The cake itself was stunning in design and exactly what we had envisioned, but most importantly it tasted incredible. We chose lemon buttercream, and it was so fresh, light, and delicious.

Got fitted and ordered my suit, told me it would be ready in 3 weeks. Pushed back 1 week then got a call to come in. I come in to get my suit and they didn't even order it. Crazy experience, not worth it at all

If zero were a review I’d give it. Ordered a suit for my son’s prom 3 weeks ago. Told it would take a couple of weeks. Come the day after they told us it would in ( a week later than original). Get to store no suit. Won’t be in for another 4 days. Prom in 5. Now scrambling to buy a new suit. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This was our first and last stop. My fiancé and I came in and Sunita gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She educated us on the immaculate quality and choices and the craftsmanship of their suits. I hardly know where to begin, because I don’t have the words to properly capture just how grateful we are to Karina and her team for helping us create the perfect wedding — truly the best day of our lives.

Our wedding day exceeded even our biggest hopes, dreams, and expectations. The day was overflowing with joy from start to finish, and we were able to slow down, take it all in, and savor every moment because we trusted that we had the best team of vendors in the business — all thanks to Karina. Hearing afterward about the last-minute issues (none of which were caused by Karina or her planning) that she and her team handled with such skill only confirmed how professional and exceptional they are.

Karina guided us expertly through every step of the process as our full-service planner. She has an incredible network of top-notch vendors, and she connected us with people who were not only talented but also such a joy to work with. Every single vendor went above and beyond, from our photographer and videographer to the florist, baker, musicians, DJ, and more.

She also has years of experience as a florist herself, and that paid off in spades — her eye for décor and design is amazing. She helped us integrate every detail (chairs, florals, stationery, linens, cake, music) into a cohesive whole that looked even better than the Pinterest boards I had saved. She gave fantastic advice throughout, kept us on budget, and helped refine my many ideas into an event that was cohesive and beautiful.

Our guests raved about the flowers, the atmosphere, and how packed the dance floor was until the very end. From start to finish, Karina’s advice, vision, and attention to detail brought everything to life in a way we’ll never forget.

Most importantly, Karina and her team (Paige and Jaylin) were the heart of it all. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything seamless and stress-free, elevating the service to a level that felt like a luxury venue. They anticipated and solved problems before I even knew there were any, they sewed a button that had fallen off the back of my dress in between photos, they kept us perfectly on schedule, and they orchestrated every little detail with thoughtfulness and grace.

Instead of post-wedding blues, we’ve been left with post-wedding bliss. We are still glowing, smiling every time we think back on the day, and so grateful to have had Karina in our corner. If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and hire her. She is simply the best in the business!

Karina Lemke was an absolutely amazing wedding planner for our wedding on July 20th, 2024 at the Royal Conservatory of Music. When we first booked our venue, we asked them to recommend a wedding planner that they trusted. They gave us Karina's contact information and told us not to even bother looking for anyone else. Not only is Karina kind and communicative, but she is extremely experienced. She recommended all of our vendors, and every single one exceeded our expectations. Karina took our inspo photos and crafted the wedding of our dreams. She answered every question we had with confidence, and made sure our entire wedding day ran smoothly. A number of our guests complimented her on her organization and professionalism, and we are not surprised. She is amazing and made the entire wedding process so fun for us! Karina was our month of/day of wedding planner and I genuinely don't know how we would have done it without her. My wedding was held at Graydon Hall Manor, and Karina knew the ins and outs of that venue so much so I did not have to stress about anything at all. My family has not stopped raving about how great Karina was, and I wish I had another event coming up just so I could work with her again! She was that good.

Karina was an absolute rockstar for our summer 2024 wedding! Calm, friendly and experienced, Karina was the perfect balance of flexibility and organization to our nuptials. She was never disruptive but always had control of the room. It was uncanny how she could blend in with the wedding guests but still wrangle overly enthuasiastic guests for large family photos.

Even though she had secured her for the last 3 months leading up to our wedding, it felt like she had been a part of our process the entire way. Katia was so lovely to work with! It was our first time getting family photos taken with our baby and she captured the most beautiful images. She gave us great direction and got lots of smiles out of our little one which isn't always easy. When our baby got fussy and needed a break she was extremely accommodating and after redirected the photoshoot to couples shots while our baby slept. I was unsure about location but Katia recommended the Distillery and it was perfect. I'm thrilled with the end results and would definitely love to work with her again in the future!

