We hired Rikki Marcone Floral & Event Design for our wedding flowers, and I truly can’t recommend her enough! From the very beginning, Rikki was an absolute joy to work with. She brought her own creativity and expertise while making sure my vision came to life exactly as I had imagined.

She perfectly captured the modern elegance I was hoping for, and you could tell how hands-on and dedicated she was every step of the way. Rikki met with us multiple times and even came to our venue in advance to offer ideas and make sure everything would come together beautifully on the big day.

Along the way, she put so much thought into every detail, and it really showed in the stunning arrangements. Our flowers were such a highlight of the day — we received so many compliments from our guests!

We came to Rikki with some ideas and inspiration - a buttery spring colour palette, with tulips as the 'hero flower' for our Sunday brunch wedding - but what she and her team created absolutely blew us away.

Rikki's exceptional work transformed our vintage/urban industrial venue into a garden party that breathed life into the space. She balanced colour beautifully, used exactly the right amount of flowers and candles without crowding a space - she was climbing ladders at 7am to string greenery from the ceiling! She brought experience, expertise and vision to our ideas in a way that elevated them while still feeling exactly like us.

What's more, Rikki is so generous with her time and knowledge that it practically felt like having another planner on board. She helped us shape our plans for the space, the colour palette, and the choice of linens, chairs and rentals (which she now even offers herself) - we trusted her implicitly with the vibe of the day, and she absolutely outdid herself.

Our only regret is leaving this review too early to be able to include all the photos of the incredible work she did - but we simply couldn't wait to gush about her.

Rikki Marcone and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park at our wedding. Not only were the floral arrangements & bouquets stunning, but what she did with the candles and glassware was breathtaking. She worked with the vibes of the venue and then elevated it to something magical.

While what they did on our big day was fantastic, working with the Rikki Marcone team was a dream too. She was super responsive to emails and answered questions with plenty of detail. After I shared my vision with her, she put together a thorough proposal. I loved how clients could be as involved in this process as they want to be; a particular variety of flower was very meaningful to me and she happily incorporated that into her design. She even created a mock-up of a table for us a few months before the event, which was wonderful.

Rikki was also very helpful in envisioning the overall look of our wedding. She very kindly offered up advice on other rentals, including chairs and linens, to ensure a cohesive look, and I was so appreciative of her clear eye when it felt like I was simply drowning in options and choices.

I still can’t believe how beautiful everything turned out; if you choose Rikki Marcone as the floral designer for your event, you will not be disappointed!

Where do we begin?! Rikkis work is incredible. She did our nieces wedding a year and half ago and since we have fallen in love! Her creations are a work of art. Whatever you can dream she brings to reality! Toronto is so lucky to have this gem of a florist! Girl power owned and operated. She truly makes all your dreams come true!

Amazing company to work with! From their customization and endless options, to the pricing and affordability that I was looking for, I am extremely happy to have purchased a ring from Ring Come True. I live far from Toronto and Lauren was amazing to work with to ensure I got my order in time for my engagement trip. She was patient and fast replying and considerate of a high energy situation. I made an appointment to look at rings with my partner. At first we were a bit nervous but Lauren was incredibly nice and helpful. We had looked at their rings on their website prior to our visit and that helped make the appointment smoother. We did not feel any pressure at all and Lauren worked with us to find a ring my partner loved within my budget. Ring Come true has been an absolutely amazing experience to work with! They did a custom engagement ring for my fiancé using stones from her grandfather’s ring and the experience was so great we didn’t hesitate to come running right back for our wedding bands! My boyfriend and I booked an appointment at Ring Come True after reading all these positive reviews, and after meeting with Lauren, I can honestly say it was the best experience. Lauren made the experience easy, light hearted, and we didn’t feel an ounce of intimidation! I came in knowing I wanted to look at different sizes of emerald cut diamonds (lab grown and moissanite), and Lauren was patient and let me try different sizes. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Paul for a small informal wedding ceremony - and our experience with him was nothing short of perfect.
We connected with him on a very very short timeline and he accomodated us very generously. His relaxed and confident demeanor gave us all the reassurance we needed.

Sophia and Colin did our wedding florals in August 2025 and we were so thrilled with how things turned out! Communication was so smooth from the start — Sophia quickly provided me with an estimate and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She even warned me that the event candles I picked were less than ideal and recommend an alternate option that was much prettier.

On the day of, I was wowed by how beautiful the flowers were and we felt we received substantial value for what we paid. We received so many compliments on our event florals and our guests were thrilled to be able to bring arrangements home at the end of the night. I couldn’t recommend Riverside enough!

