I had such a wonderful experience at Lea-Ann Belter Bridal in Toronto, and it was all thanks to Vanessa and her team. From my very first appointment, she made me feel so at ease. I was a bit nervous going in, but she was so warm and down-to-earth that I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of.

When my mam flew over from Ireland to help me pick the dress, Vanessa went out of her way to make the day really special for us. That meant so much to me, especially being away from home during such a big moment in my life.

Vanessa is a total perfectionist in the best way. She worked with me to create a custom gown using the top of one dress and the bottom of another—and it turned out even better than I imagined. She added buttons and made sure every single detail was just right before I flew back to Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

I got married in April and honestly felt incredible in my dress. It was everything I had hoped for. I’ll never forget how lovely and thoughtful Vanessa was throughout the whole process. THE BEST WEDDING DRESS EXPERIENCE!

This isn't your typical salon where there are multiple brides and multiple appointments going on at once and you don't order your dress in your closest size and take it to get altered. This is truly a one stop shop with the most personal experience you could have.

The salon is beautiful and it is just you, your closest family and friends and Vanessa. She is so amazing and makes sure you are taken care of and really listens to you. She makes your vision come to life and does everything she can to make the dress of your dreams. All the dresses are absolutely stunning and they have such variety that they can fit everyone's style and if not there is so much customization available. I knew from my first visit that even if I didn't find a dress at Lea-Ann Belter in Toronto that I would make it work and find a dress just so I could work with Vanessa.

Once we chose the dress of my dreams, all the try on appointments were so wonderful. They make the dress to fit you and do all changes and alterations in house. Seeing the dress come alive is an amazing experience and you work with Vanessa every step of the way.

Lea-Ann Belter has the most beautiful dresses and the most amazing team. I will be recommending them to every single bride moving forward!

I don't even know where to start. I spent so long looking for my wedding dress with no luck until I stumbled upon Lea-Anne Belter. I shared my likes and dislikes for my wedding dress with Vanessa, the bridal consultant who she was able to pick out the most perfect dress for me (it even had a slit and pockets!). I was in good hands with Vanessa, who was extremely kind, knowledgeable and experienced.
The alterations and veil were done in house which was lifesaving given that I found the dress less than 6 months before the wedding.
I can't recommend Lea-Anne Belter enough - it was truly an amazing stress-free experience where I felt like a princess!

I was so honoured to be a Lea-Ann Belter bride and I could not have had a better experience! I visited 5 bridal salons across Toronto and had hands-down the best experience at Lea-Ann Belter. Vanessa, the bridal consultant, was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I looked forward to every appointment I had! I was able to create a custom gown combined from two of the in-store gowns, embellish it exactly how I wanted, and was able to include my Mom's bow from her 1990 wedding dress, which they handled so carefully and it looks like it was made for the gown! I had 5 fittings with them to get the perfect fit, and was able to tweak every element of the dress, including adding pockets, to create exactly what I had envisioned. They provided the sweetest goodie bag for becoming an LBB bride, and the dress was arranged so well for my travel to the wedding out of town. They also included extra Swarovski crystals to replace any that got damaged during the day. The pricing was the best I've seen across bridal salons and it means so much to me that the dresses are created locally in Toronto. With so many beautiful and unique off-the rack gowns, and the ability to customize anything, I have no doubt that every bride can find her dream dress here. Plus you'll have the best, most uplifting, experience ever!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Leaside Studio's. We had an event for 20 women on June 24th and it was the perfect atmosphere. When you walk it's bright, very clean, great furniture and props, cozy, comfortable, kitchen which we needed, warm ambience and most of all our host Ashley. Ashley helped us set-up (moving some furniture around), took pictures and videos for us, interacted with the group, participated in our event (we invited her to join), supported our needs and was very informative on content creation.
The space is great for any event that doesn't exceed more than 25-30 people, depending on what you are doing.
Highly recommend this space for what I noted above, but the prices to rent it are very reasonable. They offer a variety of packages as well.

Love this studio and love Ania. When I was planning an in person event, Ania helped in so many ways. I’m not from Canada but my co-creator of the event is. Her team and her took care of the small details I forgot to think about. Plus love love the space. It’s specious enough for 25-30 people. And I love the fun places to create content all around the studio. If you are thinking of doing a live recording of a podcast or live streaming show or just creating short videos for your social media. Or even planning an event to having a meeting, choose Leaside Studio. You will not regret it.