I shared a custom cake pop design for a new technology launch with a group of Cardiologists and Kathy delivered the most detailed, accurate and beautiful cake pops for us and they were such a hit with the team!

Vivian did our wedding flowers on Sunday September 14, 2025 and I cannot say enough amazing things about their work. The flowers were absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. We got so many compliments from our guests and vendors on the flowers. She absolutely nailed my vision for the ceremony, reception, and bridal bouquet. Kens Flowers is the best!

All the flowers I received for my birthday were from Ken's Flowers, and they were absolutely stunning! The arrangements were crafted by Ani and Robin, who clearly have an incredible eye for detail and creativity. Each bouquet was vibrant, fresh, and beautifully designed, making my special day even more memorable.

We got in touch with Ken's Flowers only a month and a half before our wedding, scrambling for table florals and my wife's bouquet. The staff were very friendly and helped guide our designs since we didn't have much knowledge of what to do.

On the day of the wedding, all the flowers were securely packed and looked beautiful in the vases we provided to them to use. They went above and beyond our expectations, and were well priced on top!

A neighbourhood gem! The whole team at Kendall & Co is friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve shopped a lot here over years— from big purchases like our couch and curtains to smaller things like Christmas ornaments and gifts— and the selection and quality are always top notch.

A very beautiful store filled with beautiful things, overshadowed by the ugly customer service. This review is based off of three different visits to this store. The first was around the holidays and I can understand being busy, tired and spent. So I forgave the snarky small man who cashed me out. The second was in the late winter and it’s a sad time. So I forgave the dirty looks and curt to the point check out - we have all been there miserable at our job and taking it out on the customers. The third time was the same as it always is. No acknowledgment of customers in the store, no requests to assist and no effort to make folks feel like they are welcomed. I didn’t buy anything this time because I realized this isn’t a few weird experiences. This is just a business that isn’t customer focused and is run by people who don’t want your business, heck they don’t want you in their presence, let alone shopping and spending your money. Long and short this is store filled with nice things but isn’t nice, luxury priced items with dollar store service. Third time isn’t a charm there isn’t much charming here. I found a Mother’s Day gift elsewhere in the neighbourhood, it’s nice to see that this store is the exception and not the standard for the area.

The best contractor I’ve worked with! Kevin and his team are derailed from the start including sound design consultation to preparation, install and cleanup. Highly recommended and I would work with again.

This place is a lot of fun to shop in. Lots of unique interior decorations, pillows, seasonal / other ornaments, etc. Unique stuff I don’t see elsewhere. If you like birds on your stuff this place is especially for you. Love coming here to see what they’ve got every now and then.

First time at Camp New Moon as a staff member, and I have to say i’m absolutely blown away by the service and the food. The team behind the counter is incredible; they don’t just serve you, they take the time to get to know you, which makes the experience even more special. The food is truly top tier, with endless options at the iconic salad bar and the meals… impressive every single time. Honestly, I’d come back to camp just for the food alone.

We used Kennedy for our wedding and it was truly spectacular. The food was of course delicious (nearly one year later and people still talk about it), but their attention to detail, professionalism and customer service was world class!

Chef Kennedy makes a delicious spread of food and desserts. He catered to our dietitian team and we loved every single dish, the salmon and beet salad were a hit! The quality of the food was so fresh and Mathew has such a great personality which is always a bonus :) I have recommended him to some friends and totally encourage everyone to try his food!

We've had Chef Kennedy cater two memorable family milestones. The food is delicious, gorgeously presented and reasonably priced, and they can work magic in any kitchen (even with two hungry golden retrievers getting in the way).

Another thing to note is that these people are professional, kind, and warm people who add to the happy atmosphere. At the night's end, I found Kennedy surrounded by adoring dogs and giving them back scratches. Obviously, he didn't touch them when preparing food but made up for it afterwards.