I live in Little Italy and I’ve been going to Riverside for years and they are always so nice, accommodating and not to mention talented! I finally remembered to take pictures of the beautiful bouquet they made for my friend’s birthday. Also: the prices are super reasonable and they’re willing to work with any budget and it always turns out lovely. This particular bunch was $85 with a glass vase and you can request certain flowers/colour palate/flowers you don’t want. 10/10 as always ✨

Every time I’ve ordered from here—whether for clients, friends, or personal occasions—the arrangements are stunning and always fresh. The team is incredibly thoughtful and creative with their designs, and they really go above and beyond to deliver exactly what you envision (or better). The shop has a charming, local feel, but the quality and presentation rival any high-end florist in the city. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sophia and her team on a wedding, and she was absolutely incredible. Detail-oriented, professional, and truly dedicated, she went above and beyond to create stunning floral designs that perfectly complemented the day. We have been Riverside Flowers customers for many years and, whether I purchase flowers to arrange myself or send them to friends, I've been consistently happy with the selection and quality of the flowers.

And now Sophia has raised the bar even further. I was in charge of ordering the flowers for my father-in-law's funeral service. Sophia was so helpful walking me through what would be suitable, under the circumstances, that also fit in with the requests from other family members. We settled on white flowers with hints of purple, pink and blue.

It would not be overstating it to say that the arrangements from Riverside Flowers were breathtaking. The church looked welcoming and comforting for the mourners, something that many people commented on. There were family members watching from BC, Ireland and California. They all commented on how the flowers made them feel like they were present at the service.

We were able to make a last minute plan with Sophia to have the flowers picked up from the church and delivered to the reception which very much added to the atmosphere there too.

Family members took the flowers home and, six days later, despite the intense heat in the church on the day, we are all still finding comfort from some of the blooms. Thank you, Sophia and Colin, for creating comfort and beauty in an otherwise difficult day!

Was it worth the 7 hour flight from Edinburgh to visit this modern day wonder of the world? What a stupid question of course it was!

I’ve been blessed to witness the majesty of Rodney The Tree and The Great Wall of Deerness in 2025. Now we just need 5 more equally magnificent sights to complete the modern day wonders of the world.

Finally made the pilgrimage to see Rodney. That little name plaque sign? Giving main character energy. The landscaping? Serving curb appeal. The vibe? Grounded and deeply rooted. He may be a young tree, but I can see why he's already branching out one heart-shaped leaf at a time as Toronto’s freshest attraction.

10/10 would photosynthesize with him again.

Rodney is truly one of Toronto's hidden gems. He is in such a good location just steps away from trinity bellwoods. Looks like he also went through some renovations recently with a newly planted perimeter. Was quite busy over the sunny weekend so maybe try a cloudy weekday instead. 10/10 will definitely be returning

Rodney has been one of my best friends for the past 5 years! Having him as a roommate was a wonderful experience, and I am grateful to have shared this phase of my life here with him. I encourage everyone to come visit him and say hello! ☺️

I didnt know what to expect before my pilgrimage to rodney. Would it be just a tree, like all the others? I have been hurt before so I was guarded to say the least.

But the day finally came, it was my turn to approach and he really branched out for me. Going out on a limb for someone he had never met before really shows how rooted Rodney is in the community.

Roland is absolutely amazing and went beyond just officiating our wedding. From our first contact and on every step of the way, Roland felt comfortable and reliable. He kept us on track and made everything very easy for us, and as we didn't have a wedding planner, this was invaluable. He took the time to get to know us and created a special and personal ceremony that we'll truly cherish forever.

Roland is also very aware of how to get you the best photos. He guided us and the wedding party on where to start walking, when I should hold my bouquet or pass it to my MOH and the photos look beautiful and there's variety. He really takes care of all the little small details you otherwise wouldn't think of and prevents awkward situations from arising.

We picked Roland because he's able to officiate in both English and Cantonese which was great for us as we had some family members who only spoke Cantonese. He perfectly weaved between the two languages and kept everyone engaged.

Thank you for everything you've done for us, Roland ♡ You were a crucial part to the success of our wedding and it would not have been the same without you.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a ride with Rolls Royce Classic Limos, and I can honestly say it was one of the best transportation experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything about this company screamed professionalism, comfort, and reliability.