I’ve been to this venue twice for women’s networking events and it’s been such a wonderful experience. The space is welcoming and bright. We were able to capture such great content there. I will definitely be renting this space for my upcoming events!

Michelle is amazing! Throughout the whole wedding process she answered all our questions and concerns and exceeded all our expectations come the day of our wedding. We decided on a winter wedding and with that liked the idea of having a ton of candlelight during our dinner with lots of candles on every table and Michelle delivered above and beyond our vision! Michelle and her team did the florals for my wedding this past summer and I could not recommend them more. Michelle was super friendly, had great ideas and put together a personalized mood board to make sure we were on the same page about aesthetic and type of florals. I also rented all my candles from Leavenworth which helped to simplify things on the day of. Her and her team were always quick to respond and did a fantastic job with setup on the day of. I would definitely work with them again.

We had DJ Rich from Legendary Sound for our wedding (June 2025), and when you can get ahold of him, he’s fantastic. He has amazing taste in music and handled the unique challenge of blending everything from soca and Caribbean beats to Ukrainian polka, then seamlessly mixing in Top 20 hits, Post Malone, and Alt-J. He kept the dance floor alive all night and did a great job with light MC duties.

Rich arrived well ahead of our reception (coming from Whitby to our NOTL venue) to avoid traffic delays, and we really appreciated his professionalism. He was flexible with last-minute requests, communicated well with our coordinator (Blush & Co.), and even helped with setup at the reception.

Our only hiccup was with his software — it didn’t invoice us correctly, and if we hadn’t questioned it, it might not have been resolved. That aside, Rich is genuinely a cool, non-judgmental guy who was happy to work with our specific music preferences, even when they weren’t typical pop. We’re so glad we had him on our team for the day!

We had the pleasure of working with DJ Rich from Legendary Sound at our venue, Ironwood Cider, this past weekend and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His communication before and after the event was excellent. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with at every step.

Despite some major construction traffic in the area, he arrived on time and fully prepared. He took the time to listen to the couple’s preferences and delivered exactly the kind of music they were hoping for, keeping the energy up and the guests engaged all night.

As a venue with strict noise level requirements, I was especially impressed that DJ Rich stayed within our limits while still creating a fantastic party atmosphere.

Overall, it was a seamless experience. We would be happy to welcome DJ Rich and Legendary Sound back to Ironwood anytime.

I just popped in because it was such a beautiful little store, and the flowers are SO beautiful and look to be amazing quality! Best experience I had travelling to Cuba was with Level 21 and Jovier! I was recommended a private tour to Havana on my stay in Varadero and it was life changing!! I have been travelling for many years and dealt with numerous different agencies as a traveller and DJ. Level 21 is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Any professional DJ’s out there who wish to expand in getting booked down south, i highly recommend Level 21! Jovie’s level of expertise is impeccable.

My experience working with Level 21 was nothing short of incredible. I was recruited by Jovier to be a guest fitness instructor, leading specialized classes for a week at Hotel Resonance in Cuba. It was my first time traveling solo and my first time teaching internationally, so I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous going in. But Jovier was exceptionally helpful, professional, and responsive. He made sure I had all the information I needed and felt fully prepared before the trip.
I was also partnered with DJ XSW, who absolutely brought the energy to every party. Most of them were outdoors, so technically there was no roof—but if there was, he would’ve blown it off! The vibes were next level.
I would highly recommend Level 21 to any hotel or resort looking to bring top-tier entertainment and wellness programming to their guests. The experience was seamless, exciting, and truly one to remember.

I just had my son’s birthday party there, and wow, what an awesome experience! Everything was super organized from start to finish. The place itself is all white, which gives it such a clean, chill vibe. The staff was fantastic – super experienced, helpful, and just all-around amazing. They handled a rowdy group of 10-year-olds like pros.

The owner was also super helpful and answered all my questions, especially since it was our first time. Honestly, everything ran so smoothly – no mess, no stress. The parents who stayed were just relaxing, not worrying about their kids running off like they usually do at playgrounds.

The spot was easy to find, and the kids had an absolute blast! They were talking about it for days after, and now all their friends want their parties there too. Definitely worth the 5 stars (or even 10 if I could!). Highly recommend it for anyone looking to throw an unforgettable party.

We had a birthday party for 9 and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our 2 hours. They were very patient when we had tech issues & even bumped up our time as a result of these tech issues. Overall, it was a very fun experience & the games were highly engaging.

