Rosie is genuinely the loveliest, and she’s an incredibly talented artist. I had my wedding flowers framed and they were so beautiful, and then heartbreaking - the nail we’d hung the frame from fell out of the wall and the frame crashed to the ground. Rosie got me in immediately to repair and entirely remake the frame - which I love even more now! We also ordered some floral ornaments with our wedding flowers as gifts for our family, and they loved them (my grandma cried).

Rosie did an amazing job preserving my wedding bouquet. I am so happy with the final result and the whole process was smooth from the initial booking to final pick-up. Definitely recommend Bouquet & Frame for floral preservation!

Best decision ever!! I absolutely love my pressed bouquet frame, it turned out so wonderful, and I love how vibrant the blues and purples stayed even when dried! Rosie is so amazing, talented and was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I wanted to make sure the blue orchids in my bouquet were at the front since those are special flowers to my husband and I, and she took that and any other notes into consideration when making it. Also she texts you a mock up after it’s made, to get your thoughts on if you want anything changed or not! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Boutique JAdore!! They were amazing and extremely helpful in a stressful situation. My original wedding dress from a different store arrived and was the wrong size and not fixable - I was able to get a same day appointment at JAdore and found my true dream dress that same day! I was able to buy it off the rack as my wedding was 2 months away. The alterations were perfect as well, and I had the dress home with me about 3 weeks after choosing it! I could not have asked for a better experience while in a stressful situation trying to find a new dress 2 months before my wedding! 💒

My mother went there with my fiance and had a terrible experience! As a business owner myself customer service is very important and this store has no concept of it. The lady was very angry and not patient at all. People don’t go into a store knowing the dress they want with a product code in hand. Not recommending this place. Salon de l’impatience!

i went there with a friend last week to try and find both of us a nice dress for special occasions, we wanted to buy something nice for ourselves. we get inside and no one's there to talk to us as we walk in so we start to look around and we both found a beautiful dress in under 5minutes. after that a fairly small lady comes from the back and start to ask my friend what she likes and eventually i ask her if i could try the dress that i saw, she says no and when i asked why she proceeded to keep talking to my friend like i wasn't even in the room (obviously my friend saw that as well and we just knew) so i interrupted the lady and asked why i couldn't try on the dress and she said to me without hesitation that they didn't carry my size, they do, the size of the dress i saw was indeed my size. then she went on again and again to try and sell my friend a dress she didn't like even tho she said multiple times that she didn't like it. just for info, im a size m/l, my friend is an xs/s. nonetheless, we left while she was still talking. this women shouldn't work with people.

TERRIBLE service! My wife went to buy my daughter’s prom dress and she was badly treated by two very impolite and arrogant ladies in this store.

Some people simply shouldn’t work with public!

My sincere advice: Don’t waste your money and time making business with these people, they do not deserve it!

This team did an amazing job capturing our wedding day! We are so thankful that we hired them. On the day of, Greg and Mikey brought such a positive energy. They were flexible and easy to work with. This was echoed by our other vendors as well. Beyond that, they executed flawlessly, blending into the day but popping up to be our hype people throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Leading up to the wedding, they were very responsive and detail oriented. We appreciated this. After the big day, they were great about keeping us up to date on progress and delivered our video sooner than expected!

We hired BOXTOP Film for our wedding videography and I can honestly say that next to choosing each other to marry, this was the best decision we made for our wedding! Greg and Mikey are THE BEST! They are fun, friendly and amazingly talented. Because of covid, we had to postpone our date twice. Greg was SO amazing, understanding and accommodating with each date change. The whole experience of working with Greg and Mikey was seamless and easy; from the meeting to discuss what we wanted for our video, to the day of filming, to the editing process. If I could give them 1 million stars I would! We got our highlight video back within a few weeks after our wedding and the film is absolutely incredible! My husband and i hired Greg and Mikey to shoot our wedding this past October, 2022. I only have such positive things to say about our experience and working with them both. Not only did we love our end products (short 7 min. feature film and raw footage) but they made our day much more calm and provided a helping hand when needed (although not often). They made me and my husband feel comfortable and we never felt any pressure while being filmed. We were so happy when we saw our featured film, tear of joy as we re-lived our special wedding day. Discovered this hidden gem in the city located inside the mall. As a solo visitor trying on wedding dresses for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience provided by Peter. He was very accommodating assisting me to sort out my favourite styles, and to try on as many wedding dresses with different styles and necklines as I wish.

