I received GORGEOUS lilies from a friend ordered from Bloomen. Such a gorgeous bouquet, just full!!! So many lilies my vase was bursting! They arrived all as buds and it was really fun watching them bloom throughout the week. I loved my bouquet so much that I just placed a new order for myself!

Update: I have to remove 3 stars due to a negative experience while placing the second order. I added their vase because I liked the way it looked in the image, it was a different shape than the vases I already had. At no point during checkout or when adding to cart did it inform me that I might be sent a different vase. I was sent a totally different vase and actually it was exactly the same as the one I already had. After a ton of back and forth with them, they wouldn’t agree to either refund the amount I paid for the vase nor to deliver the correct one, I even offered to return the original vase that I didn’t want. The solution we landed on was I had to place another order, with a deadline, and they would send the right vase then.

However, I have decided this does not suit me as the quality of my second order was not good - I ordered sunflowers and they were crushed petals in odd directions and very small too. Since then, I have found the bouquets I can get from stores like Whole Foods and Eataly are much higher quality and a very tiny fraction of the price (like $13 instead of $70+ for the same amount of flowers). Perhaps the issue is with their delivery as that could’ve been when the petals got crushed or misshapen. I have such sunflowers from Eataly sitting on my table right now, so I cannot bring myself to spend another $50+ at Bloomen just for the vase - especially given the tight deadline. If you have a high quality grocery store near you and aren’t dependent on the delivery, I recommend using that. The quality and longevity of the flowers seem to be the same or better and it’s much better value for money.

So the flowers are gorgeous. They came beautifully wrapped and exactly as my husband ordered. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the delivery man laid them on the front step instead of ringing the doorbell. I was home and near the door and not even a ring or a knock. I think especially with fresh flowers they should knock

Ordered flowers bouquet for my daughter’s birthday, they were really nice. Flowers were absolutely beautiful & my daughter was really happy & surprised with the delivery. Everything was smooth, ordering online was easy peasy, service was awesome & price is very reasonable. Definitely will order again in the future from this shop. I’m very happy & satisfied with their service.

Unfortunately flowers looked like they had been riding around in a hot car for two days before they arrived … one flower was basically wilted away and many were dropping browning petals. Were not fresh looking at all. Even the stems looked brown and water was cloudy.

I recently ordered from Bloomen for my anniversary, with delivery to a hotel nearby, and the experience was excellent. The ordering process was quick, easy, and hassle-free.

The flowers were delivered earlier than expected and were absolutely gorgeous — fresh, vibrant, and beautifully preserved.

Highly recommend Bloomen for anyone looking for beautiful flowers and reliable, thoughtful service and great value compared to other nearby shops.

Beyond disappointed in this company and the quality of their product and costumer service. They may advertise reasonable prices but what you get is not even close to what they advertise. Their customer service is slow and poor. My take away is they are happy to get your business but take no responsibility for their products. Pay a little more for better service and quality elsewhere or go to a grocery store and buy fresher and better quality flowers. These pictures are what I ordered vs what I got.

I first heard of Bloomex when my manager sent me flowers through them for my grandfather’s passing. The flowers were nice, although the delivery was late. Based on that, I decided to give them a try myself.

I placed an order online with express delivery for the morning. When the flowers hadn’t arrived, I called at 12:05 and spoke with someone who was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told that my location was “a bit far” from their warehouse, which I understand—but that’s not my issue. I paid for express delivery, and it’s Bloomex’s responsibility to manage that service. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. Had they told me upfront that delivery would be late, I would have been more understanding.

When the flowers finally arrived, they did not look fresh. They were already wilting and seemed like they wouldn’t last long. Between the poor customer service, lack of reliability, and low-quality flowers, I will not be ordering from Bloomex again.

I truly wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company. I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement for a friend whose mother had just passed away. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. I even paid extra to ensure the arrangement would be in full bloom, but what arrived was sparse and disappointing, easily the most underwhelming arrangement I’ve ever seen.

Not only was it a waste of money, but it also failed to properly convey the sympathy and care I intended to express. This experience was incredibly frustrating during an already emotional time. I believe a full refund is more than warranted.

I rarely ever complain or leave negative reviews but I'm beyond disappointed, frustrated and angry about my recent order. The experience was nothing short of appalling and fell far below the expectations the advertising set.

I paid nearly $60 for the flowers for my mother's 60th birthday and instead of adding joy to her day, the delivery completely ruined it! The greenery arrived dead with brown spots, the bouquet contained barely any roses and the arrangement looked nothing like the photo advertised.

