Fantastic job on our wedding meal! Tons of compliments from the guests:) Ron and his helper were amazing! Ordered the pig roast and chicken feast and the food was so delicious, definitely recommend and would invite Ron to cater future events without hesitation.

Ron catered lunch for a large celebration of life of 150 people. He was very accommodating to work with, was open to provide many different options and was great to work with. The food was well presented and many people at the event commented on how good the sandwiches, salads and desserts were. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.

I attended my niece’s bridal shower at this venue on May 25th, 2025 and it was such a wonderful experience that I felt the need to write a review. I was so impressed with the beautiful renovations that were done to this iconic building that has been around for many years-it’s a must see. The staff were amazing-professional and so kind and helpful. The owners were also present at the event. They tended to our every need and were a major contributor to the success of the event! I was blown away with the artistic presentation of the food and it was just as tasty and delicious as it was presented 😋 The newly renovated spaces, the great quality of food and exceptional service is a hidden gem on Preston. I highly recommend this place-you will love it!

I've been to two conferences here, with no complaints. The food was quite good, the sound system was excellent, and very well laid out, with a breakout room.

We had our wedding here this month and I cannot say enough great things about the venue and the staff. They were extremely responsive, helped us every step of the way including accommodating our every request the night of. Abbas was extremely present throughout the evening, not only checking in on the bride and groom but every room in the venue ensuring guests were taken care of. They communicated with our vendors to make the day run smoother and allowed us access to the venue prior to the event to add our own finishing touches. The food was incredible, and Yousef was extremely accommodating by adding any items we wanted to the menu. The renovations they've done really make the whole space pop. I highly recommend contacting them for any event.

Attended a charity event at the Preston event center last week, the venue is splendid, food was exceptional, and the service was stellar. I haven’t heard about this place before but I was greatly surprised ! A great event center, near downtown with parking !! I will definitely reach out to them if I have any event coming up !

Just grabbed a coffee at this cafe and I'm stoked! The staff including the chef are super friendly. I could not resist the smell of food so the chef suggested his special sandwich “Sujuk” must try, and it was legit. Highly recommend 😃

Great little place for a quick breakfast!

We like to go there for lunch with our team. They have 3 - 4 types of soups every day, seasonal fruits with cottage cheese, several types of meet and salads. The building has two accessible entrance - one from Isabella drive with parking, another from O'Connor with street parking. The staff is very friendly and always treat you well and willing to help. The people who work in the building are lucky to have the restaurant on their premises. #casual #accessible #freshlunch

Best place to eat a healthy breakfast or lunch. Incredibly helpful staff that exceed expectations every time, and spotless. A clean restaurant that has a small but well made buffet. It has everything you need, at a price you can't beat.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is amazing, and fresh. Made the way you want it. Prices are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They dealt well with our group showing up on mass for lunch each day of our week long meeting. They were also willing to open up for us on a Saturday when we were meeting so that we could stay on site.

Absolutely would reccomend to anyone! The staff is professional, incredibly nice and helpful and provide such quick service. The flowers are always beautiful and absolutely worth every penny. From when I first contacted them to when I had the flowers in my car was quite legitimately under an hour, custom bouquet on one of their busiest days. My stepmom LOVED it and I had the best experience. Pictures do not do this bouquet justice at all.

During Valentines day I made a call to request a flower arrangement. We agreed on an arrangement and price, and I was told that I would receive a text message regarding where to send the deposit, which I never ended up receiving. I followed up by both phone calls and text several times over more than a week to get the deposit instructions so that I could send in the deposit and get the flower order started. I managed to get a hold of her again, to which she once again said she would sent a text message to me with the deposit instructions, however, once again I did not receive anything. The whole ordeal lasted more than a week and I still never heard back ended up getting the flowers. I Ended up having to scramble last-minute to get flowers elsewhere.

Working with Pria Flowers was quick and seamless, making it effortless to design a unique arrangement for my friend's anniversary. The process was straightforward, and the results were absolutely perfect. Thank you.

The Prime Venue Banquet and Reception Centre is not only a beautiful and spacious venue at a picturesque spot on the Rideau River but it is managed by people with a civic conscience who understand how important it is to offer a safe space for Canadians to exercise their constitutional rights to freedom of expression and assembly. Bravo!

We had an engagement party, Saturday Oct 15/22. They were amazing. The gentleman in charge was the boss and got everything done and had everything organized. I own a event company and have done many events. As a guest and I charge of decoration for this event, I would give it 5 star to work or have an event there.

We had our wedding at this location. We took the pictures there as well. Beautiful location by the water. The food was really fresh and all the guests loved it. The staff was friendly and Jovan helped us find everything we needed from decorations to music and everything in between. I will definitely go to this location again in the future for events we have in mind.

