We had a fantastic experience working with Jem and her team for our wedding day. From the make-up and hair trial, to the hair and make-up on the day, Jem was so helpful, prompt, and created a wonderful wedding look for myself and the MOTB and MOTG. The touch-up kit was also very handy throughout the day but I didn't really need it as the make-up remained in place. I only did touch ups on the lips - after eating! I would very much recommend this team and would work with them again for any future events.

I don't even know where to start! Everything was top notch with Jem; the service, the punctuality, the quality of her work. All I had to do was sit back and relax 😌 I had such a lovely time during my appointment and would hire Jem in a heartbeat for any other occasion. She's a true Gem 💎 Thanks again 😊

This review is a long time coming but finding the words to adequately thank Jem for what she did on my wedding day have escaped me.

I contracted a separate makeup agency for makeup and hair services for myself and my 5 bridesmaids (3 total artists contracted). The artists were switched out multiple times due to varying reasons, ending up with the aforementioned agency being required to contract out for my hair and makeup services as well as two services on bridesmaids.

Jem saved my wedding day. Period.

The two artists from the other agency were not prepared (no makeup lights, extension cords etc.) and honesty just didn't bring the vibe necessary for a wedding day. The quality of their work was not up to the level promised by the agency as well.

Not only did Jem make me look my absolute best, she fixed the other artists work and provided them with lights and cords (and some professional choice words when they asked me- the bride, to clean up the lights). She was SO much fun , and made me feel so comfortable on my wedding day. I don't typically wear makeup or have my hair styled so she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I had a few bridesmaids ask for her information after because of how impressed they were with her work.

Jem, thank you from the bottom of my heart. We got my wedding video this past week and theres a clip of you doing final touchups before I did my first look and I just remembered how awesome our morning was together. You are so gifted and you bring such positive energy to every room you enter.

Working with Jem and her incredible team is the easiest most amazing experience - every time! I routinely recommend this team to my bridal clients without fail and without hesitation. Right from initial inquiry, the information provided is timely and incredibly detailed. You are left feeling prepared to make an informed decision. For trials and the lead up to services, Jem and all of the artists certainly take the time to go through an analysis of your skin, and make recommendations for what will work best on your wedding day. She is always providing advice, and always willing to listen. On event days, Jem and all of the other artists are on time, professional, pleasant, and do a damn good job at making everyone in the chair feel special. I love this team, and I cannot recommend them enough!

We booked a day trip 8/30/25 from Toronto to Niagara Falls (Canadian side) with TBCL and had a wonderful experience! Our tour guide, David, was excellent—he shared so much history about the areas we toured and kept things fun with his good humor. He also made sure we were safe and comfortable the entire time. Vito, our driver, did a great job as well.

Our first stop was the Niagara College Teaching School, where we enjoyed three samples of their excellent wine—such a great way to start the day. Lunch was delicious and came with a beautiful view of the Falls, which made the experience even more special. The boat cruise was another highlight—yes, we got a little wet, but it was absolutely worth it for the up-close view of the Falls!

Both David and Vito worked very hard to give us a memorable experience, and it really showed. We made sure to tip them well as a thank-you for their efforts. Tips are encouraged and appreciated since it’s a big part of how guides and drivers are compensated.

Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a fun, safe, and unforgettable way to see Niagara Falls!

Wonderful day out with driver Don and host Dave who delivered a perfect commentary as we visited Niagara falls, a winery and Niagara on the lake. Superb itinerary, plenty of time at each stop and a safe timely return into Toronto. Highly recommended.

We recently took the Niagara Falls tours it was amazing!
Our tour guide David was exceptional and made the trip so enjoyable. His knowledge of the area and Canada was exceptional and make the trip so interesting. Everything was carefully planned with plenty of stops and we never felt rushed.
Don our driver was also brilliant, friendly and calm and full of little tips about the best views, where to avoid etc.
We would recommend them, the tour and the company completely.

We had a wonderful time with the Toronto Bus Company on the Niagara Falls tour yesterday and everything went to plan, not just that, it even exceeded it.

