is perfect with this dessert - soft velvety texture, creamy but not overly rich and just a hint of sweetness.

It can be a little bit busy during lunch hour and noise levels are often higher. But it's not physically painfully loud that you can't hear your dining companions.

We had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely return.

I had a fantastic experience at Jump Restaurant for their Valentine’s Day menu. The food was incredible—every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive, perfectly balanced and refreshing.

The service was quick, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great night with amazing food and drinks, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent service, the waitress was attentive, helpful and overall friendly and pleasant. Nice and trendy ambiance, and food was delicious. The apps were especially tasty including the fried chicken, spring rolls, calamari.

What a gorgeous hidden spot in the heart of downtown! My wife brought me here to celebrate a key milestone in our lives and this place was just perfect.

Firstly, the staff is extremely courteous and accommodate for varied requests. Starting with table selection, since we were there with our baby boy in a stroller and we requested for patio in our reservation, they took us out to the patio and asked us to choose which table would be most comfortable. We chose the perfect spot with great views and a light breeze. I had to change my baby’s diaper, so when I requested for the baby changing room, he immediately eacorted me to the accessible washroom and brought in a table to ensure I had everything with me to change the diaper. This shows how much they care about the comfort of the customers. Our server would keep checking in on us and would be quick with all our orders and requests.

Secondly, the vibe and the ambience were so comforting that we lost the track of time. I highly recommend the patio, even though while you are arriving, you may think it will be noisy since it is close to Yonge Street but their patio design keeps the area quite silent.

Finally, the food was excellent overall with some opportunities for improvement in their desserts - selection and their sweetness.

Overall, absolutely loved it here and will be back for sure. Thank you team Jump! Keep up your amazing hospitality!

Lovely restaurant. Came here with my colleagues and enjoyed the Winterlicious menu. Ambience and service was great too. However, if you are not a sweet tooth, don’t ask for the Chocolate pudding. that stuff was toooo sweet, i took 1* away for that. Otherwise, I definitely recommend.

Junto Studio is a great venue in Toronto. It was reasonably priced but more importantly, beautifully decorated. We did not need to worry about decor because the set up is already so gorgeous. We are so excited to see how our photos turn out.

We had a small wedding of 24 people that included a dinner. The communication with Rana was easy and she was so helpful with recommendations. They were accommodating with delivery times and was even dog friendly so we could have our dog there for the special event.

Kelsey helped on the day with coordination and she could not have been nicer and lovely to work with.

We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a photography studio, or a small to medium event. Can't wait to have another occasion so we have an excuse to rent it again.

NotJustYou is a Sickle Cell Support Organization that is devoted to creating support systems that provide tools and resources for individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease.

We held our wedding reception at Junto Studio and it did not disappoint. We love their aesthetic - the warmth and how they decorated the place. When booking with Rana, she made the process so easy. So friendly and helpful. The experience from beginning to end was so pleasant. We will definitely consider using the event space again in the future - for another party or even a photoshoot!
