Wedding Vendors in Ottawa

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Ottawa as part of our long awaited honeymoon trip to Canada. We were welcomed at reception by Sean who was friendly, professional and upon hearing it was our honeymoon, made sure we had a lovely room and even arranged for the kitchen to send us up a treat. It was so much more than we had anticipated. Plus, with a quiet room, comfy bed, hot (and decent pressured shower), not to mention, the super central location, we're only sorry we're not staying longer! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel is overall quite old, needs a renovation. However great downtown location for tourists. It was also very quiet.
Staff are Very friendly at face value, however simple tasks are not completed. I asked for housekeeping to come to my room while I was out for the day, no one came. They said they didn’t get the note from the front desk, a simple door hang tag asking to tidy the room would suffice.
The televisions streaming option didn’t work, they sent someone to troubleshoot but aside from restarting the system there was nothing they could do.
The tub filled with water when you shower, the door to the hallway had about an inch gap from the bottom.
The towels were terrible and fraying.
Overall the problems don’t seem to be from the team but perhaps upper management not investing in the property.

Our stay at the Sheraton Downtown Ottawa was outstanding! Cesar and Sean made our visit truly memorable with their warm greetings and exceptional customer service. Traveling with a 3 and 5-year-old can be tricky, but they made everything easy, from accommodating our kids’ needs to providing thoughtful assistance throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family. Breakfast was delicious, and the valet service was seamless. The entire staff made us feel right at home, and their kindness really stood out.

Thanks to Cesar and Sean, our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Ottawa!

We decided to visit Ottawa during March break, and taking the kids to the museums was such a rewarding experience. We chose to stay at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel, and I can honestly say it was the perfect decision. The rooms were spacious and inviting, and we all found the beds incredibly comfortable after long days of exploring. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were delightful and really satisfied our family's varied tastes. The hotel's location was another highlight, as it allowed us to easily walk to all the downtown attractions. We're already looking forward to coming back to this wonderful hotel. It truly deserves five stars, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The Sheraton is always a joy to stay at. They accommodated me with a late check out, and the staff helped schedule when to clean up my room allowing me to take a couple of calls from the hotel room. Gym is a standard hotel gym and isn’t too special. Pool was closed during stay. The king bedroom was large and spacious, and had no complaints about it

We had the pleasure of working with Shimmer&Shine Decor for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They truly brought our vision to life and created such a beautiful atmosphere for our special day. Even with unexpected hiccups with the outdoor arch, everything came together perfectly.

We rented our centerpieces, chairs, charger plates, and had backdrops for both our ceremony and reception from them—it was so convenient to have everything in one place. Shimmer&Shine Decor is a fantastic one-stop shop, especially for brides who don’t want to juggle 10 different vendors for their full event décor. I had an absolutely horrific experience with this woman. She was extremely unprofessional and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special day ,my children’s birthday.

From the moment of tear-down, things escalated in a shocking way. She screamed at me inside my own home, in front of my children and family, with no regard for basic respect or professionalism. She called me names, broke a plate, and dropped food on the floor ,and left it there. I have cameras in my basement and video evidence of her behavior, which I will post if necessary.

She also demanded help during setup and take down, even though those services were clearly included in what I paid for. When I told her no one was available, she threw a tantrum and acted completely out of control. Despite all of this, my husband still decided to help her out of kindness, since she was alone trying to tear down an entire setup ,even though she claims to have a team . This experience made it painfully clear that it’s a complete waste of time to hire someone who operates like this. You’re far better off going with a real business that has a proper team , it saves time, avoids unnecessary conversations, and doesn’t place unrealistic expectations on the client. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

She also provided tables and chairs as a favor, which she brought up repeatedly ,almost as if to guilt-trip me. In the end, I told her to take the deposit as payment for those so called free items just to put an end to the nonsense. But the way she kept bringing it up made the gesture feel meaningless and manipulative.

If I could take the whole experience back, I would a million times over. She is horrific. Completely unprofessional.
Do not use her services under any circumstances.

Thank you for your reply. I must respectfully disagree with your statement that you take professionalism and client satisfaction seriously. I have camera footage that contradicts several of the claims you made.

You mention accommodating multiple reschedules, If you were unable to manage them, you could have declined, but instead you chose to continue.