From being picked up promptly by Shaf our driver / guide and to enjoying a stop at a picturesque winery for tastings everything was perfect.

The lunch was superb and the views from the restaurant windows overlooking the falls, stunning. There was then ample time to walk through the tunnels to the foot of the falls and to then enjoy the promenade views of the waterfalls.

We also enjoyed our one hour stop at Niagara on the Lake which is such a a pretty little town with its quaint little shops and horse and carts.

We never felt rushed and the timings were just right in each location. I'd highly recommend taking this day trip when visiting Toronto as it's so much easier than taking the train or hiring a car.

We booked shuttles for our wedding this past weekend - to drive our guests from the venue back to the hotel safely. Shuttles were great! And arrived on time each time. (We had 4 departure times). Good customer service. Amazing price for service. Very happy with the company. Highly recommend.

They were great to deal with. They emailed me very quickly confirming my booking and an offer to assist for future. And not just a general email either! I got an actual person looking after my booking.

Used them for my wedding transportation and they were great to deal with, and the prices was very fair. Had a little hiccup with the payment method and they got back to me and everything was dealt with professionally and quickly. Would 100% recommend using their services.

The service was amazing I felt supported throughout the whole process. I would get a phone call from a real person in the week before and the day before the event to confirm the details. The bus driver was extremely nice and accommodating even when I gave some questionable instructions to enter a parking lot that may have been to small. He found a visible area near where I said. Nothing felt sketchy and no additional charges were made because I didn't need to change the plan. And even after the event they followed up to make sure it went smoothly and they sent me a breakdown when I requested it :) Would recommend to someone else for sure

Great customer service. There could be better communication between customer success manager, bus dispatch and customer but overall, very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

Wish to have more flowers around and make it more inviting. Your old benches should be updated. Will be a good ideas to install umbrellas with chairs around fountains( for some reason I didn’t see them working this summer 2024)

Our Toronto City Hall is in the shape of a UFO! 🛸 That alone puts it on the map for a destination location. 🍁 Nathan Philip Square boasts the public skating rink ⛸️ in the winter as well as a huge Christmas Tree 🎄, which has been a holiday tradition for as long as I can remember. In the summertime, NPS hosts numerous events and on Queen Street you’ll find a vast array of food trucks 🌭🌮🍔🍕. I have attended my best friends wedding 💒💍 at City Hall and when you leave the space ship, well, there are those moments where you feel transported at times. The Toronto sign along with the Indigenous Wheel and Maple Leaf, those are photo ops waiting to happen. If you’re visiting Toronto I highly recommend City Hall and Nathan Philip Square for some classic but distinguishable tourist shots and if you live here, same rules apply! 📸🛸🍁

I was beyond moved today when a friend from Agnutmaqan and visited the Spirit Garden for the first time. The Turtle, Spirit Canoe, Teaching Lodge, Two-Row Walkway and the Three Sisters Garden were magical!!

Rooms badly need updating. The bed was small, hard and uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, and the a/c so loud and rattling that it woke me up every time it re-engaged. Everything we put in the mini-fridge came out frozen solid, even though we tried adjusting the temperature when we first discovered it. HOWEVER, the room was spotless and the linens were nice. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, especially the maids. Pool area and common areas are lovely and well kept. The location is convenient - outside of downtown but close enough to get there easily. Ample parking that was included in our room rate. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked nice. Found it annoying that the little cabana at the pool had coffee and tea for sale but no water. Also, there were signs advertising the pool open until 10pm in summer but it was closed when we tried to go at 8:45pm.
Update the beds, fridge and a/c and I would give the rooms 5 stars. Not luxury but very good value for money.