Further, the flowers look like they are going to die. Mind you, I've already put theme in a vase in an attempt to bring them back to life. To make matters worse, the balloon was delivered flat and deflated, and the "card" was nothing more than a thin advertising flyer with the message on the back. My mother didn't even notice the birthday message because it wasn't attached to the arrangement.

Even my mother remarked that she would have preferred flowers from Walmart, Superstore, etc. over what Bloomex delivered as even grocery store flowers are better quality than those sad excuse of flowers given by Bloomex.

I emailed Bloomex the same day, still no response. I'm deeply upset and still would like a full refund given their failure to deliver the service and quality promised. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Bloomex, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered the Enchanted Cottage for the price of $49.99 (tax and delivery not included). However, when I received it, I was very dismayed and disappointed by how it looked. It is very far from the picture posted on your website. I understand that I ordered the regular size, but for that amount, I expected more. The bouquet I received looks like it is only worth about $20.

I reached out to them and asked for at least a partial refund as I wasn’t satisfied with my order. After a few email exchanges with them, they told me that that flowers on their website and what I received are the same. Yes, I get that they are the same. But the price for the bouquet I paid doesn’t seem like the one I received. Take note, their flowers are not even the freshest one I’ve seen.

I felt sad for my friend, so I bought more flowers just to make it look nicer.

When you have a party coming up, there’s usually so much stress about everything, but without even meeting in person—just by talking and sending pictures—he knew exactly what we wanted. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my employer this week. The next day, the lilies started to droop. I contacted the florist in the evening, and she immediately responded, and kindly offered me a new bouquet.

The following day, I trimmed the ends of the lilies and they bloomed. I reached out to advise Chris that I had forgotten to trim the ends, and she didn’t need to send me another bouquet, as it was stunning and healthy.

Again, Chris responded immediately, and said that she still wanted to send me out a replacement bouquet, and that they were going to include instructions in their flower deliveries moving forward.

Every communication was filled with kindness and a desire to make things right. Even when I said I things were ok, they still sent another huge bouquet, requiring two vases, even asking what palette I would like. You don’t see customer service like this very often, and when I asked Chris for her name, she was sure to mention that it wasn’t just her, it was her team. Not only does Bloor Village flower shop deliver beautifully crafted bouquets, they care about their customers and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Chris and team for an outstanding experience. I am excited to purchase flowers from your shop in the future.

Bloor Village Flowers made my floral vision come to life for my wedding! My theme was rustic boho and they did the most amazing job. I ordered two larger flower arrangements which I had placed at the top of the alter. The flowers were then brought inside during the reception and sat at the base of my arch. For my centre pieces, I wanted something very simple, so I just asked for cream roses and baby’s breath. My bouquet, maid of honour bouquet, boutonnières and corsages all matched the same theme. The colours were exactly what I wanted. I originally went into the store with my partner and we browsed the flowers they had. We grabbed all the pieces we liked and they were able to quickly put together ideas of how the boutonnières and corsages would look like. For the bouquet and large arrangement, I simply said I wanted the same colours but just grander. Everything was so beautiful. I can’t wait to share the professional photos with Christina and her mom.

I didn't want to overwhelm myself with dress shopping so I only went to one other store and my experience at Blu Ivory was so much better. The store is clean and felt cozy. They have a more private room that is good for larger groups, however, my entourage was small so we would have fit fine anywhere!

I never felt pressured to make a decision and the associate who helped me was very fun and casual, which is what you want when trying on wedding dresses!

They have a range of dresses at different price points which is great, and I appreciated their selection of "curvy" sample dresses.

Once I purchased my dress, the process was very smooth for making additional appointments for alterations and pick-up.

I went dress shopping in Blu Ivory last week and had an amazing experience. Gillian assisted us and she was nothing but spectacular. The selection of dresses is amazing. Would highly recommend!

I went to several bridal shops across Toronto and had one of the best experiences at Blu Ivory, which is also where I ordered my dress. I came in knowing exactly what type of dress I wanted but Gillian was amazing at pulling great alternatives which made the final decision so difficult! She was patient and really made the vision come to life by adding a matching veil, making me see the dress in different lighting etc.

The shop is clean and has a great selection for all budgets. I really appreciated that they have the dresses on their website with price ranges so you can efficiently plan your appointments. I'm looking forward to picking up my dress in a few months!

