My husband and I visited this store on October 24/24. Hubby used to shop at the Belleville store, but unfortunately that closed. We were immediately greeted by Omar upon entering the store and offered assistance. He helped my husband find lightweight golf shirts, and after chatting, recommended some very lightweight dress pants as well. Omar could not have been more excited to share his love of these pants, and after trying a pair on, my husband bought a pair in each colour...the same for the golf shirts! Unfortunately, one pair of pants and one extra golf shirt were not available in store, so we ordered them and had them shipped. Imagine our surprise when we arrived home today, October 25/24 to see the package arrived home before we did! We were VERY happy with our experience at this new to us location. Excellent place for anything wedding or graduation dresses. The seamstress that did the alterations was amazing and even went above and beyond. She fixed the flower on my daughter's bridal shoes. She also taught my other daughter the miad of honour how to fix the bustle on her wedding dress. We are so pleased that we choose The Bridal Centre in Calgary for my daughter's special day!

It's always a pleasure to visit Calgary's best costume store. I often come here during Halloween season, and my favorite person to visit is Allan. He knows this store inside and out, and has the uncanny ability to deal with stupid people with grace; me. I can be stupid people.
If this store doesn't have what I'm looking for (which has only happened once in over 10 visits through the years), the staff are happy to try to help me find it elsewhere.

This was such a wonderful experience—I’ve already told everyone who would listen about it! It’s the perfect option for women who need multiple dresses for a wedding season. The staff are kind yet give you space to browse on your own, which I really appreciated. The selection of colors, styles, and options feels endless. The fitting rooms are spacious with long mirrors, and there’s comfortable seating for anyone you bring along. The space itself is beautiful, and with amazing coffee shops nearby, it makes for the perfect “successful dress-finding day” outing.

I had an amazing experience with the Fitzroy! I flew to Toronto to attend a formal wedding at a beautiful estate venue, and knew I wanted to try renting a dress here after having followed their Instagram for a few months. I tried on a number of dresses 2 days before I was set to pick up my rental, and every employee was so nice, thoughtful, and helpful (despite accidentally keeping them a few minhtes past close)! I fell in love with 2 options and kept flip flopping between them. The employees let me know that I could choose one but have the other also on my file in case I decided to change. I emailed and changed to my backup option 1 day before pick up, and that wasn't a problem. On the day of pick up, I goggles what formal wedding attire is and the venue of the wedding, and realized my initial choice was the far better option. I called them a few hours before pickup to see if I could change back, and it was not a problem at all. They just did not have the 48 hours to do a full dry clean, but they did get to doing some cleaning before I picked it up. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and eager to help. I promised them a good Google review upon pick up, so I'm finally doing that! I felt like such a pretty princess, this was definitely such a worth it experience. Thank you thank you THANK YOU the Fitzroy team for all that you did for me! Next time I'm in Toronto for an event, I am definitely coming back. 🥰

I've been going to The Fitzroy for all my dress rentals for YEARS and it honestly just gets better and better. Their new studio is an absolute dream! Most recently, I rented my bridal shower dress which was VERY comfortable and stretchy - I had to size down from a large to a medium, but it was still roomy enough that I could've gone down to a small. I stuck with a medium because I'm larger in the bottom half. I got so many compliments after wearing the dress to my bridal shower this past weekend, especially with the low back. I wish I had another occasion to wear the dress to, it's that good.

I've also included some photos of my fave rentals over the past years! The Fitzroy does a great job of keeping their collection of dresses very current, so some of these dresses may not longer be available to rent. They also have accessory rentals too! And if you don't want to make the drive to return your dress, they have an option to return your dress for a small fee via mail.

Rented the most gorgeous pink sequin dress from The Fitzroy for a wedding and I’m still not over it! The sparkle, the fit…all chef’s kiss. I felt like a total star all night and got so many compliments, I lost count. The rental process was smooth and the service was amazing! All the ladies at the Fitzroy were and made the process stress-free (even though I went in the morning of the wedding…very last minute but still came out with this gem!). This dress made me feel unstoppable. Highly recommend if you want to turn heads and feel fabulous!

