Second time visiting and I already know there will be a third, a fourth, and countless more. Every dish was a work of art—creative, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. My favorite was the pad see ew, and I was so caught up enjoying it that I completely forgot to take a picture. The atmosphere is pure elegance, from the romantic lighting to the plush, comfortable chairs. Our waitress, Barbara, was warm, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure. I’m already counting down the days until I can come back for brunch.

This was our third visit and it is ALWAYS fabulous. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and food with flavour combinations that are pure delight. We liked every dish we tried - three different appetizers and three mains. The espresso martini was also a hit. Very lucky that Stittsville has a place of this calibre in our area.

Me and my husband decided to try our first ever tasting menu and they did not disappoint! Great serving size, and the server (maybe the owner) explained every dish and ingredient to us. He also confirmed nothing was overly spicy as I couldn't handle spice and was willing to change the later dishes to accommodate my palette.
Will have to come back to try other dishes and pairings!

I was clearing space on my phone by deleting photos when I realized I had never shared my experience at Next. I celebrated my birthday there two years ago, and the memory is so valuable that I feel it’s worth sharing—even after all this time. we went for their menu tasting. The place was beautiful and the food was delicious But the most remarkable part of Next is Michael, the chef and owner. He’s a genuinely great person who makes every guest’s experience truly special

Our 1st time eating here, Service goes beyond for you!! The meal, salmon was delicious found the sauce a little salty for my personal taste but my taste buds for the app, main and dessert wanted more. Didn't get to see the washrooms, really liked how pride was evident every where.

I had my wedding with Next Entertainment in July and my whole experience with them was OUTSTANDING. David made me feel really at ease and kept the dance floor going all night long and was great during the ceremony as well. We used their curtains/draping which went really well with our other decor. We also used their LED screen behind the stage with visual effects that really complemented the live band and we showed photos throughout the dinner. All of our guests loved it!

I hired Next Entertainment to DJ at my wedding in Ottawa and they were excellent! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a DJ service for your special day. Jon was the one who communicated with me and he was excellent. He got back to me very quickly. Our DJ named Tarun was super nice and nailed what we were wanting for music on our special day. The price was definitely reasonable and worth the little extra charge to have them travel to Ottawa since they are a company based in Québec. Thank you Next Entertainment crew!

Jon absolutely killed it the entire night! He kept everyone on the dance floor from start to finish, and the energy never dropped once. Leading up to the wedding, he was super helpful, responsive, and communicative, which made us feel so at ease. We honestly couldn’t recommend Jon and Next Entertainment enough — they made our reception unforgettable!

Fantastic service! They worked great with our last “minuteness” and were super professional! Would recommend 100%! We took their bronze package and they still delivered Gold standard ;) thanks a million!

We chose Next Entertainment for our wedding in May 2025, and from our very first meeting with Jon, we knew we had made the right choice. Jon was incredibly responsive and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire planning process. He truly understood our musical tastes and ensured our favorite songs were played throughout the evening. All the high ratings are for the previous Rhodes and Williams practice, as they have been taken over they are a do nothing company looking for highest billing with least amount of effort. Walk away and count your blessings, my entire family dealt with Rhodes and Williams for about 30 years, house, auto and business, we've all walked away and deservedly so. Sadly even when I called to discuss something, all I received was an email acknowledging I was terminating their services because they couldn't be bothered to have a moment to discuss the reasons I was leaving.

Dismal experience with nfp. They were previously Rhoades and Williams (which was good). Now I can barely get a hold of anyone to help me with my insurance policy. I do not recommend this Brokerage based on my horrible experience! I hope whoever is managing this company can take note of the feedback and improve the service!

Rhodes and Williams was great, but NFP is HORRIFIC.

Monica Posa is an an awful broker, she is extremely rude, constantly has an attitude, has messed up every single task, from forgetting renewal, to putting the wrong address on our new home binder, forgetting to remove our old home from our policy, and moving us to an insurance company which is markedly more expensive than others. All over the course of a single year.

I would HIGHLY suggest looking at a different broker.