My husband and I went here for my birthday and had a blast. The staff are very friendly and super helpful and the game selection is extensive! Theres tons of options for any age, experience level and group size. We originally booked an hour but the time flew by so fast we decided to extend for a second hour. Definitely would love to go back and try out more of their games!

Had an amazing time at this VR experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The setup is very high-tech and impressive — you can tell they put a lot of care into making it fun and immersive.

Another bonus is the convenient Green P parking just a few meters away, which is a huge plus for downtown Toronto.

It always feels like I'm photographing a celebrity's wedding when I shoot here, it's luxurious, elegant and very beautiful especially the outside/backyard. The food is always spot on. Staff is great! Oh - also the lighting system they have there is awesome.

Was here for a friends wedding. Had a great time. Amazing venue. The wait staff were amazing. They kept pushing out those hors d'oeuvre. During the meals the waiters/waitresses were extremely attentive and they had some good humour to them. I saw a couple dancing a little bit on the side while the music was playing. First class venue for a wedding.

To say Liberty Grand is a beautiful venue would be an understatement. This historic building is one of Toronto’s leading venues for elegant, high-class weddings. The 4 different venues offer flexible and unique options for weddings. Their service was fabulous and made everything run so smoothly with state-of-the-art amenities. We love photographing weddings here because this space offers so many unique locations for photos including the grounds that feature beautiful gardens as well as the venue itself with elegant interior; the sweeping grand staircase and grand foyer all offer unique spaces for photos.

Beautiful venue and very nice staff. I honestly wish I could spend as much time as possible just wandering around the place.

A more specific story:
Went there for a wedding reception and while taking a breather from the party, we stumbled onto the incredibly lit courtyard and snapped some pics on my phone and the pictures looked like something out of a movie set.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Liberty Grand in the Centennial Room this past June and we have nothing but great things to say.

From planning to event execution, everything was perfect. Eleni assisted us with coordination and was always quick to respond if we had any questions.

Our guests really enjoyed the food and service from the staff. We had both bars opened during our wedding with no drink lines which was amazing. Thank you so much to everyone at Liberty Grand that made our day perfect :)

This is a beautiful and elegant venue. It's perfect for a special event or celebration. The food was delicious, fresh, and served in just the right portions. I especially appreciated the late night snack table with ice cream and burgers, which was a fun and thoughtful touch.

The staff were very good. They were professional and attentive throughout the event. Our parking was covered by the bride and groom, but otherwise, it is paid parking, so that’s something to be aware of.

There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The bar is located outside of the hall, which led to many guests gathering around it and lingering outside rather than enjoying the event inside. Accessibility is another concern. There's only one accessible washroom on the main floor, located outside the hall, while the rest are down a flight of stairs. Another con is that the bridal suite is also located downstairs. It’s a small room with just a closet and isn’t the most comfortable or convenient space for a bride to get ready or relax.

Overall, it’s a lovely venue with great food and service, but a few layout and accessibility issues should be considered.

I attended a wedding here recently. The service is efficient and the staff are friendly. The outdoor courtyard for the ceremony is gorgeous.

The food was delicious but the fish option could have offered more in terms of sides (very small portion of vegetables).

As for the bar, it was nice but it would have been better to have more of the basics offered like sparkling wine, fresh lime juice, and they ran out of lime wedges etc.!

Overall a great spot!

We are beyond happy and grateful that we decided to book our wedding reception at Liberty Grand. Everyone we met and worked with, were incredibly helpful and kind. They made our dream wedding come true. From answering our many questions when we first booked the venue, to the well coordinated food tasting, to their ability to organize everything just how we wanted, they have been a pleasure to work with. Olga, was so approachable and understanding and Eleni, was quick to respond and organize. We were extremely happy with the food and received many compliments from our guests. The sound and lighting was excellent. 10/10 would recommend booking Liberty Grand for your wedding.

I found this area to be equally stunning but less crowded than High Park to view the cherry blossoms. I didn't go inside.

I travel frequently for business, and I can confidently say this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The address listed on my reservation led me to the building where I was supposed to stay, only to discover (from another guest, not staff) that check-in was handled in a completely different location. At no point was this made clear.

Although I received multiple “pre-check-in” emails, there was no indication that completing this process was absolutely required. When I attempted to check in, I found that there was no actual front desk, only security guards. The security staff were dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to “text support to get your issues figured out.” This is not an acceptable substitute for a professional check-in experience.

To make matters worse, I received a “how was your stay” email before I had even arrived. I responded to that email asking for help, but never received a reply. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism was shocking.