On the day of the event, you arrived unprepared and disorganized, bringing items without a clear plan and saying, “let’s see how we can do it.” You also added number boxes to the payment but never delivered them.

You repeatedly emphasized that the table and chairs were a “favor,” even though it was already agreed they would be free of charge. Later, you kept my $100 deposit, dismissing it as me “crying” over money, despite the fact that it was a refundable deposit due back at teardown.

During setup, my husband and brother assisted with carrying EVERYTHING because you arrived alone with a truck full of items. A plate was broken, and while you picked up the large piece, the rest of the mess was left behind and also did not mention that you broke my belongings.

Most concerning, during teardown you raised your voice, insulted me in my own home, and called me “crazy.” This is not professionalism it is disrespect.

I expect a formal apology for the service and behavior I experienced.

I had my hair done at Showpony for my wedding and they were amazing. The admin staff is so well organized and responsive, and the stylists are extremely talented. Suzanne styled my hair for my wedding and she did a beautiful job - I have very frizzy and coarse hair that can be challenging to deal with and she made it look easy! There were a few things I wanted to change from the trial, and she was able to execute the changes flawlessly. I'd definitely recommend Showpony!

Lori did my bridal hair earlier this year and she absolutely killed it. She understood my hair from our very first bridal trial and was able to give me specific recommendations for my hair to make the curls last the day of. Lo and behold, my curls lasted from the morning till 11 pm! I wanted a slicked back front with Hollywood waves and she made my vision come to life with ease.
For the wedding, her and Aoife together did the entire bridal party’s hair which included me, 9 bridesmaids, my mom and my mother in law. They took their time to perfect each hairstyle and still finished on time like clockwork. My bridesmaids all have different hairs with different textures that holds curls differently and yet all their curls lasted throughout the night. I’m honestly very impressed with their work and they were incredibly pleasant to have the day of. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had such a wonderful experience at Showpony! I came in as a bridesmaid to get my manicure and pedicure done and will also be getting my hair styled here. From start to finish, the team made us feel so special and cared for.

They truly went above and beyond, not just for me, but especially for the bride. You could tell how much love and support they were pouring into every detail. I have very damaged nails, and the nail technician was incredibly gentle and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I was honestly surprised (in the best way) by the level of professionalism and warmth they showed.

We had the pleasure of working with Shelby, Suzanne, and Hayley, for our group of 12 women's hairstyling needs on our wedding day this past spring! They were attentive to detail, kind, and checked in with each of their clients frequently throughout the process. Our bridal party looked beautiful, and their hairdos stayed throughout the day!

We came in with very specific requirements for a chandelier and Jill DELIVERED! We needed a chandelier that would have enough chain to hang over our dining table, which is something we could not find anywhere else. Jill not only made perfect suggestions in our price range, but she was even able to order us extra chain.

I love my wedding bouquet from Shu Flora! 🥹 As a DIY bride, I was looking for shops that could do individual items, and I’m so happy I found them. Their website made ordering so easy, unlike other florists where I had to answer a million questions and wait for emails. We had our wedding at Sidedoor and could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. Olivia, their event coordinator, was incredible to work with — she guided us through both the big and small details with ease and confidence, and it’s clear her experience in the industry is unmatched.

On the night of our wedding, Earl, the GM, was there to ensure everything ran seamlessly, and he absolutely delivered. The entire staff — from the kitchen to the bar staff, to the servers — went above and beyond. The food was amazing — our guests are still raving about it — and they were flawless in handling quite a lot of allergies. Many of our family and friends have already gone back for dinner since!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I had seen many great reviews and I wanted to try it out myself and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. The ambience is great—for date nights, lunches/dinner with friends and everything in between. My fave items were the tacos and bao buns. The popcorn Thai chicken wasn’t my favourite but not bad. Don’t think I’d try it again though. The donuts were also really good and soft.

Dined at Sidedoor with my brother & sister in law. Really enjoyed all the dishes we tried! We shared 6 dishes, Honey Garlic Chicken, Popcorn Chicken, Gnocci, Braised Beef, Russet Fries, and Rice. Really enjoyed each dish, portions were very generous! Our server was great, friendly and ontop of our table. Restaurant was clean, with an open, cool vibe. Would definitely come back

As a wedding photographer, I’m always excited when I get to work at Sidedoor!! The venue is absolutely stunning, modern, intimate, and full of character, making it a dream backdrop for wedding photos. The natural light in the front of house space and stunning downstairs reception space offer so many creative opportunities for a versatile venue!!

