Attended the Arena for a Hans Zimmer concert from east of the GTA.

First comment is the ease of access via public transportation. In our case, we ride the Go Train to Union Station and simply walked the few feet to the event.

Very user friendly on where to enter. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Security check was through and profession at entry as well.

Seating area was in a private booth, so yes, very accommodating and supportive.

Washroom facilities were very close and clean.

Overall a great experience and the arena acoustics absolutely supported the concert.

This arena was easy to enter and exit with freindly staff! We were there for a concert and it seemingly had no bad seat. Food selections were varied and tasty. Getting in and out of downtown Toronto can be challenging, recommend stay at a near by hotel for your event to promote an enjoyable experience...

Went for a concert and the venue is perfect for it, very well organized staff and lits of options for food and beverages that make the lineups short. The self serve kiosks are pretty amazing.

The sound was good and no matter where you had seats the visual would have been terrific. Linkin Park nearly blew the roof off the place.

Really easy access to public transit as the arena has a direct hookup to union station connecting you to via, GO or the TTC

Overall, the experience at Scotiabank Arena was awesome – great atmosphere, energy, and facilities. It’s a fantastic venue to enjoy an event, and for the most part, our family really enjoyed being there.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue with our seating. We had booked 8 tickets for the whole family with the expectation that we would be seated together in a row. However, when we arrived, there were two ladies already sitting in the middle of our row, and despite showing our tickets, they refused to move. What was even more disappointing was that the security girl nearby didn’t intervene – she simply told us to sit wherever we could find space. It felt unfair, and I honestly believe those two ladies may have been related to her. Because of that, we couldn’t sit together as a family, which was really frustrating since we had planned the evening as a group experience.

That aside, the arena itself is fantastic, and we still managed to enjoy the event. I hope management pays more attention to seating enforcement so that everyone can fully enjoy their time here.

Visited here for ARR concert. The arena is a long drive from my place. Taking GO train is best to reach . They have multiples gates and organized the crowd so well. I am kind of sensitive to even theatre sounds but the arena sound effects are so clear and entire concert is so good. We enjoyed it. The bathrooms are rush before and after concert . As usual supply and demand the beverages , food are expensive . Only small handbags are allowed and no outside food .

We had Scottify Productions as our wedding DJ & emcee, and he absolutely crushed it!

We got to be very involved with the music selection, curating our own Spotify playlists for our big day. Scott was very understanding, and worked closely with us to bring the vision for our special day to life; he kept the vibe going through every moment of our wedding.

One of the main responses after the wedding from our guests was how much they LOVED the music from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance floor. Not to mention that the photo booth with props was a huge hit, and we would highly recommend including it.

We are very grateful to Scott for leading the vibe on our special day, and we would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding/event DJ!

Scott was so helpful and professional throughout the entire journey! From the initial inquiry, he was very quick with his response times and checked in multiple times leading up to our wedding to make sure we were all good. My husband and I are very picky with our music and we wanted someone who would play the music we liked while leaning into the vibe of the crowd. It was so easy with Scott because he has an app where you can literally put in the music you MUST have, and also include a do not play list. He really eased our minds and it was such a fabulous and fun night!!!!

We absolutely loved having Scottify at our wedding!!! Scott was an incredible DJ from the start he took the time to meet with us, ensure we were feeling okay where we were in our wedding planning process and checked in throughout the time leading up to the event. He was incredibly kind, supportive and encouraging! We absolutely loved just being able to plug our playlists into the site and trusted Scott to mix them perfectly for us! Our dance floor was crowded all night long and we were enjoying the vibes all the way until the end of the night! We also really enjoyed adding on the photobooth! It was such a huge hit at our wedding! We cannot recommend Scottify enough!

Scott is incredible at what he does. Booking a DJ is one of the most important parts of big events, and we’re so happy he was part of our wedding day! He killed it - best vibes and energy. Totally brought the party. He’s as professional as they come and by the end of it, someone who went above and beyond as a wedding vendor. He truly cares about making your day the absolute best it can be - we’re so lucky he was free for our day! We added the Audio Guestbook which was awesome to have after the wedding to listen to special messages from our guests. Thank you Scott!