Fitzroy messaged me a few months ago and asked me how my rental was. I can't say enough wonderful things , from the service my friend and I received, to the girls that work there, and the dress itself. I was the maid of honour at my best friend's wedding, and this romper exceeded everything I could have imagined. I couldn't stop pulling out my party tricks of the night. Which included: the surprise that wasn't a dress and it had POCKETS! The pictures speak for themselves. Enjoy

I got my wedding dress from David’s Bridal, and the moment I saw it, I knew it was the one. After trying it on, I decided to make a few changes—transforming it into an off-shoulder gown with removable straps, giving me three styling options: off-shoulder, with straps, or strapless. The alterations team at David’s Bridal made this possible through several appointments, and they transformed my dress beautifully. On my wedding day, it fit flawlessly and perfectly captured the elegance I had imagined. I am truly grateful to the alterations team for their skill and dedication in making my dress both dreamy and stunning.

My bride tribe (including flower girls) and I went to try on dresses. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on. I did try on 3 in total and turned away 1. My girls looked fabulous. The bridal party is wearing a beautiful Red Corset dress (they didn’t have the right colour to try on but the bright dress). They look very gorgeous and sexy. The flower girls look so sweet and angelic in their sweet white dresses and veils. I love my dress and feel like a princess (I’ve been given tons of compliments).
The staff were friendly and helpful. Our appointment was from 1:30-3:30pm but we did go over by about 2 -ish hours by the time we got out of there. We got to look at dresses and we told them the ones we liked and consultant grabbed the ones we liked in our size. We even took her thoughts as well. Everything was simple and easy. There was a bit of a technology problem when cashing out (they got it figured out quickly). They have a large selection of shoes/footwear at a great price point. I highly recommend. I did get to speak to the seamstress and prices seemed reasonable from the quote I was given. This review is solely based on my initial interaction with them. I will add more reviews when the bridal parties dresses come in and when we do alterations.
My first experience I would give a . 10/10. We all had a good time and created some amazing memories. Was also offered water too. They were very accommodating.

I was really happy with the purchase of my bridesmaid dress, and I thought the price was reasonable, but when it came to the alterations which were almost double the cost of the dress I was pretty shocked. I was even more surprised when the dress was way too tight to the point of pain and the cups that I paid to have sewn in … the stitches didn’t stay. I’m thankful I took off the fee for steaming because I didn’t even have to. I was really happy with the purchase side of the entire experience, but not the alterations. I have another wedding coming up that I’m a bridesmaid in again and I will potentially be buying my dress from here, but will definitely not get my alterations done there!

This shop has been here as long as I can remember and for good reason. I’ve gotten Halloween costumes as a kid and cosplay stuff as an adult, they’ve never changed their lovely atmosphere. Amazing people and lovely store, they’re very helpful and have all the wacky weird and wonderful things you would need. I personally am someone who dresses trad goth and I get my makeup here now. The lady behind the counter (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) is super sweet and helpful. If you want to support local and need something for Halloween, comic con, sfx makeup, etc… please come here!

Don's is my favourite makeup store. As a haunted attraction owner, I work with sfx makeup as well as ready-to-wear costuming and masks and Don's has become my go-to. They are so knowledgeable.

I get them to lead workshops for our Scream Team every year and my team often stops by for one-on-one coaching. They offer classes to the public which are terrific.

They go the extra mile and also keep makeup safety top of mind. After many mistakes where I've literally peeled skin off my face and dyed my teeth black for a week, I really appreciate this.

They are open year-round so it's really fun to stop in away from the Halloween rush to learn a new skill or stock up.

I attended a SFX workshop and had an amazing experience- the facilitator, Charlie, has a wonderful teaching style that brings warmth, humour, and fun to learning and practicing the SFX techniques. The teaching was approachable, interesting, and communicated very well, whether you are a novice learner like me, or have experience with SFX. I would highly recommend attending workshops at Don's Costume Shop and will be returning for more!

Always well stocked, this is one of my costume go-to places in the city. The staff are always helpful and pleasant, particularly when I had questions about prosthetics. The staff are enthusiastic about costumes and it shows.