The room itself was spacious, but otherwise underwhelming — tired, run-down, and uninspired. What pushed the experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the next morning: I had an important business meeting and ended up waiting 38 minutes for an elevator. With no choice left, I had to walk down 33 flights of stairs just to avoid being late. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel that caters to business travelers.

Overall, this was an awful experience from start to finish. The unprofessional staff, lack of support, and operational failures made my stay stressful and inconvenient. I cannot recommend this property to anyone, and I will be advising my company to avoid booking here in the future.

Great location, with nice city view. The condo stays quiet eventhough outside is busy. Close to restaurants, shops, cafe and night life. CN tower right across which is beautiful at night. Clean condo and pretty good space overall. The gym space is pretty bad but they have a beautiful rooftop pool with nice seating space and BBQ area.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful location. Five stars for cleanliness, location, service, ease of check-in. The two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of four. We had an overnight stay downtown Toronto for an event at the Rogers center, and it was just a couple of minutes walk. I will absolutely refer and absolutely stay again, thank you, Sharon

We had a wonderful family time in Toronto (2 parents + 2 kids) and the Life Suites Loft were a big part of it ! The location is amazing and you get most everywhere by walking. Groceries, pharmacy and subway access were located nearby. The pool was great with a wonderful view on the CN Tower.
I highly appreciate the kitchen, dryer and general installation of the Loft, I prefer this to hotel rooms. The access was easy, the parking lot was convenient, ... A strong 5 stars, I highly recommend, thanks !!

My husband and I were stranded on a recent trip Toronto. The company we booked with did not have our unit available and we lost over $2000.00. Life Suites stepped in and arranged a suite for us and saved us seniors from much distress and trauma. In the future we will ONLY stay with this amazing company! They truly look after you!!

I have had much the same experience as others. I ordered a ceiling light on June 8 and my credit card was charged immediately but I was given no ETA or tracking info. Finally, June 20, I sent an email to inquire. I did at least get an immediate response, but they said that the light had not been in stock but it should ship that week. A week later, still no word about tracking so I reached out again. This time someone phoned me to say they had supply chain issues (blamed Trump/tariffs etc) and that the light would be shipped to them by Aug 2 and I could expect it to ship to me at that point. When that date came and went with no word, I emailed again. This time I got a call on Aug 6 to say that the fixture never came with that shipment and that they would have it by Sept 20 for sure (I think of Bullwinkle's voice "this time for sure!"). At this point I said I didn't want to wait any longer and I would like a refund. At this, he told me that they had other, similar fixtures in stock and he would email me a list in case I wanted to get something else. I got off the phone with him and looked up the fixture I had ordered, found it at another store where it was in stock and I would be able to pick it up that weekend (photo is of this fixture now installed in my hallway). I called back and asked for a refund and was told, begrudgingly, that someone would see to it. I told the guy on the phone that I wanted email confirmation of my order being cancelled. Received nothing and emailed twice before finally getting an email confirming I would be refunded. I also reported to BBB, and they never heard back. I was told on August 7 that I would get a refund "in a few days" and now it is Aug 20 and still no refund. It's looking like I will have to escalate my complaint to CC dispute and Consumer Protection Ontario

We ordered a fixture online back in February. It is now almost 9 months later and we have not received it. They billed us immediately and so we are out the cost of the fixture. I have called multiple times and keep getting told that it is in the warehouse and will be sent next week. No communication other than the initial order confirmed email. Now their voicemail box is full and they are not returning calls.

I placed an order with Lighting Originals in June for a Craftmade CM-8W fan control. The payment was processed immediately, but the product never arrived.

I reached out to their customer service multiple times by email. At first, I received a reply, but when I followed up to ask about the delivery status, they stopped responding altogether. Months went by without any update or resolution.

In the end, I had no choice but to file a dispute with Visa to get my money back.

This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Based on this, I cannot recommend ordering from Lighting Originals.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order online from them. I ordered a light in November 2024 and it never arrived. I have called multiple times and tried to get a refund and they never do it. The person who answers the phone always tries to tell me that someone will call me back, and they never do or never issue the refund. Last time I called I made him stay on the phone until the refund was done. He stated it was complete... well apparently he lied because the refund never actually came through to my bank account, so now I have to go through it again. Terrible customer service and a total waste of time and money.