Scott was the DJ & MC at our wedding this last May at Archeo in Toronto - what an incredible night! In the following weeks, guests shared such wonderful comments about him and his work, and we hands-down agree. From start to finish, he was kind & professional, guiding us with awesome advice and teaching us to use the great music software platform he’s got for playlist building. We felt immediately at ease meeting him over Skype to discuss the vibe and the vision we wanted to bring to life. Day of, he brought such fantastic energy: nailed every single aspect of the day from event transitions, to MC announcements and bringing the party! We opted in to the Audio Guestbook which did not disappoint - you’ve got to go for this add-on! We used SDE for our Wedding photo booth. They were a pleasure to work with! They were always very responsive and I love how customizable the prints were. We sent them the design of our wedding website and they were able to match it beautifully for the photo prints!
Everyone had a blast with the photo booth at the wedding and we got a lot of compliments. I also love the guestbook that came with it! Putting copies of the photos into the guestbook was a fun idea, and now we have even more memories to look back on!

My husband and I hired SDE Weddings for videography, a same day edit and photobooth for our wedding in September. They were recommended by family who used their services two years prior, and we were not disappointed! Both videographers were professional, friendly and had great ideas for fun video clips to help capture our big day. The same day edit was shown after dinner during our reception and it was the highlight of many guests' night. Given the amazing results of the same day edit, we can't wait for the full wedding video! The photobooth was great, guests loved taking photos with fun props and getting copies of the images on the spot. We hired a separate photography company and both groups were professional and worked seamlessly with each other. We would highly recommend SDE for your wedding day!

We used SDE for their Photo Booth service at our wedding in July at Arlington Estate and it was perfect! They were set up ahead of time and the attendant was very friendly! The pricing is very reasonable for everything you get. We love that each guests get's copies of the photos, we got a guest book + all the digital copies. We have received so many compliments from guests that they loved this and it was the best one they have seen at a wedding! We have already been sharing their info for our friends getting married.

We booked their photobooth for our wedding and we are so pleased with the results. Yang was very responsive to our emails and helped us create an amazing template for our photos. Victor was the attendant and he made everyone feel so welcome at the booth. He was so patient while our guests took and re-took photos and allowed our guests to see each photo to ensure they liked them and provided an option to re-take if they were not happy with them. SDE Weddings surpassed my expectations and we are so lucky to have them at our wedding.

Amazing flowers!!! I was so surprised when my husband bought me these beautiful flowers. The flowers were arranged beautifully and are very fresh they were around $80. My husband says the staff were very friendly and even included a a cute card and message. Would definitely recommend!

Stunning flowers, both unique and traditional, excellent customer service, true talent in making arrangements. There are so many beautiful plants and flowered plants. The stuffed animals are so precious, soft and beautiful.

It was a wonderful experience working with the Secret Garden team for my wedding. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, carefully tailoring everything to suit my vision—from the colour theme to the flower selection. A special thank you to Lakiyo for her patience and guidance throughout the entire process. The flower delivery exceeded our expectations—punctual, beautifully arranged, and kept fresh with water tubes. ***Three days after receiving the bouquet, I opened it up to let the flowers breathe, and unfortunately, it completely fell apart. The roses were especially disappointing: extremely low quality, with petals that looked like they were being held together by sheer force. For context, you can get 20 fresh, vibrant roses from Costco for a fifth of the price. Given this unexpected drop in quality, we won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

Secret Garden Flower Shop has been one of my go-to spots for beautiful floral arrangements, and over the years I’ve purchased several bouquets from them. Most recently, I ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely gorgeous. Although on the pricier side, the quality and presentation always felt worth it.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was really disappointing. We ordered a bouquet this week and were shocked by how small it was, especially given the significantly higher price point. It was honestly the smallest bouquet we’ve ever received from them, and it felt completely out of step with the quality and value we had come to expect.

What makes this even more disheartening is that I’ve always loved this flower shop. It’s been such a gem in the North York area with consistently great service and thoughtfully arranged flowers. But after this experience, I’ll sadly be looking for a new local florist. It’s always disappointing to see a place you love start to lose its edge and consistency.

I really hope Secret Garden can return to the standard they were once known for, because I’d love to be tempted to come back one day. For now, I’d also caution others about online ordering, the photos and descriptions can be very different from what you end up receiving, which makes the experience feel a bit risky.

Located next to our family business, we’ve had the pleasure of watching Secret Garden grow and evolve into the iconic flower-shop it has become. I’ve sent and received so many arrangements from Secret Garden in the past few years and they’re always fresh, beautifully arranged and wrapped in their gorgeous signature style. They’re always worth the splurge.

I have had my bridal shower, wedding, baby shower, child’s baptism, and child’s birthday cakes done here. The cakes do not compare to anywhere else. They are always so fresh, beautifully designed and every guest comments that is one of the best cakes they had! Thank you Select bakery!!

