Millennium Blossoms made amazing arrangements for my wedding decor and my bouquet!! Not only were the flowers beautiful but they were extremely fresh and vibrant! They were so friendly and patient throughout my wedding planning, I would recommend 100%!

I ordered a bouquet from out of town over the phone, and the owner was so helpful and helped me decide on the right arrangement. She worked with me to get the flowers delivered to the hotel the same day. The arrangement was beautiful, which made my husband feel special as he was on travel on his birthday. And that made me feel good as well.

Rouida from millennium blossoms made our bouquets and my husband’s boutonnière for my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful, probably the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. She took inspiration photos that I sent her and created arrangements that I loved even more than the inspiration photos! She also created a “pocket square” boutonnière for my husband which worked so perfectly and lasted all night. She blew away my (already high) expectations. I’m so happy that I chose millennium blossoms!

Amazing customer service, I asked for a special delivery due to a sensitive time constraint urgency, they went above and beyond to deliver the flowers for me. Eternally greatful.

We used Millennium Limousine’s limo bus for our wedding and loved it! Our driver, Enrico, did an amazing job! He was on time and super friendly! The bus was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our wedding party. The package upgrades are definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

This was our second time using Millennium Limousine and again we received 5-star service!! This was a surprise for my husband on our 33rd wedding anniversary. The whole team worked with us and our driver Rico, was phenomenal. He played along, keeping our second and third surprise...picking up our grown children to join us for the evening. We used Millennium Limousine for our wedding at the beginning of June. The service was amazing. They arrived on time and did multiple pick up and drop offs as we had requested. The limousine was very clean and nice and it even came with a bottle of champagne. Highly recommend and we will use them again in the future.

From the moment we shared our idea and booked our service, to driver Michael's attention to detail (beginning at pickup to the end of the evening) we couldn't have been more pleased. Not only did they fix the issue with the tiramisu (which is back to its original generous size and deliciousness), but they also added a thoughtful touch by gifting us a box of assorted cookies for the inconvenience.

Their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their desserts are what keep us coming back. The tiramisu was as decadent and flavorful as ever, and the cookies were a delightful bonus! This kind of customer care is rare these days, and it shows how much they value their patrons.

As vegans, for our Greek-Italian wedding we were so excited that Milo’s baklava is vegan friendly and DELICIOUS. We really loved the selection and the service. We would highly recommend this family owned and professional bakery!

We also got our florals next door at Beaudry, so it was wonderful to have dessert and flowers delivered together!

Can’t recommend Milo’s enough! Lovely family business who really cares about providing quality service and pastries/cakes. We trusted them with making a custom cake last year for our son’s first birthday, and we were blown away by the final product. We went ahead and ordered again this year for his second birthday and WOW! Their fondant work and attention to detail is beyond impressive, they replicated my inspiration pictures and sketch to perfection. Best Vegan cake EVER!!!

Ordered the vegan strawberry shortcake for my Daughter's birthday, and let me tell you it has to be the best cake we have ever had! We have ordered from other places over the years, but Milo's is our new go to for every cake for every occasion. IT IS THAT GOOD! The cake was a perfect light cake, the strawberries very fresh, and the "whipped cream" was absolute perfection. Thank you so much for making a birthday extra special by allowing us to have a perfect cake with it!

Halfway perfect service, there is refund policy, halfway perfect quality for the price and halfway perfect atmosphere too!
The issue was that I was wanting a Tradeopia LED message tag for my Algonquin College, but that was a freaking mistake.
Since that also includes a software install CD, It is so impossible to install since I already have the proper hardware with my Computer such as the External USB CD/DVD Burner/Reader, I thought, after installing the software, an error shows and it says that the application failed to start because the procedure in the entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR120_CLR120.dll. That is not working for me. SHOO! That was freaking close too.

The store is well stocked and the staff seem nice, however I can’t give a store with a no refund, 7 day exchange policy more than two stars. In this day and age, that’s just not acceptable customer service in my opinion. It’s unfortunate, with a policy change they would certainly deserve more stars.

They are super strict about thier short windowed return policies and are unwilling to even look up purchases by credit card to make an exchange for a clearly broken item.

If you are thinking about buying gifts here, buy them elsewhere instead.

I recently made my way into Mastermind toys, just to be greeted by some very helpful, knowledgeable employees regarding store products. I work with children with special needs and was specifically looking for some great fidgets for my students. Hunter and Issac in particular were a great help! I could tell that they genuinely enjoyed working and both greeted me with a smile and a polite fashion.

