I ordered the Pink Mix Rose Bouquet for my mom to celebrate her retirement - I live in Vancouver and she lives in GTA. The ordering process was super easy and straightforward. There were some delivery delays (the flowers arrived at 7:30pm) but this was at no fault of BerryBlush. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they replied back immediately. They apologized for the delay and graciously refunded the delivery cost.

The roses looked beautiful and I would not hesitate to order from them again!

I had a custom engagement ring recently made by Romi and he did an amazing job, my fiancé absolutely loves it! I showed Romi the design I wanted and he allowed me to pick out the center diamond and was very communicative every step of the way. It was great to see the 3D renderings before the ring was finalized. I can’t recommend Romi enough!

It is so rare nowadays to meet someone as genuine as Romi! I was in a time pinch to fix a bracelet for my daughter’s birthday that she had worn and broken. I called over 5 jewelers and Romi was the only one to agree to fix it (the original jeweler was too far as it was a gift). He was so kind when my husband and I went in and everything was super smooth and fast. He did it in less than a week and complimentary as well. Can’t say enough great things about the experience.

I recently worked with Best Catering Co. for a wedding, and they were so thoughtful with our mutual clients. They went out of their way to make sure the couple and guests were cared for, adding extra touches that really meant a lot to the whole wedding experience. The food was a hit, and their kindness with the couple really shone through.

We had a couple of little behind-the-scenes bumps on the day (as weddings sometimes do!), but I appreciated how dedicated they were to creating a beautiful experience for the couple. I’d be happy to cross paths again in the future!

We've used Best Catering for a couple office events now, and everyone tells us each time that the food is the best they've had. It's just delicious - decadent, well balanced, and fresh! I wish they offered Champagne or some sort of beverage upon arrival, but not really sure if this is a normal expectation as again, it was the first time I've ever been dress shopping.

This was my very first bridal gown store experience, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t have a specific stylist in mind, so I was paired with Nishita and I’m so glad I was! As a shy bride, I was pretty hesitant about the whole process, but Nishita made me feel so comfortable. She wasn’t pushy at all and suggested styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up really liking. I appreciated how she respected my preferences and asked thoughtful questions to better understand my style. The store itself is lovely, many designs to choose from. Overall, a great first bridal appointment experience! 🤍

I had a truly delightful experience with Svetlana. Initially, she seemed somewhat reserved. However, once we began, her personality blossomed, revealing a truly wonderful individual. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and offered excellent recommendations.

I would venture to say she possesses extensive experience in the wedding industry and is very knowledgeable. I was particularly fond of one of their off-the-rack dresses, although it ultimately required more alterations than I desired. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and, in particular, Svetlana 🥰

I had booked a 1 hr bridal appointment today Jun 1 with NATHALIA. Due to the heavy traffic, I got to my appointment 30 minutes late so I only had 30 minutes allotted time left for my appointment. Because of the lack of time, I had low hopes in finding “the dress” since I wanted to take my time to make that decision.

Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted (Trumpet/Mermaid style, sweetheart, lace, tulle). NATHALIA utilized our little time very wisely and picked up some dresses according to that style and my budget.

She really helped me envision myself in my perfect dress by styling me with the perfect veil, dimming the lights for the “evening look” and walking me down in front of the window for more natural light. To my surprise - I found it - I said yes to the dress!!!! My first time here, and in just 30 minutes! BONUS: I got my dream dress OFF THE RACK ON CLEARANCE!

The experience to find the bridal dress at BFB was so much fun. The sales Rep. Susan was fun loving and definitely speaks to your best interests. The screen to see how your back looks was helpful.
I did not want to buy anything over 1k and that includes the veil and the team were so good to help me the dress and veil I loved the most in my budget.