I haven't made a decision to purchase which one yet for today, maybe soon after discussing with my fiance, though, want to shout out to my sale rep for being helpful, nice and patient.

Definitely worth visiting for bridal and prom dresses (with or without breaking the bank) ;)))

I had a great experience trying on wedding gowns here a couple of weeks ago. I made an appointment and shared my dress Pinterest board ahead of time. When I arrived for my appointment, Rochella had pulled a number of dresses based on my size and Pinterest board. She was so thorough, helpful, and generous with her time. I would definitely recommend the shop!

I was immediately struck by their selection of dresses, each one seemed to be chosen for its quality finish and beautiful details. There are dresses for every body-type. The manager is very well informed and will personally see that any dress is properly fitted to your figure. She’s amazing! I have since returned to this dress shop three times, each time with different people. Just… try on any dress!!

I had the most incredible experience at Bridalane thanks to Lisa! She helped me find my wedding dress, and I couldn't be happier! Lisa's knowledge of the dresses was astounding — despite the huge selection, she knew exactly which ones would fit my style and preferences.

What really stood out to me was her patience and understanding of my tight budget. Lisa never once made me feel uncomfortable about it; instead, she worked hard to find options that not only matched my budget but also made me feel special. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was happy with my choice truly made all the difference.

It might be important to note that I had gone to ~several~ other bridal shops and the experience elsewhere was far from enjoyable. Bridalane was a game changer for me and I highly recommend it!

Wedding dress shopping day was the most stressful part of my dig day. I had a vision in mind but not sure if I would find it. I set out to visit three bridal shops. First stop was Bridals By Al-Mor. After trying 4 dresses I thought were my vision, Jessica asked me to humour her and try a dress that I did not think was my style, but I humoured her. The moment I saw my reflection I knew that it was the dress for me… my quest was completed, I said yes to the dress.

Bridals By Al-Mor is more than a dress shop. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Their seamstress is exceptional. My groom to be and dad were fitted by them as well. They helped make our big day a success.

But wait, that’s not all... after all was said and done come to find out they offer dry cleaning services for my dress…. AWESOME!!!!! Bridals By Al-Mor is a complete wedding shop package that will leave you more than satisfied.

Ive been going to Bridals By Al-Mor for many many years, they have been nothing but amazing, they’re friendly, kind & very professional, the first few times I’ve had Kim,Lexi help me out, they were phenomenal, they helped me find the perfect gown, literally the gown of my dreams, my husband and I got married during Covid so our date changed a few times and they were very understanding and worked with us, we also rented all of our groomsmen and groom suits from them along with our bridesmaids dresses again the exceeded our expectations! Recently my daughter and I went prom dress shopping and Jessica and Lexi helped her find the perfect gown, it’s beyond beautiful! Their prices are always fair and they’ll work within your budget!! Great concerts. When the seating area is in place, a great venue. Standing room only shows are a bit of an adjustment with slanted floors. Limited AC, it gets warm in there.

I saw Josh Johnson on his Flowers Tour on April 27th at the Bronson Centre. The event space was decent and easy to navigate and the bathrooms were clean. The other time in the past I visited to see Post Modern Jukebox perform here was also a good experience, so no complaints about the place.

We host monthly music sessions at Mac Hall in the Bronson Centre and have had a consistently positive experience. The staff are always supportive and accommodating, making setup and coordination smooth and stress-free.