Also, everything seemed to be reasonably priced.

I didn't know what game I wanted to buy for my partner, but Hunter did an incredible job of describing a bunch of games to me in depth. I ended up getting Wingspan, and we've played it 4 times in the past 2 days.

The store is immaculate and has every game you can imagine, all at great prices.

Buying board games can be intimidating, but when you have enthusiastic and knowledgable folks like Hunter helping, it's a breeze. Will definitely be going back.

My hair stylist moved to the east coast years ago. I felt lost and untrusting after he moved to another province.
I was cutting my own hair for 5 years and I finally decided to take a leap of faith and walked into Mint Hair Studio.
I have long, thick, coarse hair that I no longer color, and was booked with Brianne, who has been in the industry for years. She understood how sensitive I was in getting my hair cut. She took her time, had great conversation and checked to ensure I was satisfied throughout my time in her chair.
From the bottom of my heart, she's made me feel like a million bucks all over again. I would recommend her and the salon to anyone.

They were so kind and so welcoming.

Maegan worked a miracle with my fried hair. She fixed years of diy hair disasters in one sitting. Super great to talk with, she's clear about what can and can't be done, what is best for your lifestyle, etc.

On Monday, July 21st, my friend (let’s call her Julia) called this salon to try to book a last-minute haircut appointment for me. An appointment was scheduled for Friday, July 25th at 3:00 pm. I was cutting ties with my previous hairstylist, and Julia recommended this salon (her usual spot) and offered to see if they could fit me in. I had an upcoming wedding on Sunday, July 27th, so I was urgently looking to get a haircut. However, Julia never received any official confirmation from the salon about the booking.

Wanting to be cautious, I messaged the salon via Instagram expressing some nervousness about seeing a new stylist. They responded on Tuesday, July 22nd at 5:17 pm. I never replied, which was my oversight.

Unfortunately, on the evening of Thursday, July 24th, a family member of mine passed away. The next day, Friday, July 25th at 3:08 pm, the salon called asking where I was. I had completely forgotten about the appointment due to the emotional weight of the situation. I had also never received a reminder or follow-up from the salon via email, text, or Instagram DM. Additionally, I had been fortunate to get a last-minute haircut through my husband’s best friend’s mother’s salon on Tuesday evening (which Julia was aware of).

I missed their call and received a voicemail saying I was late and that if this was a no-show, I would need to pay a fee the next time I booked. I also received a message on Instagram from the salon asking where I was.

I immediately replied, apologizing and explaining that I had assumed Julia had canceled the appointment. Still, I said I was willing to pay a no-show fee and asked how much it would be and what the preferred payment method was. I also shared that a close family member had passed away. Both messages were seen, but I received no response.

Meanwhile, the salon also messaged Julia asking where I was. She told them I wouldn't be attending due to the death in the family and expressed her apologies. The salon responded with, and I quote:
"interesting. im so glad she was able to get her hair done on tuesday night. have a great weekend"

This message was not only unprofessional but also incredibly insensitive, especially given the context. It came across as petty and made it seem like the salon cared more about the missed appointment than the fact that I had experienced a death in the family - even though I understand they weren’t necessarily obligated to show sympathy. Despite the situation, I took full responsibility for missing the appointment and offered to pay the fee. There was no need for sarcasm or judgment.

I called the salon about an hour ago and spoke with Kristine, the owner, who had also been managing the Instagram messages. I explained my perspective. She said she had received two different versions of the story and was simply trying to "get to the bottom of it". She also mentioned she doesn’t check Instagram throughout the day because she’s very busy. Instead of acknowledging that her message to Julia was lacking in empathy and came across as unnecessarily rude, she deflected responsibility by using dismissive phrases like “I’m sorry you feel that way” and “I’m sorry you took it that way.”

While I completely understand that running a salon can be hectic, the issue here is not about response time - it’s about the tone and content of the message sent to Julia. It showed a lack of compassion and professionalism. Kristine didn’t need to know the details of my personal life, but both Julia and I shared them as a courtesy, since I missed the appointment. That courtesy was not returned.