We used Kennedy for our wedding last year and they were incredible. Everything was perfect from the food to the employees to the service (and the price!) Very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again in the future, I actually wouldn’t even consider anyone else now having gone to a few other weddings since. There’s just no comparison to any other catering company we’ve tried. Everything was delicious from the well thought out appetizers to the creative menu they came up with for our wedding. We also hired them to serve the bar at our wedding and they didn’t disappoint there either. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you again to the Kennedy team and Chef Matt!

I love this event space. I've been here a few times, mostly for comedy events, and absolutely love the vibe. It is apparent how the owners take great pride in their productions. I'm looking forward to the next Kensington Studios event!

Kensington Studios was just perfect for our annual company party. It sits right in the middle of Kensington Market, which is fantastic for giving the party a unique Toronto feel that everyone appreciated.

What I loved most was how little extra work the venue required. The built-in, quality sound system, plenty of furniture, and the incredible, customizable RGB lighting meant I didn't have to hire and coordinate an outside vendor for those key elements.

We used the two main rooms to create separate zones for cocktails and dancing, and the transition felt totally natural. The team there was super helpful and responsive every time I called.

We’re already penciling them in for next year. It was genuinely a seamless experience, and my client was thrilled with how unique their party felt

I recently held an event at Kensington Studios, and I have to say, it’s one of the best creative spaces I’ve been to!

The space was very clean, and adaptable, and all the amenities make it easy to focus on the experience. The location is wonderful and the owner was very professional, approachable, and genuinely passionate about making sure things run smoothly. They clearly care about the people who use the space, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Can't reccomend it enough!

Super versatile event space! Multiple levels, and locations for an array of different events, and media production needs. The lighting and AV infrastructure is there so it’s basically plug and play. Competitive rates. Management is super responsive and flexible. It’s situated right in the heart of the city. There’s parking in the back. Highly recommend on all fronts.

I found Khrystyna through instagram, every single photo was exactly was I was looking for, not only did her work shock me but her reviews were another! Kid Icarus is a must visit gem in the heart of Kensington Market! Known for its custom screen printing and unique and cool selection of locally made greeting cards and gifts. The owner and staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about both art and their customers. Highly recommended!

When it comes to wedding photographers, finding someone who truly understands the essence of your special day can be a challenge. Thankfully, we were fortunate to book with Kim. From start to finish, she exceeded our expectations.

Kim has a magical knack for capturing all those little moments you didn't even know were happening. Their photos are like a time machine – we love going over our day again and again, even though it was stressful at times...

What really sold us was their chill vibe. They made us feel totally relaxed, even during those awkward posing moments. Plus, they're total pros – everything was on point, from lighting to composition.

Pricing felt totally reasonable for the quality of work you're getting. Kim brought an additional photographer on board to capture additional angles and moments. Our package also included an engagement session, which we actually used as a practice run!

Kim was punctual and knew when to take control to get the shots we wanted. They captured amazing shots of our guests and family as well. She also explained to us that she always arranges for a backup photographer in case the unexpected happens, which made us feel secure. We've had friends forced to scramble because the photographer they hired did not take any such precautions.

Bottom line: if you want photos that'll make you laugh, cry, and swoon all over again, Kim Lovell is your go-to. Our album is pure gold, and we couldn't be happier!

I chose Kings Catering because they offered the most comprehensive menus that served a wide variety of guests. They have options for vegans and carnivores.... foodies and sensitive palates. They made the process easy from start to finish. Food looked incredible and was delicious. Buffet was set up for us with ease, in perfect time and looked great. Our guests loved the food so much that they were asking who catered all night long. Even after the event, I got texts asking for the name of our caterer.

Recently held our Summer Social with Caribbean vibes with food from King Catering. All tasty and beautifully presented. Lots of compliments. Server added to the experience. Pre-event service was very helpful and patient! Highly recommend.

My husband and I got married in Parkdale and I reached out to a couple florists in the area for my bouquet, boutonnières, and corsages. When Lynda responded with clear pricing for the corsages and boutonnières and asked for inspiration pictures and if there was a budget she could be respectful of regarding my bouquet, I knew I wanted to work with her. And wow, was that ever the right call!