Beyond the aesthetics, the food is incredible and the staff are attentive, welcoming, and a pleasure to collaborate with on the day-of!! It’s clear they care deeply about the couples they host and the experience they provide. A definite gem in the heart of downtown!!

Very happy to find Signatures open again, on the terrace only for the summer but I see inside also very soon. Food was as amazing as I remember. Service was friendly and always some one around to make sure things went smoothly. Lovely to sit out on the terrace.

This is an incredibly desirable destination. I have visited Le Cordon Bleu during both lunch and dinner times before the pandemic, and currently, they provide a list of events during dining hours.
The restaurant is conveniently located not far from downtown, with a beautiful park beside it and parking on the side that features multiple embassies. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The place is consistently clean and classically beautiful.
The quality of the cuisine is remarkable, offering food that is not only extremely good but also unique. The portion sizes and presentation are well thought out, initially appearing average or slightly smaller, but this is a clever strategy that enhances the overall dining experience, providing unforgettable and memorable tastes.
While the lunch menu may seem somewhat limited at first glance, it is regularly updated, guaranteeing better quality. The prices are more than reasonable, offering a comfortable dining experience for a restaurant with 12 Michelin stars, shared among five chefs.
I highly recommend visiting this place for an exclusive experience that will be hard to forget. Your personal experience will undoubtedly speak for itself.

Chris and her team at Simply Beautiful are amazing and go above and beyond! I had been to a handful of bridal stores in the Ottawa region and couldn’t find what I was looking for. On a friend’s recommendation I went to Simply Beautiful in Pakenham. Chris made me feel so welcome and had curated a number of dresses for me to try on based on pictures of my top choices from other stores that were in my budget. All her dresses are beautiful, she has a wide variety and some designers that weren’t available elsewhere! I never once felt rushed or pressured into buying anything (which for an indecisive bride like myself was super appreciated). Needless to say I ended up finding my dream dress!! I recently picked up my dress and she had sized me perfectly, the dress will only require minimal alterations! Chris even pairs you with a talented seamstress that are close to your home.

Not only bridal gowns, Simply Beautiful also has a large selection of bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses, that are high quality and reasonably priced. They also had the perfect hunter green dress colour I was looking for. They have been super accommodating booking multiple appointments for my bridesmaids with busy schedules and letting everyone take their time to pick their dresses! My mom even tried on a MOB dress and ended up buying it on the spot!

Simply Beautiful is a one stop shop! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy your wedding dress/bridesmaid/MOB/prom dress here. It’s a lovely atmosphere and all around was a stress free and fun experience! :)

Wonderfull cafe. Perfect for sweet treats. The staff is really polite, there are plenty of variety in terms of sweet and sour items. Their cheese cases are also really good for birthdays or special occasion. Parking is somewhat limited but we were able to find it on Saturday morning so it should be fine.

They have a variety of sweet pastries and salty sandwiches (paninis, baguettes, etc.). Everything looks amazing. I tried a baguette and it was fresh and tasty. They also have many coffee options and cakes. I had a mocha coffee and I really like it.
I waited maybe 10 minutes after I ordered. The place was packed and the wait was worth it. Not a complain, but maybe they could improve organization at the counter. My baguette was ready like 5 minutes before I got it; it was behind them. Overall a great experience, excellent food and a nicely decorated place.

I had a great experience at Simply Biscotti in Ottawa! The turkey cheddar wrap was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly toasted—definitely a standout. I also really enjoyed my cappuccino; it was smooth, rich, and beautifully prepared. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it an all-around pleasant visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Where do I even begin? From the moment my wife and I stepped in to plan our wedding cake, Robert (the owner) was welcoming, attentive, and completely invested in bringing our vision to life. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted for the filling, but Robert and his team guided us with care, and the result was the most delicious cake we've ever had: a perfect blend of vanilla and chocolate.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Robert and his team were not only professional and creative but also a genuine pleasure to work with. The final cake exceeded all our expectations in both taste and design. We couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Simply Biscotti to anyone looking for outstanding service and unforgettable quality.