We had our very first custom suit fitting at Indochino downtown yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! We were lucky to be served by Sean, who was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process. Since we are quite new to this, Sean patiently guided us, asking about our preferences and explaining every detail along the way. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, making sure we understood everything. During the fitting, he also provided valuable suggestions and expert opinions that really helped us make the right choices. I took my daughter grad dress shopping here, we went to a couple other stores prior. Lily by Lyla had a great selection and even better staff. Matalyn helped us out during our first visit, not only was she knowledgeable she went way and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and picked dresses that suited her style. That day we didn't pick the dress so we came back for round two. Maroslava helped us and she was also fantastic and just as helpful. They both went beyond our exceptions and had amazing suggestions which made the shopping experience feel at ease. Lily and Lyla has amazing selection, and staff which contrasted other stores we looked at before. The store it self was well organized, very clean and well decorated. It didn't feel cluttered like some other places we went dress shopping. We had a great time shopping here, I will recommend it to everyone I know who is looking to pick out a grad dress.

The perfect store to find your perfect look, no matter how unique or difficult to find it may be.

Lily by Lyla was by far the best store I went to for my grad outfit. The organization of the store was perfect, and I knew where to find exactly what I was looking for (and I got to try on bunches of dresses for fun). They had such a wide selection, and a perfect system for how to go through it to find the perfect outfit.

Yaro was consistently helpful when I was trying to look through, telling me if she saw anything I might like, and the first thing she showed me was exactly what I was looking for. She told me which outfits and brands would be most likely to have my size, helping me deduce what the best option would be for me.

As a smaller person, it’s been pretty difficult finding the perfect thing while also making sure it would fit me (and be practical for my budget), but Yaro and Lyla both helped me so much when I was having those difficulties. I got brand and tailor recommendations, and they’ve offered to look into finding and ordering in some options similar to what I wanted and closer to my size (as to minimize the cost of alterations).

I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to go here. I’ve been given such great advice by the workers at the store, and finding the unique outfit I want feels so much less daunting thanks to the lovely people here. If you ever want something different and hard to find, go here. Even if they don’t have it, Lily by Lyla is the perfect first step to figuring out where it can be found.

I wanted to buy local and have now purchased 2 gowns at Lily by Lila’s. However, our experience was marred by very poor organization/communication hiccups at every turn. Firstly, when the dress order arrived, the store apparently sent us a text to our landline to notify us. Though there was no record of their call on my landline or cell phone. 4 weeks later and no further attempts made, I called in to the store and was told the dress had been sitting there for a month.
When my daughter tried her dress on at pickup, it had clearly not been looked at when it arrived, there was an obvious defect/repair required with the back of the dress, which the store offered to repair free of charge. They provided a business card of a seamstress they said would fix the issue and assured us that they would drop the dress off either that night or the next day.

I made an appt with said seamstress for the following Thursday and came from Okotoks with my daughter to marda loop after school for the appt. I had made 2attempts each to confirm with both the seamstress and lily’s to confirm the dress was delivered. 2 hrs before the appt an employee at Lily by Lila’s confirmed with me the dress had gone out and would be there. It was not.

After many phone calls I was given the explanation that Lila took it to a different seamstress and the employee gave an apology over the phone while confirming it was nothing to do with her and offering nothing to make up for the error. I asked multiple times for the owner to call me. She has not. I was texted afterwards saying:

“ Our boss isn’t available to call right now. And I thought that was where the dress was going to go get fixed so I do apologize on my part but I did also mention that I would message you when the dress was fixed and ready for pickup back in our store.”

Please don’t buy your dress at Lily by Lila. It has been a source of embarrassment and regret for me and I suspect you will be much happier elsewhere. The owner still hasn’t dignified my multiple attempts to contact her with a response.

Very friendly staff. The sales associate went in to the front display window to get the bag I wanted off the mannequin no problem. My first time shopping there and it was a great experience.

I was served wonderfully by 2nd person on the line, her name was Diana. The 1st woman answered, heard my question, and without a word passed me to Diana. That threw me off, but the Diana was so polite, kind, competent and helpful that 1st person left my mind.