Lynda was amazing to work with. I popped into the shop to chat in person a few weeks ago and had such a nice time chatting with her. As we have many talented friends, we only had three vendors we worked with who were new to us and King West Flowers was one. In chatting with Lynda, she felt like an extension of the people we already knew. When I mentioned that we were going to place bud vases around our reception venue, Lynda offered to arrange them at a very reasonable price. She even made recommendations to bring down the cost of my bouquet as I was working with a very limited budget.

When I saw the flowers the night before the wedding, I was blown away at how beautiful they were. I could not imagine having a more beautiful bouquet. It was perfect and I’m just over the moon. Thank you so much Lynda for helping to make our wedding so perfect!

Jeri at IQ was a pleasure to work with. The space is flexible for a variety of different events. We hosted a cocktail reception for approx. 100 guests. Our guests enjoyed the indoor space with ample soft seating provided by the venue and the large bar area. We will be back!

Last month we booked the inside King Terrace venue for a 200 person event. We worked with Jeri, for all the event details for the night of, including the kitchen space, bar needs and furniture placement. The space offered lighting options, mobile tables, storage room, beautiful planters on wheels, clean large washrooms and a very large useful bar space. Jeri and her team were there the whole evening to answer and questions or helps with any needs on the fly. If you are a caterer, the kitchen space was large, with stainless steel prep tables and a tall oven! I highly recommend this place, or any of their spaces offered, for corporate events, wedding receptions, Christmas parties or launch parties!

Fantastic location with indoor and outdoor possibilities. Very versatile venue: great for business events, options are endless. Great planters, high tables and bar. Terrace has all outdoor furniture and looks great. Jeri was our main point of contact and she handled everything professionally and was great to work with. On the evening of our event she took care of the whole evening. Thanks to Jeri our event was a great big succes.

Jeri was amazing to work with, quick to respond to emails; was always happy to show me the space whenever i asked (3-4 times), and was fantastic and attentive throughout the entire event which she stayed to ensure the execution went well!
The Vault is a dream for any planner looking for a "plug and play" type venue with lots of great features. It offers a cool secret/underground vibe; built in bar and table booths; inhouse sound system and tv screen walls; and mini putt green.
We hosted a 40th birthday dance party for about 75adults, and it was a perfect fit!! Overall great experience, wonderful staff and would use again given the opportunity :)

I was shopping there many years ago. It was a horrible experience. One of the salespeople that I encountered was full of lies and applied very low class sales skills to lure no social experience customers. “We typically only give discounts to if you shop more than $50k, since you shop everything in our store, I would still give you the discount.” Then, one day, my family visited the store and encountered the other salesperson. She introduced my family to the furniture we would like to shop patiently and gave us the discount right the way PLUS extra discounts above it. So, for the exact same shopping list, the price difference is about $3000 for less than $30k shopping list back to 12 years ago. I was also fooled by that “the couch you pick is scratch proof…” The couch shipped from Italy now is completely a dog’s bed. The materials inside were out after half a year being used, and it does not resist a small pom’s scratch. It also took half a year to deliver the bed from France. The desk from Maxalto Italy was delivered chipped. Instead of replacing it for me, they just ask a handyman to repair the chip. After 12 years with the purchase, now I’d rather shop the local solid wood furniture rather than designer’s. To be honest, my advice to those who would like to shop at the store is that rule#1 never walks in and relies on only ONE sales person’s advice. You never know someone who could be polite, helpful, and sneaky at the same time. Rule#2 If you have a pet, never ever believe there is fabric material 100% scratch proof. It’s more practical to mix with some normal and luxury furniture. Rule #3 luxury brand furnitures don’t typically combine the quality with the design. If you don’t upgrade your furniture every year, it’s better to focus on the furniture quality rather than the “brand/name” and design.

Bought a floor model light for over $2K. They didn't disclose that they'd significantly altered the dimensions of the light. They said that I should have measured it and discovered their alteration despite them disassembling it before I arrived to pick it up. They won't accept a return. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid.

About Bocci – their light fixtures often become the subtle keystone of my designs because they make hand blown glass pendants that juxtaposes imperfect organic forms with meticulous engineering to create light fixtures that mix quiet elegance and light, airy design, with stunning design pieces. For this project, rather unusually, we were missing a small plug on the 28.19 fixture and Bocci immediately express-couriered the plastic plug with 19 extra light bulbs!