If you are getting married in the Ottawa or surrounding areas - you will not find a better planner & florist than Lauren Sinclair. Lauren worked with my husband and I for ten months leading up to our wedding and I can confidently say that her incredible work made the single largest impact on our day. Lauren expertly handled the wedding logistics leading up to and on the day of, taking away all of the pressure and stress from us. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding because of the trust she built with us. Lauren also provided excellence guidance whenever we had questions or concerns with other vendors. She flawlessly executed our vision when it came to the look, feel and flow of our day. I constantly found myself saying "I can't believe how amazing everything looks, it's better than what I had showed her on Pinterest!". The cherry on top is that Lauren is amazing to work with. She is a true joy to be around and brings light and positivity with her. I'm incredibly grateful to Lauren and her assistant, Emma for making our wedding day the most incredible day of our lives.

Hands down this was the best decision we made for our wedding. Lauren, Emma, and Kass made our day so special. They were all so kind and thorough and they all had such great eye for detail and design. We received so many comments on how seamlessly the day was executed and I couldn't agree more, there was no point where I felt stressed or as if something wasn't going to plan. From directing family photos and group shots, to setting up decor and tearing it all down at the end of the night, they did everything so well.

Lauren is also such a kind person, truly the definition of someone who makes you feel like they've known you for a lifetime. Lauren and her team are amazing and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a full wedding planner or coordinator!

I would highly recommend hiring Lauren if you need a floral designer. She did such an incredible job, I could not be happier. She truly created the fairytale wedding I was dreaming of.
She was so kind, patient and I was always able to easily get in touch with her for any questions I had. In moments where I was unsure of what decor to choose from, she was able to help guide me or even help me choose. I was never disappointed. I’m so grateful for all her hard work.

My experience with Sinders was exceptional from start to finish. Erin called me a few days before my appointment to get to know me and get an understanding of what my vision was, not only for my dress but for my wedding as a whole - she took time to understand how I wanted to feel on my wedding day, which was such a refreshing perspective. From the dresses she pulled based on my description to the order that she had me try them on, Erin is exceptional at what she does! It usually takes me ++time to pick out a t-shirt, so I had no intention of picking my dress at the first boutique I went to. She made the whole process relaxed and helped me pick a gown that truly let me shine and reflected my personality and style. When it came to alterations, Rose was phenomenal and her passion and expertise truly shows in her work. The entire Sinders team is so kind and made me feel like a princess from start to finish, cannot recommend them enough!

Having Stacy there on my wedding day took the experience to a whole different level. My MOH broke her shoe about 30 minutes in and Stacy literally gave her the shoes off her feet so she could enjoy the wedding. I was completely blown away and didn't even find out about it until the end of the wedding. I will support this business until the day I die.

My experience with Sinders Bridal House will forever be one of my most fondest memories when I look back on planning my wedding.
My experience started a few days before my appointment. I got a call from Amanda, who would be my consultant. She called to get to know me a bit better, what my vision as was, my colour scheme, budget, who was coming with me to my appointment, ask that I send her inspiration, etc. just by talking to her on the phone, I got such a good feeling about my upcoming appointment.
On the day of my appointment, I walked in and not only is this space beautiful, but my family and I felt instantly welcomed. After explaining the layout of the gowns, Amanda pulled some gowns from the photos I sent her, guided me around to see if there were any other pieces that caught my eye and let my family search the beautiful selection as well. We were escorted into a private room that made the experience even more intimate.

Estrelita and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! She accommodated our budget and was able to give us the wedding decor of our dreams. Her and her team were constantly checking in on us leading up to our wedding to see if there was anything we ever needed. They are always willing to accommodate or change anything to your liking! Walking into our reception space on the day of was everything I could have imagined and more ! I have never been so insulted by a phone call. I simply asked for price list and consultation for my wedding next year, the owner called me at 9:30pm, saying they do consultations until midnight if they need too...
We started discussing our vision for our wedding and she starts mentioning that the fall is a very busy time for them which I full acknowledge. I explained that I am not looking for someone to do the full wedding, as I am very crafty and like to do lots of DIY - she told me to check Facebook market place, because the minimum spend in the fall is $10,000 because "I have bills to pay and we are travelling 1hr"
I explained that that would be our whole budget and she told me to just check Facebook market place. The customer service is horrendous.