I just got my dress from Best for Bride in Etobicoke and it was such a great experience! I first went there earlier this week by myself and my stylist Nathaly was so patient and helpful and even got pictures and videos for my mum! I never felt rushed during the entire appointment. I wasn’t able to make the final decision on my own so I went back a few days later with my sister. Nathaly helped me try on more dresses and was great at suggesting alteration changes to fit exactly what I was looking for. She also help me get the full picture of each dress I lived with accessories, and did I mention they have evening lights in their changing area so you can see what the dress will look like during the reception!!! Ultimately I went with the one I chose the first day though. Best for Bride is definitely a little hidden gem.

This is our 3rd time staying here, once we arrived we noticed our AC was not working so I messages them right away and they sent someone within 10 minutes to get it up and going. Then after about 30 minutes another guy showed up to make sure it was still working. That was amazing that they came and checked on us again. I also requested a stand up fan for white noise and once we got back it was in our room. Excellent service, friendly staff and clean and comfy hotel! Always on your requests 100%

My husband and I usually stay at Best Western Hotels when we do a one night getaway. This one is one of the better ones we have stayed at. With my husband being disabled we always try to ensure we get a handicapped room. This room was great. The king size bed was comfortable and the pillows were actually pillows not what I call marshmallows. The bathroom was large and with the roll in shower made it easy for my husband to get into, not to mention the seat in the shower. The room and hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside is that the front lobby isn't handicapped accessible no ramp to enter only stairs. We will be back when in the area.

I love that there’s a Tim Hortons next-door. For the price you pay for the room, I’m surprised that there isn’t a breakfast included, but can’t have everything, right?
The first floor rooms on the same floor as the pool are very damp and require a dehumidifier system that is currently not installed.
Do not plan on spending Monday night as Monday night staff have a history of complaints, I also experienced this.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful. I loved the archway to the kitchenette.
For being a pet friendly hotel, They need to do a little bit of work on sealing the holes in the walls- My cat found a hole that had been cut for an outlet not used, Luckily, she’s fat and I was able to pull her out.
Also, don’t plan on having an affair here, when i turned on the tv, it was welcoming guests that were not me.

We stayed for our son’s baseball tournament. Lobby was clean, Room was clean but a little rundown. Poor paint job on the ceiling covering up obvious water leaks. Bathroom was nicely updated. Customer service for this location was atrocious. Ravi the customer service attendant at the desk claims there was no eating or drinking in the lobby as it was policy of the hotel, when asked to see this policy he claimed it was securities decision. Meanwhile hours prior we were in the lobby with a group of parents having drinks and snacks without any issues. When asked to speak with the security team he could not provide a member of the department. Later in our stay a member of the staff came and accused our children of spitting on some elderly customers of the hotel and intimidating them without an adult present. When asked to see photos or footage of this the pictures provided by the security team were not even members of our team/group. I stay in a lot of hotels as I travel often for work and my kids sports. I can tell you do not stay in this hotel if you have any other option.

Pleasant clean motel. Employees who I contacted were pleasant and helpful. Rooms are efficiently designed without wasted space. Unfortunately I arrived late so didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pools. Hopefully I can stay there again.

This was a great find for my visit to the university! The owner was very friendly and helpful to arrange for my trip. The room was downstairs and had its own bathroom and kitchen. Aside from the lack of a living room, mosquitoes in the entrance, this was super!! The staff changed my bedding and towels everyday! Also, this place was surprisingly quiet. But the location was walking distance to everything I need to check out.

The room was clean the bed was very comfortable the Staff was very friendly and helpful it is a beautiful old Victorian house. Felt very safe, The Location was great very central and easy too get around the city from there, price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

Beautiful, quiet, Victoria-style room. I luckily moved in one of the biggest room in the B&B, which is well-furnished and warmhearted. The whole structure is reasonable, and there are approximately 4 rooms on one floor, so it's a really quiet and relaxed place for those who first come to Toronto. And, the breakfast is fresh and tasty as well. I did have a wonderful experience when staying in that house!

There is no breakfast, at least for now, so be aware if you stay here you will need to go elsewhere for breakfast. The place is quite clean, though our bed was not comfortable.