After placing an order for 2 customized coffee mugs I was disappointed to find out that one of the 2 mugs had a crack/scratch in it. After raising the issue, I was offered a replacement mug. Upon inspection of the replacement mug it was clear the image had not been properly aligned. After bringing this to their attention I was told : " the print is definitely well within the acceptable range for mug printing. Sorry we couldn't make you happy." The two star rating is for the customer service I received from Shawn that was exceptional. Unfortunately I can not say the same in regards to the quality of the products I have received.

Ordered some cards and they were great quality, and available for pickup quickly. Very reasonably priced. The owner went above and beyond and threw in some freebies.

Shark Printing have been exceptional to work with. They helped ensure that we had the necessary materials for a last minute conference we are attending. And the quality is always excellent.

I had a terrible experience working with Printing Shark. It started out quick and easy, all I needed was a 14 inch graphic printed on a T-shirt. Shawn G. confirmed my project could be done and promptly gave me a quote, which I paid through a link. When I noticed there was no note in the project description for a 14" graphic, I re-confirmed with Shawn whether the print will indeed be 14". Instead of "Yes" or "No," he sent me vague and misleading emails such as "We'll get as close as possible," "The printable area is 9x12." I had to email him back and forth 3 times asking the same re-iterated question, but Shawn would still not give me a straight answer. I completely lost trust and requested my refund (which I was surprised to even receive - honestly, I thought I was being scammed). It was an extremely frustrating exchange. I don't know why he couldn't have just explained to me at any point in our exchange (ideally in the initial contact) that Printing Shark unfortunately cannot complete my 14" project. Instead he took my money then made me feel conned and jerked around.

Printing Shark needs to hire better customer service reps and train them with competency in the company's printing capacities. In the end I'm just glad I didn't stick it out with them only to receive a product completely short of my expectations.

Super happy with my experience with Printing Shark! We had about 100 membership cards made up within a day or two and they look great. Shawn was very responsive throughout the process and happy to reprint any cards that were less than perfect. Thank you!

I went into Print Well needing a project printed for an event on very short notice—and without a clear idea of what style or material would work best. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in! They guided me toward the perfect board for my event and had it ready within an hour. The result was a beautiful, high-quality print that exceeded my expectations. Their efficiency and customer service were top-notch. I’ll definitely be bringing all my future printing needs to Print Well!

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, at first i emailed about the shipping delay to which i was never really replied untill i received my order. Than emailed back because the product was super badly executed, i asked for a refund since i had to buy another gift because of their mistake. He basicely (Mike) only answered me that he will fix the problem and than told me i will receive another set of glass, to which i clearly retold him i did not wanted another set and that i wanted a refund, i was never answered back after this…

Ashes to Rubies has been purchasing hoodies, tees, hats and signs from Printwell about 3 years now. Mike and team do great work. They've been responsive to communication over email, and in a hurry, by phone. I appreciate the mockups and clear invoicing. A few rare misprints have also been replaced without cost. Good work team!

Flyers, Tshirts, Hats, Signage....we've done it all at Printwell. Printwell has supported both Red Roots Trading Co as well as Zibi Smoke Co and we consider them our partner with merch and branding. Keep up the excellent work and the excellent customer service. Shout out to Mike who always takes special care of us.

Surprisingly spacious basement restaurant downtown. Lunch buffets offer a take out option. Fill a styrofoam container for take out for $10. Food was plentiful and was replenished quickly. Dishes change every day and even on the same day. Lots of options to choose from. A bit limited in terms of bar selections but should be a great place for large parties.

Went there with school for a trip. I expected something quite fancy and all. Was disappointed. First of all because they made us sit at 3 big tables with uncomfortable chairs instead of letting us go to the part with the white chairs. Then there was the food. This was not really a buffet actually... Meatballs (they were really really good but they gave us like... 3 each and they were so small), cafeteria vegetables, some cold cheese and seafood mix, fries (they were sooooo tasty), salads and weird pizza breads (cold too). The dessert seemed delicious but I didn't have the occasion to take a piece of it since I was too late and there was not enough. The beverages were cans of Diet Coke and water bottles I think. Oh, and how could I forget the annoying DJ-like ambiance music.

Prinzo is not that bad and I didn't find it disgusting... But from a place calling itself a fine caterer, I was highly disappointed.

Food is always excellent, service is perfect! All you can eat buffet, changing menu everyday! They have a super deal this summer for take out, for 10$ (including tx) they give you a plate that you fill out as much as you want. These plates worth at least 20$ at places like Olly Fresco's and Marcello's buffet. The quality of food is not comparable.

Prinzo catered my son's wedding. The manager stayed on site for the entire event, supporting us and helping us every step of the way.
When I looked around at our guests, I saw that everyone was eating, enjoying themselves, we had plenty of food, the portions were generous and all of my guests raved about how amazing the food tasted!

