They understood my requirements perfectly and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. The cake not only looked beautiful but also tasted absolutely amazing. It was perfect! I had made quite a large list of things I was hoping to see for my girlfriend’s Hello Kitty birthday cake, and they nailed every single one of those aspects. I was told that this was their first time making a carrot cake as well, but they absolutely nailed it. Everyone in the house was blown away by how good it looked and tasted.

The cake was a 10/10, the design was a 10/10, and the communication was clear, and very very transparent and helpful.

She was very kind and accommodating with timing for pick-up and even a last-minute order change, which I really appreciated. The cake design also came quite close to the inspiration photo I had shared.

That said, I did run into a few issues with the quality. The cake itself was nicely moist, but the whipped cream tasted more like a store-bought style vegetable cream, which wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. While serving, we unfortunately found a strand of colored hair in one slice, which understandably made guests hesitant. There was also some miscommunication regarding the filling. I was expecting chocolate icing between layers, but it turned out to be whipped cream with chocolate chips instead.

While I truly appreciate the effort and flexibility, overall the experience didn’t meet my expectations. For that reason, I personally wouldn’t return, but I hope this helps future customers in making their decision.

Dolci Sapori is a gem for anyone with a sweet tooth. The pastries are always fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Italian flavor. From cannoli to tiramisu, everything tastes homemade with real care and quality ingredients. The coffee pairs perfectly with the desserts, making it a wonderful spot for a mid-day treat or after-dinner indulgence. The staff are warm, welcoming, and happy to recommend their favorites, which makes every visit feel special. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, whether you’re grabbing something to go or sitting down to enjoy a quiet moment.

Was it the best tiramisu I've ever had? Yes. But I'll have to try more to know how well it stacks to others. The cream's flavor is layered, melting from thick, buttery cream to an acid milk, evaporating into whipped cream. The coffee is a balanced bitter and has a delightful hint of a sweet, earthy spice, possibly cardamom. It was a pleasant surprise that the biscuit on top was perfectly soft. The biscuit on the bottom was watery, though, and I would have preferred if it was more fresh. Maybe if I came earlier in the day. I came in at noon, maybe that would explain it. Friendly, personable staff. Welcoming atmosphere. I'd recommend!

This is the only time I've came here & everything I got was phenomenal very delicious! I had a ice coffee a cannoli pistachio & my wife a pistachio ice cream wow I've never had ice cream that tasty! After dinner, my friend and I decided to check out this bakery and I’m so glad we did. The pistachio croissant was absolutely phenomenal, packed with flavor. I’m usually not a huge fan of biscotti, but theirs completely changed my mind, crunchy yet light, with just the right amount of sweetness. We also tried the red velvet cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and not overly sweet. Everything tasted so fresh! We’ll definitely be back!!

For my baby's first birthday, I got a cake from Enticing Tabi Kakes, and it was excellent and very tasty. She did well above and beyond our expectations. Without a doubt, I will suggest it to my friends.

Esther’s is an amazing place. Her cupcakes are delicious and beautiful. My favorite hot food is her meatball sandwiches. They are amazing. Our office is upstairs and When we have people visiting us I always buy cupcakes from here. Esther also is one if the warmest, friendliest people I know. She makes the whole building better. Everybody in here knows her and loves her. She also gets a lot of regular clients from outside who come specifically for her good food.

Esther made my sons first birthday cake and cupcakes & they were absolutely amazing. the customer service was great she was super sweet and friendly and extremely easy to work with. she exceeded my expectations for the sweets it was everything i asked for and more. you can tell she puts so much effort and love into the desserts she makes!

She made my wedding cake, placed my order 3 weeks before and it was right on time! She delivered and set it up beautifully. In all honesty, it’s hard to find a “yummy” cake for events. Usually it’s for the looks I’d say, BUT this cake was so delicious with the buttercream icing, it was so perfect. It was also exactly what I asked for! This time, I requested an eggless cake with a Krishna design, but due to time constraints, she made a different design that turned out to be stunning. We loved every bite! Excellent cookies and nice service, reminds me of my childhood

I recently discovered Jadranka Cafe & Pasteries on Instagram. After seeing such great reviews and how high quality their desserts looked, I decided to order my sister's birthday cake and my baby shower cake from them. We also bought a few of their pastries at the time of ordering just to try. Their krempita is delicious and brought back memories of my childhood. I highly recommended trying it. For my sister's birthday cake, we opted for a walnut flavour cake. The walnuts were nice and fluffy and plentiful. The cake was delicious and we all really enjoyed it! I've attached a couple photos of the baby shower cake which was also a huge hit. As a side note, I did order the topper elsewhere, but the rest of the decorations looked lovely and the cake itself was absolutely delicious! We opted for a light cake with whipped cream and berries (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries). It was light and not too sweet and the ingredients were high quality. All our guests complimented it and were happy to take some home. Given the quality of the desserts and how you can tell they are made with care and love, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this bakery!