I’ve never actually been to this salon, and I’m truly glad I never have - and never will.

i stayed here once when i was 5, so i give it 5 stars

After reviewing the work of several wedding photographers, there was no doubt that we wanted to work with Mitch Lenet. We loved his work. In July 2021, we had the pleasure of working with Steve Bezanson under Mitch Lenet Photography for our wedding. He was professional, communicative, attentive to detail and he captured so many great moments... In addition, his prices were very competitive. Thank you Steve (and Mitch) for giving us so many beautiful memories to look back on!

I have no idea how I didn't write my review previously! I was sure I had, but it was probably written in my head only. =P

We met Mitch at a wedding show a while back and had a meeting to discuss our plans. We had gorgeous engagement photos completed with Steve and then for the wedding we had Steve and Rick. The photos are great! Steve is a wizard and so so easy to work with.

The only sad thing is we had one large photo taken of our group of friends that never all get together and it was somehow lost but everything else was so amazing. Thank you so much!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mitch's fantastic team shoot our wedding day, and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone!

Upon meeting Mitch at a wedding venue open house, we appreciated his kindness and knowledge, as photography is not something my spouse or I are familiar with. We knew after that conversation we would love to work with him and his team.

We had the greatest of experiences with both photographers on the day of our wedding (Jasmin and Rick), who captured so many beautiful moments and memories from our day. Jasmin also always took the time to answer the many questions via email or phone calls from the bride (me) before hand, which helped takr a lot of stress off my shoulders for the day of. We can honestly not thank them enough. Thank you Rick and Jasmin.

Additionally, we would like to also sincerely thank Mitch and his team for accommodating our very unique situation. We had to cancel our original wedding date due to my husband and myself getting COVID. With all the stress of last minute cancellations, Mitch and his team were beyond understanding and told us to let them know what date later down the line they could rebook us for. We understand that many people wouldn't have been so understanding, or charged us extra, but Mitch didn't.

We are truly so grateful to have found this amazing group of people to be a part of our special day, thank you again!

We hired Mitch Lenet Weddings to capture our special day and we have nothing but great things to say. Mocha Tree Studios - What can I say ? Rescheduling the wedding 7 times, and no complaints. They even honoured my original price from the year before since it was out of our control ( restrictions ) . Michael and I believe Ramsey ( hope I got it right ) , made us feel extremely comfortable and captured both pictures and videos. They were patient , understanding and extremely welcoming. I would definitely work with them again.

I actually chose to work with Sheen from his work posted on instagram, his artistic eye captures the beauty in everything. When we first met, he made my husband and I feel comfortable and excited to work with him. The engagement session was fun and he helped us understand the right angles and posing to make our photos look amazing! And our wedding shots were nothing less than perfect. I highly recommend Sheen as a photographer for your special event.

I give Tina's work the highest possible praise! I was going to be a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding and had a very specific idea for alterations for my dress. I arrived with a sketch, some reference photos, and a laundry basket of materials, and was delighted when Tina took on the project of my dream dress. I asked for Tina's honesty and advice on what would be flattering for my shape, and she gave it, and when we discussed what I wanted with the dress she listened and she cared as she gave her input. Tina is meticulous and prides herself on giving her customers nothing less than her best, this meant numerous fittings to ensure that the top and bottom of the dress fit me perfectly, and that the poofy skirt's hem fell just right to cover my petticoat and skim the ground. At the wedding, all night long I got compliment after compliment on my dress. The bride told me that at one point, a guest had commented to her how much they loved my dress. I felt gorgeous and confident in my custom-made dress that was exactly what I had envisioned. If you want quality work made by someone who is passionate about what she does, go to Tina! Tina did a wonderful job of altering my wedding dress. I was worried because it was a tad too tight (pandemic weight), and she was friendly and understanding. She did the perfect alterations so it perfectly wrapped around my natural curves and also helped slim me out a bit. Brought me in 3 times just to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend and followed up timely with phone calls. Best of all, it was very reasonably priced for the quality and care she put into it.

Tina made a top and skirt for me for a wedding I recently attended. I was initially nervous as I had never had a outfit made, that entailed several fittings. However, through the process Tina was supportive, committed and easy to talk to. I put my trust in Tina from day one ! she helped pick out the material, and provided her expertise in making key decisions.

We purchased my husband’s upgraded wedding band at Moissy in Ottawa. Wonderful customer service and the consultants very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!

*It’s disappointing (though not surprising) that instead of addressing the repeated product failures and your refusal to honor the “lifetime” warranty, your response focuses on protecting the company’s image. A better approach would have been to genuinely look into my concern, resolve it, and then request that I consider removing or updating my review.*

Don't bother purchasing the 'Lifetime' Warranty - they simply won't honour it if your set has persistent issues.