I dropped in with my gf for some food and drink. We arrived a few minutes before the end of Happy Hour and we were lucky enough to get the best the menu has to offer at a 40% discount 🤯

We were 6 persons. We were welcomed at the first gate and the waiter was super nice and he was explaining the restaurant concept and the story behind the restaurant name. Then we had a waitress which was super rude and we were all surprised about her bahviour and she was treating us like we are not welcome at all. And honestly this is the first time that we are treated like this. Starting by the way she was talking to us, we felt we are in an old convent nans school. And when asking her about ingredients because the menu is being changed every 4months and ingredients we are not familiar with, she said we are not in macdonalds. Also I also asked her to get a glass of red wine with less sugar that they, she replied I don't know and I am not supposed to read the ingredients on all bottles. Plus, the food took too long to be served like 35 to 40min if not more. And when it comes to pay the bill, we split it into 3 and each couple was adding the tip which we weren't suppose to give her any penny, she smashed the bill paper and throw it on our table and she said no need to put anything. It was very awful experience. Her name is Rebecca.
And I didn’t mention that the food for all.of us was very salty which I am.pretty sure she added it to all our plates.

Me and my gf just visited this place last week. Very nice food and the ambiance takes it up to the next level. Plenty of space in the patio and the beer selection is wonderful. Abel is awesome and made the whole experience even better. We would definitely be back!!

The food was a bit better than average, the waitress was pleasant and the atmosphere was amazing. We ordered 3 appetizers and 2 drinks, the total for the bill was around $105 before tip, which is about average for Centretown. I thought the interpretation of ceviche was interesting, but not for me. I prefer a more traditional approach. Although, the duck wings were quite good. I think that there’s definitely better options with better prices for a night out. However, I didn’t try any of the mains and I’ve heard the desserts here are quite good, even though they’re not made in house.

My partner and I came here and luckily caught the happy hour, which enabled us to try a few delicious appies and drinks for a very reasonable price! Our favourite was the mango and whipped cheese on sourdough- yummy! The service was also very great; we’ll definitely be coming back soon! Raju was our wedding DJ in August of 2017. He was wonderful! He played great music that got everyone dancing, was able to read the crowd, and took requests! I got tons of compliments on the music at the reception and how fun the dancing was! Raju was always quick to reply to emails and answer any questions I had as well. Highly recommended!

I hired Raj to be the DJ at my wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. He was extremely responsive to my emails, even though I sometimes took a long time to respond. His prices were reasonable, even though I honestly think he`s worth more. He was able to find cultural music from my country of origin, Haiti, which served to make all of the Haitians (and even non-Haitians) in the room dance. People were telling me all night how much they liked the DJ. Raj is extremely kind and was an overall pleasure to work with.

Raju was great to work with. Super professional and a calming person in what can be a stressful time. He also had great taste in music. We had a lot of guests mention they enjoyed all the music he played.

Andrea and Ted have been great from AirUnlimited. I’ve used them for over 6 homes so far, and every time they’ve been super responsive and very accommodating. When it comes to edits, or phot angles, I’m very specific, but they’ve done a great job to fulfill my requests every time! The quality of their work is also very appreciable.

The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom photos are great. I think my living room photos could be better if all the available time was utilized. I realize my living room is a challenge for good angles and furniture setup, but a little bit photographic TLC could create a better outcome for this specific area. Overall time used was 30 min out of 50. I'm four-star happy. Thank you

We went for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Our server, Jose, was delightful and attentive. The food was amazing, and the drinks were just as impressive. We’ll definitely be coming back for future occasions!

The service and atmosphere at this restaurant are exceptional. For mains, I tried their pizza diavola and fish tacos. The pizza was slightly soggy but still delicious and the burrata (extra $8) ended up being a nice addition. The tacos were really average though; I genuinely think it lacked proper spices, and just didn't have that kick. Overall a good experience though, and its great that they're open until late when other restaurants in the area close early.

Prova at the Delta has been our go-to spot for the past three years—and for good reason! The service is consistently outstanding, especially during happy hour, which is a great value.

Sofia, Ricardo and Pooja are absolute gems—Sofia, in particular, is amazing at what she does. She handles larger groups with ease and always makes us feel welcome and well taken care of. Her professionalism and warm personality are a big part of why we keep coming back.

Don’t leave without trying the desserts—they’re incredible! Highly recommend Prova for anyone looking for good food, top-tier service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food option is good. They have a lot of healthy options. We ordered CRISPY CHICKPEA & QUINOIA SALAD with Salmon and MAHI MAHI. Both taste good. Seasoning is good too. Service is ok.

The food and service is always spectacular I've been staying in the Delta hotel for over 2 months, and Jose and Sophia and all the other staff have been nothing but a god send. This restaurant is one of the best parts of my day.