The stage is well-sized and perfect for live performances, and the kitchen facility is a great bonus for our events. One note for improvement would be the air ventilation—during the warmer months, it can get a bit stuffy.

Overall, it’s a great community space with a lot of potential, and we’re grateful to have it as a regular venue!

A cute little venue, I'm glad we have this downtown! Unfortunately parking can be difficult and the balcony seats are not well designed (you may have obstructed view for concerts due to people's heads in front of you.) Best to give a lot of time to find parking and book general admission floor tickets for shows.

The bartender here is nice. And every time I go see a show here, someone asks me if I like pavement. I guess I should check them out. So, tip your bartender and prepare to be quizzed on pavement, the band, to be clear. Not the stuff that covers the road, or the thing that brittish people incorrectly call sidewalks.

We recently stayed at the Brookstreet Hotel for our second time. The hotel itself itself is clean and the rooms are spacious. My kids loved the variety with the pools, and we all enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub immensely. It's no wonder it's so popular in the summer - the outdoor pool is fantastic! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of coffee/tea available in the lobby. Our family wakes up early, so we had to wait hours for the cafe to open. The woman who worked the opening shift at the cafe was fantastic though - really went above and beyond. Checking in/out was smooth!

Awesome spot! The cafe and restaurant are amazing. The rooms are comfy and clean. I really loved their breakfast menu. The restaurant has live music sometimes. The front desk staff was okay, not super friendly or helpful. I had a great stay, but I didn't feel very welcome at check-in or check-out.

We recently had our wedding at Brookstreet Hotel. Amazing experience working with their team. We had a lunch wedding and appreciated how flexible they were to work with us on doing something less traditional. We particularly want to shout out Jenna who was very responsive and helpful. The whole banquet team was very attentive and easy to work with. We received so many positive comments on the food. It was delicious! We took advantage of the golf course for some extra family/friends time and rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. We also enjoyed dinner at the Jazz Lounge and complimentary breakfast the day after the wedding. We even got couple massages at the spa the next day. All around great experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Been to the brookstreet a few times and everything is always amazing. Stayed here for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding and the rooms are gorgeous. We had a beautiful balcony room and service was excellent. Also went here for a day trip to go to the spa and pool. Such an amazing experience at the spa both times I went and the pool is excellent. The food at the restaurant is also really good and they have great cocktails.

We had a 3-night 'forced' stay-cation as our AC died and the brutal heat took us here while we waited. We had a Junior Suite and we were indeed very comfortable. It's a really nice room, lots of space, separate bedroom, well laid out, comfy bed and good amenities.

We stayed in the hotel the entire time as we really had no need to go elsewhere. You have all you need here: Great restaurants, cafe, room service, spa, indoor and outdoor pools etc. It really is a very nice, comfy and professionally run hotel and the price for our suite was surprisingly low compared to other hotels of this calibre. We'd come back in a minute!

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Bubblesea Adventures, and it was absolutely perfect!

The party room was spacious (easily fit over 20 kids!) and the decoration was so lovely. Also, the unlimited playtime kept all the little guests entertained for hours. The kids loved the play area.

My daughter already asked to have her next birthday here too[Laugh]

The best choice for kid’s birthday in Ottawa EVER!!! Just have it today with my daughter’s birthday and 20+ families! We brought food ourselves and everyone had a wonderful Friday night here:). If book party room on week day, you will receive a good discount(less than $20/kid with a kid meal, adults free). Will come for my little daughter’s birthday next year for sure!

This venue boasts significant potential, yet it currently appears quite worn and in need of attention. The cleanliness is lacking, and many of the toys are due for an upgrade.

I appreciate the effort put into the lighting; from the outside, it gives off an inviting ambiance without being overly harsh on the eyes. However, adding some upbeat music could really elevate the atmosphere and energize the space.

Several toys require updating, and simple improvements like inflating the balls would make a noticeable difference. Moreover, a dedicated area for toddlers would be a fantastic addition. I noticed that the ball pit, which I visited five months ago, seems to have lost about 50% of its balls since then, which limits the fun for little ones.