Blu Ivory was the first store I visited when searching for my wedding dress. I was feeling so anxious before the day started but having Gillian as my consultant made my experience seem like I was trying on dresses with my best friend. She was so warm, kind, and friendly and was honestly such a cheerleader with everything I tried on. I wasn't really sure what I wanted going into the appointment, but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making recommendations that helped me narrow down what styles I liked. Although I didn't find my dream dress here, I would recommend this boutique and Gillian in a heartbeat. It made my experience such a joy and positive one.

Such an incredible experience. Will definitely return. The atmosphere is so pristine and classy. Great for a date night or dinner with friends. Our server Steve was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and made great suggestions. He was such a delight. The food is out of this world. You have to order the calamari. It’s a must. The steak was cooked perfectly and with love. Actually every dish we had just blew us away.

An outstanding Summerlicious dining experience for our family!! Our server, Sabrina, was exceptionally friendly and made us feel genuinely welcomed and special. I had specific dietary requests for each course, and to my delight, all three dishes were not only accommodated flawlessly but also exceeded expectations; they tasted just like something lovingly prepared at home. Huge compliments to the chef. The rest of the staff were also attentive and highly professional, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with great food and warm service.

I came during Summerlicious. I liked the appetizer and the dessert. The mains were just okay. Chicken was a bit dry. Service was pretty good. I wasn’t a fan of how close the tables were set next to each other, I could hear the next tables conversations and overall it was pretty loud inside the restaurant.

We combined the 3-course “Summerlicios” (a summer restaurant festival in Toronto) with the 5-course “Tasting menu”.

You get a couple of complimentary slices of focaccia bread with olive oil.

Truffled Beef Carpaccio
The portion is pretty small (probably due to the pre-fix menu, although some other places often serve standard-sized dishes even with prix fixe)That said, the flavors of capers, pickled veggies, and parmesan make such a wonderful ornament for beef carpaccio. It was lovely.

Ahi Tuna Tartare
Good pairing of raw tuna and avocado. There is a nice – and too often exploited, - texture contrast between thin crispy sweet potato chip and soft tuna-avocado mix. It was good, but not impressive.

Italian Burrata
When you mix all the ingredients – tomato, peach, salsa verde, almonds, and burrata, - you get a good combination of crispy, fresh, and creamy textures, but the flavor lacked any distinction: it was neither salty, sour, sweet, nor bitter. Just unmemorable.

Grilled Calamari with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis
I don't have any particular complaints (though my wife found calamari a bit over-grilled), but I wasn't excited by the dish. It was good, but boring, with emphasis on salty notes from caper berries.

Tomato Madeira Braised Beef Cheek
The braised beef cheek was tender, but I wasn't able to detect any Madeira flavor.
The asparagus was overcooked and bitter. Roasted polenta was a good pair for the beef cheek, but I expected much more and left disappointed.

Grilled Branzino
Arguably the worst branzino we ate in the past couple of year - bitter from grill with equally unpleasant over-grilled asparagus. Although, I admit the fish wasn’t overcooked or too dry.

Pistachio Tiramisu
It was not the worst Tiramisu I had, but definitely not the best. Still, the crushed pistachios as well as pistachio-infused mascarpone made the desert above average.

Strawberry Panna Cotta
Not bad, but nothing special.

Conclusion: aside from the good service, our most prevailing feeling during the dinner was gastronomic boredom and sense of failed expectations.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Had a wonderful experience at Blu Ristorante! The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed with great vibes throughout with their new King street location. The pizza options were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I also got to try some of their new dessert items, their new pistachio tiramisu was the perfect sweet finish to the meal. Highly recommend for a night out with great food, ambiance and live music!

The girls have always been lovely working inside the store. I got a ring engraved. Got a text that it was ready for pick up the website and Google says that they’re open till seven. I arrive right at 6 o’clock and a girl motions inside that they’re not open so a little frustratedI travelled a half hour across town for no reason.

My partner fell in love with a sapphire here at the queen location. I must say the customer service was fantastic. They were so warm and welcoming. Sarah, Sophie, Sarah and team were amazing. They were so helpful and supportive throughout the entire journey. Can’t say enough about the people working here and the beautiful one of a kind engagement ring!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I ordered the "a deep love" band for my wedding band about 6 weeks before my wedding, cutting it a little close, but should be able to get it on time. Well I was clearly overwhelmed with wedding planning because I ordered the wrong size! By the time I realized, it was only 5 weeks before the wedding. I called them in a panic and let them know what happened, hoping they could help me. They were so amazing on the phone and did not make me feel stupid for my silly mistake. They even texted me and answered all of my questions. They said they could make it work, and were going to make me a whole new ring in the correct size because they didn't want to weaken it by resizing it. When I told them my wedding date they took that into consideration, and would rush ship it to me. I ended up getting it 1 week before the big day, and it is absolutely perfect! I love it so much, and it compliments my engagement ring so well. Thank you so much to this wonderful business for creating beautiful jewelry and having the best customer service.