We used Pulse Entertainment for our wedding and had a great experience! Mark was very organized and did a great job explaining the app they use that allows you to input songs you like, include must plays, timeline for the day/music, etc. On our wedding day Jeremie was our DJ and he was so friendly and attentive. We had some issues with the venue speakers towards the end of the night and Jeremie worked quickly to resolve the issue - thank goodness he had a back up speaker in his car, because the venue sound system was broken! I would certainly recommend Pulse Entertainment.

Oh my where do I start! From the second I meet Mark everything was easy leading right up to the big day! I had strange requests that my officiant did not want to do so I asked Mark and he said no problem! The app you can add music was so easy to work with. It was nice to choose some music as to what we like but I let Mark take full control! I said as long as the dance floor is full I do not care what you play and that’s just what he did. We did the Photo Booth and dj package and I would not change it for the world! I have had people come back after the wedding asking for his contact and that they have had other DJs and it was not like that! We booked Pulse Entertainment for our wedding in May and Mark kept the dance floor packed all night! He was fantastic to work with and sure knows how to keep the hype train going. Music during cocktail hour, dinner, and the rest of the reception was perfect, 10/10 would highly recommend. The app service made it super easy to organize any song requests we had and the optional photobooth service was an added bonus!

Mark DJ'ed our wedding two weeks ago at Le Belvedere and I cannot recommend him enough. Our wedding was on a Thursday, but we still wanted it to be an amazing party. Mark kept everyone on the dance floor all night and kept our reception and speeches on track during dinner. The whole day flowed so well thanks to him and we received a lot of compliments from friends and family that it was the best party people they had ever attended!

We used the app he sent us to add in a lot of our own music which was a ton of fun and he was super quick at responding to our last-minute questions, as well!

My partner and I did an engagement shoot with Brian, and it was an absolute delight working with him. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about different angles and shots he wanted to capture, and every photo he sent us turned out great.
We went out to the Ornamental Gardens for the shoot, and Brian was able to utilize the green space, trees, and overall environment in a way that showed his skills as a photographer. We also shot a short video, which he did with the help of a partner operating a drone, which made for some incredible overhead & fly-by shots.
Overall, we had a great time. Brian was effective in directing us, adapting to our requests/suggestions. Great photographer, would not be a mistake hiring him for your special day 😁

Brian recently shot our engagement photos. He was very professional, and even scouted the location ahead of time to find beautiful spots for the photos. We were very impressed with how quickly we received our photos after the shoot, and happy with how they'd turned out.

He is the "Actions speak louder than words" kind of guy.
Not only he is a great cinematographer, but also he is great with lights. He has very smart and creative ideas about lights.

Fantastic DJ and Photo Booth for our Wedding!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Quality Entertainment for our wedding at the Brookstreet Hotel on May 3, 2025. From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless and easy. We loved their online portal, which made it so simple to submit all our wedding details and song requests in one place.

Our DJ, Dave, was incredible! He was so professional and curated the perfect playlist that had everyone on the dance floor all night long. He really understood the vibe we were going for and created such a fun and energetic atmosphere.

The photo booth was also a massive hit with our guests! It was set up early, was super easy to use, and came with great props. It added so much fun to the reception. We can't recommend Quality Entertainment enough for their amazing service!

I cannot effuse enough about the wonderful job Quality entertainment did for us at my daughter’s wedding this past weekend. Emma was our contact and she was available always, and so helpful! She worked hard to ensure we got exactly what we were hoping for. The disc jockey that they sent to our event was absolutely phenomenal. So thank you for that Dusson!! He was energetic. Engaging. Happy. Fantastic personality. It started with a request that he play Nat King Cole when my husband and I came up to do the mother father speech.. perfectly timed! I don’t have photos yet of how wild the dance floor was.. He didn’t just play songs he danced at his station with a huge smile on his face all night long. That dance floor did not stop moving until after 1 AM. THANK YOU DUSSON!… And on top of the fabulous And seamless music throughout the night, the Classic photo booth was a huge hit. I had friends, my age, Who couldn’t get near it because the 30 somethings couldn’t stay away from it. Honestly, if you have a wedding, use Capital Entertainment. And if you are very lucky, you will get Emma as your coordinator. And if you’re super lucky, you will get Dusson as your music guru. Thank you so much to all at your company for doing such a fabulous job. It was a huge success all around.

My diamond ring needed a new claw prong and I brought it to Rafidain, where a technician looked at it and quoted me $90 (after being quoted nearly $400 at another jewellery shop). I ordered a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. It was incredible! I had one of the best sponge cakes in Ottawa. It was pineapple and coconut flavour, and liked she actually used coconut shreds!
Price was a little over what I budgeted but was overall very happy! It was a pick up cake and it was ready on time. Will definitely order again!
