Got balloons....was a bit pricey but it looked good.
Two "balloon trees" of 6 balloons each with one accent balloon in each, was about $75.
Not sure if that's normal or not but everything looked good and the person helping me pick colors etc was very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back next time. Nice products in store also.

I had no business being sent on this mission. None. I am not, by nature or training, a man who buys baby shower decor. And yet, one Tuesday, my wife—perhaps tired, perhaps desperate—carelessly dispatched me into the great unknown of the city with a short list, vague instructions, and what I now realize was the sort of blind hope usually reserved for explorers lost at sea.

My quest: napkins, plates, a tiara, a “New Mom” badge, and cookies. Cookies were emphasized. I pictured pink frosting. I also pictured failure.

I began, as many doomed men do, at Babies “R” Us. It was a husk. A mirage. I spiraled outward from there—Don Mills, Shoppers Drug Mart, a boutique with $99 macarons I briefly considered out of panic. I called other stores. I parked in tight spots. I walked into pink shops adorned with the words “party” and “gifts” that looked like they should have had what I needed, only to be met with puzzled stares and quiet concern.

And then—The Little Party Shoppe on Yonge.

A revelation.

They had everything. Not just the items, but a calm, practiced expertise. The staff immediately understood what was happening: a well-meaning husband on a high-stakes domestic errand, clearly operating outside his jurisdiction. They didn’t judge. They guided. When I placed seven packs of napkins on the counter, they gently intervened. “How many people are coming again?” they asked, as if they could sense my wife wouldn’t approve of unnecessary bulk buys masquerading as enthusiasm.

When I mentioned cookies, they pointed me across the street to a cupcake shop. There, I found exactly what I’d imagined—pink and white cookies, plus cake pops that screamed “girl baby” in edible form.

No, I didn’t buy balloons. But I could’ve spelled the guest of honour’s name in rose-gold helium if I wanted to—and I felt that power in my hands.

On my return, while my face said I had seen things, thankfully, my haul spoke for itself—earning a quiet nod of approval. I was changed, but I was victorious.

I have been working with Leda and Aret for years now so naturally when my fiancé wanted to propose I told him he needs to see them for my ring. My (now) fiancé and I visited Moissanites by Livia together to shop for rings. MBL was our first jeweller experience and Aret made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Excellent experience! Fun game, great friendly atmosphere, surprisingly superb food. I intended to just book the game for my family and eat elsewhere until we saw the food. So good! Locally-sourced, perfectly cooked and not your ordinary food in a similar environment. We were glad we ate dinner there instead of elsewhere. The kale salad and nachos were particular favourites. The game itself was more fun than mini golf. We'll be back!

We had a great time here!! I was looking for birthday ideas and most suggestions on the internet sounded boring and redundant. Then i stumbled across this suggestion and wow all our group friends enjoyed the game and food.

If you’re a large group they give you a platter options you can order ahead. (Must be ordered ahead) We had a few selections and they were great in portion.

For anyone looking to host a seminar, celebration, or artistic event in a distinctive and memorable setting, this place on Queen Street West is a fantastic choice.

We had our wedding here in May and had an unforgettable time! We fell in love with this place at once. The quirky, eclectic decor really spoke to us and we knew instantly that this would be the venue. The most important factor for us was the ease and simplicity of planning.

Fortunately, the venue came with the best day-of event coordinator ever, Anna! From the very beginning, she made the whole process very simple. We just made the big choices (timeline, food options, DJ, extra decorations, and guest list) and she handled the rest. She shared in our excitement and we felt supported right up until the end of our night; everything that we needed, she took care of!

We ended up choosing the vegan dim sum station for our dinner station and it was phenomenal! Everything was made in-house and we wish that we ate more! All of the staff were professional and enthusiastic. We highly recommend this venue and Anna to anyone looking for an intimate and stress-free wedding!

We loved the venue as soon as we walked in – it has a great vibe – comfortable, and yet very elegant. We were tasked with finding a “cool venue” to host a high school prom, and after a long search – Lodge on Queen was the perfect fit.

We were even more impressed by the venue after meeting and chatting with Anna, the Event Planner there. She is so friendly and easy to work with – and had SO many great ideas that we incorporated into our event.

On the night of, we then got to meet the rest of Anna’s team and they were incredible! Super professional and helpful - we just showed up with bags of event gear and food – and they all immediately got to work right away knowing what to do! We did not have to do or explain a thing- they instinctively knew what to do. We felt like everything was completely well in hand the whole time.

Anna, her team, and the Chef were so organized, having everything timed down to the minute – which I was super impressed with and grateful for. The event went perfectly from beginning to end.