Frustrating to deal with Ottawa office. Been a customer with no claims for more than 15 years. I can’t get in touch with anyone (since February) regarding renewing my insurance for my summer seasonal business. Things seemed more efficient when they operated under Rhodes and Williams

Rhodes & Williams had great customer service. However since NFP bought out the company, customer service has been awful. I’d give them zero stars if it were possible.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hair salon. I used them as my wedding hair stylist, and they delivered outstanding service!
First of all, BRIDES- choose this place! They shut down their whole salon for us so we could have our own private venue to get ready. We had mimosas, and were able to bring in our own snacks and tunes.
Secondly, their prices are very reasonable! One issue that I had being a bride was almost every location (other than Niccio) I was looking at had separate outrageous fees for the bride just because it's her "big day". Niccio Hair has very reasonable prices with exceptional service!!
Lastly, they did an amazing job in a decent amount of time! there were 6 of us getting our hair done, and they did it all in around 3 hours time. I was impressed!!

Staff were super friendly and very knowledgable! I could go on and on about them.

Overall, if I could give Niccio higher than a 5-star review, I would! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Yvonne is an excellent stylist - understands how to work with your hair's natural tendencies and gives a precise cut with attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Niccio Salon and the experience was fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. George did an awesome job with my colour and Chad took the time to understand how I like styling my hair. They gave me exactly what I wanted. They have added a permanent client in me now. Thank you.

If I could rate this place a 10/5, I would do it. Chad and George are miracle workers. They're the brains and heart of the business, respectively. Together, they're a great team. All other employees at the salon were friendly, professional, and pleasant to interact with.

I also couldn't be happier with the colour George did on my hair. My hair's almost black naturally and he gave me a beautiful blonde balayage in just one session! He far exceeded expectations and I'm floored at how good the dye job looks.

Chad also did a great job with the cut of my hair and I've been getting compliments from everyone since I went here. I had another salon in Ottawa that I went to previously, but this place has definitely stolen me away (in a good way!) As long as the quality keeps up, I don't see myself going to any other hair salon in the city. Happy to be a client here. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and professionalism! You guys are awesome.

Hiring Nicholas Straccini and his band was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were organized and responsive leading up to the day, arrived early, coordinated smoothly with our planner/venue, and sounded phenomenal from the first note. The setlist flowed effortlessly across classics and modern hits, the volume was perfectly balanced for both dancing and conversation, and the band’s stage presence kept the floor packed all night. Professional, kind, and exceptionally talented. Nicholas and team created the party we hoped for and more. We’d book them again in a heartbeat.

We hold a 3 day music festival every year. This year at the last minute our Saturday night band canceled due to an injury.
We scrambled to find a replacement band. Nick was able to put together a band in less than a week for us .
The band didn’t disappoint. They had everyone up dancing all night. A band that had not played together before did a great job pulling it all together for us . Their choice of music was just perfect for our crowd.

We are so happy we chose Nick and band to play at our wedding. They were instrumental (no pun intended) in making our wedding day the dream day we hoped for and it was just EPIC. They played everything we wanted and even surprised us with a secret song I did not think they would play. What a way to cap off the night. Just an amazing experience with Nick, he was truly professional and responsive to all our requirements and his team was stellar! Thanks Nick and Band.

We booked the Nick Straccini Band for our wedding, and were simply blown away by their performance! When planning our wedding, having live music was one of the most important things to us, and we are so happy that we found Nick and his band - They exceeded all of our (high) expectations!

Nick put a ton of effort into selecting a set list that suited both of our tastes, and learned to play our first dance song, which will be a moment we will both treasure forever. The jazz quartet during the cocktail hour helped set the mood - and even got our 2 year old flower girl dancing!

After dinner, they kept everyone, including us, dancing all night long! Thank you Nick + Band!

We hired Nick for my husband's 50th surprise birthday party. He was amazing! He was so accommodating for us -- the weather was not the greatest but he played on and made the night one that we will remember forever. He was able to play all of the requests from the audience and was very interactive with everyone. He even played my husband's favourite song -- Thunderstruck from ACDC :) Nick is truly a remarkable performer but also a wonderful human being -- we loved having him at our party! I highly recommend Nick for your next event.