Only disappointed with how transaction ended. I returned 3 of 9 items I purchased, and received refund for 2 of the items.. I missed informing teller I was also returning pocket square which was in pocket. They missed as well when looking over to ensure not worn. I called upon noticing 3 days later and was told there was no way to know if I had returned it or not. I explained I had not worn suit jacket and pocket square was put in suit pocket upon purchase. Since it was still in its bag, I think I deserved benefit of the doubt? Especially after he told me the pocket square is usually a free item when purchasing full 9 piece ensemble. So I paid for the complimentary pocket square, then couldn't return it. He said he couldn't check the suit now because it gets sent to dry cleaners. I asked if they could call cleaners or figure something out - crickets. It was only $29, but didn't appreciate the attitude and unwillingness to find a solution or even attempt to find a solution. Lady I purchased from was magnificent. Very helpful with great taste. Would be 5+ star review if the final sales person had been respectful during return or at least pretended to care. Was store by Toronto airport where I experienced difficulty. Markham location had wonderful staff (Erin and Manager both excellent).

I had the privilege of dealing with Sohail, and I can honestly say he is the best customer service and sales representative I’ve ever encountered. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. CAUTION!!! This is an “OUTLET” Store, not a regular store, so you cannot return if you don’t purchase from this store. It is not showing on map or description that this is an outlet store. So if you don’t read my review, then you have to drive 40 minutes and leave with huge disappointment just like me, as the store manager contempts Google users and Moores’ customers and refuses to change the description on Google Map to alert other people, sadly.

First time buying a suit with little to no knowledge on fitting. Peggy and Zain were amazing! Peggy knew exactly what I needed just by her extensive experience and expertise. My physique required minor adjustments in fitting and she was the only person in all the stores in Ottawa that understood my concerns and was able to adjust accordingly. Bought a wool suit the same day and for a fantastic price! Hidden gem location, staff and stock!

As a big guy, I do not normally enjoy shopping for clothes. Mainly because it can be hard to find clothes that fit. But, they had a ...wide (pun intended) selection of fashionable clothes for the large man. Manager Alan and his staff Alex & Ivan were incredibly helpful and a lot of fun to deal with. I will definitely be back.

So happy to have a George Richards in Red Deer. Before this store, I had to go to West Ed. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and I always find what I am after. It's a great store for those of us who can't find our sizes elsewhere.

They have a good selection but some of the staff need an attitude adjustment. If you don't like your job/dealing with the public, you probably should not be here, working in retail. This was not even a " good " experience.

Love this place! Great Customer Service every time. I lost weight one time and had to shop in "skinny people" stores and the service sucked, so I put that weight back on again!

I had a wonderful experience with Château Nadia. The boutique itself is elegant and offers an extensive selection of stunning wedding dresses to suit every style and taste. Nadia is truly exceptional—her warmth, professionalism, and passion for what she does are immediately felt the moment you walk in.

Due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to place a custom order and instead chose a gown that required significant alterations. The team handled everything with care and precision. They were highly responsive, incredibly detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exactly what I envisioned.

A special mention to Clara, the Italian seamstress, whose expertise and eye for design made all the difference. She instinctively knew what adjustments would best complement my silhouette and ensured the dress fit beautifully.

Overall, an excellent experience with a dedicated team who genuinely care. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience at Chateau Nadia. They were running late which was fine, I was happy to wait until I had the salesperson’s full attention. When the girl finally started serving me, she was still finishing up with another client. She was very rude and dismissive. I felt like I was a bother and like she didn’t want to serve me. She also kept complaining about her feet and how they were hurting her. I fount this very unprofessional. Eventually, another girl came to help. At this point, i was unhappy and not enjoying my experience so we walked out. Very disappointed in this store and their employees.

My wife and I honestly felt super comfortable as soon as we walked into this shop! The staff were super nice and accommodating and knew exactly how to treat a Bride to be! Super patient and professional! Highly recommended and reasonable prices too!

Extremely disappointing experience. I really wish I had read the reviews before booking.

From the start, the consultant was rude and dismissive. She kept insisting I try on certain dress styles, even after I clearly said I wasn’t interested in them. When I mentioned my budget was around $2,500, she made a face and said she doubted there was anything in the store for that price, which was both unprofessional and unnecessary.