I came here for the first time after driving many times past and I wanted to see the inside. I was greeted warmly by staff who gave me great options to try for my first time. A very nice bakery to have a coffee and treat. Their village bread was also very tasty. I hope to come back soon and try their other baked goods and deli assortments.

The melomakarona are the best commercial version I've had in Toronto. The karidopita was very good. The Pouros baklava (walnut- filled, cigar -shaped) was good. I also enjoyed a Greek coffee.

I picked up some Cretan olive oil, mastic, sour cherry juice, mahlepi, and beans.

The staff were very nice.

There are four small tables by the window.

I will definitely be back soon.

Back with the Baklava, as it becomes the baseline for establishing good bakeries, it is filled with a thick layer of walnuts soaked in a sweet, sticky syrup. A pastry that's quickly climbing my personal ranks, Galaktoboureko features a smooth custardy bite with a touch of vanilla, contrasted with the subtly crisp filo dough on top that's soaked with honey syrup.

I booked a trip to Jamaica with Chrystal! She was very helpful, getting me a little bit extra discount on our trip! We stayed at Sandals Ochi, which was a great resort! Private and lots to do. Chrystal was our agent who helped us plan our trip to Cuba this year. She was very kind and honest, the real deal! We will definitely be coming back next year to plan our next trip with Chrystal. We stayed at the Grand aston cayo paredon Hotel in Cuba, Cayo Coco.

This place is a gem! Serano Bakery on Pape in Toronto has such a great selection of baked goods and treats. I came in for cheesecake (which was rich, creamy, and about $6.50 solid portion), but ended up leaving with way more. They have cannoli, butterfly cookies, fresh cheeses, and even gelato!

The setup is simple, grab a number when you walk in and take a look around while you wait. The line moves pretty fast, and the staff are super efficient. Everything is well-organized, and the displays make it easy to spot what you want.

Also love that there’s free parking right in front (around 10 spots). It’s a busy area, but cars come and go quickly, so it wasn’t too hard to get a spot.

Overall, great service, fair prices, and delicious options. I’ll definitely be back.

Updated Review: my husband and I stopped here for a birthday cake Saturday evening. We found the cake we liked, and we requested to write happy birthday. Everything looked good during initial inspection. We went up to the front cash to pay and the man in the white lab coat/man in cash was so rude & so disrespectful. He barely acknowledged us, throw the pin pad at me to pay and didn’t even bother to make any noise while we were leaving.
When we got home, we found a hair sadly.
Worse is, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt except we are a black curly haired household and this was a brown straight hair. Either way, we enjoyed the online experience but won’t be bringing my business nor my coin here again.

Old Review: Our custom cake order was AMAZING. The order experience was simple and I appreciate that they take half upfront, half when you go pick up the cake. We ordered online (email) and picked up when it was ready.

This place is always busy, but everything is well-organized - you take a number and wait your turn. There’s an incredible variety of desserts - it’s hard to choose! They also offer many products imported from Greece. The éclairs are absolutely delicious. The staff and cashiers are friendly and welcoming.

We had such a great experience at Serano Bakery! We stopped in to pick out some treats for a dinner party we were heading to, and the service was excellent. The server took the time to help us choose a beautiful variety of pastries, and they were a total hit at the party. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better. I had the most beautiful experience designing my wedding dress with Larissa, the creative mind behind Serge Jevaguine. Larissa and her team do beautiful work and create absolute works of art! My dress was (and is) more than I could ever have wished for - with stunning detail! I received so many compliments on the dress, just from passersby as I walked through downtown Toronto during our wedding day photoshoot. Larissa herself is a warm and wonderful person, who at every stage made me feel beautiful and comfortable. She took all of my suggestions on board and made absolute certain that all of my wants for the dress were met - even going so far as to design removable sleeves that could be worn for the ceremony only, and then removed for the rest of the day. The quality of the craftsmanship used in making my dress was of the highest caliber - as confirmed by my cleaners post-wedding, who were surprised at how well such a delicate-looking dress stood up to the cleaning process (not a single bead lost!) I now have a true "Legacy Dress" to pass on to my daughter and her daughters after me... I have no hesitation in recommending Larissa and her team to any and all looking to find their dream wedding dress.

I had a very positive experience with Daniel (and his mother) from the moment I stepped into the store. I first liked Serli and Siroan after discovering the selection of unique, classy engagement rings shown on their website, but actually decided to pay them a visit them because of the long history of very satisfied customer reviews.