I purchased a wedding band from Moissy Ottawa believing I was investing in a high-quality piece backed by a lifetime warranty. Within the first year, stones began falling out, and I’ve had to send the ring in multiple times for repairs. I followed all their care recommendations, including purchasing an additional plain band to wear between my engagement ring and wedding band to reduce wear—but the problems continued.

What’s most frustrating is the company’s refusal to take meaningful responsibility. Instead of acknowledging a potential design flaw or honoring the full extent of the warranty I paid extra for, they’ve chosen to blame me—specifically, how I wear my rings. I wear them exactly as any customer would: daily, with care. At no point during the purchase was I warned that stacking could cause premature damage, nor was I told that soldering the rings together (which they now claim is the only solution) would be necessary. If I had been informed, I could have made a different decision and chosen a more durable style.

I brought the ring in for its fourth stone replacement in March. Less than 60 days later, another stone fell out—clearly pointing to an ongoing quality issue. But instead of honoring the warranty, the team shifted the blame again, stating that an “inspection” had determined the damage wasn’t due to a manufacturing defect. This supposed inspection was never mentioned when I picked the ring up, and now—conveniently—it’s being used as a reason to deny coverage, with no documentation provided to support it.

Their offer? A refund of the warranty. As if that helps when the next stone inevitably falls out, leaving me with a ring that’s both damaged and unwearable. This is a ring that holds deep personal meaning, and now I’ll likely need to purchase a new band elsewhere—one that may not pair well with my engagement ring.

What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of effort to find a solution. No one offered to meet with me, review alternative band styles, or explore other options that might be more compatible. It feels like they simply got tired of fulfilling their warranty obligations and chose to walk away rather than stand behind their product.

At this point, the $20 Amazon dupe I wear while my actual ring is out for repair has proven more reliable than the original. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from this company to proceed with caution—or at least be prepared to pay out-of-pocket when the stones start falling out and the warranty you paid for is no longer honored.

I expected better. At the very least, I expected professionalism, transparency, and a willingness to work with a customer in good faith. Sadly, this experience has made it painfully clear how little Moissy Ottawa values its customers once the sale is complete.

Love this beautiful shop. I stopped in to get a bracelet for my daughter for her birthday. We ended up with an anklet. My girl plays volleyball and has to remove jewelry so the anklet was perfect. The associate was friendly and kept us laughing during the process.

I can now say I’ve been to all the Moissy Fine Jewellery locations and they’ve never missed. The service is consistent, the selection is always impressive and the quality speaks for itself. If you’re still on the fence, visit one of their locations and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

DJ Mo was everything we could have asked for and more! He’s an excellent communicator with a true passion for what he does. Before our wedding, he created a custom mashup for our first dance and even (secretly) coordinated with our parents to pull off a surprise guest flash mob. Absolutely one of the best parts of my wedding. Had my wedding at the end of September 2019. DJ Mo is incredible. I see why he is the best in the business. He was so considerate and thoughtful and very receptive to calls and emails regarding any questions I had. His package was phenomenal. We had sparkling fireworks, the dry ice machine, pre-recorded intros, and personalized song for the father and daughter dance. I am not kidding when I say that DJ Mo exceeded all my expectations.

He had the whole room dancing, regardless of age or generation. He knew when to play the slow songs and when to get everyone moving. I didn't even have to suggest music, he just knows how to entertain a crowd with his music.

Had a great experience with Mood Moss Flowers! I wanted to send a Sympathy Bouquet to support a dear friend of mine. I called and spoke with Amira who was friendly, ​attentive and made great suggestions within my budget. The custom-made floral arrangement that Eric and his team created was beautiful and much appreciated by the recipient. You can pick up the flowers or have them delivered (opted for the latter and everything arrived on time at the Funeral Home). This will definitely be my go-to place when I want to send flowers to a loved one.

We recently sent flowers to our friend using Mood Moss delivery service and we are so impressed with the bouquet they put together. We thought the price was more than fair, and the lilies are blooming 4+ days after delivery still.

We used Mood Moss once before, and the florist there was incredibly helpful and put together a beautiful arrangement for our friend who had recently lost her father. Both friends raved about the arrangements days after receiving them.