I also asked if my mom could help me look through dresses, and the consultant responded with, “I’m the consultant, I don’t want other people’s opinions, it’ll make my job harder.” That completely killed the moment.
The dresses I tried smelled like body odour.. which was gross honestly. I feel like the bare minimum would be to have clean dresses..
At the end, we discussed fabric options for a dress, she mentioned having samples but wouldn’t explain them further because, according to her, “it was too complicated and we wouldn’t understand”

Trying on wedding dresses is supposed to be a joyful, memorable moment, something you share with loved ones. Instead, this felt, cold, and condescending. Not at all the experience I had hoped for.

I want to thank David's Bridal for the wonderful experience start to end. From fitting to alterations. The ladies are so personable, kind, and genuinely care about your big day. My only critique would be if possible talk to head office for more support options in alterations for the big breasted girls. Although I still thought my alterations were beautiful I do wish there was more options for support and lift that could have been sewed in. Thanks again Davids Bridal ❤️

I found a gorgeous dress for a destination wedding I will be attending in November. The fashion advisor I had was so patient and helpful. I just happened to walk in without an appointment and was able to fill a cancellation appointment. The dress was perfect with the exception of the length.
I made an appointment with their alterations and the lady that looked after me was very friendly and professional.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from David’s when I first walked into the store but I am so very happy that I did. I would recommend David’s to everyone. I am completely happy with the service the wide selection of dresses The price and the support provided by the alterations department. Everything they said would happen - did happen

I would like to thank David's Bridal for going above and beyond for our daughter! Last year(2024) she came all the way from New Zealand to find her dress. We called David's on a VERY snowy(blizzardy) day in Feburary (as we had a very bad experience at another bridal shop) and David's fit us into their schedule. The young gal in the middle photo was just amazing and went above and beyond to make her experience the best one can have on a blizzardy day! (The dress fit perfect and she was able to take it home that day) I wanted to sent you a picture of just how beautiful the newlyweds looked on their day! Thank you so much for all you did that day and making sure she had the most amazing experience! One wedding down, we do it all over again in 2026 for a Canadian wedding!!

Found outfit on the first try! The seemstress fitted for hemming and outfitted with shoes. The sales girl was right on the first try! Incredible service. Nadeen and Elohor were amazing, friendly, efficient, and accommodating with last minute alterations!

We were absolutely blown away by the stunning selection of beautiful dresses! We were visiting Calgary for just a few days and the echo team did a great job accommodating us. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine excitement about helping us find the perfect dress made all the difference.

We drove to Calgary from the US to find a prom dress from my daughter. We luckily went to Echo Evenings first. The staff, Luisa was very patient with us. We had to leave their store first to look for some other options around town.

We ended up going back to this store because of the following reasons:

-Their selections of clothing are elegant and updated!

- Echo Evenings Dresses are clean and you will not think of being grossed to try them on like the other places! The other stores tag price are rocket high and somewhat old and dusty!

- Their staff Luisa was really hands-on in helping you out till you find what you really like. You will never find as helpful as Luisa. Thank you!

I can’t recommend Echo Evenings enough! Our experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. The staff helped my daughter, Kennedy, find a beautiful grad dress and even made great suggestions for alterations that could be done to make it the dress of her dreams. The customer service, kindness and attention to detail was exceptional. The alterations we had done were high quality and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be bringing my other daughter here when it’s her turn in a few years. Parking is free on evenings & weekends, it’s also convenient access from the ctrain. We highly recommend Echo Evenings, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff are soft spoken yet friendly, patient and incredibly helpful - they went far an beyond my level of expectation. The grad dress arrived in great timing.
We weren't sure what color my daughter wanted i.e. the fuchsia or orange and the staff graciously helped with the decision. My daughter went with the orange!

I bought the most beautiful grad dress from Echo Evenings. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Udita was so amazing and gave me great recommendations. There were so many great options to choose from but I’m so glad I said yes to this dress!