I first came across Nicole's beautiful light and airy photography style when I saw a picture of her work being featured on a wedding website. I immediately added her to the top of my list of wedding photographers. When Nicole told me that she was available for my wedding date, I could not have been happier. Working with Nicole and her husband Max was such a fun and easy-going experience. My husband and I were not used to being photographed, but Nicole taught us a series of four poses that were so easy to learn and made the pictures turn out natural and stunning. On the wedding day, Nicole was more than just my photographer. She practically became an honorary bridesmaid and was helping my girls with their dresses and bouquets. She was fabulous. My husband and I are so happy that Nicole and Max were by our sides the entire night. We would highly recommend them, you won't regret it! :)

HIRE HER! That's it, that's all I need to say. Nicole & Max are your best wedding decision (I mean after choosing your spouse haha). Nicole was the easiest person to communicate with, whether through person, email or phone. She answered quickly and all of my silly questions. She also was ready with planning material, like a photo timeline and photo list, way in advance like myself and through every conversation made sure to say "Let me know if there is anything I can help with"
For the engagement photos, Nicole stood out in the freezing cold snow to capture the most brilliant photos! She taught us how to kiss, laugh and smile without looking forced and made us feel so calm.
For the wedding, Nicole (and Max) were again the most calm presence and came prepared for anything. I loved having Nicole with me and my girls getting ready while Max was wrangling the men together. She came with a full tote of bridal prep gear for photos and helped me into my dress! She took the perfect candids of myself, bridesmaids and mom getting ready and kept us on track. Although I wasn't there for the photos with the groom, my husband states Max was professional and funny and ready to get photos with our dog who was in the wedding party!
Nicole + Max helped us with our first look which was the best decision we made for photos. They were just in the background snapping our intimate moments together!
Nicole + Max worked through our long list of family formals and was able to set some wandering uncles in line! Max kept on checking in with me to make sure we got all the photos we wanted and then offered some ideas of some photos that might have been missed. Once again, the words I can use to describe both photographers were calm!!!
I don't remember too much of the reception as it surrounded food + wine + laughing/crying through speeches so I loved looking through the photos Nicole took of the reception. She captured the real emotions of our guests and it is memories I will have for forever
We were able to sneak away for some photos during the reception and even those 10 minutes of photos gave us the most beautiful memories of us smiling and laughing.
Nicole even started editing during the reception and gave us a sneak peek of 10 edited photos from the bridal prep to the first look to the ceremony including a wonderful portrait of myself, husband and dog smiling at the camera. Yes, Nicole is that good of a photographer that she got our 2 year old mini aussie to sit and smile for photos!!
Finally, we received our edited photos in record time and were able to show all of our friends and family these amazing photos. Due to COVID, we were unable to have our full guest list and thanks to Nicole + Max, these photos made the un attended guests feel like they were truly there with us.
I cannot recommend Nicole + Max enough. Wedding photos (and their price) are worth it over and over again! Flowers die, cake gets eaten, but good wedding photos last a lifetime!! Especially now with restrictions on gatherings, there is nothing you need more than those memories to show your guests who couldn't be there.
I shared our photos over and over again, posted all over social media and all of my co workers said the same thing "Congrats on your wedding, your photos looked amazing!" They all talked about how incredible the photos were and how they felt like they were there with us.
At the end of the day, I couldn't have imagined our wedding day with Nicole + Max. They are amazing!

We had the best time with Nicole & Max! Their presence brings a sense of calm and warm energy, which was felt by everyone, especially my kiddos. My children felt comfortable and free to be themselves around them and since our wedding was not just our day, it was our Children's big day too - it was super important for them to not just feel included, but understood and relaxed :D They captured the best moments, even some behind the scene real moments that tug at my heart strings as a mom! We look forward to planning more shoots with them over the years (if they'll have us). We mentioned to our kids we would and they are beyond excited! Thank you for embracing our crazy, loud, wild selves and making us feel so comfortable in front of a camera!

We could not be happier with our decision to go with Nicole and Max. They were both extremely fun to work with and true professionals. I typically struggle in front of a camera and I am not really sure how to hit poses or smile, but Nicole and Max made it easy. The final products are better than I could ever imagine. I don’t even remember our special day being as beautiful as portrayed by the pictures Nicole and Max provided us. If you are in the market for a photographer, your search is over. Go with Nicole! It is a no brainer!