Anna even sewed one of our guests’ dresses back together right in the middle of the event – super impressive!!

The students are still talking about how great the venue was, and how amazing the whole evening was – and that is high praise from teenagers!

I've got nothing but good things to say about Lodge on Queen after photographing an anniversary party there last fall.

Anna and her staff were on top of things from the moment I arrived until I left 4 hours later - between fulfilling my requests, as well as my clients and their guests. They also never seemed to slow down on the super tasty hors d'oeuvres being brought out for the guests.

What really captured my attention at Lodge on Queen was the look of the space. This venue has it all for the beautiful rustic loft look. Wooden floors, exposed brick, stained glass and walls covered in stunning art work. Even the furniture selection was very tastefully done.

All in all, I highly recommend this venue for anyone to looking for a place to host their event or wedding. You really can't go wrong.

Amazing!! The space was as beautiful as expected and was the exact right vibe for the wedding we were looking for.

Great event space, hosted my immediate family and the grooms side family for a south asian pre wedding event (Mayoun). We had a lot of fun and the staff had fast responses to my inquiries. Fadi’s boutique is an absolute gem! The store is beautiful, well kept, and impressively stocked. For a smaller boutique, the selection is huge—plenty of sizes, styles, and high-quality pieces for any occasion. On top of that, Fadi and Jerry made the experience so personable— their customer service is truly phenomenal and makes shopping here a pleasure. Excellent multi purpose recording studio. It doubles as a great rehearsal space with occasional live music performances, events and photo ops. Lost Tonic's unique single-use building and location allow for isolated, intimate rehearsal time and recording sessions, a quality many musicians and artists in the city struggle to find and maintain. The team has created a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, from the curated decor to general layout. The Lost Tonic team and community have put in an impressive amount of care and effort into creating a well maintained and highly functional operation. I highly recommend any artist, new or decorated, to reach out and explore the space and community around this studio.

Lost Tonic is an amazing space for rehearsing, recording, intimate shows or anything music related at all. It’s been my primary space for a few musical projects over the past year and has been a great home. It’s clean and well taken care of, with plenty of gear to support whatever you need. Overall an awesome place to be creative in.

Lost Tonic has become a home for my community of musicians. We've rehearsed, performed, and recorded music videos there. Well-equipped with great gear, it's a rare gem in a city where finding creative spaces can be a real challenge.

Intimate, Authentic and clearly a place where the Toronto Music Community can create great work, unique events and network with creatives.

Our band has rehearsed here for over a year and I can safely say it's our favourite rented space we've worked in thus far. Vibes are great, privacy is great, and we've even done some recordings here which exceeded our expectations.

First, I must give my highest praise and sincerest thanks to Lily for making my last minute wedding gown and tux search so transparent and hassle free. Other companies had a wider selection, but the service and availability for rentals and customer service was far superior with Love Deities. I do not say this lightly as I only review items and companies that I believe absolutely deserve good/bad feedback to help others make better and informed decisions.

The biggest factor for my review is that Lily truly has her heart in the right place with her business and I said this to my family and friends after my first ever fitting appointment and once again after the return of her rentals. I'm so glad I chose to rent from her for numerous reasons.

Alex wrote and delivered the most beautiful ceremony for us. She is truly an incredible officiant. We hired the Love Supreme band for our company Christmas party, after so many disappointment with all the DJ we have been using and they did not disappoint! , Greg went above and beyond to create a set list that would cater to our guest and make sure everyone is having a great time.
Everyone enjoyed the band, and gave a very positive feedback. We had the 5 piece band and they were very engaging to everyone especially the singer she is amazing!!. They were so good and we already have them book for our next year party and hopefully many more year to come.

Love Supreme played at our wedding on June 11, 2016. Greg and all of the band members were wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating!
We had the 3 piece jazz playing during our cocktail hour and our guests raved about how nice the sound was and how much it added to the ambiance of the afternoon. Love Supreme also supplied most of the sound equipment and were great getting everything set up.
Now to the best part! To say that Love Supreme are amazing is an understatement!! Our guests were loving every minute of the evening and every song choice was perfect throughout the night. The lead singer came out in to the crowd and danced with us while singing. She was a powerhouse!! Guests were out on the dance floor all night none stop and BEGGED for multiple encores (until the venue finally turned the lights on, hehe)!
All that being said, I would highly recommend Love Supreme for any event!

We booked Love Supreme for our wedding this past weekend and they were fantastic. We got the 7 piece band, plus DJ, plus cocktail hour jazz music. Greg was super easy to work with throughout. Everyone in the band did a fantastic job during the night. The singers were both great, even joining us on the dance floor during their set. Our guests had many great things to say about them! Would book them again in an instant.