The hotel looked great from the outside and in the lobby. Checking in was quick, which was good since we arrived late. But the room was super old. The wallpaper was peeling in places. The beds were rock hard, and the pillows were awful. The toilet barely flushed. The water took forever to heat up, if at all. And the worst part was the bathtub. I don't know if they didn't seal it right, but, oh my god.Everytime you showered, it was like surfing because under the tub was full of water. And because the water was trapped, it barely drained, so it just pooled around your feet. After the weekend, the tub was seriously gross, even though we cleaned it after each shower. Then, when we went to the pool, the card didn't work. After swimming, the room key still didn't work. We went to the front desk to fix it, and the woman there was super rude. This hotel is okay if you're on a budget, but you definitely get what you pay for, ya know? 🙈

Honestly the staff was so nice but that dosnt make up for the dirty rooms. You can’t even take your shoes off. We were upgraded to a “new” room which yes was much better than the first but the “upgraded” room should just be the regular room; clean. I now understand why there’s mixed reviews for this hotel. Depends which room you get.

The website told a different story than being there in person. It seemed very run down. In our room you could see the outside in the cracks in the door going to the balcony. On the balcony the paint was peeling from the ceiling. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling. The bathtub did not drain well. The desk chair was broken. I was not pleased at all with my experience.

The hotel staff were very kind, polite and helpful.

The road on the way in is quite bumpy, and the parking signs are misleading.

The room was okay. There was a noticeable smell upon entering the room. Two double beds, decent comfort. The washroom needs some help, draining issues, the toilet wasn't cleaned, the travel products were half empty.

The breakfast, not worth your while. Expensive for the limited options, and lack of sauces, drinks, and options.

Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but, it was good for my budget at the time of purchase.

Every time I rent an item, it's in pristine condition. Delivery is always punctual, set up smoothly, and picked up without any hassle. Super reliable and so easy to work with! And the best part—there’s such a huge selection of stunning items to choose from for all kinds of events. Highly recommend!

Attended Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel The Exhibition. It was awesome! When you realize this was done in the 1500s, amazing! It is only on in Toronto until Apr. 2/23.

Can't thank the staff enough! They did so much to make the entire day perfect. The service, attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. The owner is so great to work with. The food and bar service were exceptional. We saved so much money and worry on decor, as they have so many items available for use. Have never been here, had never heard of it. Not surprising with the lacklustre name! This space is made for parties and special events. Cool indoor space, with all sorts of options, large outdoor patio area. Just loved it!

I recently attended an event at the Toronto Event Centre, and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The venue itself is really beautiful, with modern and stylish decor that creates a vibrant atmosphere and makes one really get involved with ongoing activities.

The event I attended was well organized, everything was evenly coordinated. I would like to attend more such events at this venue.

Kristine organized my 50th birthday party and she did a fantastic job. She was attentive to my needs, she offered creative ideas and solutions and also worked within within my budget. The party was beautiful and full of special touches that made it a truly unique backyard celebration. I highly recommend Kristine!

Kristine and her team were amazing!!! I could not have gone through our "4-day" wedding without her support. She took time to learn about our culture and the associated rituals. I traveled to Toronto for my brother's bachelor party. Being unfamiliar with the area I reached out to Kristine for event planning for the weekend. She took care of almost everything for us. We are a makeup and hairstyling academy from London UK and rented the studio for some masterclasses we ran in Toronto & it was absolutely perfect! The space is amazing, so much natural light & such a fabulous vibe to teach & take some beautiful photos & videos. The manager Danny was above & beyond helpful - super-responsive even when he was overseas on holiday himself. All of our extra requests were always accommodated. The studio was beautiful and Dan (the owner/runner) was so easy to communicate with and knew his stuff. Options for parking, had AC (though may be too noisy to leave on during shooting, FYI!), all the amenities, great bathroom and dressing room. Also great natural light option, and has studio lighting options (is extra but the lighting equipment is great quality). Room is voice controlled which is great. Clean, well maintained place! Will 110% book again!!

My experience at this space was amazing! To start, Danny was a fantastic host and was very accommodating and helpful to any requests that I had. I had every questioned answered and it made the whole process swift and easy.

The space looked great on the website but breathtaking in person. The Boho theme was relaxing but elegant and it set the entire vibe of what I was going for. Every guest that came in also had incredible things to say about the look and decor of the place. It was a very spacious space and easily fit 30 people with no problem at all.

Overall I was absolutely satisfied with what the space had to offer and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in renting this place out for an event.