⚠️One thing to watch out for is, some grown man like to hang out under the structure for no reason or above where it’s lonely, they’ll lay where the kids should be able to walk free. There are many nooks and crannies and you’ll always find men just “waiting”.

On a positive note, the staff are outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist.

While my review contains several critiques, I genuinely believe this place has the potential to transform into a wonderful environment that brings joy to countless children.

We had my daughter’s 4 year old birthday there it was perfect! Pizza was good, we were allowed to bring extra snacks and subs, as well as drinks. Kids had lots of fun and the room was well decorated. Staff were very kind and helpful.

We are sure to come back here for more.

The staff are very nice and approachable. They even set the party room in a timely manner.

The play structures and the area for kids are big and wide. A lot of space for the kids to run, jump, and crawl.

We feel more comfortable and safe for the kids to roam around on their own as we can see them through the structures without a problem.

Over all we are very satisfied with the experience and we are sure to come back here next time.

Today was my first in person visit to Buchanan and definitely will not be my last. I had heard about them being the place to go for (specialty) lightbulbs always managed to have someone else get mine for me.

After going to five stores to find a certain light bulb, it was recommended that I try Buchanan lighting. As soon as i arrived Tim knew right away what I needed and had it in stock. Quick and easy. Very cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Prices were very reasonable and they are more than happy to provide you with a return and refund if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. Can’t say enough good things about this business. It is rare these days to see this type of extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend Buchanan and will be back to see them if I have any other lighting needs!! 5 stars all the way!!! Keep up the fantastic job you are all doing there!!!

Called the store and Tyler was kind enough to answer even though they were closed. Told us to come over and was able to fix our lighting issue instantly!! They know their stuff!

Hadn't realized a fixture I bought during a reno required a specialty bulb. Couldn't find it online, in store, etc. Went into Buchanan, guy behind the counter looked at it for 2 seconds and said "Yeah, I have that!" 90 seconds after going in, I was going out with exactly the bulb I needed.

ordered 600$ worth of flowers. It took 2 and a half days for our order to arrive once shipped. 1/3 of the flowers were already molded and falling off the stem on arrival. Customer service took over 12 hours to reply to start a claim, then stated we needed to start a claim prior to 12 hours otherwise it would not be accepted. Disappointed.

if i could give zero stars i would. i placed a very large order, over $700 worth of flowers for a friends wedding I was doing the flowers for. I spent well over $200 on the peonies alone and made sure i was home all day to receive the order. not only did they arrive a day earlier (which is not great if you need flowers to last) the peonies were completely blown out, one stem was rotten and one stem didnt even have a head. ALL of the greens were browned, dried and falling apart. I had to go to local floral shops to get replacement flowers. THEN to top is all off they have been ignoring my emails requesting a refund for the blown out peonies and greens. none of the flowers lasted 4 days from the time they arrived to the wedding day. what a horrible waste of money.

We had a very disappointing experience with Bunches Direct Canada. The flowers, meant for Mother's Day, were supposed to arrive the Friday before Mother's Day but didn't get here until Monday, the day after. When it finally arrived, they were wilted and rotting. We tried contacting them multiple times before the delivery, right after the delivery, via phone calls, emails and even their live chat - but got no response at all. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the flowers made this a frustrating experience. I will be seeking a chargeback through my credit card company due to the lack of communication and the unacceptable product. I consider this company's business practices to be fraudulent and do not recommend them.

Save yourself the stress and stay away from that company!!! I received my flowers which were originally for a wedding but I wouldn’t use them for any occasion.

My order was shipped on June 25th and I received the order at 5:16pm on the 26th of June. After unpacking everything to store properly I took all the pictures within 3 hours or receptions. None of the flowers are in condition to be used. The baby's breath are dry and falling apart. The roses and other white flowers are wilted. There is mold on most of the stems and brown spots all over the place including on the greenery. Even the boutonniere is wilted and spotted.