The reviews are all true, and I had an incredible experience as well. I appreciate efficiency and visited them with a budget, a travel deadline and an idea of what I wanted the ring to look like, and Daniel met and exceeded all of my needs while making my time there very enjoyable. The ring was built and ready to go with plenty of time to spare, and was even better looking than I had hoped. They have very high craftsmanship standards which come through in their final products.

My now fiancé absolutely loved the ring, and as an added bonus it fit perfectly – impressive considering the vague info I gave Daniel when guessing her ring size. We will be recommending Serli and Siroan to our friends, and will return because we know we will receive friendly, exemplary customer service if we do.

I booked three servers for my baby shower. They assisted us with handing out appetizers, pouring our guests' drinks, serving dessert/cutting cake, and helping us keep things in order and tidy.

They followed my instructions and were so attentive to all the details of the event. I even had them come up to me a couple of times during the event to make sure I was eating, ask if I wanted a drink, and even set food aside for me to enjoy at the end of the day.

Well worth the investment, and they were so helpful and wonderful to work with. Will definitely be working with them in the future.

Our server was great! He arrived on time and was very helpful in keeping track of time and events that were supposed to take place (ie toast @7 etc). He figured out the layout of the place and what was required to make it a smooth evening. It was fun talking to him as well. Thanks for pairing him up with our party. The staff, Victoria, Carrie and Merly, were unbelievable at our daughter’s engagement party last night. They worked so hard with such kindness and willingness to help when needed. Because of their top notch service, we were able to relax and enjoy the celebration. Thank you Servers and Shakers!

The office is very organized and well-maintained. I visited twice on the same day for a walk-in, and the experience was smooth both times. The facility is spacious with nearly 25 counters, which made the process efficient. The receptionist was welcoming and clearly explained the mandatory documents required.

I would also like to commend staff member Victoria for her professionalism, patience, and helpfulness during my visit. She provided excellent service and made the process much easier.

I had a good experience with this location I arrived at 8am on Monday, there was a line but once it opened we all got tickets and I was only waiting for less than 10 minutes. It was very quick and efficient. A lot of the staff are Canadian native English speakers which is nice to see

I went in with my mother who is having issues walking. The woman who helps at the counter made sure she was okay and comfortable. The ppl here are empathetic and genuine. So happy with my experience here.

My husband and I visited without an appointment on June 20th, August 14th and September 12th and we were incredibly well taken care of in all of the visits!

We cannot say enough about Seventh Heaven and especially Katelyn. I used Katelyn as my month of coordinator and from the very start, Katelyn was my saving grace—she picked up on all of my cues and orchestrated the most perfect day, even when unexpected hurdles came up. She handled everything so seamlessly that our guests never noticed a thing. I truly could not have survived the day without her.

And the food—wow. Our guests are still raving about it. You can genuinely taste the love and care put into every dish, which is so refreshing because wedding food is rarely something people talk about afterward. Ours was unforgettable. From start to finish, the service, attention to detail, and heart behind this team made our wedding a true 12/10 experience. We are forever grateful.

5 Stars - A Truly Exceptional Catering Experience!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Katelyn at Seventh Heaven Event Catering for our wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to accommodate our guests with food allergies. They took the time to not only understand each dietary need but also create delicious, allergy-friendly dishes that were just as flavorful and beautiful as the rest of the menu.

The word I would use to describe our stay at the Shangri-La Toronto is "meh." The floor lamp in our room didn't work and the coffee station did not have cream or sugar stocked (cream and sugar were delivered when we notified the front desk). I was unable to have a bath because the water in our room was lukewarm, at best. The bathwater was very cold by the time the tub was filled and our showers were not hot enough either. When we ordered room service, the steak my husband ordered was hilariously small - truly, the smallest steak I have ever seen. A steak for ants. The menu did not state the size of the steak and now we know why! Ultimately, we will give the hotel 3 stars because the hotel was very clean and the service staff was very kind and helpful. However, for the price, there were too many instances of disappointment for us to return again.

I want to highlight the Amazing service of the staff at this hotel! Everyone is so kind, oriented to detail and looking to give their guests a pleasant experience. Andre at the front door was extremely helpful and kind helping me find my Uber drivers and loading my baggage. Thanks again to all the staff!

Two nights down, one to go, and honestly, I’m not ready to leave tomorrow! 😂 We’ve absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room itself is spacious and elegant, but what truly makes the experience exceptional is the attention to detail from the staff.

From the moment we arrived, everything has felt seamless and welcoming. The entire team is so kind and thoughtful, and they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel cared for.