The service and communication with the flowercompany.ca was impressive. I had made a change after ordering online and emailed them right away. They replied quickly and made the change. The potted Azalea was delivered as scheduled. The Azaleas was stunning and beautiful presented.

Terrible experience. I ordered mixed O'Hara banquet, on the website it's white and pink color. When it arrives it's white and orange, and the white roses are already withering. Besides they have moved out of this location, and they don't pick up calls, nor answering WhatsApp messages. Do not buy from them

This bouquet was delivered to me on Feb
24th 2024 as a celebration of my birthday. Those pictures were taken three days after receiving them. The flowers were old (not fresh at all), and they were also delivered to the wrong address (the person who delivered did not even check the name/last name to match what was written on the address.)

I contacted this company as they said that if we were not satisfied with the flowers received, they would replace or refund us.

This is a lie! After exchanging emails with Esteban every other day and waiting for his reply, nothing has happened. In my last email, he asked if I could send the order number. (REALLY?! Should I also ask my friend how much she paid for the flowers?) That is so rude after I sent them all the pictures I am posting here and the card my friend sent me with my address, the day, and the time it was delivered. Can't they track with all the information I sent? Very disorganized!

So, I decided to check their reviews here on Google, and to my surprise, I saw that many people were unhappy with their service and product.
Lousy customer service; they promised a replacement at the beginning of this week, but nothing has happened. I wouldn't like to expose my friend's present and dissatisfaction with the service this company provided. Still, after reading the reviews, I will contact my friend and explain that. Unfortunately, she wasted her money with this company.
I do not recommend them as the quality of the flowers is terrible and customer service is poor and careless.

They left our flowers out in the cold overnight to freeze, then they refused to answer the phone. Good luck trying to reach them on the phone. All they do is hang up on you when you have a complaint.

Since I first left a review, I did receive a replacement bouquet which was much nicer than the first one and they did actually pay us back for 50% of the First order. However, we will still never choose this company again… Thanks for trying to make it right though! 👍💖

I had a great experience! I asked for a bouquet with my budget and color theme and they made one right away - took around 10-20 minutes. He asked multiple times if I liked the arrangement and asked if I wanted to change any flowers. I also asked him to remove some that were not looking the best and he quickly replaced them with different fresh flowers. The wrapping is great and the result speaks for itself! Definitely go in, don’t hesitate to ask for swaps or certain flowers and enjoy your beautiful bouquet! Also he honored my budget which was amazing. I will definitely be going back whenever I need flowers

I don’t recommend this place to get bridal bouquets. I was disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered to my place (pic 1) It didn’t look fresh or as good as the picture shown on their website; some petals even looked old. Luckily I had ordered them the day before my ceremony, so my friends were able to create a beautiful bouquet for my ceremony as shown in pic 2.

I ordered my bridal bouquet from Toronto Flower Gallery and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The bouquet was absolutely stunning; fresh, beautifully arranged, and exactly like the photo I had provided.
What stood out even more was their exceptional customer service. I needed to reschedule the delivery, and they were so accommodating and supportive throughout. The bouquet arrived right on time and stayed fresh for several days after. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care. Highly recommended for any special occasion :)