Had a great experience for our first time ever getting a suit for myself and my partner. They helped walk us through everything and made it easy for us to understand and narrow down to what we wanted despite our lack of knowledge. The suits came in earlier than expected and the fittings/alterations were easy and quick. We looked great for our wedding!

Upon our first visit to Eph, my husband knew that he wanted to get his custom tux from here. Bevin was our initial associate and he came with a wealth of knowledge about all the different customizations you can choose when creating a tux. It was so interesting and engaging to learn about the history of certain pockets and details that have changed over time and throughout history due to different eras and trends.

Once the tux came in, there were some minor adjustments that needed to be done to get the perfect fit. Nile was there to assist us during each of the fittings and he was even so kind as to personally source some studs to replace the original buttons. He was always friendly, kind, and accommodating and we are so glad we picked Eph to help us create the perfect look for our special day!

Ordered suits with Bevin as part of a large groom and groomsman party.

Bevin provided excellent recommendations and was very thorough in explaining all possible options and what they would appear as.

Custom inner linings came out very nicely and suits themselves for exactly or near exact to specifications.

All members of Eph were very accommodating and the process is very straightforward.

Would recommend again for any future purchases.

PLEASE READ - honest review

This is a review I was really reluctant to write, as my first experience with them was good, the second, very disappointed. The quality, and the service is quite frankly, terrible. Let me explain.

I purchased my wedding tuxedo and groomsmen suits in spring of 2023 and had a pleasant experience, everything came back right and it worked well so I figured I'd purchase a collection of suits, shirts, and a winter dress jacket from them in Fall 2023.
Well let's just say I came to regret spending well over $2500 on that set.

First Issue (Minor): The three dress shirts I purchased, using the same measurements from my tuxedo fitting and the shirt which fit perfectly, came in and the collar was a least a size or two down which I could barely close it to wear a tie. But after waiting three months for these to come in, I figured I'd just use them as open collar shirts. I ended up giving them away cause they overall felt to tight, which again, were suppose to be made to my correct measurements.

Second Issue (Major): My dress jacket, which I ordered, then a few weeks later was told the fabric is now out of stock (but wasn't when I ordered it), so in a rush chose a fabric that is definitely not "Similar" to the original I had selected; is one of the poorest assembled things I've ever seen. The interior pockets aren't sewn in completely (keys fall down through the gap all the time), I've had to re-sew seems myself, and the buttons came off within a week. Literally a joke for a $500 jacket. I still use it, but bitterly. Again, I didn't want to go back because the service was so bad.

Third Issue (Major): I purchased 3 suits, and when designing them, was told the pleat is just the crease in the front (which I should have known was wrong but I was excited from the experience and I think I must have said yes to pleats or something. I truly don't recall that. Anyways, when the suits arrived, they all had this weird "pleat" in the front which I hated. It says on the website and remakes or alterations are complementary. Yaaa.... no not at all. They said they can't remake them and that ya since it was on the original order, there's nothing they can do besides split the cost of making a new pant lol Pretty rude to me actually this time when I showed up..... OHHHHH and issue 3.1 lol, the suits weren't even pressed when I showed up to pick them up hahaha like it was horrible service. I honestly felt so annoyed that I spent all this money to receive such a bad situation, something I was really excited to do for the first, go get a bunch of suits made. The suits looked like they were just pulled out of a bag all wrinkled with thread all over them.

Fourth issue: I mean the quality of the material isn't great, although I paid for the premium Italian silk for one, the other two are complete wool which should be way higher quality anyways. Keep in mind these are all between $600 and $800. Well I've worn them for about a year and the seems have now ripped multiple times, and tonight I just finally gave up fixing them and threw them out.

Ya so honestly, I wish this experience was better as I liked the guy from the first time, but the second dude I dealt with was not great and the products..... well I honestly would rather have burned $2500 of my own money on the doorstep than purchased those. Not worth the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. EPH Apparel turned what should’ve been an exciting and seamless process into a stressful, infuriating nightmare.

I started working with them in December 2024, thinking six months was more than enough time to get suits for myself and my groomsmen before our June 2025 wedding. Initially, things looked promising. We were told the turnaround time was 8 weeks, and Bevin — who deserves credit for consistently good customer service — gave us hope that this would be a smooth experience.