Nicole was AMAZING! From the time we connected at the coffee house in Barrhaven, I knew she was the photographer for us. Bad customer service never replied to my text nor phone calls neither didn’t she call back same for emails. I had a few questions before sending my deposit and she was nowhere to be found yet she’s on instagram resharing her fake oscars so nothing is wrong with her I’m unfollowing not like she was following back which she don’t follow back all of her customers nor reshare videos she takes of them she only does it for her bridal’s and favourites. Acting like you were gonna do this for free or something. Well I found someone else that’s good as well and for cheaper and she was quickly responsive to me on whatsapp someone that’s respectfully about business I guess everything happens for a reason. Periodt.
P.S and Why ask for someone’s instagram on your website and while doing their makeup if you’re not gonna follow your customers back support them back let’s say if they do music etc.. just to spy on them see what they look like?? bipolar fake and selfish.. You just want them to follow you but wont follow back who do you think you are Beyonce? Hmm.. Pfff!

I bought Barbari bread from Nili pastry and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The size of the bread was really big and it covered two meals. Their cream puffs are also amazing and very tasty.

Amazing pastries, delicious and good looking. Her cakes are absolutely amazing and moist. I had a birthday cake ordered and the details were spot on. The fillings were delicious. Her cakes not only look good, but they taste great as well.
We have also had their breads, and wow! They are very good. You can't find anything in stores that can even come close to them.

The service here was amazing! They accommodated a last minute appointment on a holiday and did the work on my wedding dress so quickly and the quality is amazing!!

Really happy with the service here! I brought in a couple of things that needed altering, and they did a great job — everything fits perfectly now. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and they got the work done pretty quickly too.
It’s nice to find a tailor who actually listens to what you want and makes it happen without any hassle. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need anything adjusted or fixed up.

Lived up to the hype!

I bought a shirt/jacket recently that was nice but just happened to be too big, so I started searching around for the best tailoring options considering the fabric seemed hard to work with. Found nimble needle and checked the reviews and since they were so good, I thought I'd give them a try.

So I brought the jacket in and explained what I needed done (shortening, hemming, slimming etc.) and they understood and told me it'd be ready in about a week. Definitely a "premium" price but I'd rather pay for quality work and I did have quite a few things to adjust.

I later came back to pick it up and the sizing was now perfect! Just exactly what I needed to be honest. Very happy with their work and will return if I need any other tailoring jobs.

Joshua gave a very good customer service and it was very very professional. It was done so nicely and it was cheaper than other places!

I needed a skirt hemmed and a dress altered for a wedding. Nimble Needle tailoring was quick and efficient! However, service was a little abrupt and the price was a little high for what they actually did (repaired a hem and cut the length of a dress). Overall, I recommend their services if you need alterations done quick without any bells and whistles.

Rebecca did the most amazing job as our photographer for both our wedding and engagement shoots. The team is so good at communication and we really appreciated everyone's professionalism!

Rebecca herself is an exceptional talent. She has such an eye for light and knows just how to coach people to get the perfect shot. She is kind, funny, professional and so good at making people feel comfortable. She captured some absolutely stunning shots of our wedding and engagement and had an amazing focus on not only the most gorgeous posed shots but also the emotional candids we love. She isn't afraid to move things around, get another perspective, and yell encouragement at you to get the perfect shot.

We also had the pleasure of having Kathy as our second shooter. She was so sweet and did an incredible job of getting photos of our guests and a second perspective of our favourite moments.

We couldn't have been more thrilled with the gallery received and we're so grateful and thankful to the whole team for helping us capture the memories of our big day.

Rebecca was our photographer for our wedding, and she was amazing!! So friendly, high-energy, and fun. My husband and I aren't used to being in front of the camera, so having someone like Rebecca to guide us through different shots and poses was so appreciated, and she also captured gorgeous candid moments. She went with the flow - like us last-minute springing on her a group photo of all our guests in front of the venue, which she organized quickly and happily - and made sure we got all the photos we wanted, with a bunch of her own suggestions. We also received ALL of our photos back 8 days later, which blew us away! Thank you so much, Rebecca and everyone at NL Studios, for being part of our big day and capturing the memories that we will look back on for the rest of our lives!

Best cakes in all of Ottawa!

I recently tried this bakery for the first time, ordering a strawberry short cake and also trying some of the slices they have available in store.

Their cakes are super light and fluffy and are perfect if you prefer less heavy desserts.

The lady that manages the store is so pleasant and nice!

When I tell you I got emotional eating that first bite of the chocolate mille feuille, I am not exggerating! I regret finding this place after so many years of living in ottawa! I got three cakes and I ate them all in one sitting.. I know.. it was that freaking delicious! Not overly sweet, fresh, creamy, melt in the mouth and sooo tasty!!