Every time we called, i got the feeling he'd forgotten about us. There's no way to book the room on the website so we had to call, and even after the first conversation i wasn't confident. So we emailed closer to the date of our trip and asked if we're still on the calendar and he confirmed yes, and asked us to call the day of our trip. On the day we wrre heading up, we called in the morning and got an "oh...right...call an hour before you get here." So we called again an hour before and didn't get an answer. Finally about 15 minutes before we get there he picks up and we tell him we're almost there and he says "oh right, I'll let the housekeeper know." The whole process did not inspire confidence.
My husband was also initally told we would get a room with a balcony but when we got there we were led to a room with no balcony and there was an electrician still working on an outlet. We sat outside for about 10 minutes waiting for him to finish.

The parking is not free. There is very limited parking behind the house, and they charge $15/day to park. We left our car there and walked/bussed everywhere because we didn't want to lose our parking.

The best things about the BnB are 1) location - they are close to chinatown and the Kensington market area, and in general are pretty centrally located. Toronto is fairly easy to get around using public transportation too. 2) price is pretty good, but you also aren't getting a whole lot. 3) there is a nice Bechstein grand piano on the ground floor.

My friend & I stayed in the 2 third floor rooms from 5/16-5/18 when we came to see the Kusama exhibit at the Art Gallery of Ontario. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Beverly Place. The location was ideal. We were within walking distance of the Art Gallery, Eaton Center and the downtown area. The weather was nice enough to enjoy the rooftop terrace outside of my room.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Beyond Balloons! I had a very specific vision in mind for my son’s first birthday party—a teddy bear theme—and their team brought it to life beautifully.

Anthony, the owner, is such a pleasure to work with—so kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made the process lovely and enjoyable. The balloon setup completely transformed the space and tied the theme together perfectly.

We have used Big City Catering Services quite a few times and they never disappoint. It cannot be easy catering for a group of almost 60 people which included gluten free and vegetarian options, and still provide great food. Their prices are great and they are always on time with their deliveries. You cannot go wrong with Big City Catering Services!

We recently stayed for four nights and had an incredible experience. The facility itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly situated within walking distance of just about everything.. though there’s hardly a reason to leave. The dining options were excellent, the rooftop pool was wonderfully relaxing, and the Wednesday night dance party was an absolute highlight. Both the staff and fellow guests made us feel so welcome. Thank you, Bisha, for making our Toronto visit truly unforgettable. We’ll be back!

Book it! Location, positive vibes and rooftop pool! Walking distance to all the great spots in Toronto! I survived breast cancer and this was my celebration stay! The staff knew this and made it extremely special! If you want to feel like you are on vacation this is a must stay - book it. Thanks team at Bisha!

Luxury hotel in Toronto. Very nice cleaning and front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. Rooftop pool was incredible with views of CN tower. There is a reasonably cheap parking structure a block away if you don’t want to use valet (318 Wellington street W).

Only negatives were 1) you had to book a 2 hour reservation to use the pool due to space limitations. 2) there is a busy nightclub on the ground floor and a popular bar/restaurant next to the pool. This spoils the hotel atmosphere somewhat and massively increases foot traffic. When arriving we did not enjoy having to bring suitcases through crowds of party-goers.

Great experience with Black Carat! We had the pleasure of working directly with the owner and the man behind the instagram account. He was very accommodating and willing to work with our budget and short deadline. One thing I appreciated about Black Carat was his honesty and transparency I appreciated hearing his opinions on design choices and what would be most functional/practical as well as timeless and elegant for me as many other vendors we went to just wanted us to buy with them and went along with all ideas. He took the time to explain to us the details of different types of metals, carat, clarity, hand engravings. Black carat spent weeks going back and forth with us making sure everything was perfect. He provided us with a rendering before going on with the final product. Of all the vendors I visited Black carat gave the best price by a landslide. Just from the rendering itself I knew I was going to love the final product. Communication was easy and response time was always quick. A friendly business with great energy. Will definitely be going back for future jewelry needs and will 100% be recommending them to everyone I know!