Love Supreme is a top notch band! Greg (who is also the drummer) from the get go was very prompt to reply to emails and accommodate any requests I had. Since we were at a smaller venue, I opted for the 4 piece ensemble and it was perfect - they showed up early and were quick to set up, had their own lighting and they had our crowd up and dancing in no time (and we're not typically a dancing crowd). Jenny and Matt are phenomenal vocalists and are great at interacting with the crowd which a lot of bands don't do. All I heard from our guests that night was how great Love Supreme was. Thanks guys for an awesome evening and for making my job easy! See you next year!

My wife and I hired Love Supreme for our wedding on October 27, 2018 in Burlington and we couldn't have been more pleased. The band (string quartet) was hired to play during our cocktail hour as well as the entire band during our wedding reception. Love Supreme incorporated a DJ to play music during their breaks. Our family and friends as well as Stephanie and I were thoroughly impressed with the range of music that was performed, which pleased our congregation comprised of all ages. We thought the band was the icing on the cake for our wedding, as it made the affair even more classy. We especially loved the fact that there were male and female vocals and they were both excellent. I highly recommend Love Supreme for any type of function. You won't be disappointed. My now fiancé and I had such an amazing experience working with Lovelri! They made the process so much fun and we got to be involved every step of the way. Natalie made my dream ring come to life, and she was very responsive every time I had any questions or changes. Love my engagement ring so much. Tony was helping us every step of the way. I went down the rabbit hole of engagement ring designs and very quickly felt overwhelmed at all the possibilities. Lovelri was able to custom make what other jewelers in Toronto were not able to do and exactly as I had imagined. I was extremely picky about the little details and they were super patient and responsive. First we met in person at their showroom and discussed what we were looking for. After that we got a digital render of how the ring would look, it was really great to see how the details and the stone would come together. And super helpful to make last minute tweaks. It was such a lovely experience and I look forward to wearing my ring every day!

We got our engagement ring at Lovelri and couldn’t be happier! We worked with Jenn, who was extremely friendly, always cheerful, and incredibly quick to respond to our messages. We designed a custom ring and they made sure it was exactly as we envisioned. Jenn and the team were so patient with us, even when we made several last-minute changes to the design. I chose an off-the-rack style that was exactly what I was looking for, although it wasn't on the shop floor, so I recommend checking their website for more inventory. They honoured the online discount in person for me.

My bridal stylist, Tayler, was super thoughtful, really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find a dress I love. Couldn’t recommend her or her team enough!

I had a fantastic experience at this boutique! It was my last bridal shop and I ended up picking my dress here. I loved their selection, so many dresses that have some personality. I wanted a dress that would be simple but with some beautiful details and I found it right away. I even had custom sizes put in for each section of the dress so when it came in the alterations were easier. They also suggested 3rd floor tailors as the seamstress, which was a FANTASTIC recommendation. Couldn't be happier with my choice. All the staff were so kind and nice to work with.

First and foremost, the decor was absolutely stunning from design to execution. Whether it was our main ceremony, cocktail hour, or dinner reception, everything was unimaginably beautiful (I was initially worried that I might have to pretend to like the decor at my wedding—turns out I worried for nothing, lol). I used to wonder why people cried at wedding decor, but when I saw the actual setup on-site, my tears just started falling uncontrollably. Before the wedding, even though my husband always went along with my wishes, he still thought the floral expenses were a bit high. But after the wedding, all of us felt that the money was so well spent.

Actually, ever since we decided to have a wedding, I’d been a little stressed because I hadn’t seen any wedding decor in Toronto that truly captured my heart—until I came across one of Emma’s weddings from last year, which convinced me she was the one.

Having a wedding planner with great taste is really important. During our decor discussions, Emma always asked for my input—except when it came to the tablecloth. She insisted that this floral-print tablecloth was a must. Her choice felt so tasteful and was truly the perfect finishing touch.

Then there’s the designer from Lovever, whom I’d never met but was absolutely incredible. From our invitations and menus to the overall wedding decor, every hand-drawn design was exceptionally beautiful. We were always satisfied with each draft almost immediately, with no need for repeated revisions. It was such a reliable and reassuring experience!

Since the wedding ended, I’ve thought countless times about how glad I am that we chose Emma.