First off, their punctuality was spot-on. I booked them for an early morning airport drop-off, and I was a little paranoid about missing my flight. But the driver showed up exactly when they said they would—1:00p.m. sharp, pulling up right outside my door. No waiting around, no last-minute stress. They even sent a text about 15 minutes beforehand to let me know the driver was on the way, which was a nice touch. It’s clear they take “on time” seriously, and for someone like me who values punctuality, that alone was worth its weight in gold.

The car itself? Immaculate. I rode in one of their sleek white Rolls Royces, and it looked like it had just rolled out of a showroom. The exterior was polished to a mirror shine, and the inside was just as impressive—spotless leather seats, no stray crumbs or weird smells, and a cool, fresh vibe that made it feel luxurious without being over-the-top. They had bottled water waiting in the back, which was a small but thoughtful detail after a hectic morning. I don’t know how often they clean those vehicles, but it felt like I was the first passenger of the day, every time.

What really sealed the deal, though, was the driver. His name was Steve, and he was fantastic. Professional but not stiff, friendly without overdoing it—he struck the perfect balance. He greeted me with a smile, handled my luggage like it was his own, and drove so smoothly I barely noticed we were moving. I’m someone who gets a little carsick on long rides, but this was a breeze. He even asked if I had a music preference (I went with some chill jazz), and it made the ride feel personalized. You could tell he wasn’t just there to punch a clock—he genuinely cared about making the trip enjoyable.

The whole experience felt seamless. Booking online was easy, the price was fair for the level of service (not cheap, but you get what you pay for), and there were zero hiccups along the way. I’ve used other limo services before where the car was late or the driver seemed distracted, but Prestige was a cut above. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just getting to the airport without a headache, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way— they’ve earned it.

Wow! We hired Darko in the white classic Rolls Royce for our wedding day and we received the best service ever!!! Totally unforgettable. Would give zero stars if I could. Horrific cancellation 2 weeks before wedding date due to a “mechanical issue” however friends called them and they were able to book the day before the wedding with no issues - turns out the car was in perfect working condition and they just couldn’t be bothered to honour our contract we had in place for 6 MONTHS. Avoid at all costs. Huge thanks to A Rolls Choice for helping us in our time of need - a far better Toronto based company.

My boyfriend has been sending my flowers from this florists, I totally love their arrangements, their vases and the combination of different flowers I always get.

Delivery has always been smooth, most of them made by a very nice man by the name of Don.

I have passed by the shop multiple times and it seems they always have huge inventory on flowers, vases and seasonal arrangements such as for Christmas, Easter, etc.

i told them i want everything wild and less roses not much pink. They gave this. Not roses she said but all looked exactly like roses and nothing wild about it. I paid 84 with tax for this. They were not even willing to change it. Guess i wasnt Canadian enough for them to deserve the service.

Jean was absolutely fantastic and her team created a beautiful wedding bouquet, boutonnières, bud vases and small floral arrangements for our cocktail wedding reception for a very reasonable price. Follow her advice and let her choose the best florals for the day for the best price instead of being selective with the type of florals you want. We got to keep her vases too which are beautiful. Definitely one of the best pastry shops in Toronto. I’ve tried their Earl Grey and Strawberry Parfait, and I prefer the vanilla-based soft serve from the parfait over the Earl Grey. I’m not saying their Earl Grey isn’t good, but I would prefer a more pronounced taste of Earl Grey. That said, both soft serves come with an amazing texture, mouthfeel, and the perfect level of sweetness.

I’ve also tried their Pistachio and Strawberry cake cups, both very nice. I appreciate that Rosella keeps their desserts in a well-balanced sweetness, allowing me to taste the different ingredients dancing together in the cup. They didn’t put cake in the pistachio one; instead, they used puff pastry. I am not a big fan of it, but I do think it’s a good choice, as it goes super well with their amazing pistachio cream.

I find their Madeleine a bit dry, but I think I taste almond flour in it, which makes the taste less flat. I’ll definitely try other items from them in the future.

Roselle doesn’t just do desserts, they do works of art you can eat — and “Next Level” soft serve is exactly that. Imagine Earl Grey tea got dressed up for a Michelin-star gala, then decided to throw in a zesty lemon surprise just to keep things playful. The swirl itself is impossibly creamy, perfumed with tea in the most delicate, elegant way. Then they go ahead and crown it with lemon curd, crisp pearls that crunch like tiny fireworks, and a buttery sable cookie just to remind you they’re not messing around.

Every bite had me questioning if I should slow down to savor… or speed up before someone tried to steal it. Verdict: gone in minutes.

This isn’t just ice cream. This is Next Level living.