I placed an order back in May and was assured by Nina, the owner, that the goods would arrive by the end of July. It’s now September, and not only have the items still not arrived, but Nina has completely stopped responding to emails and phone calls. The silence and lack of accountability are beyond frustrating — they’re unacceptable. What makes this so much worse is the history. We have worked with Nina and her company for over 10 years. For a decade we trusted her, supported her business, and referred others to her. To now be ignored and left in the dark feels like a complete betrayal of that trust. It’s shocking to see someone we thought we could rely on operate with such disregard for long-standing clients. Business delays can happen, but transparency and communication are non-negotiable. Instead, we’ve been on radio silence. Looking at the surge of negative reviews lately, it’s impossible to ignore the pattern.
To treat loyal, repeat clients in this way after so many years is deeply disappointing. I never thought I’d have to write a review like this, but people need to know! I feel like we need to take this into next steps.
UPDATE: Nina has called me and told me we need to cancel our order. She will be processing a refund today. I hope to get the receipt for that asap. She said they are having issues getting the products into Toronto! Please Nina, please let me turn this into a positive review. Our business relationship is super important.

The place was very stylish. By looking from the window you would think think the prices are going to be a billion dollars for a lamp but they're actually quite reasonable. There are big pieces or larger homes, but also nice small decorative pieces for smaller. The guy at that front desk is also very helpful and super chill. Great attitude

I ordered an item that was about $1,200 in April and expected delivery within 5-7 weeks. In June I followed up with Nina and she said the item was on its way and she’d call me. She never called, avoided my calls, and didn’t respond to emails for the most part. Then she gave an excuse about the distributor’s poor logistics and that they don’t provide tracking numbers and she would call me “next week”. I called the distributor and they confirmed my item in general had never been ordered within my time frame and they explained the logistics which were normal as expected. By August I felt as though I’d been scammed and requested a refund to which my email was ignored. I contacted my bank, and issued a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Canada), and emailed Nina again to let her know. She claims she’s issued a refund however my bank doesn’t see anything on their end and asked me to wait 45 more days before taking further action. I may end up having to take Nina to small claims court. Luckily I have all phone calls recorded, all emails documented, not just with Nina but also the distributor. Now Nina’s website appears to be down so I assume the business has gone under.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I purchased furniture from here, as there is a clear pattern with how things are handled. I purchased a coffee table in Sept 2024 and a chair in November 2024. It’s now June 2025 and I haven’t received either piece. My designer and I followed up multiple times for months, both by phone and email. Our phone calls were avoided and not returned, and we had to send multiple emails before getting a response. We got vague promises of a furniture delivery without a date or any specifics, after we pressed repeatedly. Finally, after being fed up from the run around, I filed a claim with my credit card company in May 2025. Nina is still dragging her feet with her responses to them and I’ve yet to see any refund for what was an expensive table. I am left wondering if this store ever intended to deliver the furniture or if it’s simply some sort of scam or Ponzi scheme. Avoid at all costs.
Update: I filed a dispute with my credit card company, a process that took months. At first, Nina LIED and told them that she had delivered the furniture! The dishonesty of this woman knows no bounds. When she could not prove that she had delivered the goods, she finally relented and I received my refund. Any benefit of the doubt I could have given her went out the window. A disappointing experience from start to finish.

Horrible customer service. We ordered furniture back in September 2024 and they still haven’t arrived (it’s April now). Nina ignores emails and phone calls. This store is a scam. Do not give her any business. Everything is extremely over priced and she doesn’t care about her customers.

UPDATE: I still don’t have my couch. Please do not waste your time and money with this scammer. She has had an excuse to delay our couch delivery every single week. She also changed our couch style entirely in February “if we want it to come by next week.” Next week from that point turned to 3 months later… so September 2024 til May 2025 still no couch. BE WARNED.