Such a cozy little spot! We stopped by for tea and roll cake and both were really tasty fresh, light, and full of flavour. The place has such a warm vibe with the samovar, flowers, and even a lavender candle burning. You can tell everything is homemade with love.

They also had a beautiful selection of desserts like Iranian baklava and unique cheesecakes (lavender-lime and toranj looked amazing!). Definitely a place I’ll come back to whenever I’m craving good pastries and a relaxing atmosphere

We came from Toronto to Ottawa for 2–3 days to celebrate my daughter’s birthday (she is turned 4 ) at Parc Omega, and after the park we wanted to mark the occasion with a small cake. Through Google I found this place, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the two desserts we randomly chose were very fresh and also absolutely delicious. This place truly deserves 10 stars! The lime and lavender cheesecake might be the best dessert in the world. Every corner of this cozy, warm, and charming spot feels picture-perfect. A heartfelt thank you to every single staff member who made our experience so special.

It has become one of my favorite bakeries! It’s a fusion with Middle Eastern flavors—great quality and very unique tastes. I love their cheesecakes, pie and pistachios items! This time, they looked even more delicate since some of them changed the shape! for cheese cake, It is not too sweet and light texture. They enhance the flavor in creative ways, like adding edible herbs, flowers, or blending in natural ingredients. My favorite is the Toranj flavor!

A cute little cafe to get a drink and a piece of delicious pastries. A bit crowded on a weekend! The ambience is amazing but the pastries are overpriced! For example, 9$ is a bit much for a piece of cheesecake! Also, there are only a few options available to choose. I hope they’re able to offer more on their menu in the future. Service is also good.

The best little pastry shop in Montreal! This was my first time in Canada and they were so welcoming. They explained what all the pastries were, made great drink suggestions and kept checking in on us! Service was very quick and the coffees were great quality! I never knew that gluten free could taste this good! I tried the Pumpkin Honey Bread and it was so delicious that I couldn't stop. I ended up buying all the different flavors of honey bread. The pumpkin honey bread was so amazingly delicious that we decided to try the cake as well. The cake was also delicious and my kids loved the honey bread. We will visit again. A friend recommended Nutty Saffron, and after reaching out, I received an immediate and warm response filled with helpful suggestions and creative ideas.

From the start, she treated me with the care and attention of a loving friend, almost like how a mom would guide you. Her recommendations were thoughtful and personalized, and we ended up deciding on a stunning design. The result was exactly what I had hoped for and the taste? Absolutely heavenly! Our family has been going to Pâtisserie T.M. for a few years for their pastry and lunch. We have never been disappointed. The owners take good care of us and the food is always of quality and delicious. The owners respect their craft and we respect their dedication to the food that they prepare and how they genuinely care that their clients are well taken care of. It is a lovely neighbourhood gem that is not to be missed.

Pâtisserie T.M. on Rue Ontario East had been on our radar for a while, and we finally made our way over to try it for my girlfriend’s birthday, joined by her parents. From the outside, the place is easy to miss—nothing flashy or attention-grabbing—but what it lacks in exterior presence, it more than makes up for once you step inside.

The interior is calm and inviting, with soft touches that give the space a warm and thoughtful feel. There are only a few tables for four, so we were glad to have made a reservation. The menu features a mix of daily specials and a handful of regular offerings, all made in limited quantities. When they run out, they run out—so if there’s something you’re hoping to try, it’s best to arrive early.

We each had a full meal and shared several desserts, and everything we tried delivered exceptional flavour. The Japanese pastries had that light, clean sweetness and airy texture that’s hard to find elsewhere. Each plate felt carefully considered, with no weak spots. We were extremely pleased with the quality and balance in every dish—nothing overdone or cloying.