Quick to respond, professional, high quality are the best words that I can think of to describe my experience with Sizzle with Decor. They had a wide selection of linens and centre pieces. They were always very quick to respond to my messages and Estrelita worked with me to help my vision for my wedding come to life.

I've been using this place for my parts for years typically buying AC Delco or medium grade parts. Staff is always helpful even though I'm a weekend warrior. They do cater to garages and shops so most stock is in the warehouse or the items on the floor are not labeled with a price so just ask. When calling make sure to specify if your looking to pick up your parts in the East end or west as there are 2 locations.

Went in looking for a specific 3" narrow exhaust band clamp sorta thing to fit over long tube headers that I couldn't find anywhere, Doug served me and listened to my situation and suggested a different clamp that he could order for me that would fit my description. Got me a good price on it too. My first time going but the service was excellent, will be returning.

Always get good pricing and service from the guys in the Bell's Corners location. Usually have the parts I need in stock.

There drivers can't park properly in a parking lot to save their life. Someone need to show them what the yellow lines they paint on the ground in parking lots are for.

This bridal alterations place is the best! My vest came back by another dry cleaner and one of the buttons had totally fallen off. I was in a panic as I had to leave for a wedding in half an hour.
smart bridal wedding and prom sewed the button on for me and didn't even charge me.

I lost around 25 lbs, but my work scrubs looked terrible on me. I looked like a kid wearing their parent clothes to play dress up. My mom has always come here for anything needed, so I did the same. She perfectly altered almost 20 scrub tops in a week for an amazing price too. Anytime the subject comes up I’m the first and quickest to recommend going there. It’s the only place I trust altering my clothes, I live a 20 minute drive away and I still go there because I know they’ll look great. There are also beautiful gowns as well, but I can’t give much of an opinion other than they’re gorgeous. I just haven’t had the need for a new gown yet, but if/when I’m ever in need of one, this will be my first stop.

Amazing work. I called around to several seamstress shops and this was the only one who said she could make the dress bigger. We picked up the vintage wedding dress yesterday and we could not be happier with the workmanship! Beautiful, beautiful work! I needed to have my wedding dress altered quite a bit so was nervous about finding the right person to do the job. From the moment I walked in, Branka and Mila took complete charge - they thoroughly explained every bit of altering they had to do, offered suggestions and understood my questions and concerns. I knew right off the jump that they knew exactly what they were doing. I felt completely comfortable and trusting of them. I loved my dress when I purchased it but I love it even more now! Their work was truly remarkable and I can’t thank them both enough for making my experience so effortless and fun! Branka even suggested a veil which I ended up purchasing - it was the perfect touch to my dress. I HIGHLY recommend Smart Bridal. I will be a returning customer for all of my future alteration needs. I went to Smart Bridal because I need some garment samples made from pattern. I would have to say that Debbie is a master dressmaker, her sewing skill is top notch, she's meticulous and super professional. Arrived 30 min before their lunch rush, which was very heavy so in this regard we consider ourselves lucky as they got slammed right at 12. We had a lovely host, then a sweet waitress, our food came out quickly and was plentiful , well plated and delicious! I had their special ginger beef ( a throw back to a childhood favourite). It wasn’t as crunchy as I’d known the dish to be , but was quite good with a depth of flavour. Could have been slightly a bit more sticky and sweet… my partner’s beef jus sandwich, fully loaded, along with a horseradish spread, was amazing served with a hearty Caesar salad.
Had we been there right at the rush hour, I might expect our experience might have been different? Just a heads up. I’d go back in a heartbeat though…

The smoked duck breast was perfection, with rich flavours, crispy skin, and tender meat. The spicy mango margarita was elevated and addictive.

We had a fantastic dinner for two at Social in Ottawa. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was superb. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented.

My wife and I hosted our wedding here. The venue looked incredible, the staff were amazing and the reason we picked the spot, the food, was amazing! Jess was wonderful to work with, professional, prompt and extremely helpful in guiding us to what was eventually the best night of our lives. Book with confidence! A+ service, vibe and team here :)

Had an excellent stay here recently. The value for money is unmatched. The apartments are modern, clean, and comfortable - and cheaper than most hotels. It's a no brainer as long as you don't feel the need for a full-serve hotel.

