This was my first purchase from this shop and I bought online. They had an excellent price on a Seiko King Turtle. Shipping was very fast - I received the watch less than 24 hours after having placed the order.

I can't wait to take a road trip to Montreal to see this place in person.

Had it shipped to my home and was very impressed with the care and handling. Packaging outside the watch box was properly protected and even had a bubble wrap around the watch itself inside the box. Their people were quick in responding email inquiries and I had a smooth interaction throughout the process. International buyers, beware.
I live in the US and purchased a watch that costs $100USD. Upon getting the tracking information, I found out that I needed to pay $62 before or at delivery to cover fees and taxes. In all, I will be spending $75 in shipping and fees for a $100 item. Is it worth it? Not a rass. So I highly recommend reading their shipping policy prior to purchasing if you live outside of Canada so you won’t be hit by any expensive surprises.
And their email response time needs improvement. After 7 days without an update after order was placed, sent email. Waited over 3 days to get a response to my query then sent a follow up email.

I got my wife's $5000 diamond ring repaired here. The setting was starting to loosen after twenty years. I was a little worried but the service and quality of workmanship was excellent! They explained the whole procedure to me and gave different options. I was very pleased with the results.

I had such a great experience buying a watch from here, I purchased online from Ducci Jewellers through Amazon to have it shipped to Toronto. It turned out I was going to be out of town for a couple days during the delivery window so I reached out to Joseph to ask if we could arrange delivery to a Canada Post office instead. I am not one to leave reviews. But in this case here we go. Over my lifetime I've dealt with many high-end jewellery stores as I've been transferred across the country many times. I reached out to Calgary jewellery and asked them to look for a very specific watch for me. Not only that they find the watch from the manufacturer when I went in to pick it up. This service was amazing. I brought with me an existing watch to be serviced, and I was not going to leave it if the service was not above average. That being said, I left the watch to be serviced and will pick it up when it's ready. Christina and the team at Calgary jewellery provided customer service that I have to say was second to none. Thank you for making me feel special.

I can't say enough great things about Calgary Jewellery! I purchased my wedding ring from them nine years ago. I purchased a stunning Carlex ring that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, over the years, the ring became too tight, and I kept putting off getting it resized. When I finally decided to bring it in, I was informed that due to the ring's style and the fact that I needed a significant size increase, resizing wasn't possible.

Instead, they offered to remake the ring entirely. After confirming my new ring size and ensuring it would be comfortable, Carlex took my old ring and gave me a credit towards the new one. I only had to pay the difference. The process took about a month, but the wait was well worth it.

I am thrilled with my new ring and so happy to be able to wear it again. The team at Calgary Jewellery provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, making it as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Thank you, Calgary Jewellery!!

The owner David and his wife, whose name I didn't catch, are great! David is extremely knowledgeable with everything jewelry and was super helpful and patient with listening to my request. I went in wanting to resize my fiance's ring but then one of their designs caught my eye so I ordered a ring from them with specific requests and they more than delivered! David also cleaned my engagement ring for free and was super helpful in calming my worries about the diamond on my engagement ring. They are direct and honest people and I would do business with them again and would recommend anyone to visit their store.

Absolutely wonderful experience! David and his wife were so kind and helpful. I brought in a small gold engagement band, with a design, that I needed resized down. David was very transparent, explaining that the design might be affected by the resizing, and he even suggested I consider replacing the ring from the original seller instead of having him do the work—such a sincere gesture that showed he cared more about what was best for me than making a sale. In the end, the impact on the design was minimal, and after he polished it, the ring looked beautiful!

He was also very patient while I figured out my size (taking the ring on and off more times than I can count, haha). Thank you so much! :)

Amazing customer service and family owned! I came here to get my late grandmother's chain necklace repaired, and it took less than 10 minutes. They even offered a complimentary ring cleaning, and now it looks brand new!

I took my elderly mother here to have her wedding band removed that had been stuck on her finger for decades. Her joint had expanded to the point the ring wouldn't be able to fit over it at all, so it had to be cut off.

We were greeted by several friendly staff members upon arrival. Spencer did the ring removal and did a great job. It only took him a few minutes to get the ring off and with as little damage as possible to it and no discomfort to my mother. He was very kind and caring, and patient with my mother as well.

I'm not a jewelry person myself, but if I ever did have any jewelry needs I would most certainly come back here. I could see that they had a lot of different and unique pieces that offer more style and flair than what you'd see at a traditional jeweler. Very cool vibe and atmosphere there too.

Walked over here & had my good old Roamer ticker fully restored at an excellent price. The watchsmith was careful to leave it original and uncleaned … & it looks fantastic. ​Absolutely Unacceptable and Disrespectful

​I am beyond shocked and disgusted by the behavior I witnessed at Paris Jewellers this past Wednesday. A customer was patiently waiting to be served when the assistant manager, who came out on his high horse, began being incredibly disrespectful. The customer hadn't said a word to him, yet he had the audacity to yell, "If you don't want the product you can shop elsewhere." This behavior was completely unprovoked and uncalled for. The customer was visibly in tears and left the store crying. Nobody deserves to be treated so rudely and condescendingly, especially by an employee in a management position. After seeing this appalling lack of professionalism and basic human decency, I will not be returning to this store. This kind of treatment is unprofessional, inexcusable, and a complete failure of customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to The Wedding Jewellers after reading reviews and not happy with the service we were getting from some other Ottawa big store jewellers that were not that interested since we didn't have a big budget for two rings. I called and spoke to Sophie and made an appointment to visit the same day and really glad I did. Sophie discussed our budget and showed us many rings that were well within our budget. We had a hard decision which ring to choose and finally decided on two rings. Sophie was very helpfully in guiding us through the whole process and since we were getting married in a few weeks, contacted the supplier to ensure they were sent by courier to arrive a few days before our wedding.

Also be aware that they are located in an industrial park so the savings in rent could be passed to their customers.

I paid a fortune to replace batteries to 15 watches. The owner of the store claims to provide Swiss made batteries that last 5 years. They all died after 12 or 13 months. Upon returning to the store, the owner said he cannot guarantee the product for more than 12 months. I definitely don’t recommend this store by all means. If you insist to go there, ask the store owner to provide you with a written warranty for 5 years. He will not comply! Two thumbs down for this terrible service

Went into the store to get an estimate for repairs and sizing of two rings. The ladies there were so helpful. We had both ring correctly sized and repaired. The workmanship is excellent and the price was excellent. I will be sending everyone i know here from now on

Rose was amazing. I had damaged a stone in my ring and was very upset. She tried and The jewewler tried to find a stone to’ match It was hard but they found a beautiful saphire. The ring with this stone Is beautiful. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

I walked into Anthony’s looking for a chain for my pendant. I was helped by Theresa, a very friendly sales lady. Theresa was very knowledgeable about gold! She educated me on the different karats and durability of certain types of gold. I found a chain that was perfect for my pendant, and was very satisfied with my experience.