Do not purchase from this company. After reading a number of reviews posted online through Google, I wish I had not placed an order with Lighting Originals (on April 25) for the Gains mailbox. It is now mid-July and there is still no update on when they expect to receive the mailbox from the manufacturer. Since placing the order on April 25th, I have continued to get the run around from Lighting Originals about when I should expect to receive my order. They often do not answer phone calls, and when prompted to leave a voice mail, the message does not indicate you have reached Lighting Originals - it is simply a generic recording. They do not respond to email inquiries either.

Jassi has gone beyond the customer experience with me and my family. I have used him in the past and recently used him to drop us off at the airport. Not only is he Helpful and easy to communicate with he will go the extra mile without hesitation. I highly recommend his service to anyone who requires " 5 STAR" service.

Jassi limo services is first class! The company is professional, efficient and always on time. As an individual who travelled for a living, I came to rely on Jassi and he has never disappointed. In fact, there was a time when I was in the airport waiting for the boarding process to begin and Jassi sent a message to say that my flight was cancelled before it was announced in the airport (my guess is they updated the online system before it was communicated to the passengers). We hired a Limousine Rentals Toronto to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was awesome. Booking was a breeze—Sid answered all our questions promptly and gave us all the info we needed. On the day of the event, our driver, Derek, arrived ahead of scheduled time and was really nice and professional. The limo was spacious and clean; having bottles of water waiting for us after our night out was a nice touch. My limo driver was Derick and I had the experience of a life time, booking was a breeze and they allowed me to make changes to the plan as my groups plans changed with ease, everyone was well aboard and we enjoyed the best ride of our lives! I can not recommend Linara enough! From the very start they were extremely professional and focused on making our dream ring a reality. Darren the sales associate is so incredibly knowledgeable about the brands that they carry in the store.
He listened to our ideas, needs and questions re duvet covers , sheets , pillows and pillow cases .
His insight was super helpful and he did not push purchasing ( we ended up buying everything we wanted and some duplicates)

I recently purchased a bed and frame for my elderly mom from Linen Chest, and while the product itself was fine, the experience getting it delivered and assembled was far more stressful than it should’ve been.

To be fair, the in-store team at the Leaside location was kind, professional, and apologetic. I truly appreciated their help and willingness to take responsibility — especially when they ultimately covered the cost of Jiffy on Demand to assemble the bed. That gesture meant a lot, and I thank them for it.

However, the delivery service and warehouse team were a different story entirely. The lack of communication was frustrating enough, but the real problem was the incompetence of the warehouse/delivery team. They clearly didn’t know how to build the bed, and if I had left it to them, it likely wouldn’t have been done properly — if at all.

I had to take it upon myself to find and book Jiffy on Demand, explain everything to them, and make sure it got done the right way. Thankfully, I was matched with someone experienced who built the bed properly and ensured my mom had a safe, comfortable place to sleep that night.

In the end, I’m grateful Linen Chest covered the Jiffy cost — but this situation should never have happened in the first place.

Bottom line: Linen Chest has some wonderful people working in their stores, but their warehouse and delivery operations are seriously lacking in training, communication, and accountability. If you’re purchasing a large item like a bed, I strongly recommend arranging your own delivery and setup — and Jiffy on Demand is a great option for that.

We LOVE our swivel chairs from linen chest. Got 4 of them for a great price during boxing week. Ordered them online and we received them very quickly. Definitely want to visit the store in person one day.

One of the best stores for home essentials. Great quality products. The store is aesthetically very pleasing and extremely well organized. Products of similar colors are grouped together, which is a visual delight. From bedding, kitchen essentials, curtains, cushions, kitchen appliances to home decor, air fresheners, candles, etc. there is hardly anything the store does not carry. It is a must-visit for anyone wanting to add more quality to their homes. They have some great deals too, which is a bonus.

I ordered a canvas aug 30 2025 and was told that it would be sent out in 1 to 3 days. My ordet should arrive by sept 2 2025. Its sept 7 2025 and I not even received a confirmation emaip that it was shipped out. There is no one to speak to for answers. Im waiting on an email for someone to tell me where my canvas is. I want my order!

Good selection and variety of quality household items at a reasonable price. In particular, my partner and I received great customer service from Mary, who was friendly and helped us with all of our questions. We ended up choosing this floor lamp, which was wheeled out to my car. I was happy with my experience and would come back to this location.

They were so quick to reply and accommodating, even with my small rental request. Everything went smoothly and it was such a relief to find the lilac colour we needed, which was surprisingly hard to source!

I’ve rented products from Linen Closet multiple times for a lot of my occasions. Every transaction has been a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly, the products are unique and high-quality, and the renting process is super easy! Will definitely continue to use them to elevate all my future events.