To add to that, customer service is close to impossible to reach. But I am still hoping someone reaches out to me to follow up on my refund claim.

Do not use this company. Flowers were ordered, but the company missed the Fedex cut off for overnight delivery and our flowers sat in a warehouse for two days before delivery. They were ruined. Despite calling, emailing and using the online chat function on the website for the last 36hours we have not gotten a reply. Do not recommend.

I reached out to Ben when looking for a wedding photographer. His photos stood out to me for being so beautiful with soft light, and capturing the true emotion of the subjects. We had a zoom call (Covid times) and he was so lovely and dedicated to the art of photography, we felt very comfortable working with him.
Ben photographed our engagement photos as well, and we were so impressed by his work. He is able to capture the light of a sunset that gave our photos a magical glow.
I gave a list of the specific moments I wanted captured during the wedding so we would be prepared for the actual day.
On my wedding day, Ben arrived promptly and wasted no time. He is so easy to work with, my bridesmaids felt at ease, and we all had a wonderful time.
All of my wedding guests commented that the photographer was doing acrobatics and jumping around the get all the best shots. They were all very impressed by his dedication to get the perfect angles.
Obviously, the photographs were all perfection. Ben captured our wedding so beautifully with his photos’ signature soft glow. What I love is that he photographs people’s emotions in such a way that you can feel the joy through the photo. I couldn’t be happier.
One of my bridesmaids was so impressed by his work that she asked him to fly out West to capture her wedding later this year. She said she looked around but didn’t like anyone else’s work, she only liked Ben. She knew his work ethic and dedication, and trusted him to be at her wedding.
Our wedding photos are so elegant and beautiful, we are so happy with our decision to work with Ben. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat.

Ben did such an amazing job and we’re so excited to be able to share these, frame them, and create a hard copy album. Everything is so incredibly beautiful—we’re beyond grateful to have this collection for the rest of our lives. It’s going to be difficult for us to choose favourites.

All of the portraits turned out so well, and the candid ones are better than we could have imagined. We can’t get over the number of different angles Ben was able to take, not to mention the artistic compositions and depth and range of emotions captured. There were obstacles and challenges like the weather and young children and large groups—but Ben made it all come together, like it was all so seamless.

The food was absolutely stellar. Hot, tasted delicious and came out quickly for all 136 guests.
Took off 1 star as their communication was not the greatest. We were paired with someone who only worked in the office part time, so she was never there to reply to questions or make changes to our quote. We usually had to wait at least a week to hear back from someone, even after replying to their email right away!
The alcohol was not watered down at the bar and they made our signature drink PERFECTLY!
They were great with our seating chart, and not one guest had any negative things to say about the food or alcohol!

We had the pleasure of working with Bytown Catering for our wedding, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with both the food and the service they provided.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free, thanks in large part to Nour, the manager. Nour was professional, organized, and so easy to work with, guiding us through the planning process and making sure every detail was covered.

The food was a hit with our guests! The hors d'oeuvres were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious — a perfect way to start the evening. The buffet-style dinner was fresh, generous, and offered great variety to please all our guests. We received so many compliments on both the quality and quantity of the food.

And we can’t forget the late-night pizza snack, which was a huge success and exactly what everyone needed to keep the energy going!

We decided to stay at Byward B&B because it was very close to the American Consulate (our primary reason for visiting Ottawa). I was a little disappointed initially as the room was much smaller than I imagined looking at the pictures. But it was very cozy and cute and the mattress and pillows we slept on were amazing. We were greeted by Wendy the next morning and she fed us a simple yet nutritious and tasty breakfast. She is a wonderful host and we loved chatting to her. She made us feel at home and generously let us check out late.

The location of the B&B couldn't have been better. Byward Market with all the wonderful restaurants was less than 5 minutes walk, The museum, church and parliament hill are all at a very close walking distance. I am very happy I chose Byward B&B and would highly recommend it.