It was my first visit at a florist and I loved it! I bought some flowers for Mother’s Day and there was a big variety of choice! The employee made me choose what I wanted based on my budget and they did ask me if I wanted "greens". When it was done, they did ask me if I liked it before paying. Also, it wasn’t an extra to as "greens".

I had an exceptional experience at Moodie Hair Salon.

Although Moodie specializes in a range of women’s hair treatments, he welcomed me as a male client and delivered the exact haircut I’d been struggling to find — especially with longer hair. He was attentive, precise, and genuinely cared about helping me get the look I wanted.

On top of that, he took the time to recommend a clear hair care protocol to support regrowth in the thinning areas of my scalp.

Honestly, it’s the best hairstyle I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I was very hesitant about trying a new stylist I have had things go very wrong in the past. I had booked a cut and balayage colour and I was very happy with the outcome. Moodie is highly knowledgeable and passionate about hair and talked me through every step. He got me so interested in treatments that I came back to have a toner done, it took no time at all and my hair was restored to a soft beautiful Color. The prices are fair and he is a skillful stylist. I would recommend Moodie to my friends.

Working with Cynthia was one of the best things I decided when choosing vendors for my wedding. She went above and beyond to meet all the changes that we had to make due to covid circumstances up until the very day of my wedding. She does beautiful work and provides high quality decor. From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding her communication was on point, she listened to exactly what my vision was and brought it to life. I highly recommend working with her for any event needs!!

We had a wonderful experience with Moonlight events during the pandemic, when all vendors are way too overworked- which is saying a lot. Cynthia always kept us in the loop despite being very busy, was very patient and reliable, accessible, and she took the time to explain many things to us. I am a very detail-oriented bride(zilla), and she worked so hard to make my vision come true and made sure I was happy. She is so kind and gave us solid advice that saved us money. Our event was gorgeous. I wish I could rate her more starts for outstanding customer service!

EDIT: In response to the owner's response -

1. I never said I contacted you directly. It says "we requested". To clarify further, it was a family friend that contacted you through her supply company. She advised she had sent the same picture multiple times and said that we were looking for the tallest ones of the lot of 3. You didn't specify that you had shorter ones, just that you carried these and had the tallest one available.

2. We arrived early, said that we were sorry that we were early and the response verbatim was "it's ok, I forgot you were coming today" and then the owner rushed to find everything - which she did not.

3. I said they were 10 inches, not 10 inches shorter. We measured them and it was the shortest one of the lot.

4. That is untrue. We left the store with a promise that the owner would call for 6 more of the same size. This solution was not followed through. Please see below #5 for further details.

5. We were offered 8 different sized holders, not the same ones as the 6. However, we were specific that we wanted all 1 size (I was outside crying because they did not have what we were hoping for in 1 size). Additionally, should we have used the 8 other holders, the tables would not be symmetrical amongst all 12 tables and would not have worked well with our table numbers.

6. No one asked us for payment. In the end, we did not offer payment because we were not given what we were looking for and it seemed to be understood that we wouldn't pay for what we didn't receive. If you wanted payment, then why were we allowed to leave your store without giving a deposit or payment and drop off the items without being requested to pay? Again, however, payment was never brought up to us. You followed up a week after my wedding, only to our family friend, and then when we got the message and were able to come by, they were dropped off the week after. The many attempts to us directly is untrue.

7. I said "somewhat plastic-ky" as in low-quality. They did not feel the same as the ones we received from WeDecor which were much better quality glass. I could also go into specifics of how they came in a torn-up box, if necessary.

Had the worst experience with this decor company and would not recommend. At least 6 months before our wedding, we requested 12 long-stemmed, Monet candle holders as our centrepieces with exact pictures (15 inches). We were assured a few times that they have them. When we arrived 2 days before the wedding to pick them up, she claimed that she forgot we were coming (confirmed the day before) and rushed to get the holders together. She showed us these much shorter (less than 10 inches), somewhat plasticky, low-quality holders and said she only had 6 of them. I showed her the picture, again, of what we wanted and she said she uses these holders interchangeably. This was never stated to us before and honestly they were far from the same. We ended up taking the 6 because we had no other choice and she promised she’d look around and call us that day when she found another 6. She never called us that day and never heard from her again until we dropped off the 6 back to her. After panicking, we found WeDecor and not only were they wonderfully kind, but they had so many different options for us, including high-quality 15 inch stemmed candles. Would never go to Moonlight Decor again.