Horrible, horrible experience with this company. Drove from Toronto to Ottawa to spend four days and when I got there, they told me I don't have a reservation even though they took my money and I had an itinerary number. I honestly do not recommend this "hotel". Save your time and just book at a traditional hotel

I finally had the opportunity to eat pancakes with real syrup :)
Of course, I recommend the place, close to the center, very nice service.

Nice rooms, very spacious, but very poor communication about check in instructions when you check in on a weekend (since no one is present to help you) and no one replied to my emails that I found on their website asking for my hotel invoice after checking out.

Really enjoyed our stay! Easy to find, great communication, and the room have a beautiful view of the city. We also had a late checkout - free of charge - The only thing is the pool and spa is close for visitors & I had to call to know, it should be mentioned in my opinion. I think that the price should reflect that as well. Also our room only had one shower robe but 2 pair of slippers…

This vacation rental is located in a year-round apartment building. The apartments are modern, clean and pet-friendly. The building is within an easy walk to restaurants in Little Italy, Dow Lake and the Tulip Festival.

The reason it gets 3 stars is because of the lack of communication for short-term rental owners. Despite the promise of check-in instructions 24-hours in advance, we had to get Expedia to help us get them the day we arrived, after hearing nothing from them. Additionally, at the end of our stay, they charged our credit card $30 again, with no explanation. We had to write to them to even get an invoice to see charges.

The person at the check-in desk was efficient but curt and not at all friendly. We felt like we were in the way because he had to go through check-in process with us. This lack of communication put a damper on our stay. I think it's a great place to have an apartment, but not so great to have a short term rental there.

Lived here for 3 and a half years as an owner and have just rented my unit out. I see most reviews are about the hotel side and not the condos, so hoping this will be beneficial to prospective buyers/long-term renters.

- First, the location is unbeatable. The neighbourhood is vibrant and safe, and the new train is right behind the building that goes to downtown & the south end of the city.
- The building is very clean & well maintained. The new exterior landscaping is nice, and the lobby is beautiful. Amenities are excellent (new pool is a huge plus), elevators are fast, garbage chutes are always functional. Residents that I've interacted with are friendly, courteous and social. The demographic is very diverse and a good mix of all ages.
- There's a lot of nice touches such as the heated driveway, air fresheners in hallways, concierge service.
- Condo units generally well constructed. There are some weak points (kitchen main seal, a/c occasionally will go out) but overall the construction is solid and respectable. VERY quiet, I never heard anything from my neighbours. Units on the east & west sides have big balconies. The AEG appliances are nice and high-end but $$$ if something breaks.
- Parking garage is a bit tight.
- We switched to C.M.G from Apollo Management last year, and it's been a positive improvement in terms of communication.

Minus one star for the incompetent construction company, Vuze, that works on this building & 115 Champagne. They completely botched the driveway project last year (took ~10 months when it was supposed to take no more than 6 weeks) and the workers are not very courteous to residents when they're onsite. Thankfully the construction & landscaping seems to be all done, so hopefully we don't have to interact with them anymore.

Have your lawyer review the status cert and make sure you understand everything about the condo structure before you buy.

Overall, really enjoyed living here and would 100% move back if I find myself in Ottawa later on.

Great place to stay. Located in little Italy area of Ottawa. Room was large with two bedrooms. Very modern. Includes washer and dryer. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Dows lake.

Nice location and clean building. Communication is difficult with unhelpful hours for weekend bookings. Should definitely have better communication options. Underground parking is a major bonus along with the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom. Awesome set up

Its in an excellent location, and the apartments and rooms are specious. But late at night, some mechanical knocking sound starts randomly on roof and we couldn’t sleep. We were there for 2 weeks and same problem. Then suddenly lightsbof two bathrooms went off at night and the customer service located in another city had no clue. Some how another number told me to press a button between switch which was not available in master bedroom's bathroom, and they did not tell us to check the other bathroom. The concierge guys are not friendly and always out of desk Whenever we wanted to see them. And if the guests lose their room key or fob key, then it may take 3 hours or more for customer service guys to come and give new one. So we had to be always alert about not losing anything because their customer service is horrible.