Stayed here with my family for a couple days. It was very nice! Clean, well stocked with supplies, and had a very nice modern..art deco feel to it? I don't know, but it was cool in there. I would recommend staying here! Great location too, a very short walk to all that Ottawa has to offer!

Wendy, our host, was gracious and considerate. Her house is modern and functional and was within walking distance to everything we needed. I'd stay here again in a flash!

A jewel in the heart of the Byward. Highly recommend. Super comfy beds. Very clean and amazing art everywhere.

I came in on Sunday for an overnight stay.
I arrived around 9 pm and Mr. Abdul at reception was very welcoming and kind.
I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all.
The room was clean and neat, stocked with water in the fridge, tea and coffee.
Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, pastry, muffins, eggs, cereal and yogurt. There were lots of options for anyone to choose from.
The byward blue inn was very homey and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
If I’m back in the city, I’ll definitely come again.

Great location with paid underground parking just next door for around $15–20 per night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast included bread, scrambled eggs, ham, chips, coffee, and fruit - tasty.

The bathroom was clean and bright, with lovely-smelling hand soap and shampoo. They even provided tissues, which was a nice little bonus. The room was clean and had a small balcony, plus handy amenities like a fridge, microwave, and kettle — super convenient.

The hotel is a bit dated overall. There’s only one small elevator, so be prepared for some wait during busy times. The air conditioning was quite noisy, which was a bit annoying.

Overall, a pretty good experience!

We were a little disappointed on arrival, it just looked a bit dated, perfectly clean, just a little old. Parking was easy and cheap. Our balcony on the 3rd floor was perfect and we ate a free, fantastic real homemade breakfast every day with real home fries, fresh fruit, sausage, bacon, or Canadian bacon every day! Never ate a lunch in our 5 night stay. Good fridge, plates, silver, comfortable queen bed. The entire place, room, balcony, breakfast and front desk staff were just superb!! The location is perfect and I would never stay anywhere else in Ottawa! What a great find!!!

The location is excellent especially if you are planning on exploring Ottawa such as the Byward Market and Parliament Hill areas. We were even able to walk to the football stadium by following the Rideau Canal. So you're in a good spot. The price is very good for where it is located.

There is breakfast included which had a great variety such as eggs, bacon, hash browns, fruit, coffee and croissants.

The room is nice with a kitchenette and a balcony although the bathroom is a little dated and the bed is not very comfortable, including the pillows so if you have room to pack your own pillow then you should.

Overall I would recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

More of a European style hotel. I will say it felt safe in a part of town that can be sketchy. The rooms are quiet & small but very clean. We had two twin beds in the room and each bed had two thin pillows. The small balcony was lovely - enjoyed our wine in the evenings. Small kitchenette was nice to have. The bathroom was clean and had lovely soap products. The showerhead provided a good amount of water pressure. The TV was good - with lots of different channels. There was an AC unit in the room that was loud and took up a considerable amount of space (but lovely to have foe thise hot nights). There is only one elevator, which was challenging in the mornings. Breakfast was fantastic - the best eggs and home fries, tasty fresh fruit, and a frothy machine for the coffee. There is underground parking but it is really tight - you couldn't park your pick up truck inside. The front staff were welcoming and took care of any questions. It was about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Byward market and 20 minute walk to the Houses of Parliament. A decent alternative to chain hotels.

I first visited Cabotto’s about 20 years ago for a friend’s birthday and ordered their veal. I’ve been thinking about that meal ever since—veal has never tasted better anywhere else. So for my husband’s birthday this year, we returned to Cabotto’s, and the experience was just as incredible as I remembered.

Our waitress, Deb, was so warm and welcoming. She interacted with our kids in such a genuine way that it felt like we were dining with family. Even another server in our section went out of his way to make us feel at home, which really added to the experience.

The food was absolutely exquisite—and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t usually consider themselves a big fan of Italian cuisine. Every dish was flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The drinks were spot-on, and the desserts were the perfect sweet ending to a memorable evening.