That hope vanished when the suits arrived and none of them fit properly. To make matters worse, two were missing the custom monograms we had paid for. I was lucky to have that error in writing, which forced them to remake those two suits. This took an additional 5 weeks. We were told to expect maybe 1–2 rounds of minor adjustments. Meanwhile, the remaining suits went into alterations, kicking off what became a never-ending loop of weekly fittings from January to June.

My own suit looked like a boxy, off-the-rack Walmart special, and the vest never fit right. We asked for it to be remade. They refused.

We had to go in every week or two for new adjustments, wasting hours of our time. Only months later did they finally offer us the option of meeting with the in-house tailor to get pinned directly — something that actually helped. It was only when we were running out of time that they admitted they needed to remake the vest. They decided to remake the vest SIX WEEKS before my wedding. A vest I ordered back in DECEMBER.

Guess when it arrived? One week before the wedding.

The stress this caused was completely unnecessary and 100% avoidable. What’s worse is the attitude we received from Nial, the store manager, who acted like we were the inconvenience. Not once did he express real accountability or empathy.

To anyone considering EPH Apparel for their wedding or any important event — don’t. Just don’t. You will regret it. You’ll end up making multiple trips, dealing with poor fits, missed details, and an unresponsive manager, all while watching your timeline vanish. Go to Indochino, or even buy a suit off the rack and get it tailored locally. It’ll fit better, it’ll be less stressful, and it’ll feel more “custom”.

Amazing Customer Service when buying a Suit for my 12 years old son today at Growing Kids Billing’s Bridge. After going to multiple stores to find a right size (adult size pants and kids size shirt and vest) for multiple days, I was unable to get the right size. I was served by Elizabeth. She spent time and effort trying to get the right size. Going back and forth to storage and trying on multiple different selections to meet our needs and wants. I had almost lost faith in customer support in Retail but my faith is restored in genuine service to customers. Great job Elizabeth and a heartfelt thank you for your patience and service.

We just want to give a shout out to Elizabeth. What an absolute angel. Went in with three girls all under the age of six who were more than excited to be buying one of these beautiful dresses for an upcoming event. She was so helpful in finding prices and pulling different sizes and showing us different dresses, I could not have gotten through it without her! Thank you Elizabeth for making our experience go a lot more smoothly than I was expecting.
I would also like to say if you're shopping for fancy dresses or suits for children, this is definitely the place to go.

Growing Kids clothes are fun colorful and made with care. My daughter loves picking out her outfits each morning and I love how easy they are to wash and keep looking fresh

Just wow! These clothes have lasted through playdates, daycare, and lots of messy meals. Still vibrant and intact. Highly recommend.

I had a mixed experience. Some pieces were fantastic, others felt a bit overpriced for the quality. Would consider trying again during a sale.

We have shopped here many times before, but our recent visit left us very uncomfortable. While my husband was browsing, one of the staff members ( white guy with a pony tail )just comes and says this is for contemporary people. The tone and body language was very condescending which came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. He kept following us rather than asking what we are looking for or how can he help us, which made her shopping experience very unpleasant. We truly value good service and respect , but unfortunately this experience did not reflect that and was so disappointing . One should not judge a book by its cover and all customers should be treated with respect rather than being discriminatory. We left with the feeling as though we didn’t belong there, despite being loyal shoppers. A high-end store should make every customer feel respected and valued because you never know who would end up buying stuff.

Got my Hugo Boss wedding suit with the amazing tailor and alteration service. The suit fits me perfectly like another layer of skin and I feel so comfortable wearing it. Huge shout out to Matt who’s been so patience and professional from the beginning. He helped me with ordering, measuring and fittings. Wonderful experience with Matt and Harry Rosen.

Went to Harry Rosen to get a custom suit for my wedding. Barry was a great help and a wonderful gentleman in helping me select everything from fabric, button, inner liner. You can tell he takes pride in tailoring the suit to the finest detail, even noticing things like my shoulders being ever so slightly uneven.

Chose a beautiful Italian wool in a dark chocolate color for a 3 piece. It was completed within a month. Thanks for all the help!