Would 100% recommend — bring a friend, but order your own because sharing is not realistic.

Roselle is a hidden gem tucked into the heart of Corktown. It's my favourite go-to dessert spot in the neighbourhood, and often claims a lineup down the street (but don't worry, it moves fast).

The Earl Grey ice cream and birthday cake cups are my personal favourites.

I had the fraisier, Earl grey mousse and a slice of mango passion fruit sponge cake. They were all good but I thought overpriced for what they were. Tasted good… but not amazing. The service was nice. I’ve been there for their soft serve with strawberries sundae and it was good but, again, I found it more expensive than what I thought it was worth.

Their hours make it tricky for those outside of Toronto to get their hands on their products as they are only open a few days a week with limited hours and products that run out fast!

I can't imagine our wedding day without Masoud & the Rosemount team. From our very first meeting, I could tell Masoud understood my vision and would bring the perfect energy to calm my nerves and capture authentic footage that we would look back on for years to come. You can tell Masoud has a true passion for what he does and is super focused and detail oriented. He was also very accommodating and collaborative when it came to picking music to create the perfect edit so we felt like we were part of the process and the video felt true to who we are as a couple.

We had our wedding here last week and it was an amazing experience all through out, Rebeka and Selina ,they made everything easier during planning. They guide us and communicated very well. And on the day of our wedding, our coordinator, Ashley and Sidney are the best, everything run smooth and organized because of them.

I'm a wedding videographer/photographer and always get so excited when my couples are getting married at Roseville Estate!

First off, couples can get ready on site. It is so nice to not have to drive from a getting ready location. You can enjoy your entire wedding day on their gorgeous property.

All of the rooms available to the couple are gorgeous and the grounds are so well maintained and stunning!!

Outdoor cocktail hour? I'm truly obsessed. There's a good amount of shade on site too, which honestly can be hard to find at a lot of venues.

The staff are always so welcoming and kind. They are really on the ball all day to make sure the couple has an incredible experience.

I've never had a bad meal at Roseville (the food is so good!) and as a videographer something I really appreciate is they don't clear plates while a speech is going on. It keeps the focus on the podium and for me I don't have plates and utensils clinking in any audio. Sometimes it's the little things!

I can go on and on about how picturesque the property is. My absolute favorite time is golden hour at Roseville. There isn't a bad place to take pictures! The treeline driveway is so dreamy and the estate itself makes for such a timeless backdrop.

You won't regret booking your wedding at Roseville.

I have a Love HATE opinion about Rove Concepts. Yes they have great looking pieces, and are relatively a higher price point.

After making a considerable investment in the Dresden outdoor seating sectional, the faux teak shelf started to deteriorate, and rapidly.

Remember this is an outdoor set we are taking about. So where does one store their outdoor furniture, outdoors right?

Ours was still in box but outdoors as we were getting a new deck built.

Less than 1 week after we have the couch on the deck, I notice the shelf is starting to bubble (attached photo). Turns out that the teak shelf is only a teak veneer on top of MDF. Needless to say, I contacted customer service (CS) and wanted to see what they would do, as their warranty covers outdoor items for 2 years.

To my surprise, they said nothing could be done because I stored my outdoor couch outdoors, in the box it came in.

No escalation, simply nothing. After spending close to $8,000 for an outdoor couch, this is how they #VALUE their customers.

Now I have to find a way to replace what was once there.

What frustrates me is that, this isn't a couch where this might happen to buyers, it's a matter of time that it does happen to them.

Do better Rove Concepts.

Just be careful before buying their Outdoor version of this couch.

⚠️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Maria Sofa or Rove Concepts

If you’re considering buying the Maria Sofa from Rove Concepts, be prepared to firmly massage your sofa cushions every single day — this is what their customer service advised me when I reached out about a quality issue. Yes, you read that correctly.

I purchased the Maria Sofa from the Rove Concepts Toronto store in March 2024. It was delivered in April and assembled in mid-May. Since then, it’s seen extremely light use — I live alone and am only home a few hours each day. Despite this, by February 2025 (less than a year later), the sofa began sagging and causing back pain after just 10–15 minutes of sitting.

When I contacted Rove’s customer service, their explanation was that the sagging was due to the cushions not being “firmly massaged daily” — and they stressed that the massaging should not be gentle. (I’ve uploaded a screenshot of this response for reference.)

Let’s be clear: the Maria Sofa has a large bottom cushion approximately 2.2m x 0.7m and weighing about 10kg. It is not a small, removable pillow you can fluff with ease. The idea of having to physically massage such a heavy piece of furniture every day to maintain its shape — especially without any clear warning at the time of purchase — is unrealistic and unacceptable.