Do not buy from here if you're looking for a bulk order.
I ordered 3 weeks in advance on May 10th for a May 30th delivery. They replied on May 17th and told me the cutoff for payment for that delivery date was May 21st. I called and emailed numerous times between May 17th and 21st, and finally got the invoice after calling (and being assured I'd be receiving the invoice) multiple times on May 21st.
They originally quoted me $18.99 for delivery to Mississauga, but I was told that this was an error on the staff's part and the delivery would actually be $50, which I paid despite being told originally it would be cheaper. Their "solution" was to send me less flowers to stay within my budget.
I ordered the flowers and gave clear instructions about what I wanted. I received an email the day prior that they did not have ONE of the items I wanted, so they replaced it with something else, which I agreed to.
I received the order and was shocked. I ordered yellow and white daisies and asked that they are cohesive. I received 3 different shades of yellow, white, and a green one. I also asked for dark pink and light pink carnations, and instead was given a mix of novelty carnations, including light pink, white with pink, pink with yellow, and dusty rose carnations. None of these items were cohesive, and they were aware this was for an event. They told me I wasn't specific enough and they assumed I would want "a variety" for my event (they never communicated with me about providing "a variety" and I never approved this).
I was told they would go to the market to exchange the daisies and carnations, and was additionally told I would be contacted with what they were bringing me. This, however, is only after they blamed me for "not being specific enough" with my order. I sent them photos of the daisies I wanted. I was told they got the white and yellow daisies that morning, but the owner did not reply to my text asking for photos of what she was bringing me.The owner brought what she got from the market to my house, and left them in the bag on the floor, snatching the bucket from me and running to her car.
I called and told them that the items were not what I wanted, and the owner drove back to my house and banged hard on my glass door, to the point where I was worried she'd break it. After insisting that she would not give me a refund, she tried to snatch the flowers from my hands, which I told her not to do. She laughed in my face.
I was told they would only give me a refund if I gave them back the items, but they would not provide further replacement. I refused and exaplained it was because I needed flowers for the event the following day, and wanted to make sure first that I would have replacement flowers from another store before I gave them back the flowers, and asked if they could come back the following day. They said they would not because they "already paid for two deliveries" for me, and asked me to drive to their store to get a refund. I refused, because again... I paid $50 for delivery already. Not my fault they messed up my order.
The owner laughed and drove off, and I once again asked for a refund, which they refused. I ended up having to pay $60 to replace some of the items and had to communicate to my client that they were not getting the items they asked for, which affects my business.
The whole while, I was getting blamed, getting my door banged on, getting yelled at or given excuses, and still not being provided what I asked for. I guarantee the replies to this from the company will also being shifting blame or making excuses.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Don't deal with this place.

I recently attended my cousin's mehndi party at the Toronto Grand Convention Centre, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This venue truly knows how to host an event.

First and foremost, the hall itself is stunning. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor really set the stage for a memorable celebration. The staff at the Toronto Grand Convention Centre were exceptional. They were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive throughout the event. The ladies serving appetizers ensured that there was plenty for everyone, and they were always on hand to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality were greatly appreciated by all the guests.

The food was absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. Many of my boys, including myself, were raving about the quality and taste of the food.

In addition to the great food and service, the overall experience was fantastic. The spacious hall easily accommodated all our guests, and the layout was perfect for a large gathering.

I highly recommend the Toronto Grand Convention Centre for any event, whether it's a wedding, a party, or any other special occasion. You won't be disappointed if you choose this venue for your next event.

We had our wedding at Toronto Grand Hall and honestly, it was everything we hoped for and more. The venue is beautiful, but what really stood out was the amazing team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The place is good clean and easily spacious.
However the management needs to tweak the settings on the projectors to stay turned on at all times during an event not time out and power down after few mins of inactivity.
2, their dinner menu needs major taste upgrade. The food doesn't taste that great.

I chose Toronto Grand Convention Centre for my wedding in May of 2023. One of the main reasons I selected this hall was because after attending a few weddings in the past, I was assured I would be content with the final result. And that's exactly what happened. From decor and setting to taste of food. From servers being attentive to the management being kind and helpful with every request. My big day was exactly what I desired it to be. I can't place enough emphasis on how happy I was to choose this hall for the most important day of my life. I am thankful to the management for leaving no effort behind on carrying out such a vision. The pictures do no justice to how gorgeous everything was. I have already recommended this hall to my friends and people of the community. It's only fair that they're able to make their special day even more special!

Great experience! We booked the Lincoln Navigator SUV limo for a bachelorette party and all went perfectly. The booking process through Richard with quick and super simple! He also gave us a great deal and was super responsive with any questions/updates we had prior to. On the day-of, the limo was right on time and our driver Mark was the sweetest person! He was super great when coordinating pick-ups and the timing from location to location. We had also decorated the inside with balloons and streamers, and they said they'd take care of everything at the end of the night.