New update: the couch arrived end of may 2025. And it was not the couch we ordered. We had to change the order, and email, call, ask her many times a week to deliver the couch. So no we are not pleased. Do not order from here.

Pretty solid place to rent or buy a beater work suit. The owner brenda is really good at helping out if you dont know what you are doing when it comes to picking the right suit for the right kind of occasion. I felt comfortable deferring to her opinion for what looks good.

Do be aware the suits are mostly 65% polyester blends. If you are looking to get your first Made to Measure suit with some breathable high quality material, and are willing to spend $700+ for just the jacket and pants I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Since the suits dont really beathe the best, you may end up feeling pretty hot if your going to a party and feel the need to take off the jacket, in which case you should consider getting your own dress shirt. I personally found the dress shirt that came with the rental to be unflattering for my body type but your mileage may vary and it could just very will be my fault for not asking for a slim fit shirt and just upsized slightly.

If you got a last minute event or didnt realize your waist size is mismatched from your jacket size and nothing off the rack will fit you like me, this is a good place to leave feeling like you have a solid outfit without breaking the bank

I highly recommend Black Tie for all your suit and tux needs. They saved me in a pinch and were able to custom tailor a beautiful blue tux for my wedding only a few days before the big day!!! (I rented elsewhere and it turned out horrible looking so I was in a scramble to find something last minute). Black Tie did not disappoint!!!

We chose to have our ceremony in an open field that’s behind her building & it has a mini park, and she made everything flow so beautifully in the outdoor setting. We hired Jill and her team as our florists for our wedding day and truly they exceeded our expectations. Jill is so lovely to work with and extremely talented. All of the florals were beautiful and she brought our vision to life perfectly. She also put together my floral arrangements for my bridal shower and she did such an incredible job following my theme. We are so happy with all the work she and the team did and we will never use anyone else!!

Jill was my florist for my wedding and she was wonderful to work with. She personally delivered my flowers the morning of my wedding and even dropped off a bottle of wine. The florals looks absolutely amazing for our special day! The shop is also super cute and welcoming.

Prior to our visit, I had made a request with Alicia and the owner, Jill, to build a birthday bouquet for my friend and to display it on the table for when she walks in. Not only did they meet my expectations but they went over and beyond. Along with the bouquet, they included a birthday card and a birthday cookie with a candle!!! My friend was in awe of the beauty and delight!

Dan did an amazing job on photography and videography for our event. He captured beautiful photographs and compiled a wonderful video reel for us, which captured the heart of the event and the message of the evening.

Dan was professional, he never got in the way at the event. Whenever anyone did chat with him, he was fun, friendly and had the perfect energy for the event. - I was clueless and indecisive
- Fortunately, the unbelievably patient and well-informed staff rescued me
- I told them what I was going for, what my budget was, and that I had to pick flowers that were safe for cats

What you see wrapped in brown is what I left the store with, and then I went home and enjoyed the process of arranging it myself. I feel confident that these flowers will last me a while, especially with the guidance and care-taking tips given by the florists

We were very particular with the style and details on our florals and colour scheme, but they totally understood our ideas and brought them to life without a problem! The arrangements were so beautiful and thoughtfully put together, we were speechless as we walked into our reception space. We definitely got plenty of compliments throughout the day on the florals.

Website is super easy to navigate, and I like the fact that there's multiple pictures of the flowers from different angles, with someone actually holding them to give an idea of the size.

I also like the fact that the site has a small number of carefully selected flower arrangements, compared to some sites that overwhelm you with thousands of arrangements. This shows me that this company is arranging these flowers themselves, instead of just acting as a proxy service for another flower delivery service.

Finally, I read through other google reviews, and liked the fact that the owner respond to many of them, which shows that they care about their reputation.

Edit: I received the "Oh so pretty" arrangement and they're absolutely beautiful! Also, I changed my mind while ordering and sent them an email to swap to another arrangement and they responded promptly and accommodated my request. I would definitely use their services again!