The venue management was somewhat chaotic, with many promised details not delivered. But Emma resolved all these issues without us even knowing. For example, we had agreed with the venue to upgrade the chairs, but on the wedding day, they claimed we never mentioned it. While I was happily getting my makeup done, Emma went ahead and rented new chairs. By the time I arrived, the new chairs were already in place. Emma told me we could deal with everything later—she just wanted to make sure my wedding day was free of regrets (Emma seemed to radiate a confident, 1.8-meter-tall aura at that moment—so reliable!).

We needed a small table for our table cake, which the venue had also promised to provide, but it wasn’t there on the day. Once again, Emma and her team quickly set up a suitable table. I initially thought it was a special design and only found out the truth after the wedding.

Thanks to them, I felt completely at ease throughout the entire day. Even my photographers and videographers mentioned they had never seen a bride smile from morning till night. During the dinner reception, I accidentally spilled red wine on my dress, and all the planners rushed to help me handle it—they were even more anxious than I was, while I remained pretty calm and thought it was no big deal.

Every wish and idea of mine was brought to life. I said I wanted bows tied on the ceremony chairs, and every chair was adorned with a beautiful bow. I said I wanted cartoon-themed marshmallows at my wedding, and Emma found a vendor that made incredibly cute ones. I was worried about their plain booth, so Emma came up with an adorable decoration plan. When I saw the marshmallow booth with our custom design at the wedding, I couldn’t have been happier. I said I wanted a scavenger hunt during cocktail hour, and they helped hide the envelopes I prepared in various corners. I said I wanted to bundle the floral arrangements as gifts for guests after the dinner, and they prepared beautiful packaging, making sure every bundle was thoughtfully arranged and presented to our guests. With them, it felt like anything was possible.

In short, I genuinely believe Lovever is a wedding planning team you can trust, whether you have a large or small budget. They truly live up to their introduction: “Creating weddings with warmth, creating weddings with taste.” I felt both, deeply and authentically.

Emma and her team from Lovever are absolutely outstanding. We were first introduced to her by a retired wedding planner, which immediately spoke to her reputation and expertise. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Emma was incredibly experienced, dependable, and fully capable of handling anything. Her personality also suited us as she was confident and decisive while we tend to overthink and overcomplicate. We were particularly drawn to her extensive experience with Casa Loma, which was key to our decision.

Although we hired her as a "month-of" planner, she went above and beyond, offering consulting and guidance well before the final month leading up to the wedding.

We also had the pleasure of meeting her amazing team, including Karen, her second-in-command, who also made a lasting and positive impression on us. On our wedding day, when we faced an unexpected issue with our limo driver, Karen quickly recognized my frustration and took charge of the situation. She spoke directly with the limo company, leading them to make immediate adjustments and set things right.

We would strongly recommend Lovever as a wedding planner for their outstanding organization, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless ability to handle any challenges with grace and professionalism, ensuring a flawless and stress-free wedding celebration.

My entire wedding day experience was beyond my expectations and absolutely enjoyable because of Emma & Karen! From the initial venue & vendor recommendations, the style concept, the full-day schedule, to the wedding day execution, their experience and professionalism made everything perfect! If i could rate 100 stars I honestly and truly would. I can't properly put into words just how incredible Arsalan was to work with, right from the start on our first discovery call together I knew we had made the right choice, Arsalan is so warm, open and kind, he really made sure that he fully had our vision down and now that we have our full gallery its clear that he knew exactly what we wanted and executed it to a level I did not even know was possible. I always read that photography is one wedding day decision where you do not want to cut corners and I am so glad I took that advice to heart and went with Loving Core because I know that these are photos I am going to be giddy to share for the rest of my life, I feel truly elated that Arsalan was able to capture our most special day in such an absolutely stunning and "us" way. I will recommend him to everyone I know and would be thrilled to hire him for future events if the opportunity arises. This website gives you estimate only which is not respected by agents. When you would want to sign up they still don't give you exact rate, only estimate again. You may be shocked how much they will want after you accept the insurance. Decided to go somewhere else, yet I was receiving twice a day their emails. I unsubscribed several times, twice called them to remove me from their mailing list. They don't respect that. I am still getting unwanted emails!

I was shopping around quote for my auto and home insurance and saw their profile. Decided to check them by filling their online form. Their agent contacted me in an hour and took time to prepare my quote patiently. Although it took 2 days to gather information, but lucky insurance broker finally quoted less rate. I am very happy for saving in my insurance cost.

I wanted to change my address in the policy but these guys have no phone number in service. No response for the email also. Since I live far, I cant go to their office in person. I already changed my address but couldnt change the address in the policy. I am well aware about the situation that the company can decline any claim request now because of the mismatch in Driving license and policy information. So I decided to cancel my policy through this irresponsibl team. But the funny thing is, only they can cancel the service. Now I dont know what to do.