One small example that meant a lot to me: the housekeeping team noticed I kept reaching for the hotel’s chamomile tea, and they kindly left a few extra for me. It’s a small gesture, but it shows just how attentive they are.

Also, if you’re staying here, don’t miss the afternoon tea (such a lovely and relaxing experience) and the gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Beautiful space, great equipment, and everything you need for a proper workout.

This is a great hotel! It is well located near restaurants and shopping. With my work I have been in many hotels but this one has an amazing gym, pool and sauna. What differentiate this hotel is the kids clubhouse! With this addition, if you have kids, it really makes it a perfect place for families!! Plus all the staff is welcoming! A special mention for Mary who greets people very warmly and is always working hard taking care of the space!

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Toronto last weekend and had an amazing experience. A special thank you to Anastasia at the front desk, her warm welcome, helpful recommendations for great places to eat and visit, and outstanding service made our stay truly wonderful. I also want to thank the valet staff member who kindly helped me right away with an urgent question (unrelated to parking) and quickly solved my problem, even though I didn’t catch his name. Because of their excellent service, we left with only the best memories and can’t wait to come back!

My family and I stayed in a room with a Queen Bed and Club Lounge access—Room 3443. The window was massive, offering a stunning view of Nathan Phillips Square. Although the room itself felt a bit tight, the overall experience was wonderful. The pool was spacious, and my children truly enjoyed their time there.

One of the highlights of our stay was the evening lounge, which exceeded our expectations. The food selection was impressive, including a variety of Indian dishes and several other international options. I particularly appreciated the snack bar across from the lounge, where guests could enjoy unlimited beverages such as water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.

The hotel’s partnership with Starbucks was another pleasant surprise. I loved that they offered Starbucks hot chocolate and milk, which my kids absolutely enjoyed. If I recall correctly, the lounge operates from 5 PM to 8:30 PM and is located on the 43rd floor.

The view from the lounge was truly breathtaking—you could see the city skyline and Nathan Phillips Square in all its glory. There were plenty of tables and couches by the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to dine while soaking in the view. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening from that vantage point was an unforgettable experience.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton while visiting friends and for work. The location is great and access to the path on hot summer days or cold winter days is great. The rooms have nice views of the square and skyline. The highlight is the pool because it is massive and was great to relaxing in August but I believe they heat it in the winter too. Had a maintenance item come up during my stay and Jonathan, one of the managers, was super swift with helping me out. Much appreciated and will definitely be staying again.

This bakery is by far the best bakery ever! I’ve been going here for years and they’ve done all my cakes from my birthday, friend’s birthdays, to my wedding cake. They are absolutely the best! With the design, delivery, and flavour. They are the complete package. My self and family members have nut allergies and it’s so nice how they are completely nut free. There is no one else better than them! The absolute best bakery 🩷

Where do I begin?! I’d give ten stars if I could! I was following them on Instagram for ages and finally visited today for a cake tasting and it was dellliicccioouussss. The cupcakes were so fresh, beautifully presented and the customer service was warm and kind 💕 The smell when I walked in put me in a trance it was so good! I highly recommend. I’ll be choosing them to do my cake but will be back in the mean time for more treats 😋 thank you short and sweet!

Staff is phenomenal, for my birthday this year, Ness helped my partner surprise me by taking my favourite cupcake chunky monkey and turn it into cake form! They've never done a full version of it before, but it was so successful they've added it to their menu😍

BEST CUPCAKES IN TORONTO! The texture of the red velvet cupcakes is so bouncy and the butter cream icing on the other cupcakes is delicious. The staff were so helpful and nice.

A most pleasant customer experience was had by me on the phone. I ordered the Sprinkler birthday cake. Peanut-free bakery was key because I had dietary restrictions for some of my birthday guests.
The cake was delicious!!!
Party goers thought there was a a heavy amount of icing.
Next time I will specify less.

At our wedding they were great. They kept the energy up and had people on the dance floor all night long. All the group members are highly talented. We couldn't believe how talented the signers were. They are simply an amazing group of musicians who helped make our special day that much more memorable. Our guests still rave about how great the band was. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

We booked Side One to perform at our December wedding at Queen's Landing and it was the best investment we could've made. They were easy to work with, and even proactively contacted the venue coordinator ahead of the event to double check the room set-up details which I really appreciated. But most of all, our guests LOVED them. The dance floor was packed all night and they played a great variety of songs, from classics to more current hits, and even a couple of special request songs that were a 'must' for us. We ran slightly behind schedule but they were so accommodating and adjusted their timeline on the spot with no issues. They are talented, fun and engaging - hire them!!