We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I went for dinner on our anniversary and we had the best time.
We did go extremely early, as we don't live in town and wanted to go after work.. So we basically did the early bird dinner at 4 lol
But the service was amazing, no wait at all. Our server was the nicest man. The food was just incredible, and it all came out sooooo fresh and fast.
We will definitely be going back, and I'll be eating my way through this menu. I need to try it all! :)

This beautiful restaurant is in an old stone building with stained glass windows, giving a great atmosphere. Service is always top notch and the food amazing! Generous portions, consistently delicious, have been coming for years and will keep coming back for more.

Interior design is good but dark, cannot see what we order and eat. They may put some table lights or candles. Quantity of meat is not enough for one person. Some pastas are homemade but the rest are not. Homemades were good, average Italian Restaurant, needs some improvement at the kitchen. Good place during summer for wine and deli plate

Now this is true customer service. I reached out to Cadieux Interiors after searching for a specific reclining chair from Sweden for which I need a replacement part. Rob kindly replied within a day via email to help out. After explaining that I was on the west coast and that we did not purchase the chair from Cadieux, Rob was more than happy to help us anyway. Rob asked their Canadian manufacturing rep to contact us and he did within a few moments. Thank you so much for your help Rob! RobH, Victoria BC.

I purchased an expensive leather sofa. Then I called the store to get information on leather protection cream. Left a message but no one called back after 5 days. Met a salesman in the store and mentioned about the no reply and he simply said nothing. Also, there was no protection products at all. Not recommending Cadieux Interiors to anyone due to bad service after sale.

We loved our experience at Cadieux Interiors. Lucie was wonderful to work with and provided us with great advice. Our furniture is truly beautiful and never goes unnoticed when we have guests visit. Thank you Lucie and team! Looking forward to more shopping!

I really like this furniture store. Their staff is amazing. They pay attention to details and I find them to be very sincere. Cadieux offers styles in classical, transitional and contemporary designs. Their selection and presentation is really good. If you want peace of mind and you are looking for a retailer that takes care of you from start to finish, Cadieux is it in Ottawa. I don’t think they are too expensive either. You get what you pay for and more.. And why wouldn’t one pay a little more for better quality and better service? Keep up the good work, Team Cadieux!

It doesn't get any better than a French inspired Jordanian cafe. The decor, the lights, the vintage pieces, the dainty sofas, the perfectly curated menu, the lattes, the pastry and to top it off, great service. I absolutely loved everything about this quaint but somehow modern café. The perfect mix of both worlds.

It's one of me, my husband and friends' favorite cafes. Their chicken sandwiches are both filling and delicious. The strawberry milk cake is also amazing 🤩 The lemonade wasn't bad. Their coffee is generally good. I haven't used the restrooms, so I don't know about that. If you can find a seat at this cafe, especially on weekends or weekday evenings, you're very lucky. Enjoy.

What a lovely spot for breakfast. We were greeted with a sweet smile by the owner who is an absolute delight. The cappuccino is velvety smooth, the omelettes are delicious, and their chocolate chip cookies are amazingly flavourful. The café is warm and inviting. If we lived in the area, we would visit several times a week. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Aesthetically super pleasing!!

The service was great as well! Its the noise from a group of >10 ladies that took two stars off for me. A couple friends from my group were here for second time today and confirmed this was their experience last time as well. Not sure if there’s much the management can do here but the noise from this big group was so much so that other people had to speak loudly as well to converse. Gave me a literal headache ngl.

We ordered a blueberry lavender tea, a strawberry pistachio croissant and a cardamom latte. Couldn’t taste the cardamom in latte at all but tea and croissant were amazing!!

My first visit here, I was not disappointed. The decorations were beautiful, very impressive. This place is quaint, charming and homey. We had high tea, a nice presentation, and the food was delicious. It was a bit pricey, but I understood that we were paying for a fancy experience. Got a take out order as well.