Never going to any other cake place after this haha Maybe rockaberry Montreal but for Ottawa it will definitely be no70cake! Super amazing!

I tried a variety of Mille crepes/cake slices, my favourite is the peach oolong tea mille crepe! It tastes light and delicate. I also appreciate how their cakes are less sweet but some of the ones with a sponge cake base were dry. Try it out!

I I ordered the Uji Matcha Crepe, Strawberry Yogurt Mousse, and Double Chocolate Crepe. All of them were excellent, with the perfect texture and a rich blend of flavors in each one. Not too sweet, and not bland either. This was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be revisiting.

Awesome that my sis was able to get a wedding cake made on short notice. She was happy with it. However, I found the cake to be a bit dry but the frosting was yummy. Fyi to sample before ordering next time. They packaged the cake well so that it transported to the venue intact, while I held it.

We went to Norca for our Wedding Anniversary celebration while staying at Le Germain in Ottawa.

It was wonderful. Service was great and food was delectable. I took a few pictures but missed a few dishes because we were too excited to try them and forgot to take pictures.

We will be returning! We have had breakfast here twice as well and it has not disappointed.

The waiters to the sous chef have gone above and beyond to create a personal experience. Beyond that the food had been some of the best I’ve had. This is my third night ordering from Norca. Highly recommended.

First time at Norca, was always intrigued from the view from the street below.
Nathan was my bartender and he was fantastic!!! I had 2 cocktails, oysters and a glass of wine. The ambiance is so beautiful in Norca, next time i come back i will definitely order more off the menu.
There was a slight issue with my oysters but Nathan fixed it asap. Love it , highly recommended!!

Stepped in for some drinks and appetizers and was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere as well as the great service I received. Nathan, our bartender, was so attentive and made every cocktail to perfection. The cocktails here are imaginative and delectable. Without a doubt I’ll be back! So glad to have found a new date spot!

What a perfect date night! Thank you to the team for a delicious culinary experience. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out. Everything was perfect: the food, the meeting with the chef, and the mood of the space. A perfect evening!

We recently celebrated a friend’s birthday at North & Navy in their private dining room. Since we were a group of 16, we had a set menu, but the staff kindly let us order from the regular menu as well. The private space was intimate and charming, which made it perfect for the occasion.

One small drawback was the seating — the table had a mix of comfortable leather chairs and less comfortable wooden ones. It would have been nice if everyone had equally comfortable seating.

Our server, Rasheen, was excellent — warm, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening.

The food was enjoyable, though the portions were on the smaller side. That said, we still left satisfied. The drinks leaned a bit strong, but they were flavorful and well-crafted.

Overall, it was a lovely spot for a special celebration.

North &Navy has been on my “to try list” for a long time. Sadly, the wait was in vain. Our antipasti, Chichetti and our Primi, Ravioli Incompiuto were well presented and creative, however flavour and temperature were lacking. We had two Main dishes. The Halibut & Peperonata was over cooked ( fish was chewy ) , over seasoned and had an abundance of oil on the plate. The Tournedos Rossini was a confusing flavour and texture. combination. Temperature barely warm . Overall, an ok taste.
Whey Panacotta dessert, another confusing texture and flavour just not good. Thankfully we were offered a replacement ( tiramisu) which was marginally better.
In our selected menu items, the Italian influence was not obvious.
Cocktails, service and wine won our stars. Very happy on that front .
Sadly we will not return.

Best appetizer even had! Cocktail is very good! We tried 4 different type of them. We tried 3 types of main courses since we don’t want to miss anything! Surely will come back on our next trip!

Out of the park from beginning to end. Stefan was awesome and made sure everything was explained and great suggestions. The food was superb. Every bite was fantastic. We ate family style, which I encourage so you can try more dishes. Hats off to the owners, chef and all the staff.

I would give this 3.5 stars. The restaurant is super cute, our server was fun and lively, but the food fell flat a lot of the time. Portions felt extra small, and the empty tortellini was crazy. Still good, but wouldn’t return.

My first visit to NYFB, and I booked with Urvansh after reading all the positive reviews, he absolutely exceeded my expectations. He took the time to look at the shape of my head, offered thoughtful suggestions, and customized the cut to suit me best. And he nailed it. The mid fade was clean, and his scissor work was top-notch. You can tell he's truly passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about both the outcome and the client experience.