Today July 31,2025 I went to this store at 10:30am. I asked the old man there if he could re-thread some broken pearls and jade beads. He says that I have to buy strings and each will cost $15, I thought that was a bit much so I asked if he could do each for $10...well he got down right rude told me to go elsewhere first time in this damn store so I went across to Hi beads which was a very good decision. She was patient and kind and she charged $8:00 each for all 5 items. Bling is ripping you off. Same work for less. Disgusting bad manner. I would be telling many not to come here. One star is way too much.

Cortney is amazing. Incredibly organized, talented and kind. She somehow got my frizzy hair to behave during a heatwave and IT DID NOT DROP. I decided to change a few things for the day of from what we played with on our bridal trial and she was SO good at modifying it.

I felt so beautiful and all my bridesmaids did too. Each of my ladies had a different vibe and each hairstyle came out so refined and classy.

I can’t say enough positive things about our hair! From the start, Courtney listened to my concerns with past hairstylists and gave me tips and suggestions all before even booking with them!! We exchanged many emails as I was unsure which stylist and style would work best for me, and not only did she reassure me, but she sent many pictures and added images to her Instagram to give me a better idea of other times her team had done similar looks! Like how incredible is that?!??

Candace did my trial as well as the wedding hair for myself, my mom, and my two sisters and DAMN did she ever kill it! We all felt and looked stunning (if I do say so myself lol) - seriously though she brought my vision to life and was a true pleasure to work with!!

I will also recommend to anyone to do the trial, Candace was so helpful and after the trial we chatted about changing up some products since my hair didn’t quite like the hairspray - she knew exactly what to use instead and the day of the wedding she was fully prepared to make me look and feel amazing. My hair held up from 9am getting ready to 4am the next day!!! Just amazing!!

Kristy and her team are absolute professionals and helped me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day(s)! My makeup lasted all day throughout all the tears, and my hair was still perfect by the end of the night. Nisha and Lelo also helped out with my bridal party and everyone looked like absolute perfection. They truly care about their work, even giving pointers for how to make sure your hair and makeup stay seamless throughout the day, and Kristy went so far as to give me recommendations for lipstick changes for my outfit change despite the fact that I didn’t book a touchup. Hair and makeup is one of the first things you do in the morning, and they definitely made sure to start off the day with great vibes. I cannot recommend them enough!

Hiring Blushing Belles was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! My makeup was absolutely perfect. It was long-lasting, looked incredible in person and in all my photos, and Kristy was a dream to work with. She perfectly captured the soft, romantic look I wanted. I highly recommend doing a trial first, as it gives the artist a chance to get to know you and your preferences. Kat did both our engagement and elopement photos, and to say they were magical is an understatement. I met Kat & Hugh at a wedding show in 2014. I remember there being a ton of photographers at this particular show, but when going by their booth I ended up turning around to go back. After talking with them, I remember going home and telling my now Husband that I had found our photographers! I am so glad that I turned around that day, not only did they do an absolutely amazing job at our 2015 wedding but they also photographed our best friends wedding a year later. We got a cake from here for a birthday party. It was really tasty. The 6" cake was more than enough for our party of 8 people. I think you can get it for up to 10 people. The interior was nice. The staff could have made extra effort to help us choose the cake. They just waited for us to make a decision without explaining what's available or offering help.

I visited Bobbette & Belle and was thoroughly impressed by their selection of beautifully crafted pastries. I tried the Banana Walnut Muffin, which was moist, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and had a delightful crunch from the walnuts, kick of saltiness in the end-
definitely a 9/10.

The real standout, however, was the Chocolate Hazelnut Cake—a 10/10 masterpiece. The rich, velvety chocolate paired with the nutty depth of hazelnut created an indulgent, melt-in-your-mouth experience. Every bite was decadent without being overwhelming.

The atmosphere was charming, and the quality of their baked goods speaks for itself. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

We pre-ordered cupcakes for Easter and brought them to our family gathering. They were all a big hit!

Loved this place! Just had our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah Party here and it was amazing. Stas, the owner, and his team made sure our experience was seamless. Eliran, our DJ/MC was unbelievable, he is so talented that it was great to watch, and the guests had a great time. The food was delicious & and the food kept flowing, as if there were endless courses.