The owners work with quiet intensity and don’t pause for a second when customers are waiting. It’s rare to find that level of commitment on display so visibly. The value is excellent, especially given the level of quality, and it’s clear they care deeply about every detail.

We left feeling lucky to have finally tried it, and even luckier to have experienced it on such a special occasion. We’ll certainly be back.

We had the chance to go back two days in a row before leaving the Montreal region. Now living more than 5 hours away, if I had to choose only one place to go back to in the region, I would choose that place without hesitation. My girlfriend and I went there a few times, and each time everything was perfect, the service and the food. Everything is fresh and made with love. The owners are really kind and generous. We're really going to miss this place, in hopes we have a chance to pass by again. Thank you for all the good food and the effort you put into making such perfect delicacies.

My girlfriend took me back for my birthday to get a "birthday pie" that tasted absolutely perfect. I couldn't have hope for a better dessert for my 30th anniversary. I also had a a buger that was really good and a takoyaki bread. The takoyaki bread really surprised me, everything was really fresh the takoyaki inside wasn't soggy at all. My girlfriend had a melon pan and a matcha tiramisu. Everything was still as good as first time we went. Definitely my favorite pastries shop.

Very nice discovery, I was looking for a pastry with melonpan (pain au melon) since my trip to Japan and I have never found one anywhere else. The matcha and yuzu tart was sublime. I'll go back!!!

Such an amazing asian pastry and cake! Everything is perfectly done! I bought a cake there for a friend birthday, a drink and also some of their snacks. I wasn't disappointed at all! They have sweet and savory treats, so it's versatile for everyone. I totally recommend it!

I ordered a 5kg Ferrero Rocher cake for my son's first birthday. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet expectations.

The cake was mostly plain chocolate with some Ferrero pieces, rather than having a full Ferrero base as I'd hoped. When I got it home safely, the two-tier cake didn't hold up well. The top tier had melted and fallen onto the bottom. And the bottom had melted off.

At $220, and having provided all the cake toppings myself a day before (ordered on Amazon), I expected better quality. It was a big let down as this was for a special occasion.

Not sure I'd go again. I was hoping for something nice for the little one's big day. We somehow tried to salvage the top tier and made it presentable for the party.

I ordered a gender reveal cake with rasmalai flavour. Prepared on time, the cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The rasmalai flavour was amazing. It was unique and had the nicest sponge. Definitely coming back! Loved it! :)

I just moved here in Quebec in December and my birthday was on 1st Jan. I didn’t know anyone that makes cake so I searched on IG for a place where I could order a cake and someone directed me to royal cakes. I showed her a picture of how I want the burnaway cake to look and she confirmed she could do it. I then thought that was it and didn’t know I had to make an order using a link on their profile! I thought we were set and I had said I wanted to pick up on New Year’s Eve. So on 31st I messaged her to confirm what time I should go pick up the cake but turns out I had not placed the order with the link. With it being New Year’s Eve and everyone being busy, i insisted and asked her to do it and she finally agreed for pick up at a later time the nxt day, 8:30pm New Year’s Day to be specific. I ordered the cake less than 24hours prior I believe!! Despite it being New Year’s Day plus too late to order, I insisted and literally begged her to do my cake and she finally said yes. She made it and the cake looked insanely good, I literally didn’t wanna eat because It was soo pretty. Multiple people at the restaurant were we had my birthday dinner at kept complimenting the cake, even the staff who served us said that everyone in the kitchen were impressed by the cake. Literally, cut a big piece and left it for the kitchen staff at that restaurant to share and have a taste. Am glad I did coz me and my family couldn’t finish it since it was big

The taste of the cakes are amazing and she adjust the ingredients as for what you ask for and depending to your diet's restrictions.
Great taste and you won't go to any other bakery after you try Royal's cakes.

What a perfect break from the highway. Had a soup, sandwich, butter horn and a lavender lemonade for lunch. Then picked up a London Fog for the road.

What a cute little cafe! It’s hard to find places in smaller towns like this that have vegan and gluten free options. I had the Pri Pri bowl and the lady in the back even came out and offered to make a vegan gf cupcake for me. Wonderful people and delicious food!

I feel like I rarely feel a restaurant deserves 5 stars but our family lunch today was perfect. My breakfast wrap was amazing! Everyone’s lunch was delicious and so were the coffees, cookies, and cupcakes.