When I asked why this wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale, they pointed me to a vague statement on their Product Care page:

“Flip, rotate, and fluff removable cushions regularly to ensure even wear and increase longevity.”

In my opinion, this is not a proper disclosure — nor is it reasonable to classify this type of large, heavy base cushion as a “removable cushion” that can be easily maintained.

For a sofa that cost over $4,000, I expected both better quality and more transparency. I bought it to relax on — not to develop back pain or to add daily physical labor into my routine.

I find it extremely disappointing that:
1. The sofa’s structure degraded this quickly with minimal use,
2. Rove Concepts considers daily vigorous massaging of large cushions a standard requirement, and
3. Their customer service response showed little acknowledgment or accountability.

This experience has been frustrating, costly, and deeply disappointing. I’m sharing this so others can be fully informed before deciding to purchase.

Bought the Ophelia bed. Took a LONG time to close the deal as we had delay after delay in the new house construction on our side. Santiago from Rove Concepts has been utmost helpful and patient throughout the process. I would disappear for months, resurface for a question or two, and then disappear again. That didn't discourage Santiago and he continued to be empathetic with my situation. End result? We got a beautiful bed at a pretty good price that met all our needs. The delivery and white gloves option was amazing as well. Courteous crew, did a great job setting it up while keeping everything clean.

All in all a great experience throughout. Would love to bring them more business in the future!

Not happy with my order. I have ordered two nightside tables, the first came with minor paint imperfections which I was fine with but really isn’t great considering its over $400 per table. Second table came with a red marker across the front. I contacted support and they offered to pick up the damaged table with a replacement. The second table came with the same red mark. We noticed that the red string that holds a plastic baggy stains the front wood if left outside of the drawer. We let the support team know and we ordered a third table as a replacement. The third table has arrived with the exact same marking it’s been weeks since I ordered these tables and still after the 4th table they can’t get it right.

I attended the Rove Concepts Warehouse sale expecting to find the best deals on their furniture. They promoted a special offer there where you could buy brand new in box items for a bigger discount than even the active member pricing. My wife and I decided to take advantage of this perceived opportunity. They offered a further discount if I paid with debit rather than credit.
All in, I bought a bed frame for a touch over $1750. Less than a month later, the exact same bed frame went on sale on Rove’s website for $1,470. Not only would I have saved $280, but I could’ve paid with a credit card and earned points—and as a member, I would have also received a 20% promo voucher worth another $294. I reached out and reasonably requested a simple price adjustment in the form of a $280 refund (leaving the voucher and points aside). Rove refused. This was my first time encountering a company that refused a price adjustment on such a large differential within a 30-day window. Buy at your own risk, your "luxury" multi-thousand dollar furniture might be a discount bargain bin item 20 days later.

What a beautiful theatre!!!! Went to see the Star Wars movie with the Toronto Symphony and what an amazing experience it was - truly a must go see event.

The performance was absolutely incredible. Toronto's Symphony is second to none and the theatre is absolutely stunning. They have E.T., Home Alone and other productions I'm definitely going to look into going to in the near future!

The facility was clean, welcoming, warm and tidy. Couldn't have asked for more.

First time in attendance! We saw Beck with the symphony and the music and acoustics were the best. The finest sound of my life. Underground parking was easy. The building is spotlessly clean. Facilities are accommodating and staff is welcoming. Only one disappointment is they will not accept cash. Being a farmer that's all I had. Thankfully another patron helped me out and I paid him my cash. Seriously what gives? Other than that I would absolutely see another performance here.

Polite, organized, friendly people to get you tickets and greet you. The hall is intimate, and the acoustics are good. We had a memorable time watching the performances of Mozart's Jupiter by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

I recently attended an outstanding Japanese drum (taiko) show performed by Todo Company. The performance was incredibly spectacular and impressive. The drums were hypnotic, transporting the audience to a fantastical world. The entire two-hour show was thoroughly enjoyable. The sound quality was magnificent. Ample paid parking options were available around the hall, including underground parking. The venue was also easily accessible by TTC. The staff's courteous and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Roy Thomson Hall shines like a jewel in the city’s heart — its glass dome gleaming with promise, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra offering transcendent beauty, precision, and grace. Inside: culture, elegance, and refinement. Outside: a man bathing in the fountain, trousers around his ankles, unseen and unsheltered. The contrast is jarring.