My husband and I had an all around great experience dealing with Moonlight. They are very passionate about their work and very talented in making your ideas come to reality. There is a wide range of different decor for anyones style. They do a good job working with your ideas and budget. We got our flowers there as well which eliminated one extra vendor to coordinate. Our flowers, ceramony and reception turned out beautiful. It is nice that they put up the decorations and also picked them up at the end of the night. The wedding was stunning and it was obvious the care and attention to detail that took place when they set up. They were worth every penny! Very pleasant to deal with!

We had an absolute wondering experience working with the Moonlight Events team for our wedding in May 2016. From initial meeting to final product, they were able to deliver above expectations!

We rented chiavari chair and head table decors from them, discussed our thoughts and ideas, and essentially left the rest of the decorating to them. On our wedding day, the decor was done beautifully and was beyond our expectation. Everything was done seamlessly even with the hiccups that occurs on the day of. We highly recommend Moonlight Events to any couple for their wedding day. You will not be disappointed!

I only stayed 1 night, but this place is fabulous 👌 the house is absolutely beautiful. There's an amazing finished basement with a pool table and air hockey. Highly recommend. Also, they have the sweetest dog. The breakfast was way above expectations

My sister and I booked a stay here to see Sum 41 at the Canadian Tire Centre. The inn was easy to find and we were taken aback as soon as we drove in by what a beautiful place this is! Susie and her husband (and two adorable dogs) greeted us and Susie our host was incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. We said it feels like we’re staying at Aunt Susie‘s house!
Location: only a 6-minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and 10 minutes to restaurants.
Room: pictured below, our room was so cozy and cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in! I had an amazing sleep.
Food: Susie asked what we would like for breakfast and we told her just simple bagels and fruit. She served us fresh local bagels and fruit salad and she also offers complimentary snacks (which I got into after the concert). We had great laughs over breakfast! Susie is very funny.
Bonuses: parking is free, Susie gave us a tip to get free parking for our concert, there’s a spacious cozy basement room with board games, and a British shorthair cat (a huge selling point in my opinion)
We will stay here anytime we come for a concert! I can’t believe what a great price it is for the value. Thank you Susie and Mark!

I reserved for my special birthday event. High Tea for 15 lady friends. I was assured it would be no problem that the owner was a. pro at events. The soup was delicious, sandwiches stale and dry, desserts dry and tasteless, white wine was at room temperature and not chilled. I was charged $66 per person! I could have gone to The Old Mill Manor for $45 with food fresh and wine chilled. I would not recommend any special events at this venue. Susie you disappointed myself and my guests.

We rented all of our tuxes from Moores, and everyone was happy with their outfits. When we picked up my husband’s tux a few days before the wedding, he wasn’t happy with the style of pants they had ordered. The staff were super flexible and quickly arranged for a different pair to arrive in time for the wedding. In the end, everyone looked great and said their tuxes were comfortable.

Xavier did a fantastic job at finding me the right suit for my best friends wedding. Extremely helpful and intelligent. Will definitely be back if I ever need any other formal clothing. Great experience.

Spacious store with creative displays. The team helps in the selection - superb team. This is one of the best "Men's Wear" outlets in Ottawa. I liked the 3D view mirrors too.

Shopping for an outfit for my husband to match me at a wedding today was an excellent experience thanks to Shadow. This gentleman deserves a raise, truly. We would not have had so much retail success without him. My husband is a bit challenging to shop for and he got him a beautiful outfit and somehow managed to get most pieces on clearance. It honestly felt like we had a stylist working for us today. Phenomenal. We will absolutely be back and specifically be looking to shop when Shadow is working.

Very courteous and professional staff, very patient even when the store was very busy. Renting and dropping off rentals was very easy. Selection is good although the prices on some of the items is a little high.

I ordered a seating chart and gifts for my bridal party wine glasses, bottle openers, bracelets, slippers and had them personalize with their names on the boxes and on the slippers and glasses. Everything came out so amazing I was so happy. Charlene is so easy to work with and she pays attention to every detail making sure everything looks perfect. She is amazing I will definitely still be ordering from her in the future.

I had the best experience with Charlene! I ordered 3 sets of pjs, 3 champagne flutes and 2 jewelry dishes for my bridal party and myself. Charlene made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and sent me various examples of font and colour options for each piece. Everything came exactly as pictured and are all so beautiful! Additionally, we agreed to split the price of shipping, and then Charlene later offered to deliver my package at no charge. She even threw in a gift for me!