Bomond Russian Restaurant is a fantastic spot for an unforgettable dining experience. I attended my sister in laws birthday celebration with my wife. The food is absolutely delicious and served family-style, making it perfect for sharing and enjoying a variety of dishes. The entertainment adds a vibrant and exciting element to the evening, creating a lively and festive atmosphere that keeps you engaged throughout.

The service is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who ensure you feel welcome and well taken care of. Every detail, from the presentation of the food to the overall ambiance, is thoughtfully curated.

The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit of a challenge. However, this minor inconvenience is easily overshadowed by the excellent food, entertainment, and overall experience. Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends or family! A+ all the way.

Bomond recently hosted our wedding, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such a special day. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.
Let’s start with the food—wow! It was beyond delicious. There was so much variety, and every single dish was prepared to perfection. From the fresh and vibrant salads to the mouthwatering fish and shish kebabs, and finally the most perfectly cooked lamb I’ve ever had—our guests are still talking about how incredible it all was.
The venue itself is stunning. With breathtaking décor by BoomEvent.ca, the entire space looked like something out of a fairy tale. And the laser show was just magical—unique, beautiful, and unforgettable.
The service was also exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night.
It was everything we dreamed of and more.

Went to bosk with a couple of friends for Winterlicious, it was a great experience.
We all chose foie gras as appetizer, it was creamy and smooth, topped with fresh figs and fruit jam. The sweetness and slight tart definitely added more flavour profile and somehow made foie gras taste “less guilty”. I had blue cod as my main course while my friends had the duck. Both were excellent choices. The cod came in small pieces wrapped in a thin dough and were deep fried, they perched on top of a bed of barley and the server poured broth over it. Beautiful presentation! Though I personally felt the cod was over salted, I still enjoyed the dish very much. I chose tiramisu as my dessert, it was so pretty! The disc of chocolate is definitely a nice spin on the traditional recipe and it added more texture.
Finally, a big shoutout to our server, he was so courteous and attentive, made us feel very special. Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel and had a dinner and breakfast at the Bosk. We love the design and seating. The food was excellent too. The menu was similar to what you’d expect from similar restaurants but almost every dish has some special twist. The dishes we orders are full of flavors and they are not overly done. The breakfast was great too with a combination of Asian and healthy plates. This is definitely a place to try if you are around the area.

My husband and I went here for a special day celebration, and we tried the winterlicious menu. Their service was good and it’s a bore try quiet restaurant. I wish they could put more thought into the food though. The foie gras mousse was okay, but the cracker caught us by a bit surprise as they seemed to be thin slices of the pre-meal sourdough toasted. We were most disappointed by the entrees. The duck was very small portion but it tasted fine. The cod was fried, which was unexpected in a fine dining restaurant, and there are other fried items in the dish which made the whole dish very oily. I’m not sure if it’s the broth or the food, but the whole dish tasted too salty. I didn’t even pour all the broth, only had what the server had poured. And the color of the cod dish was monotonous without a refreshing element. The desserts were relatively better but too sweet for us.

Visited for the Winterlicious menu. Service was great, we were attended to quickly and food came out in a timely manner. The butternut squash soup and foie gras and desserts were amazing - the entrées were good too but the appetizers/desserts were the stars for me. It was a fun menu with several options and good food and atmosphere overall.

I've been receiving flowers during the past 2 years from Botany Floral and have never been disappointed. The arrangements are fresh and fragrant with different themes -- from bright colours to pale pastels. No matter what you like, you will not be disappointed. These were my recent birthday flowers and I so love the Narcissus!

I was recommended Botany Floral Studio, specifically their à la carte option, and am forever grateful for the suggestion! I first spoke with Rachelle over the phone to explain my situation (planning my wedding in three weeks) and after some back and forth, she immediately agreed to do my wedding. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had to move quickly so after the phone call, I sent her an email with all my details and additional questions. She was quick to respond and even provided suggestions on details I didn't think of, in addition to sharing other vendors. I provided reference photos but honestly, left most of it up to her. In the end, all I can really say is WOW. Rachelle delivered and then some! Everything was beyond my imagination - from the bouquet to the Chuppah. I received an overwhelming number of compliments from our guests of how much they loved the florals. You can really tell the time, effort and care Rachelle puts into what she does. My friends and I were window shopping on Monday August 11th and were curious as to where the staircase next to Boutique 1861 would lead to. We soon learnt that it lead to Boudoir 1861, the bridal sister shop of Boutique 1861. We arrived close to closing time, but the two female staff were very kind and accomodating. Upon entering my eyes kept wandering to one of the dresses on a mannequin. The staff help in making sure it fit well and suited my needs, which convinced me to make the purchase.