If you're on the fence, don’t be. Book with Urvansh ASAP, it's definitely worth it.

As a person who hated all hairdressers/bafberahops I have went to, it was a lovely experience. I got the haircut I wanted and the guy who cut my hair even suggested some tweaks here and there, and it turned out just like how I pictured it. It's been a few months, so I'll be coming back shortly!

The woman that works there messed up my undershave dramatically, i had my 1.5feet long hair coming out when i took my hair down
I did contact the boss and he made up for it by paying for another establishment to fix it so that was kind but still think its important for others to know!
This would have been a 1 star if the higherups blew me off but he was genuine !

Patrick is my guy. Great sports conversation every time I go in, I also bike to the store and he lets me park my bike inside. Great atmosphere inside, lots of cool jerseys, and other sports memorabilia. Good seating if there is a wait. Definitely recommend making a reservation, walk ins can happen but more likely to secure your timing with a reservation.

My wife Bella and I were so extremely impressed with the professionalism of Notebook films, it honestly made our wedding with these memories we have. My wife if VERY picky and is extremely serious when it comes to videography, even if it’s just from her phone. So to have Bella blown away with these memories Notebook Films create for us says it all. Thank you again for making our wedding complete.

Beautiful cathedral on the inside, double tiered with great stained glass. Didn't get a full look as a baptism was in progress. They ring the bells nice and loud so you can hear it blocks away. RFID tap at entrance to offer a donation.

Beautiful building. Hard to get good pictures inside without disturbing everyone even though it wasn't a mass time. Loved hearing the bells ring at noon and 6 pm. They do ask all visitors to pay some money even if you don't do the tour.

The Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica is absolutely breathtaking. From the outside, its twin spires rise above the city and make it one of Ottawa’s most iconic landmarks. Amazing - peaceful place with lots of arts. The art on wall and cowering is amazing . There was a read with lots of candles which offered peace. You can come to this church , and meditate for hours in peace and silence .

Thank you so much to the owner. She’s a very nice woman. I called and asked if she could resize my ring, which I needed on the same day. She told me she could do it and that it would only take an hour. She gave me a time, and I came earlier than expected because I told her I would come back and that the ring would be ready. It was a straightforward and pleasant experience. Honestly, she’s amazing. I hope to come back again.

Best place to buy gold in Ottawa. The staff here are super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They truly care and want you to find something you’ll love. And if they don’t have it, they will make it for you very fast and with beautiful craftsmanship. The owners Eli and Noura very honest, and the prices are great.

I had a very disappointing experience. I went in to have my ring fixed because the stone was loose. I knew tightening the prongs would be only a temporary solution, so I asked the lady helping me if it was possible to add some kind of support for better security. Instead of addressing my concern, she ignored me—literally looking past me and not paying attention.

Since I wasn’t getting any real response, I agreed to just have the prongs tightened. When I went back to pick up the ring and pay, I asked again if some sort of support could be added in the future if it came loose again. The lady simply repeated that the prongs had been tightened, clearly not understanding (or not caring about) what I was asking. At that point, I gave up—it was obvious they weren’t going to help.

Now, after paying $65, the stone has already come loose again. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve been a customer at Noura’s Jewellery for years, and every time I go—whether it’s for a repair or to buy something new—I always leave very satisfied. Their service is friendly, professional, and reliable. It’s a place I truly trust and highly recommend.

I went in for a ring repair (one prong cap was popped off my diamond ring) and expressed my stress of losing the diamond. The ladies in the store quoted me $350+ and told me they would have to take apart the entire ring for the repair. I ended up bringing it to another jeweller, who had a technician look at it, saying the ring was in great shape other than the prong cap - they did the repair for $90. I fear there may have been some price gouging here, taking advantage of my stress about losing the diamond.

The store is beautiful and the ladies are nice, but I would recommend shopping for repair quotes before settling.

I had such a great experience at Nuovo Photography Ottawa. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Zoé, my makeup artist, did an incredible job, I felt confident and completely myself. Willow, my photographer, was so kind and professional. She gave great direction and created a space where I could really relax and enjoy the shoot. The final photos turned out beautifully, and the whole experience was something I’ll definitely remember. Highly recommend!
